PhonePe — transaction status pending

I did a transaction but the status is pending for 3days, when i assist for support they are not responding. When i call to their customer care number they are not responding too.in this case what am i suppose to do. How could my transaction be successful. Please look at this matter. I want either the transaction to be successful or credited back to my account. Their cold response make me feel unsafe about their services.

In pending case money is not credited on receiver

I was trying to do mobile recharge of ₹99 then the required amount has been debited while the transaction failed..

Sir kindly look into the matter and do the refund as soon as possible.
