I, Visited the premises of pizza hut @ trillium mall location amritsar i was a regular customer there. But today i experience the worst side of Pizza HUT staff members My order was getting ready and my Baby open the Spices container...it was full with RUST .the cap i just saw and got shocked What the hell they are serving to peoples . that thing is harmful for every age person. why don't they use clean and rust free things in the restraunt. I[censored] R READING THIS ( PIZZA HUT)THEN SOLVE IT TO IMPROVE YOUR ADMITS THANKS JASPREET

    I have placed my order of 6 plus 6 pizza today & 30 choclate truffle. Secondly the customer care executive promised to place 10 % discount on total bill. Out of 12 pizzas i only got 6 and 10 % discount was also not given. This is clearly a cheating by pizza hut to their trusted customers. Request you to kindly check your recording and do the correction.

      Bought a pizza on 15th August 2014 online in Pune, India, transaction id MHDF[protected], however did not get the order confirmation, but the money got deducted through my bank account. I checked with my bank and they confirmed that the payment have been made to pizza hut and i need to speak with them. Since then i have called Pizza hut several times, every time they say i will get the money and they will come back to me with details. Last time i called and spoke to a manager Shrikant on 4th Oct 2014, he too said that i will get my money and he will call back with the details. But its been 50 days now and have not got any communication from Pizza Hut. I believe pizza hut does not intend to return the money.

I have asked the delivery boy as its late we need Pizza for Free as its too late. He checked with his manager and told we will get that free but the money has been not refunded till now.           Dear Complaints Manager, I was at Yamunanagar, Haryana Pizza Hut yesterday, ( 06, October 2014) at around 7:45 pm and placed an order vide invoice number [protected] and order number[protected]. The billing time says 7:54pm. As i was with my family and after the days shopping we were told that our order would be ready in 20- 25 minutes.So we went out. The order boy called on my cell at 8:26 that my order was ready. So we reached at your location around 7:40 as there was lot of traffic yesterday. Upon reaching we were told that they forgot to make part of our food. So they began making Garlic breads. Other boy said they had given my garlic breads to somebody else. Around 8:50 they said my order was ready. I asked them about my Pizza order, where i had asked them not to put any onions in them. The boy realising his mistake started picking up the onion strips with bare hands from the pizza's. When i asked them are they not supposed to wear gloves when touching food, he said no... What really cheesed me off was that before touching my Pizza the order boy was operating till and counting cash. How could his hands be sanitised. Imagine my condition, family and kids tired after a days shopping and hungry. On my request for a suggestion book or a box, they said they had no concept. They were just not polite and refused to refund my money, which they eventually did and then refused to give me Manager's phone number. Later i had a word with Mr Puneet Handa, who apologised and offered me a Pizza. My Suggestion to Pizza Hut Inc., 1. Please make your employees wear gloves, or sanitised hands should not operate till and till boy should not handle food. Till boy should not be touching food, leave alone removing onions from the pizza's. 2. Employees should be better trained, and more polite. 3. There should a suggestion box at your locations. 4. I had to order food again from a neighbourhood pizza store who are not a brand name but better managed 5. You should remove that 30 minutes offer as i technically got my food way after 30 minutes, as they had forgotten to place order for my complete order. I have been a Pizza hut fan since a long time, and used to frequent sector 35 pizza hut before pizza hut came to yamunanagar.

The transaction was successful from ICICI internet banking but it alerted "Failed Transaction" at PizzaHut site. So, I placed the same order again which was successful and received the order.               Four o[censored]s had visited Pizza Hut at Anna Nagar and ordered 4 unlimited medium pizzas at Rs.219/- with taxes each. It took the outlet more than 30 minutes to deliver the same. No water was provided and we had to ask once again. The pizzas were served to us as if the staff was doing us a favor. When we ordered the next pizza (as part of the unlimited offer) I was told that first i should complete eating the crest (or crumb...the hard part at the end of the pizza) completely and when enquired was told it was compulsory. On protesting and saying I dont like that part of the pizza very reuluctantly after 40 more minutes the next pizza was delivered. Again the attitude was like "you guys are getting it free". When we ordered one more pizza again it took another thirty minutes and repeated reminders to the waiters before the pizza was delivered. Atrocious services, lousy attitude and one of the worst customer service I have encountered.

                It is shocking to see the service of Pizza Hut home delivery so pathetic. Had placed a order at 7.50 pm by phone for home delivery. Since no delivery was made even after 1 hr of placing the order, called up again. Was told that the order placed was not serviced as server was down. Again gave the order at 8.50 pm. Was assured that this time delivery will be made in 30 min. To my utter surprise, even this order was not serviced. Gave a complain online. Got a call asking me to place the order again for third time. Can such a service level be expected from a MNC company. Looks like global company have adapted 'Localisation" of service level too.

                  Very unpleasant and disappointing service by Pizza Hut call centers. I placed an order online and didn’t get any email of SMS for the order placed. I called up call center, the CSR (don’t remember name) told the online order didn’t go thru. After confirming the order placed, he indicated that the store is appearing offline in their system. So he will place a manual order to the Cine Wonder, Thane store and call back in 5-10 mins. I waited for 20 mins and called back the call center. This time CSR Anil told me the no older was place and he will place the order, gave me an order number and indicated I’ll get the delivery in by 9:15 (i.e. in 20mins time). I waited for few minutes and called the Cine Wonder store, to ensure they have the order. But of the surprise again there was NONE. I called up call center 2 time to get connected to manager. Finally got thru Arshed Khan where he indicated the order was cancelled online (another shock). I narrated the whole facts with the order number to Arshad, but he said the similar things other two CSR mentioned. Arshad also indicated that, I was informed that the store will call me for the order. That was another shock and completely incorrect statement. I asked him to make me hear the recordings, for which he denied. Tell me the basic thing, how on the earth will store know unless somebody calls them and places the order. Absurd isn’t it? We wasted almost an hour ordering thru website, talking to call center and store on a special day that we had to be celebrated. Finally we celebrated with Dominos and goodbuy to Pizza Hut.

                    i m sorry to tell you that i got really unsatisfactory service from very well known brand pizza hut, i didnt got any oregeno n chilly flakes on delivery. Moreover, on demanding the same from the order taker the misbehaved which is untollerable i waited for than 20 mins for the same due to which my pizza got no more hot n also toppings n cheese filling was very unsatisfactory i want immediate action to be taken...

( My land line No[protected] - Today we have placed the order at 8.58 pm for two medium Pizzas (1 +1 Free) for Home delivery - we got a call within 5 Minutes to reconfirm the order and address - After 27 minutes I got a call from Mr. Mohammad saying that no one from delivery department is picking up the phone hence we can not deliver the order. This is first time most shocking experience to us in last so many years from Pizza Hut. If at all there was a problem one should have informed us within 5 Minutes why the intimation after 27 minutes is a question mark.                           Dear Sir/Madam, I had made an online order with Pizza hut dated 14.08.2014 at around 12:52:11 (See attachment for confirmation mail by Pizza hut). Transaction was done through my bank worth Rs. 483 (Refer attachment). But the same was not delivered at the provided address due to non- confirmation of the same on Mobile number submitted during online ordering.. The statement was made by Manager, Pizza hut, Manager (Lawrence road, Amritsar) when i called him regarding the non-delivery of the order and he assured me that the transacted amount will be refunded back to me at earliest possible. But till date, I have not got any refund. For Enquiry purpose, I had written to both my bank and Pizza hut (Attached are the mails for reference), My bank clearly stated that transaction was claimed.But there is no response from pizza hut till date..                             25-09-14: It was my child's birthday and we felt like ordering pack of 4 vegetarian pizzas with garlic sticks and called up at available no: @18:13 on [protected] - sector-35 store; I wanted delivery at mohali and despite of asking contact no of nearest store to me/mohali i.e phase-10, mohali, she gave me 11-24:[protected]. I called up at given no at 18:14, whre i placed my order and was committed that it will be delivered within 45 minutes. Imagine a situation where family is waiting for the mercy of pizza hut's delivery and held cake cutting ceremony because unfortunately child is fond of pizzas. I made a call at 19:00 on[protected], obviously someone else picked the call but could recognize my order with my mobile no., kept me on hold and confirmed that order will be delivered in 3 minutes time.But it dint happen. Again i called at the same no and had new person and i was pampered for some more time. At 19:47 i received a call from [protected], mohali store asking me to place my order.It was shocking to know that the order we were waiting for was not delivered.I was helpless and placed the order as he knew the mess andcommitted me to deliver within 20minutes..Finally i got the order at 19:30 and we cut the cake. Unortunately i m talking about the famous brand pizza hut, where i gave so many bulk orders personally, officially. I cant pour my wrath in words.Due to negligence, the birthday party got spoiled when every eye was stariing at me and i was helpless. I also belong to service industry, sharing a respectable designation and can value someone's time/money/trust.But the height o[censored]nprofessionalism showed by your team would never ever be spared.Trust has gone for a toss and dont know how much time i would take to cm out of this trauma. I would request you to actually cross check the facts mentioned above with time and recorded intarction and time committed. In today's world whre we are dealing most of the things online/ on phone, you cant afford to have such flaws from your business perspective.My feelings / loss of reputation apart. Pizza hut used to be the brand imagination of pizza for me and the same image was created by me to all whom i know as i m a travel freek/foody/professional.Regrest to mention, that i would rate pizza hut as poorest, despite of whatever plea you give me now. jitesh joshi

                            I had ordered pizza for home delivery and it took more then 30 minutes. I think as per the advertisement its 30 minute or free. But they just denied me for the same and took away the pizza. The names are the following -

                              My order no. is[protected]...Ph:[protected] This order was placed on 24th Aug 2014...today is 24th Sep 2014. Order was not delivered and if i call means they will put me in hold for half an hour and no response. I was frustrated with their service.Now I want to put some case in consumer court on these guys one of my relative was a lawyer and he advised this...I have recordings of their calls and some other proofs. These people playing with the customers they not even have the sense that how to deal with customer.

                                Hi On[protected], I had made two transaction at pizza hut through the mobile app.The first transaction was made through sbi credit card of Rs285.96 which showed that the trasaction is not made through while the amount got debited from my card.The next transaction I made from my standard chartered debit card for Rs 261.96 which again got declined but the amount was debited from my card.I want refund of both the transaction.If you want I can provide you with the screen shot of both the transaction.

                                  I order pizza online and I got pizza delivery after 30 minutes and I did not receive full order, delivery boy did not bring my coke and he said sir I will be back in 10 minutes with another cold drink, but he never came. These pizza hutt delivery boys making fool to customer and pizza hutt services also not supporting to customer. After this I called 6 times in pizza hutt customer care they took my complaint and said that store manager will call me in 5 minutes I did not receive any call. I am not satisfied with pizza hutt services. I want my money back as pizza hutt says delivery in 30 minutes or Free.                                     I had placed an order on pizza hut online order no.[protected]placed on 20/09/2014 19:51:39). i paid by credit card. After a few minutes i received a call from the nearest store that they had a technical problem with the oven and will not be able to deliver the order. After an hour i called up the customer care to confirm that my order was cancelled. They did not confirm. They did not deliver the pizza also. I am still waiting for a confirmation that my order is cancelled and i will receive a refund for the payment i made thru credit card. The customer care promised a call back for confirmation but still not reeived any call.

                                      Hi, Had ordered a Pizza from GreenGlen layout, Bangalore. It took more than 70 minutes to be delivered. I asked about 30 minutes or free offer which was refused by the delivery person and the call centre executive. To make things worse, they did not deliver the pizza which I ordered. Pizza did not taste good either. I complained online (feedback id 13330) and got a follow up call from the store manager after a few days. The manager accepted the mistake but did not apologize for it. He offered me a complementary pizza which I accepted. Waited for more than an hour but the pizza never came . We did not cook at home because of this and had to finally order dinner from some where else. Shame on Pizza hut ... Stop your Pizza Hut Delivery . You guys are pathetic. The call centre executives and store managers lack basic training in customer care. Learn from Dominos .. they are the delivery experts. This is not the first time. I had bad experience a few times earlier as well .. Thought they might have improved, but was proved seriously wrong.. Will never ever order from PHD again ..

                                        On 16 sep2014 i have given a order of 890/- rs at 8:02 pm but till 9:10pm ordered is not delivered, can we expect this service expectation from pizza hut. Today is my sons birthday and he is waiting for his pizza from more than 1 hour. Its better to close operations in india if you can't give services on time. When i called again ur call center guy says that sir i m not able to find ur order and after that he confirm the same. The ordered delivered at my premises at 9:20pm with almost cold Pizza. According to the delivery boy the pizza is delivering from some other location, , , , , , , , , , , , , is this my fault???? You are promising to deliver pizza in 30 mins and u r delivering the same after 1 HOUR 18 MINS... Are we paying for cold pizza, i have totally spoiled my son's birthday.
