Dear Complaints Manager,
I was at Yamunanagar, Haryana Pizza Hut yesterday, ( 06, October 2014) at around 7:45 pm and placed an order vide invoice number [protected] and order number[protected]. The billing time says 7:54pm. As i was with my family and after the days shopping we were told that our order would be ready in 20- 25 minutes.So we went out. The order boy called on my cell at 8:26 that my order was ready. So we reached at your location around 7:40 as there was lot of traffic yesterday. Upon reaching we were told that they forgot to make part of our food. So they began making Garlic breads. Other boy said they had given my garlic breads to somebody else.
Around 8:50 they said my order was ready. I asked them about my Pizza order, where i had asked them not to put any onions in them. The boy realising his mistake started picking up the onion strips with bare hands from the pizza's. When i asked them are they not supposed to wear gloves when touching food, he said no... What really cheesed me off was that before touching my Pizza the order boy was operating till and counting cash. How could his hands be sanitised.
Imagine my condition, family and kids tired after a days shopping and hungry. On my request for a suggestion book or a box, they said they had no concept. They were just not polite and refused to refund my money, which they eventually did and then refused to give me Manager's phone number. Later i had a word with Mr Puneet Handa, who apologised and offered me a Pizza.
My Suggestion to Pizza Hut Inc.,
1. Please make your employees wear gloves, or sanitised hands should not operate till and till boy should not handle food. Till boy should not be touching food, leave alone removing onions from the pizza's.
2. Employees should be better trained, and more polite.
3. There should a suggestion box at your locations.
4. I had to order food again from a neighbourhood pizza store who are not a brand name but better managed
5. You should remove that 30 minutes offer as i technically got my food way after 30 minutes, as they had forgotten to place order for my complete order.
I have been a Pizza hut fan since a long time, and used to frequent sector 35 pizza hut before pizza hut came to yamunanagar.
