hello sir/madam this is to bring into your notice that there is a new pizzahut branch opened in jabalpur (m.p) around 2 months back and every where in the city there are hoarding of 20% inaugral offer, but the outlet is not giving that discount as a default to every customer and giving excuses to every other person that the discount wont be given from sales person id but only from managers id, and also in home delivery, if a person ask for a discount than only they give that thing otherwise i think all that discount amount is taken care by the people working there and giving the amount after discount only to the company. i didnt expected this type of cheap things from a company having world wide presence and loved by millions of people, also the staff looks like very untrained and not at all professional and there is always a situation of chaos in the outlet with the people. hope to see some action from the company side soon.

      Hi, I tried to place an order online and it was pathetic.. First try my order went to whitefield and they called up and say, they will deliver only till hope farm not till Kadugodi.. So I cancelled my order and tried to replace it again via Kadugodi ITPL...and when i give my address as Golden Blossom, and clicked on Proceed..I got message as "NO STORE FOUND" Regards, Alka

        I place orders for Pizza at Pizza Hut regularly and they never bring the pizza within stipulated 30 mins. Mostly they take 1 hour time though the serving outlet is just 2 kms away, sector 110 outlet in Noida. They never give discount as written in their policies. Today i placed the online order for Pizza at 9 pm (order no.[protected], placed on 22/11/2014)and it is already 10:40 pm, Pizza has not been delivered despite several complaints.           I'm really dissapointed with the service with the customer service and call center service. Order minimum takes 2-3 hours for getting the order delivered due to the lack of co - ordination between call center and store. They blame each other. Minimum we have to call 5 tym to check for our order. This is really dissapointing.. We placed two orders within a week and both took almost 2-3 hours to get delivered. Last time the delivery boy apologies but this time the store manager warned him and ask to take the order back. Sector 14 manager Mr. Naveen doesn't know what is customer service. This is the most pathetic customer service a customer can ever receive. This clearly shows corporates should stop ordering from pizza hut. They provide the worst service.. This matter should be escalated and a strict action should be taken against the manager.

            I ordered One medium Paneer makhani Pizza, alongwith it Mirinda, Garlic bread and Choco lava cake was free in the offer, I did not receive Choco lava. Later they sent one burnt piece of Cake which is nowhere near to choco lava and this is complete breach of trust from the store. Is this the quality and service offered by Pizza hut. I raised this issue with the store but never got a call back from them. This is totally unacceptable.

              I order 2 veg pizza yesterday from "stellar IT Park, Sec-62, Noida" but your person delivered non veg pizza. i consumed some part of it than i checked. I am pure vegetarian and it was very shocking to me and my family. i can not expect this kind of blunder from PizzaHut. i will go on court on same. Order No:[protected]   Regards Deepak

                I have order 12 simple pizza at 8.10 they punching order at 8.21 after that store people call me and tell we will delay by 20 min I said ok they came by 9.17 i refuse to accept pizza then I spoke to manager and he spoke very rudely his name is vijay from hebbal kemppapura.and he spoke like I am beggar. And also I am complaining online to pizza hut but they also didn't respond on call.Manager told I can handle every situation complaint to anywhere I haven't any issue

                  I had ordered for online delivery on 3 October 2014 from the website . The amount got debited from the bank, but the order failed. I called around 10 times to their call center and also a few times to the store(which is Profit Centre, Kandivali West). It was only during the last 2 calls that the person said the amount will be credited within 22 days. They were like we have re-ordered and you will receive it. I called the store back for replacing the order and the guy said that I would have to call the call center to place the order and that they wouldn't accept any orders. I called the call center on[protected] and he said he cannot place the order due to technical issues. He was like he will send them an sms for call back. I told him that they have been saying they would call back since the past half an hour and he cut the phone on my face. I complained about this on their email, twitter page and facebook page and all they replied was \'We're looking into the matter and we'll get back to you soon.', which they obviously haven't. It has been more than a month but haven't got my refund yet!

                    I am really upset as I lost my Blackberry to the newly opened pizza hut delivery centre near my home at Pimple Saudagar, Pune. I left it on the table on 25th Oct 2014 around 3-4pm having bill no # [protected]. I realized it after an hour of leaving that place and I asked my team member to go and have a check with Restaurant manager as I was far away at other end of Pune to visit my cousin place. To my surprise, I got the response that it has been lost and no one knows who picked up from Pizza Hut as it was lying on the table below the Pizza box cover. PHD manager simply denied and said we don't know who had taken this and when I asked after returning in evening around 8pm along with Police to verify the recording to check who has cleaned or taken my blackberry, I am stuck to see that all recording were deleted and they have the recording after 5pm onwards for that day. When asked to check who has deleted the recording, they simply said they don't know how to operate and who deleted it. I have also filed an FIR but till now there is no positive response / outcome for my lost Blackberry mobile. I am really shocked and would not recommend anyone to go to this PHD who are stealing any things from customer and not helping in any way at all. Hoping to get my mobile ... Thanks Kapil [protected]

                      Have ordered through online on 20th Oct but after debiting in my online account Pizz hut site was not working due to technical error in their site.. Spoken multiple people in call centres and even raised complaint no 14609 but till date no response? Is RBI allows such kind of money laundering in the name of online transaction and end of the day no one to contact

Once I paid the amount around Rs.750/-, and when it return backs to Pizza hut website it said " Order Failed, There was problem placing your order ". But the amount was debited from my account and still the amount is not credited back . Its been more than a month and still no proper response from Pizzahut. Someone called from customer care and they said they are looking in to this issue. But even after two weeks of that, there was no call from them. This is really irritating for regular customer like me. Pls do some needful soon

                          I placed an order for Pizza with Pizza hut through online on 9th Sept. I paid the amount by Credit, Pizza was not delivered for nearly 2 hours. I asked them to cancel the order. I was told that money will be credited in my account in 21 days. Now 45 days has been passed, i have not received the credit yet. I called up the help line may time but issue not resolved. The helpline executives seems to be clueless, they dont know what to do. Can some one guide me how to recover the amount from Pizza Hut

                            Last night I ordered farm hut pizza and it was disgusting tasteless and was misaligned. We were not able to find whether it was a fresh pizza or a stale one and when we called up pizza hut to check they told we have arranged a call back for you but no call ... domino's is much better at least they try n resolve the issue in less than 5 hrs.

                              I ordered a pizza at around 01:55 pm he told me it will be delivered within 45 minutes i said ok but i did not get it till 02.55 pm so i again called at the same number so he told me that delivery boy is going to deliver it very soon and you can ask for discount to his manager. I got my pizza at 03.05 pm and when i asked why it is so late...so delivery boy replied me "sir it is just half an hour late" i asked him for discount so he said NO i shall not give it for free or on discount and when i had a conversation with the manager of that franchisee he said me "Sir accept it this time we shall give you discount in further order so i refused it...Now my point behind this story is this when you give the advertisement and commit that WITHIN 30 minutes it will be DELIVERED then it should BE and if you can not then the option fix by company (within 30 minutes or free) should follow itself by all the franchisee but after such experience i am not going to place a single order to pizza hut...                                 Hi, I am writing from the IIT Madras, Chennai campus. We have a unique problem that cropped up from the "pizza savers" or the "pizza spacers" that Pizza Hut uses while delivering pizza on campus. We have a number of spotted deer and black buck (wild animals) on campus. In the recent times we have found the legs (hoof region) of many deer getting trapped in the pizza savers that you are supplying along with the delivery which are discarded by the consumers. The current design of the saver is around ring with three legs and the ring is where the deer hoof is getting trapped. It constricts the blood flow to the hoof region by tightening around the leg above the hoof and slowly kill the deer due to infection. We had many cases of such rings trapping the deer in the last one month or so. We would earnestly request you to stop supplying these ring like savers to the IITM campus. You may choose other design like the tripod (triangle with legs) where the triangle is filled and small so that the deer legs do not get caught. Also please consider a design which can break or bio degrade (like paper based objects) for use as "pizza saver". We hope you will act immediately on this complaint and save the deer from getting trapped in these pizza savers.                                   I ordered for one pizza online last night (23rd Oct 2014) on Pizza Hut India Website. Paid for the bill of Rs 534.38 through NetBanking from my ICICI Bank Account. (Transaction ID reference BIL/[protected]/PGMIB-/PIZZAHUT_AICI35) I got the msg online that my payment has been transferred, however, soon after my screen displayed the msg "Server could not be found") . When I called Pizza hut No, they told me that they don't have my order and the money will be refunded to me in 21 working days. Then I placed the order again through phone and paid cash on delivery. I am writing this complaint because exactly same thing happened with me some months back also and I never got my refund of Rs 530.

                                    This is for the pizza hut that is located at DB mall, Arera Hills, Bhopal. So, I ordered for a medium so cheesy hot N spicy chicken pizza, and I have to say it was horrible! Firstly, the size was no where near to a medium pizza. Secondly, the chicken toppings were put as though they were showing pity on us. 1 slice barely had 2 small chicken pieces. Thirdly, the taste was disgusting! More like eating hard bread with some weird cheese combination. No balance of the flavours. I've had these pizzas so may times at my college in Manipal, karnataka, and they used to be spot on. But the Bhopal outlets are extremely disappointing and make me never want to never visit pizza hut ever again. Horrible service Horrible taste No value for money.

                                      Hi Team This in regards to a pizza hut outlet in mindspace malad which i visited The manager the overall staff was not helpful . The manager wasnt there to help us rather show his attitude First when I called they told me thar unlimited pizza offer is there When i visited the store they said its not there Then later i tol them I have citibank card they said i vll get 15% discount Later when they got the bill i told him that i have citibank card He said that we cant get the discount cause of we order meal This wasnt informed to us before..late their Manager in charge Started raising his voice on me and he was been rude I told him wats yur name He said my name is Javed and said DO WAT U COULD DO This is really rude he spoke to us rudely and that was really bad experience

                                        Hello, This is Soham. I have given an order for pickup at around 10 PM from Pune-Aundh Pizza Hut restaurant over telephone[protected] on 17/10/2014. A lady representative confirmed me the order and had also given me a order No.[protected]. They had told me that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. However, I went to the store after 30 mins and enquired whether my order is ready. The store personnel Shri Pankaj informed me they had not received any confirmation for the same and they were totally unaware of the order. They asked me to call the customer care and confirm. After calling the customer care, Shri Bharat of the customer care told me due to technical reasons they could not inform the store (throughout the entire 30 mins). Further, to this, they were appreciating my patience. I wonder how can a person appreciate my patient for not getting my food after 30 mins. Even if there was some technical difficulties, these days all are using mobiles and they could have called the store over mobile. Neither they called me about the technical flaws. Only, after calling from my side, the customer care personnel asked me to hand over my mobile to the store personnel to give the order. This is really adding insult to injuries. They promise to deliver in 30 mins and after 1 hr they gave me my order. This is truly pathetic and I demand not only an apology but also my losses of my precious time and money. Is this a free service being given to me. I am paying for the food and this is what is given to me "a very pathetic service". I also have call record facility in mobile and the entire conversation was recorded as a proof also.
