Hi Team This in regards to a pizza hut outlet in mindspace malad which i visited The manager the overall staff was not helpful . The manager wasnt there to help us rather show his attitude First when I called they told me thar unlimited pizza offer is there When i visited the store they said its not there Then later i tol them I have citibank card they said i vll get 15% discount Later when they got the bill i told him that i have citibank card He said that we cant get the discount cause of we order meal This wasnt informed to us before..late their Manager in charge Started raising his voice on me and he was been rude I told him wats yur name He said my name is Javed and said DO WAT U COULD DO This is really rude he spoke to us rudely and that was really bad experience

    Hello, This is Soham. I have given an order for pickup at around 10 PM from Pune-Aundh Pizza Hut restaurant over telephone[protected] on 17/10/2014. A lady representative confirmed me the order and had also given me a order No.[protected]. They had told me that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. However, I went to the store after 30 mins and enquired whether my order is ready. The store personnel Shri Pankaj informed me they had not received any confirmation for the same and they were totally unaware of the order. They asked me to call the customer care and confirm. After calling the customer care, Shri Bharat of the customer care told me due to technical reasons they could not inform the store (throughout the entire 30 mins). Further, to this, they were appreciating my patience. I wonder how can a person appreciate my patient for not getting my food after 30 mins. Even if there was some technical difficulties, these days all are using mobiles and they could have called the store over mobile. Neither they called me about the technical flaws. Only, after calling from my side, the customer care personnel asked me to hand over my mobile to the store personnel to give the order. This is really adding insult to injuries. They promise to deliver in 30 mins and after 1 hr they gave me my order. This is truly pathetic and I demand not only an apology but also my losses of my precious time and money. Is this a free service being given to me. I am paying for the food and this is what is given to me "a very pathetic service". I also have call record facility in mobile and the entire conversation was recorded as a proof also.

        i have p-laced an order at 10 am through telephone from hydernagar to hitech city.and they conformied my order and accepted to deliver by 11.45 am.its a birthday party whwre we log out by 12.30 and u people played a spoil party. its a very bad customer experience and i would def never recommrnd even any of my friends to visit or order. you are truely responsible n i badly needed the reason before i esclate it to futhuer level
        ordered 2 medium pizzas at 9:10 pm yesterday...expected delivary time is 9:56..till 10:30 pm order not received...when i call the customer care..every time same guys picks up..asking for my mobile number and details every time..says it will be delivered in 5 minutes...but nothing delivered...he told me that store manager calls me...but nobody called me..worst pathetic service...will never order pizzahut..will go for dominos only...
        finally it was delivered at 11pm..we starved till then..pizzahut ...and they tell all cock and bull stories...rain sir...some delivery men did not come sir..accident sir...lot of orders sir...worst service...when you know that there are lot of orders..why don't you give a delayed estimate so that we make other plans..at 11pm even restaurants would be closed and we can't get food..

        Online Order Amount and Telephonic Order Amount differ

        We are ordering Pizza Buy One Get One, online order Amount is 455+taxes after Coupon Code and Telephonic Amount by Pizzahut executive going different more than Rs.100. They are not telling the exact amount.

But the customer care executive (Gagan) and their senior ( Aashwani) denied to accept the offer.

When i call their customer care they have no answers and they try to escape by hanging up calls or making fake promises.                 when i could not place order online today for technical difficulty in reaching the store, in sector 56 gurgaon, that had to deliver my oder. I called their toll free 39883988, as that was the suggestion online to take next step on pizza hut website. I placed my order and the call center rep, (lady) at the above mentioned number assured me that my order place time is 12:30 in noon and i will receive my order at 1 pm same day that means within 30 mins as pizza hut delivery time policy is. I and my 6 years old child kept waiting till 1:05 pm and then called again at 39883988 where i had placed my order and got assurance to receive my delivery within 30 mins. The call kept transferring to two different persons for their long attempt to connect me to supervisor, who said then that the store in sector 56 will call me, i reminded him about 30 mins delivery else penalty to them to not pay, he said yes store in sector 56 will take care of that. I and my child again waited for 15 mins when we did not get any call, i called again at 39883988 as my son was really feeling hungry and we ha waited over 45 mins by now. Now call center another rep (a male this time) said we will have our order in 10 mins and as they can not give the whole order complimentary, they will give us rs 500 discount on our placed order. I told him my order value is rs. 555 only so i need to pay rs. 55 only. At last, at 1:30 pm pizza came, i was expecting the call center supervisor at 39883988 had done his job by calling the store mgr at sector 56, to convey the same as was conveyed to me about rs. 500 discount on total order placed value, so i need not waste any more time and energy, as by then we were rally losing our hunger pangs and patience as well. But to my surprise the delivery boy was extremely aggressive and started raising his voice when i said you are exactly 30 mins late as i had placed order at 12:30 and was confirmed by call center lady rep also. He then dialled his supervisor number at sector 56 and started telling lie in front of me only that im saying we had placed order at 12, my child was getting so sleepy by then and im looking at the delivery boy's audacity to be so white lie spoken person. He made me speak to the supervisor, when i had already dialled 39883988 and had asked the call center rep to speak and tell to ask the delivery boy to behave. On this also, the delivery boy started taunting me in front of my neighbors who were out then that now she is asking me to speak to call center rep. To my surprise, store supervisor at sector 56 was asking me who had given approval for rs 500 discount, I said the person told me he was supervisor at call center number 39883988 and im also aware of pizza hut policy of 30 mins else face penalty, and its 30 mins over expected delivery time. I had made up my mind by then looking at my almost slept child and my energy drained completely in all this mis-happenings created only by 39883988 team and sector 56 gurgaon team to not have pizza at all and return it. And that’s what I did, the delivery boy as expected, very shamelessly took back the delivery and left. #Ihatepizza hut, #i hate39883988, #ihatesector56gurgaonpizzahut

                  i had received 3 prepaid cards worth Rs. 500 each from Pizza hut. But when i went for redeeming the coupon at Pizza hut V3S Mall, Laxmi Nagar New Delhi, Pizza hut cashier old me to message the coupon codes separately to 57575500. I have been charged 100 Rs. for that message by my service provider. Nothing about extra charge for the sms was mentioned on the card. This is not acceptable. Why do i have to pay extra 100 rs. to redeem the cards which are equivalent to cash. i want the extra charge to be reverted back to my account.

                    On Saturday, 4th Oct 2014 at 21:52 IST, I placed an order with Pizza hut for home delivery with promise of delivery within 30 mins.After 40-50 minutes passed, neither any information about the delivery came to me nor any status.Finally, I called the pizza delivery outlet(CMH Road, Indiranagar) but no one picked up the call as the ring kept sounding. Then I called customer care and informed about the same.With the assurance of calling me back after checking the status in 5 mins I hanged up the call.Again the wait seemed eternal and no response. Again after 20 mins I called customer care and same assurance of calling me back happened.Again, No any word I heard from them. Then finally around 23:30 IST, I called again customer care and like other previous attenders, he started grilling me about my details like name, contact no etc.This infuriated me as every time they peeved me with these questions despite contact no. being displayed on their system and having my personal details(as I use to order frequently with them).I started questing them about their professionalism how to handle customers and the person on other side started being rude.This angered me and I cancelled my order, having understood also there was little chance of pizza arriving so late. With no hope of pizza coming and being famished, I started cooking after 23:30 IST. Around, 12:00 midnight, probably some manager of pizza hut called me to enquire whether pizza delivered to me or not and why it got cancelled.I politely responded what happened. Then he asked me he is ready to deliver pizza next day.This surprised me and asked him that a hungry person need to wait for one day, after order, for pizza to be delivered.He said sorry and we ended the call. I really wonder how they tackle other customers in case of home delivery if they fail their promise. A thorough unprofessional as well as unethical attitude in service as well as handling a customer. Absolutely worst experience and decided not to order pizza again from their outlet. P.S. : The weather on that evening/night was absolutely clear ie no rain.

                      Hi!! To whom it may concern, I am writing this to express the disappointment and anger that I had to experience because I am a customer of PizzaHut. I had ordered for a pizza which; in the first place was not delivered in 30 minutes. and when I called from my side, I was made a fool by saying its still 5 minutes and then its still 10 minutes left for delivery...so What do you guys expect from our side!!! To agree with what is told from your people and wait..C'mon Its simple Mathematics...How can you even try and say that We are not calculating the right time!!!. Later, after another 10 minutes, when I had a conversation with the store manager, He still expected me to wait and believe him. Finally, I got the Pizza for free ..but that's really not enough. not at all.The Pizza was badly cold ..but Ultimately, As a customer of your brand, I am really disappointed in you.                         sir/madam my self pooja narula resident of h-68, vikaspuri new delhi 110018 phone no [protected] today as on 11/10/2014 at arround 10.40pm to 10.50pm at vikaspuri sonia pvr PHD hope fully it was my last order I ORDER FOR one birizza three corn solo pizza& one onion solo pizza and in last i purchased also one pepsi( even he had not given any slip) one solo corn pizza i eat over there that was so so and about that i talk to my husband its some where different in taste but he ignored rest we take it to home now when we eat the another three i really surprised as inspite of accutal tropping of corn pizza was replaced with another grave may be it will be of brizza grave more over it was not baked properly and we throw all of that in the dustbin may be all of it was todays festival or you got more order than expectation and material may be short with them this is the first time with us my intension is not to complain for any thing but this is just for to mentain your quality some where all that HOPE YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS NEXT TIME

                          I felt an embarrassing moment in front my guest today when I waited for almost 1 hour 10 minutes for the delivery of 2 Medium pizza from pizzahut, Rudrapur. This was really a depressing moment with a brand like you. Then I called up the outlet here in Rudrapur and the guy asked me to wait for 20 seconds and then he kept my call on hold for almost 10 minutes. Totally a worst experience. I downloaded your application on my mobile number [protected] and this was my first order to pizzahut...and not forgetting to mention THE LAST ONE. Domino's is far better in terms of service here in Rudrapur.

                            I, Visited the premises of pizza hut @ trillium mall location amritsar i was a regular customer there. But today i experience the worst side of Pizza HUT staff members My order was getting ready and my Baby open the Spices container...it was full with RUST .the cap i just saw and got shocked What the hell they are serving to peoples . that thing is harmful for every age person. why don't they use clean and rust free things in the restraunt. I[censored] R READING THIS ( PIZZA HUT)THEN SOLVE IT TO IMPROVE YOUR ADMITS THANKS JASPREET

                              I have placed my order of 6 plus 6 pizza today & 30 choclate truffle. Secondly the customer care executive promised to place 10 % discount on total bill. Out of 12 pizzas i only got 6 and 10 % discount was also not given. This is clearly a cheating by pizza hut to their trusted customers. Request you to kindly check your recording and do the correction.

                                Bought a pizza on 15th August 2014 online in Pune, India, transaction id MHDF[protected], however did not get the order confirmation, but the money got deducted through my bank account. I checked with my bank and they confirmed that the payment have been made to pizza hut and i need to speak with them. Since then i have called Pizza hut several times, every time they say i will get the money and they will come back to me with details. Last time i called and spoke to a manager Shrikant on 4th Oct 2014, he too said that i will get my money and he will call back with the details. But its been 50 days now and have not got any communication from Pizza Hut. I believe pizza hut does not intend to return the money.

                                    Dear Complaints Manager, I was at Yamunanagar, Haryana Pizza Hut yesterday, ( 06, October 2014) at around 7:45 pm and placed an order vide invoice number [protected] and order number[protected]. The billing time says 7:54pm. As i was with my family and after the days shopping we were told that our order would be ready in 20- 25 minutes.So we went out. The order boy called on my cell at 8:26 that my order was ready. So we reached at your location around 7:40 as there was lot of traffic yesterday. Upon reaching we were told that they forgot to make part of our food. So they began making Garlic breads. Other boy said they had given my garlic breads to somebody else. Around 8:50 they said my order was ready. I asked them about my Pizza order, where i had asked them not to put any onions in them. The boy realising his mistake started picking up the onion strips with bare hands from the pizza's. When i asked them are they not supposed to wear gloves when touching food, he said no... What really cheesed me off was that before touching my Pizza the order boy was operating till and counting cash. How could his hands be sanitised. Imagine my condition, family and kids tired after a days shopping and hungry. On my request for a suggestion book or a box, they said they had no concept. They were just not polite and refused to refund my money, which they eventually did and then refused to give me Manager's phone number. Later i had a word with Mr Puneet Handa, who apologised and offered me a Pizza. My Suggestion to Pizza Hut Inc., 1. Please make your employees wear gloves, or sanitised hands should not operate till and till boy should not handle food. Till boy should not be touching food, leave alone removing onions from the pizza's. 2. Employees should be better trained, and more polite. 3. There should a suggestion box at your locations. 4. I had to order food again from a neighbourhood pizza store who are not a brand name but better managed 5. You should remove that 30 minutes offer as i technically got my food way after 30 minutes, as they had forgotten to place order for my complete order. I have been a Pizza hut fan since a long time, and used to frequent sector 35 pizza hut before pizza hut came to yamunanagar.

                                      Hi, Reg: Failed transaction for Online order dated : 27th September My Personal Information registered at PizzaHut is : First Name : Nitish Last Name : Bhardwaj Email : nitish.[protected]@gmail.com Phone : [protected] I placed an order worth Rs. 534 on 27th September, 2014.. The transaction was successful from ICICI internet banking but it alerted "Failed Transaction" at PizzaHut site. So, I placed the same order again which was successful and received the order.                                       Pizza Hut — refund of payment

                                      sir, maine 21 april 2015 ko pizza order kiya tha aur iska payment online banking se kiya tha...but maine order ko cancle kr diya tha. to uska refund money avi tk mere account me nhi aaya hai.

                                        Four o[censored]s had visited Pizza Hut at Anna Nagar and ordered 4 unlimited medium pizzas at Rs.219/- with taxes each. It took the outlet more than 30 minutes to deliver the same. No water was provided and we had to ask once again. The pizzas were served to us as if the staff was doing us a favor. When we ordered the next pizza (as part of the unlimited offer) I was told that first i should complete eating the crest (or crumb...the hard part at the end of the pizza) completely and when enquired was told it was compulsory. On protesting and saying I dont like that part of the pizza very reuluctantly after 40 more minutes the next pizza was delivered. Again the attitude was like "you guys are getting it free". When we ordered one more pizza again it took another thirty minutes and repeated reminders to the waiters before the pizza was delivered. Atrocious services, lousy attitude and one of the worst customer service I have encountered.
