    I ordered a Turkish veggie pizza in pizza hut and when I was eating it I found a price of plastic in my mouth then I asked the about that and he replied that it can be anything. He told me that this is fault of their h.r. department . the plastic piece ( evidence) is still with them.they are not letting us to take a picture of the evidence.

      On 19/Nov/2014, I personally went to Pizza hut, Sector 23, Gurgaon, ordered pizza home delivery and paid amount at by my HDFC credit card at the shop itself but Pizza Hut debited my credit card two times for the same amount same day and for same item.(amount 466, date-19-Nov-2104, merchant- Pizza hut, Sector 23, Gurgaon) as that time my phone number was not updated to HDFC bank so I was not able to get credit card sms for billing.While checking my credit card bill pdf on 20-Dec-2014 I found this and called HDFC and they confirmed that two times money debited from my credit card for same amount and same day.Next I went to shop and told about this they asked me to email my HDFC credit card bill copy to "[protected]@gamma.co.in" that I have sent to them on the same day 20-Dec-2014 but still no response from them.Please look into this ASAP.

        I had placed an order in Pizza Hut worth Rs. 499 on 26th Dec 2014, using the mobile aps. Order No is[protected]. As per their website, order value of Rs. 400 and above will get flat 25% off when ordered through their mobile aps. But this discount was not reflected in my bill. On enquiry with the PHD outlet, they refused to listen. This is a case of total fraud.

          I would suggest no one to ever try ordering a pizza online from this disgusting firm ever. Dominos is any day better. To go into the details, I ordered a pizza yesterday at 7.30 pm. Forget 30 minutes, I only got the pizza at around 8.20 pm. When i brought this to the notice of the delivery guy, I was informed that the timelines dont count today, as it is a Christmas holiday. Anyways, i decided not to argue on that front, as I made a horrible mistake of making an online payment at the time of order itself. Then, I found that the pizza that was delivered wasnt even the one that I had ordered and the dessert had only 1 piece (whereas there were supposed to be two). I immediately brought this to the notice of the deivery boy, who I was told is on first day of his an hence couldnt make out one pizza from the other. Hence, i made him talk to his senior to whom I myself explained the problem and returned the order, hoping that they would be courteous enough the resend a replacement. To my horror, this "professional" chain didnt deliver anything for another hour. Then, i called up their call center number where i explained the issue once again. They guy apologized to me and told me that I would get a call immediately from the local delivery center, i asked him to connect me to his senior, and I was put on hold for 10 minutes, post which I lost my patience and kept the phone. Another half hour passed, and i called them again. I was again made to restate all my problem and then i got a call from the local office who asked me again he has only just now been informed of an issue and asked me what was the problem. He didnt even know who he was talking to, mistook me for another address. I told him the problem again in furious mood and asked him to forget the order and keep the money as my donation, hoping that the guy at the other end would feekl ashamed of his unprofessionalism and deliver me my order atleast now. But guess what, I never got my order or my money back. They chose to keep my money, as if I had actually donated to a beggar. Thats the loot agency this guys are running. Hope someone takes serious note and takes action. For a moment, i even contemplated a police complaint but then decided against it for the lack of worth in dealing with such scums of society.             i ordered a pizza to pizza hut (Noida sector 110), the delivery boy was 5 minutes late. as per policy of pizza hut they have to deliver pizza free but delivery boy take th pizza back. A worst service. i decide to never been order to them...

              I ordered a veg pizza online and was given information that the order will be placed to the nearest store (Plot No 38, 1 Stage, 1st Phase, BTM Layout, Madivala Dollars Scheme) The money got deducted from my account but I didn't get order confirmation instead I got a message "oops something went wrong, we know this issue and will look in to it". I tried calling pizza hut but with not luck they just told we will arrange a call back from store manager. If the matter doesn't get resolved soon I will have to go consumer court, the customer service is so bad.

                  i visited your pizza hut outlet in ambiance mall gurgaon delhi outlet tele no[protected].we placed an order for pizzas and a few drinks some o[censored]s did not order a drink and asked for water. the water took forever to come, it did arrive after a few reminders but in disposable glasses. while the other customers were served in glass tumblers at approx the same time. i did express displeasure but the staff was not forthcoming.i would like to put it into writing to bring to your notice that the drinks were also served it chipped and cracked tumblers. i have been your costumer for a long time but will think twice before patronising you again.

                    It was worst and pathetic service. I placed online order for Veggie solo combo and veggie birizza and made repeated calls after 10:45 PM. At last delivery boy came and gave the order. The bill was 375 but after an argument of 30mins or free he asked for 300. We started with birizza and after 15 mins opened the pizza box it was frozen cold and checked all the boxes they were all same. Looked at the bill but no bill was there but an copy on internal document which says order number different and time of 6:00 PM. Again called the store and they said its system fault of displaying the wrong order number and time. After a heated argument they got us a new pizza but when I asked for refund of money they said so I asked for original bill copy they said they dont have it. The delivery boy who came initially had all pizza in a poly bag and the usual delivery bag was missing and even it didn't had seasonings. When I said that there is something fishy they said nothing as such its system fault and when asked about why the pizza was frozen there was no answer. I did say that I will take this matter to higher level they all said sir No please...but for refund they said No and even for bill No...I think and recommend not to go for Pizza Hut...Its terrible pathetic and disaster with no customer satisfaction. I still have the fake bill copy presented to me and if possible will it to consumer forum.

                      THE COMPANY PROMISES A 30 MINUTE OR FREE POLICY BUT IS VERY FRAUD IN TERMS OF ITS OWN POLICIES. AFTER A TEN MINUTE LATE DELIVERY, ACCORDING TO THE COMPANY POLICY THE ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE.BUT ON COMPLAINING FOR THE SAME THE MANAGER STATES THAT WE HAVE A FIRST BARIER POLICY THAT THE ORDER SHOULD REACH THE 1ST BARRIER ON THE GIVEN TIME AND REST IS NOT MANDATORY IF THE ORDER REACHES YOU IN 30 MINUTES OR NOT. ACCORDING TO THE RULE AS STATED BY THEM, IT IS NOWHERE WRITTEN AS SUCH WHEN DESCRIBING 30 MIN OR FREE POLICY.BUT WHEN ARGUED OVER IT, THE MANAGER SAID THE RULE IS STATED IN MINUTE LETTERS AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE MENU.SO AS A CONSUMER I WOULD LIKE TO ASK THE COMPANY IF THE TIME FROM THE FIIRST BARRIER TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS ALSO STATED BY THE COMPANY?? AFTER REACHING THE FIRST BARRIER, THE COMPANY MAY TAKE 1 HOUR AND SAY WE DID REACH THE FIRST BARRIER ON TIME!! THIS IS EXTREMLY SAD THAT THE COMPANY I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER TO WILL HAVE SUCH BAD AND AMBIGUOUS POLICIES!!

                        I am absolutely horrified with the poor level of order taking. As a frequent customer, I have ordered half and half pizzas multiple times, both for home delivery and in the restaurant itself. However today, on placing my order for home delivery at 8:16pm the order taker point blank refused to accept an order for a half and half. In fact he even informed me that pizza hutt never accepts such orders. Is the company trying to suggest that I have eaten imaginary pizzas for so long ? On asking to talk to a supervisor, I was also informed that there was no supervisor to talk to and that my call could not be transferred to customer care since my complaint was not "of the seriousness" to be transferred. As a restaurant manager myself, I am appalled by this rude humiliating behavior by the order taker. The service levels have plummeted .

                          Dear firm i placed an order online but it failed however the transaction was done. I therefore request you to refund my order which was of an amount of Rs.686.78 INR debited to A/c no xxxxxxx1007141 by POS transaction on 09-DEC-14 at 17:14:55 hrs.

                            Order No : 58C0040595 Order time : 1.35pm Date : 7Dec 2014 Delivery : 3.45pm Substantial Delay in delivery of Pizza by 2.15min and that too Incomplete. Always different executive answering customer care and keeping the call on hold for minimum 7min. Callous and negligent attitude of the Staff and Management. Have never seen such a service by any firm. Dominos is 100times better !! Request authorities to take strict action against Pizza Hut.

                              Dear Team, To bring in your notice as an escalation against the PIZZA management of delivery, please find the concerns mentioned below: Delivery Date/Time/Place : 06/12/2014 10:00 PM Delhi, Shalimar Bagh AJ-21B 1) I have order for the KADAI CHICKEN from Pitampura delhi, but what I received was not KADAI CHICKEN 2) You can see the red Capsicum was missing 3) Chicken served was not the kadai chicken 4) Executive Mr. Rahul (+91-[protected]) was saying that order was checked by himself. This is highly disgusting and ridiculous honestly. This is not acceptable, I am also attaching the bill receipt. Screenshot of ONLINE PICTURE and PICTURE OF PIZZA DELIVERED AT HOME are attached for reference. I am also putting this on the forum of consumer court and poking for justice.                                 Dear Team, Above mentioned order number was supposed to be delivered by 08:25PM today but it was delivered 10 min late. Immediately after delivery, I checked with delivery boy and he asked me to contact store which delivered the pizza. When checked with store manager Mr. Syed regarding late delivery and refund of order amount, he agreed that order was delivered late and he is going to request finance department for refund of order amount to my credit card using which I paid the order online. He also mentioned that it will take 21 working days to refund order amount. Hence I am keeping this conversation in record for future reference and track for refund.                                   Irresponsible behaviour of pizza hut at kaggadasapura after asking why delivery late by 10min. No one is ready to do anything for that late delivery just giving that fake excuses and running away without delivery of pizza and when second time they get pizza they just deliver half of the item ordered and upon asking pizza delivery guy says please forget that item and even bill is not delivered which upon asking says no bill for the order. This is really not accepted. E paid the bill online delivery but in return we don't get even what we have pied for... Shameless people in pizza hut at CV RAMAN NAGAR

                                    CP is out of delivery delivery area!!! pathetic approach and customer delivery.. it was shocking that order was not delivered even after one hour wait.. and executive called and said that Connaught place is out of delivery area.. very horribe experience.. lost faith in Pizza Hut delivery... highly disappoined...                                       Dear Sir, I was at a kids party at Pizza hut in Inorbit Mall (Vadodara), The Glass was clean and had no sign or stickers on it. I had banged against it and broke my nose, i was in terrible pain and i complained for the same.                                         I ordered a pizza in sec 11 rohini outlet online on 22th NOV.my amount 0f 463.71 deducted but order not confirmed.when i talked to pizza hut customer care they said that your amount will credit asap but till date my amount is not credited, .Please Refund ASAP.
