Hi,
Some one ordering pizza online from. Pizza hut every week with my details like name address and phone number with cash on delivery option and when pizza arrived i am cancelling it. When i call customer care manager he said they can't track online orders, please have a feature to verify the customer order before dispatching food. It's loss of petrol and food.

    I had ordered a pizza from pizza hut on the 4th of may 2018 under the order number : 2784414

    The order was not delivered within the 30 minutes timeline which was suggested and they said if not delivered within 30 minutes, the order would be free. After placing the order at 8:16, they sent me a delivery confirmation message at 8:36 saying the order is delivered. When called the customer care, they said, it will be delivered in the next 25-30 minutes. When i asked him about what about the 30 minutes rule, he said i need to speak to the store manager regarding that.

    The order came in opened and used boxes, the food was undercooked and post having just a bite we had to throw the entire pizza as it was cold and not appetizing. I fell ill the next day after having the pizza and the store manager of ramamurthy nagar banaswadi main road of pizza hut does not even have the courtesy to call me back despite calling them multiple times over the same issue. A full refund and a compensation is due from them with regard to the same. Poor service at its best!

    The customer service helpline is as pathetic and they have standard scripts which they keep repeating. They first verify your number and then say, are you calling from the same number? What crap is this kind of service?

      I have seen an offer “unlimited pizza friday “ in pizza hut website. So i wanted to go a nearest pizza hut outlet near me. I know that there is no pizza hut outlet in my town guntur, so i searched the outlet in vijayawada town which is 35km away from me.in pizza hut website i have searched for the outlets offering this offer & i got one address of an outlet in lepl icon mall, patamata, vijayawada. I wanted to confirm again & so have posted a comment in pizza hut’s facebook page for offer outlets, i got reply from pizza hut saying the same outlet address. I again searched in facebook for this outlet & found an existing page with this store location. Also searched in google maps for outlet & got directions for it. I went along with my friends with a batch of 8 people. I have planned a party for all of them so, before calling everybody i have cross cheched whether everything is correct, whether the offer exists in vijayawada city or not & wheather the outlet location is correct by verifying in pizza huts website, facebook & google. And finally when i gone to the outlets address that is lepl icon mall, patamata, vijayawada. Shocking there was no pizza hut outlet there. I was surprised for being getting fooled by pizza hut even after cross verifying in facebook, pizza hut website & pizza hut support team. When i enquire in the lepl icon mall about the pizza hut outlet, they said now there is no pizza hut outlet here but it was there long back about an year ago. I felt very bad infront of my friends by bringing them so long & knowing that there is no outlet there. All o[censored]s got very much disappointed of the cancellation of this pizza hut plan as i have called them for a party & all of them came from long distances.
      I don’t know why this pizza hut people didn’t remove the outlet details from the website, facebook page & even in google maps once the outlet is removed from a location.
      I have replied back to pizza hut in their facebook post that there was no store located in the given address, they said they will be coming to out locality soon. I got literally so much anger for such reply.
      I want to take a serious action against pizza hut for not updating the addresses & outlet details even after removing the outlet an year ago which leads to such incidents. I think there might be a lot of people who got mistaken by them till now. I also demand a compensation from the pizza hut for what they have done to me, leaving me embarrassed infront of my friends who came from far away.
      I got attached some screenshots where 1st picture shows the outlet location in the website, 2nd picture shows the facebook page of that outlet which is still active & 3rd picture shows the pizza hut support team saying the outlet location when i asked for offer & outlet details.
      Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I reached the outlet at 10pm. Still 1 hour was remaining till restaurant closing time. I was told that i could only get personal sized pizzas and the 50% off offer on wednesdays was also denied. I dont think this is what pizza hut brand is all about.

        Today we visited to pizza hut gt central, jaipur, rajasthan.
        When we sited on vacated table, after few minutes waitor told rudely this table booked and we ask no any display of booking on table why u told so..
        He just told again and ask to put order and after available seat will sit.
        Also told same thing to deepak but he also not provide solution.
        How your staff surve and behave it.

        got cancelled by restaurant but not yet got my refund amount of 786.45 indian rupees.

        Please do something and initiate process.
        Order No. 2767123 an online order was cancelled on 25th April 2018 by Pizza Hut citing delivery area problem. The payment was made online amounting to a little over Rs 900/-. It has not been refunded till now. Please look into the matter.

          It is around 3 months now Rs. 1186.52 (593.26 *2) deducted from my credit card but not yet refunded by Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut local restaurant manager Mr. Krishna from Bangalore also written to their corporate team for the refund but my money not yet refunded by Pizza Hut corporate office. If this is called customer service? and If this is an international brand then i am sorry to say Pizza Hut is the third class brand and I will certainly fight till consumer forum. I have all the documents and proof against you.

            Today i went with my friend for pizza hut it is not at all good the pizza t was very very bad taste for the first time.. Really i'm too bad with ur pizza. I'm not happy we had yesterday but dat is good to have but today i got it it's not good and also i got some bad smell in chicken tikka pizza i'm not at all satisfied with ur pizza pls let them inform make it proper taste and good food..

              My amount was deducted while no order at pizza (Through pizza hut http://m.pizzahut.co.in) was booked, i just received a mail of confirming amount rs 292.95 deduction by their payment gateway software co. Razorpay. Not received any order no. Later on i found site was under maintenance and might happend due to that. My choosen order of spicy pizza was still showing in cart.

              Order date - 02/05/2018, time around 7 pm
              Order by - me through jio money wallet (Mobile wallet)
              Payment amount - rs 292.95
              Payment id - pay_a6esucao9c5ddv (Received by mail from razorpay, their payment gateway software co.)

              Since it was wrongly deducted without creating pizza order due to site issue. Please manage to refund the deducted amount to my account as we couldn't get pizza of that.

              My amount was deducted while no order at pizza (Through pizza hut app) was booked, i just received amount deduction of confirming amount rs 559.66 deduction by their payment gateway. They send me a link of payment and i made payment through google pay to pizzhut. [protected]@hdfcbank but Not received any order no. Later I found that My choosen order of spicy pizza was still showing in cart.

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about Delivery at Pizza Hut Delivery on April 18th, 2018.

                We have order Pizza on 18-april-2018 amounting Rs.1736. Now the amount is not visible on the Invoice.

                I call to customer care but they not provide any solution for Duplicate Bill.
                Please share the duplicate bill for claiming from the office.

                I placed an order online (#[protected], invoice no: 20N[protected], on 26th April at 10:10 PM. Promised delivery time was 10:40PM. The delivery was made past 11PM. The store manager, Mr Nasir, told me that Rs.300/- will be refunded to my Paytm for the order worth Rs.524/-, by next day.
                There has been no update since.
                Your customer care keeps telling me to contact the store manager myself. Even the call back that I received told me the same thing.The store manager's phone is out of coverage/switched off/ refusing to accept calls. What do I do now?

                  I had ordered 2 pizzas from the PH outlet at Civil Lines, Allahabad, at around 8:10 pm on 29 April.I paid through Paytm.My order number was 10359443.The website said it would reach me latest by 8:50 pm.But it actually arrived at 10:00pm, more than an hour later.
                  When asked about the delay, the delivery man gave me various excuses, saying that it was a Sunday, so there was a lot of traffic, the flyover construction impeded him etc etc.When I pointed out that Dominos had delivered to my area just a half hour ago, he again made up some excuses.
                  The pizzas had gone very cold by then, which made it a very unenjoyable experience to eat them.I do not feel that I have got the value equivalent to the 540/- that I had paid for them.
                  I hope that PH gets in touch with me at the earliest.Being a regular customer, I did not expect such shoddy service from them.

They cancelled my order without telling me and did not paid back my refund till now.I called them atleast 15-20 times but they always that manager is out for delivery and we will inform he. But he never called me back. His name is kumar abhinav. He is at Saket Square Indore. My order number is 8931603. I want my refund as soon as possible. The manager even befooled me many times. Did not pick my call.

                      I ordered pizza on 24/04 between 10-11 pm online on their website. I ordered my pizzas and in the payment section was also done via tez (Upi). The order screen came back with a error message of "order not found". I spoke about this to a customer executive on 25/04 and he said within 2-4 days the refund will happen. It's the 4 th day and i don't have the promised service or a refund as per their terms and conditions.

                      Kindly do the needful.

                      They definitely have some issue there. Same thing happened to me and they are asking for Billdesk's transaction id, which billdesk and my bank are taking forever to provide. They say they cant process it with this number. I have given them my upi transaction id, google transaction ID but no use. It is such a scary experience.
                      Same issue with me.

                        I have gone to pizza hut in ramamurthy nagar. While entering in to the store itself the order taking staff says we are out of dove it will take at least 30 min for delivery. However order we got pizza in 15 min. As it is take away order we have taken that home it was not tasty and the pizza is almost dried up with no taste. So much upset with pizza hut after spending 350 for pizza

                        I had placed 1 veg and 1 non veg pizza. I was sent 2 STALE chicken pizza.
                        I have been calling customer care but I am being told that somebody will call you.

                            Yesterday i have ordered the pizza i have not received the pizza till now i received sms after 1.5 hr that my pizza has delivered but till now i have not received it seems very odd.                               Toady, i have visited at pizzahut devyani international ltd. Shop no 07 and 08, rafeel towers, saket squar, indore mp. I have ordered two pizza inv no.[protected] order no.[protected] date :- 20/04/2018 time 10:10:13 pm
                              The pizza hut staff mr. Sohel and one other member miss behave with me and my family also 50% offer not givin on takeaway.

                              Request you to please refund the 50% offer money and your staff member (Both) should urge for apology else i will go to consumer court and log fir against both person.

                              I worked in pizza hut at RMall Mulund west, Mumbai for just 11 days & then i relieved . They are telling vll not give salary. What I do . I[censored] not give i will take action. I vll put criticize comments in ur reviews.

                                I visited one of pizza hut eating outlet situated in dombivli, maharashtra and ordered veggie fresh pizza (Veg pizza) but they served us smotten chicken pizza. I being jain couldn't even think of eating non veg. While eating pizza some felt some unsual taste and upon checking the bill that came with the servings i came to know about this. When i brought this issue to the person who was taking order, her rply was it that it was system's mistake.

                                  Today I have ordered one medium pizza along with garlic bread and cold drink ( Combo Offer) through phone, Total Order amount confirmed here was Rs 588 and I finalised the same and the guy on other side confirmed me for delivery in next 30 min, but surprisingly I got call in 15 min that I have my pizza on my main entrance gate, I accepted the parcel and bill along with the same and as assured on call paid Rs 588 to the delivery man, after few min the delivery man again came back and said pls check I suppose the bill is of Rs 688, here I closely checked the bill and found that the Gross Amount is Rs 588 but the bill amount showing here is Rs 688, Here I refused to pay additional Rs 100 but as attached here with copy of bill it is clearly visible that the bill has been manipulated intentionally and this is an act of cheering through such a reputed chain as PIZZA HUT..

                                    Right so it was friday and five of my friends decided to go to pizza hut in paschim vihar to try out the unlimited combo which provides you unlimited pizza and garlic bread.. We ordered four combos as one of my friend wasn't hungry... After the first serving of the pizza they refused to serve it again saying that we had shared the pizza which was clearly a lie.. This is absolutely horrible and ridiculous from pizza hut.. Bunch of #s.. Despite paying the full amount they refused to serve us.. I don't know the name of the lady but she was so arrogant... Well pizza hut you've just lost a customer.. # pizza hut now domino's is the best.. Atleast they don't turn their backs to the customers.. I want you to see into this pizza hut.. What # service # attendants.. Cheaters

                                      I have ordered pizza worth 1140 from pizza hut on the 4th of March 2018. but the online payment failed saying gateway timeout error .finally, I got the order finally by cash on delivery . I have called the customer care many times and each time they say that the refund will happen on next three working days. this is happening over a month now. I have not got the refund yet.
