Pizza hut ohh wow
They have special offers i. E unlimited pizza @249
Offer seems tempting. But i think they have best marketing style by turning off the electricity supply just for the customers to leave as its too hot inside the store without ac.
Like seriously oven and all machines in kitchen are working and just the electricity in dining area was off.
You think we are fool?
And ive been victim twice of same #.
Literally i had to leave the restaurant.
Please dont introduce such offers if you can't satisfy customer.

there are some basic things you should not charge for sauce, napkins, chilli flakes...

    This is my third bad recent experience with Pizza Hut, Ashok Nagar within a time of 3 months.

    The first time, I had ordered pizzas online. As I'm allergic to cheese, I immediately called the number given in the website. They had asked me to call the branch. So, I had to find the number from the net and call them. The numbers given in Zomato and 3 of the 4 numbers given in Justdial did not work. I finally spoke to the person who received the call and told him that my order was to be made without cheese. He said that I've called after 5 minutes of placing the order and that the pizza is already in the oven. When I informed him that I tried calling the place for a long time, he said- "so what do you want me to do?- Make another pizza?" I said Yes and that I'm allergic and to avoid cheese and if he can give any other topping instead, for which he replied, "You've already wasted a pizza, I cannot give more toppings". Does your staff realize that we are not begging for free pizzas but requesting a (heavily) paid for service? Only when my husband confronted your staff for his rude behavior in person did they even show a semblance of regret, that too only to avoid a scene in front of the single other customer that was present. They are that arrogant.

    The second time, since I had a previous bad experience I had called them up before I placed the order and informed them to make it without cheese. When I went there to collect it, the pizza was not ready by the time that showed during the online order. I did not complain. I waited for 20 minutes more and collected it. When I checked the pizza, they had prepared it with cheese. When I informed them that I asked for it without cheese, I had to wait for 20 more minutes till they made another without cheese. No apologies, no regrets, again behavior as if I was asking for free pizzas when you charge so much!

    The third consecutive time, 5th Feb, I directly went there with my husband and ordered the pizzas. My husband wanted it with cheese. So, we asked if it would be possible to make it half with cheese and half without. They agreed that they can. I stressed that I'm allergic to cheese to the person who took the order so that they would be careful while preparing it and also I didn't want to wait like the previous time. But this time was the most creative of all the three times! They had made the whole pizza with cheese and hid the part that is supposed to be without cheese with the pizza sauce. Does your staff have any clue about the word "allergy" and the reactions it could cause? Least bothered about customer's health though you charge a bomb for your pizzas. I used to be a regular at this outlet. I'm really really angry with your staff and service and not planning to return.

      Hi,
      I feel very frustrated, after 20 days also my amount not refunded.
      I have ordered my pizza on 21st march 2018 through pizza hut website on line from bangalore.
      I have paid 404.26 rs online for the same. My order number was 2721913.
      I got a confirmation email as well on my email id. Unfortunately, i did not get delivery. The next day i called customer care, after checking they told sorry and amount will be refunded in next 10 days. I waited for 10 days when i called they again told the same story. Now it passed almost 20 days and i did not get any refund. This is pathetic.
      I have attached the order detail as well for reference.

        I had ordered pizzas from Pizza Hut on 7 April 2018(2 triple treat meals) . By 8 April 2018, all the 7-8 people who had eaten the pizza suffered from food poisoning. It has caused us much physical and mental agony . I demand that appropriate action be taken against Pizza Hut .

          I wanted to place an order online. Since the website or the app was unable to find my address called and placed the order. When confirmed about 50% discount on 2 medium pan pizzas was incorrectly informed by the rep that it is only for online order. When told rep that it is nir my fault that i am unable to place order online as ur website does not find my address and asked for supervisor call was dropped. On calling again called was again disconnected. On calling third time i informed that my call is being disconnected and want to speak to sup. Rep was rude and asked the purpose of the call. At last sup came inline and stated we will give the discount and so i placed the order. As i was not home my children paid for the bill. I would have never checks the bill if there wouldn't have been an issue. When checked the bill i found that i was not given full 50% discount. Called again and rep tried to convince that it includes tax. I argued that tax is added to the entire bill amount and not jus in pizza so rep accepted. Later rep argued that he can view the bill and all is good. I had taken 2 pizzas of 625/- each and should have ideally got 625/- discount. Instead i got 417/- as discount. When told that want to complain and send a picture of the bill i was told that the matter is being escalated. They will contact the store and call me back. I am still waiting for the call and my refund.

            I followed up 2-3 times and finally received the order at 10:20 pm.
            The product was not at all in eatable condition
            Since the delivery was made after a long time that too in a bad condition and i waited for it
            Now i have to search an alternate food.

              I ordered the pizza from pizza hut on 17th feb 2018. After some time i called from the pizza hut that they can not deliver it to my location and had to cancel the order. They said i will get the full refund withing 12 hours. But, it has been 2 months since then but still i did not get the refund. I contacted customer care 2 time but no result. They always say that they will get in touch with me and never received the call from them.

                I ordered pizza from pizza hut ra puram branch at 8.33 through swiggy but the order reached me at 9.45 and the delivery person got money from me. What happened to the 30 mins guarantee? Is it a false advertising? And there was no communication from the pizza hut and the manager was very irresponsible and i have not got any feedback from pizza hut. The pizza and garlic bread was cold as ice and i cldnt even eat it. Thank you so much for the very terrible and worst experience. Iam very disappointed with pizza hut. I know all these complaints are for eye wash, and nothing is gonna reach the management. I dunno what type of management is that. Very frustrated.

                  In ea mall we had pizza which was not taste nd upto there markthere service was also not nice they r not making proper pizza for take away they do for some purpose it was like # nd the pizza was had no tatse it had no spicey nd no salt i want the money to refund nd not satisfied with the pizza so i request u to give refund nd see to the mistake nd they r making pizza for name sake

                    Hello,

                    I ordered pizzas online from pizza hut jp nagar bengaluru on 16th march order no 4002.. However i got a call from pizza hut saying they r cancelling the order as our home doesn't come under their delivery radius and amount deducted online will be refunded back with in 15 days. I haven't got my refund back and must say your customer care is even worse.. I have called them several times but of no use. Please make sure i receive my refund asap without any delay otherwise i have to go and register complaint against pizza hut for not refunding back my money.

                      I am snighda. Yesterday i went to pizzahut (Hyderabad, miyapur, beside health & glow, jayabheri). I have ordered 2 pizzas for take away. There they have taken my number wrongly i told then [protected] and they have mentioned it as [protected]. I told them the same but they said thats ok. Billing time was 10.53pm. My order was ready and took that away i came home opened and then i realised that 1 pizza is ok another pizza is not which i have ordered. I have ordered veggie feast with cheese crust (The edges should stuffed with cheese) but what i received is not stuffed with cheese. Its a non veg which i have received and i am a pure vegetaian.. What the hell was happened?
                      Immediately i called your number and they have taken my complaint and asked me to wait for 5 min.. Same thing happend 4 times i caaled and they told me to wait but i dint receive any call from branch. It was already 11pm and you guyd given non veg pizza i ordered veg pizza and i am a pure vegetarian and then what should i do at that time.
                      I told them clearly get the pzza which i ordered and take that pizza. But no one contacted me?
                      Faults from yourside:
                      Contact number mentioned wrongly - i told them and they said ok
                      Pizza given by you is wrong from which i have ordered
                      No response even i contacted & complained 4 times?
                      I should know the reason for all these. And who would compensate me for all this???

                      I was trying to place the order via app but it was showing order is not confirmed. In process i have placed three orders. Recieved only 1. I have raised a complaint with ref id 78685. But didnt get any response till now. Call their customer care and they told me to wait, didnt even give me any complaint no.

                          On 20/3/18, i tried ordering online a box of 4 magicpan pizza (Teleperformance indore). I chose the online payment option, paytm.
                          I received the below msg after the transaction.
                          Paid rs.404.23 to billdesknut at 5:21 pm

                          The amount got deducted from my paytm wallet but the pizza order wasn't booked.

                          I checked with paytm and order was successful from paytm end.

                          Kindly check the issue and revert.

                            We ordered pizza today double cheese from pizza hut. Pizza reached at 11:30. I didn't open packing to check. We were shocked to check that pizza delivered was veggie without cheese. This is very poor service. I tried to reach delivery boy but he didn't pick phone even after trying 10 times. Customer service also didn't respond. Please provide resolution.

                              I have ordered Pizza (O#[protected] and made the payment online, I have sent my driver right away after making order, to pick up pizzas as it was stating on the site that pick up time is 12:13 PM, and after that he has to rush to collect urgent payment from someone in Noida itself. When I called my driver at 12:46 the pizzas were not ready and he was still waiting at the store. I thought of checking up with customer care (MY CONTACT [protected])about the delay in deliver and I was surprised to say that it was even worst experience, the lady picked up the phone after listening to my complaint, she put me on hold for 10 minutes and after that phone got disconnected.
                              Not sure what kind of customer service is delivered to us and it is not first instance it happens many times with delay in delivery with sec 110 Noida store.
                              I would like you to kindly address this issue and let me know how can I will recover the time lost during waiting for me time is money.
                              If there is a bug in your system then upgrade your system with latest technology.

                              I order 4 pizzas cheez maxx on 25 march 2018 from fatehabad road pizza hut but i got very dry pizzas instead of cheese maxx it seems dry pizzas..quality is very poor now i want all my money back...and also service is poor when i ordered they said pizzas are ready but they still wait me for 30 minutes for take away..tasteless pizzas i want my money

                                I was given a bill for rs 2196/- as total dues. I gave my card for swipe but on scrutiny i found that though the bill clearly stated that a discount of rs 642.50 was applied but actually it was not applied. It actually amounts to cheating. How many o[censored]s would total the items to check whether the total is correct? May i request you to initiate an enquiry into the billing software being used and intimate action taken to me. I was actually sad because i always keep pizza hut way above all other pizza chains. But this one act has broken it all down. The photo for the bill is attached. See for yourself. Totalling error??? Save me the horror.

                                  Flies were on the plate which is unhygienic and cause even diseases which not the standard of a reputed restaurant like pizza hut which is never expected from an international brand not meeting the hygiene of pizza hut i am really disappointed and i have never expected this i have pictures and video evidence for same their are flies inside the pizza hut restaurant and also on my plate

                                    Yesterday i went their to have pizza with my family but the pizza was of very poor quality and even the masala lemonade which cost 100 rupees was served in very less quantity and was very bad. They didn't add any lemon and soda in it, they served water with so much masala in it. My wife got sick last night because of such stuffs which they serving. I want my refund. Let me know how can i get refund as soon as possible.

                                      Hello everybody,

                                      This is ramesh joshi. I want to bring to the notice that i have ordered veg pizza as i am pure vegetarian but i was served chicken pizza.in my first bite i could not make out that it was chicken but when i took the second bite some wired smell made me to think and when i asked the person serving there, they confirmed that it was chicken. At first i vomitted out everything and then spoke to the store manager. They have kept me waiting here to meet the main manager who is now on his way.. Please advise on further actions to be taken.

                                        I have ordered 3 pizza on wednesday 14 march through app. But then i have received mail that order is not confirmed. It's almost 10-12 days no amount was refunded. Amount was around 850.
