Visited pizza hut at delapeer road bareilly today on 3rd march 2018 at 7.30pm. After wait of 10 minute while place order of overloaded meal. Staff confirm that same can not place in physical and need to submit online only. My complaint is if this was the case you may post such information as notice so that one may save his time. Heavy mosquitoes welcome you while enter i this phd store.

We placed an order in pizza hut, xperia mall on 1st march at 10:16 pm and despite the order being eligible for 30 minutes or free delivery, our order reached after 45 minutes i. E. Around 10:55 pm.
We tried to contact pizza hut so many times to get our refund coz ours was prepaid order but executive from pizza hut denied and said we don't have any such policies. If this is the case then why do pizza hut promote / mention this on delivery boxes. This is fraud. Pizza hut should take some effort saving it's brand name.

I am grate lover of pizzhut's foods but last night i got very bad experience in my life that i know in that in your bareilly outlet
No reservation for table's but last night i with my family sitting on a table you serving boy came to me that that table is book from 2 hours but their is no tag or reservation sig on that table
I feel very bad,
When i am paying same as that costumer, this is not right way

I visited a pizza hut store in shimla and i was refused the scheme that's been advertised on television daily which says avail 50% off on medium pizzas any day 11 am to 11 pm on take away orders... I tried calling customer care but they keep giving me new nu. Bers and shoving me around... This is very unprofessional and unacceptable... I want to know the reason for not giving me the scheme benefits as advertised or i'll go to the consumer court against your cheating stunts... Ps now i know why domino's is doing better than you guys...

No time discipline at all from pizzahut and they delivered cold pizza, which is not at all expected.
The delivery did not contain all the items ordered and moreover the order reached me ore than 45 mins. Ordered at 8.54 pm and received at 9.20 pm. More than 45 mins. Also it did not contain the texas garlic dip which we ordered through order no : 10050449.
The pizza was very cold, was not eatable at all. Though we informed the delivery boy about the missing item, he didnt respond well. I never expected such wort delivery by pizzahut, this was my wort experience with pizzahut. From now onwards i will not order anything in pizzahut, and will tell all my friends not to order. Please do not promise about quality and delivery time if you cannot keep up.

I had ordered my pizza at 8:30 on 25th feb and i received only at 9:45, in the meantime 3 swiggy boys went there waited for 25 mins each and cancelled the order cause pizza hut (Nungambakkam) were not able to make 2 medium pizza. That is why from the best pizza place its gone to be the worst. Terrible mangement, service, hygiene and in short losing cutomers in a blink.

I ordered for a medium sized pizza. The pizza was not roasted properly. The vegetables were not cooked. The sauce inside the pizza had no good taste and was not stuffed inside it. Pizza hut had a great reputation before. I never expected pizza hut to be so worse. The taste, the flavour, the charisma of pizza hut has completely spoilt i never suggest it to anyone.

I placed an order for (Mobile no. [protected], name: mudrika thukral) on 18/2/2018 through your website. I tried two times. The error page displayed for both the attempts.
Fortunately, i got an email with a single success order (Order-id[protected]. But the amount has deducted multiple times.
Please check and refund my amount of rs. 278.26 asap.

I had ordered for pizza online today, 18/02/2018, giving my full residential address, and of course before making the payment. I also received confirmation saying the same will be delivered within 12:53 hours. Later someone called up and said, it cannot be delivered at sector 76. I dont know what is the confusion since i had very clearly given my full address which includes 'sector 76' before confirming the order. I have read the terms and conditions which says delivery within the defined delivery area. I am general public, i do not know the pizza delivery zone, i tried by typing my address and it accepted and also provided me a confirmation. I also asked for alternate options by picking up from a nearby pizza hut or somwhere else for which also i got no as an answer from the customer care number which was listed in my order, i. E ;[protected], pizza hut, sector 61 noida. Also i got a call from one of the executives who denied delivery and also abrubtly cut the call on my face after giving me the news. The call was from [protected]. I did not and do not want cancellation and get a credit after 21 days as the customer care executive told me. Even otherwise i do not expect a cancellation and return of payment, when actually i had ordered for food and not 'money'. Also their website is so bad that i am not even able to lodge a complaint. It keeps on saying provide a correct mail id, when i have correctly submitted my mail id. (Copy enclosed)

I visited alongwith my family to the pizza hut, r s puram, coimbatore on 14/02/2018 at 20:50. Soon after we settled, i noticed that the centre was short of service personal and i enquired with a female staff who attended our table on the expected time for serving us. Until 22:30 (1.30 hour) we were only served with starters that we ordered and no staff were seen around… as i stepped into the kitchen and looking for some assistance, a person by name mr. Sathish turned up and started to give some regular story as short of staff, heavy traffic and etc. Soon after, another person by name mr. Manoj spoke to me over telephone and expressed a similar statement. As it was very late and my family members were starving for something, we decided to leave the place and i have left my number with the cash counter so that the owner/franchisee to contact me soon after he/she is made aware of the instance…

I have never experienced such a poor service from a reputed brand like pizza hut anywhere in the world except this centre… if pizza hut consider this a valid grievance from a customer, let them take necessary measure so that the brand name stands good in the market.

This is to express my disgusting experience in pizza hut indirapuram habitat center, which could not have been worse.

Being an early bird at 6 pm and with only 2 other customers at the outlet, i placed an order for a medium pizza along with my wife. After already waiting for 30 minutes and with 2 wrong orders (Which i returned), an unapologitic store guy informed me that they have made the order wrong again and thet they would need 10 minues more. Already disgusted by the experience, i still decide to wait — but to my surprise they made the 3rd order wrong as well... I ordered for a medium chkn italiano and they made something else.

Bow the question is at 6 pm in teh evening and with only 4 other coustomers, is it so difficult to manage a dine in order — clearly it defines that that the store is not worth and can not manage any orders at all.

After waiting 1 hour, with 3 wrong orders i was asked to leave and the store guy returned me the money. They cant handle my order as the cook got confused and didnot understand.

This is terrible, this is my 3rd disgusting experience with pizza hut and i have well recorded this in a video which i will publish online.

Pizza hut indirapuram habitat center is not worth visiting and can not handle a propoer customer experience.

A store manager mobile # [protected] alo tried to call me and give lame excuses. Why these people are even there in the system?

I will put my feedback anywhere that i can and make people understand that pizza hut is not worth an experience. Enough of fooling around with people.

I will also put this on dominos page and make people realize as to hy dominos is a better customer experience!

I called online on customer care pizza hut to ask whether sector 50, noida's pizza hut is dine-in or not. They confirmed me its dine-in and i can go and avail friday offer: unlimited @ 249.
When i visited the place, i get to know it was not dine-in.
I commute so long during night around 10 pm, spending money as well on transportation.
Highly disappointed with this.

And just 3 black olives when i requested an extra toppping proved me why the world has a image of "cheap indians"

I laugh on myself that why im even bothered writing this mail as i know nothing will happen,
I should consider myself lucky if i get a "we will get back to you reply" becoz ### here walk freely and this is just 3 olives (And not once fyi, twice)

I have gone to the pizza hut store in kharavela nagar. The representative there was told me by repeatedly telling that your voucher code is not working. Which is not right after coming back i checked with another store the same code is working. If pizza hut is not equipped to take the coupon at their counter they should not put there voucher online. This makes me very unhappy..

I had placed an order at 8 pm today, online. The order was supposed to be delivered by 8.32 pm. Now, i had an order confirmation message and also the website showed that my order was out for delivery.
At around 8.30, the person from cmh store calls me and asks me to place an order again with cv raman store, because cmh store doesn't deliver to my location. So i called the customer care, because 1st of all its not my issue as to which store delivers to me and 2nd of all they should've informed me when i placed the order itself that they won't deliver or they should've atleast cancelled the order. But they waited for half an hour to inform me.
So i called the customer care and a lady spoke to me and she insisted i place the order again. I told her i want an offer for waiting this longand plus asking me to place a fresh order. The lady right away hung up on me.
I called the customer service service again. The person informed me to contact the cmh store and ask them to sort it out for me because it was an issue with the store. Hence, i called cmh store, the manager was very rude and told me he'll place the order on behalf of me but there is no time guarantee. I agreed.
I waited until 9.30 pm. Since there was no update, i called the customer care again. I spoke to a gentleman who told me that the store hasn't taken the order and i'll have to place it again. I told him to pass the phone to his supervisor as this was getting out of hands. The supervisor 'manjunath g' was extremely rude and sarcastic. I asked for free delivery because i've waited this long for my dinner and i still have no solution. So he very sarcastically told me "i have a solution. You have to pay and place your order again". I told him that he's being very rude and i'll have to report it. He very calmly told me to complain. And he kept repeating "you have to pay and place your order again" again and again and again whenever i spoke or asked anything. I requested him to pass the phone to the person thanush i spoke to previously because he was a very good customer service rep and had patience to explain things in a good manner. I then asked to hand the phone to some other supervisor. A supervisor named stephen spoke to me and assured me that he'll place the order again for me and since i insisted on free delivery, he told he'll try to get me some conversion.
In the end i had to wait for 3 hours for my dinner, and had to still pay for my order (I was offered about 150 rs as concession).

Now i want the cmh road branch manager to be given a warning as to how to speak to customers and sort out problems.
I also want the customer service representative named manjunath g to be reprimanded and i want him to especially apologize for his behaviour. He being a customer service rep should know how to speak to customers. He is definitely not fit for the job.
These 2 people just spoiled my whole day and also they've made sure i'll never order anything from pizza hut ever again.
I'm gonna share my experience on social media and make sure others don't face this situation. My parents went to bed without dinner. I woke them up at midnight to eat the pizza that was finally delivered by zomato at 11 pm.

Upon calling the outlet they never picked the call, delivery guys were not from pizza hut.
I had paid online, please help me get the money back on basis of "30 min or free" condition.

Please make sure all customer calls are picked at this outlet. Its harassment when customer keeps calling but outlet doesnt pick up the call.

Hi team,

We visited pizza hut kormangala bangalore on 17th jan, it was clearly stated on the board that if i purchase medium pizza any add on like garlic bread etc is at 50% after placing the order we were denied that offer and where told they have included it in the bill. Even after requesting there was no response from the staff and where forced to bill full amount.

This calls for a poor management control.
I was charged 194rs extra on the bill

I need urgent response on this.
Please get this escalated...

This is with regard to the pizza hut delivery outlet, sector 14, Gurugram. We travelled to the outlet for the Friday RS.249 deal and on reaching the outlet we were denied service due to a technical glitch. On requesting multiple times they weren't bothered and told us blankly that nothing can be done. This is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. We expected pizza hut to be more concerned for their customers.

Today we went to pizza hut sector 35 branch of chandigarh... Nothing was good regarding today's service. Smelly outlet.. Drinks were horrible.. Below standard pizza... No proper staff.. I don't know why it was open... Totally disheartening.. We thought of returning everything then we gave to some poor to eat.. I have think hundred times to try again ok n ur outlet.. Kindly do something for that particular outlet...

Today (12/01/2018) i had gone to pizza hut inorbit mall, malad (West).
Firstly i ordered three medium sized pizza's. Two veg (Paneer) and one non-veg (Chicken pepperoni) pizza's. The issue started with my pizza's being delivered too late (25 minutes) there were literally no customers in the restaurant at that time, still my order took nearly 25 minutes. Secondly when the order arrived, i spotted a "live cockroach!!" in my pizza (Chicken pepperoni).
And when i complained to their staff, their immediate reaction was that they still tried to fool me, by winking eyes to each other and they also tried to give me the same pizza in a different box!! Later, i was being abused and being back answered by two members of the staff, who came in the middle out of nowhere (Namely "aakash" and "edwin". One of them (Aakash) also outraged at me, even when i had not approached towards him for the issue, out of nowhere these two came in between and began to fight and defend themselves despite of their such mistakes. And later when asked about the reason for the unhygenic conditions in the kitchen, they said that their place where they store boxes was having some cockroaches from a long time.!
I want a serious action to be taken against pizza hut. For delivering such a pizza to me and followed by the misbehaviour of the staff.
