I ordered for pizza today. My order number is 2823. While ordering pizza during the payment, i received a message that my transaction was not successful. So i opted for cod. I paid cash on delivery. My bank account was also debited.

I called the customer service for support. The response was not useful.
Let me know on how do i get refund.

    regarding the bill they produce

    Went to pizza hut in kolkata mani square food court they add more taxes other than cgst and sgst. They fooled us. I think they are above the ruling government and finance ministry. Firstly i order only margarita medium size pizza. He add something extra of cost 95 with extra tax. Then they take tax in addition with gst. Still situations are same. Either they making us fool or govt do...

    I had ordered for a pizza online on[protected] on 5/1/18, which was not delivered to me, excuse given was my mb no was not reachable, this was told after 1.30 minutes when i called asking why the delay, that day i cancelled the order, then again on 6/1/18, i spoke to ms nagamani, to order pizza again not delivered, when i called asking why they said i had not ordered, i got angry n wished to speak to seniors but was kept on hold for 13 minutes, n the call was cut, i recalled and ms ramya who took the call spoke something rude in telugu language n when i told her that i heard what she said she put me on hold for 11 minutes n disconnected the call, i called again n spoke to mr kiran, who again cut the call, this type of agents in customer service is taking your joint name to teters, if the agents don't pass on the orders to the branch then what is the use of hotline number which u advertise, n the recording which is giving false assurance that you can order online n get delivery, the agents insisted that they can't transfer the line to seniors is it true u don't have senior authority in customer service section pathetic attitude from ur side.

    Pizza ordered on 5/1/18 was not delivered excuse the order was kept on hold due to my mb not in coverage area, today 6/1/18 i ordered for 2 panpizza n same till 2 hours not delivered, contacting seniors in customer service don't exist reply by executive after keeping me on hold for 20/25 minutes.what service do we expect from such pathetic joint

      Order # 9765010 was placed around 9pm. Dint receive the order. On calling the pizza hut number around 10.15 they mentioned they haven’t received the order due to technical issues and would sent the pizza in next 20 mins. As it was already late we asked them to cancel the order and give us a refund. They said us they would call us back about this. Until now haven’t received the call.
      This has been a really bad experience for us and will probably never order from pizza hit again.

      Request you to look into the matter and initiate a refund.

        Dear team,

        Its been a pathetic experience with pizza hut during my last order placed on wednesday 27th december 2017. I had ordered for 2 pizzas exotica and tandoori paneer. The quality of pizza delivered was absolutely futile. The base of pizza was too hard, pizza was dry and cheese level was totally out of standards of pizza hut.

        I had immediately complained to mr kuldeep, who is customer service representative at your sector 10a gurgaon outlet and i was committed replenishment against the same.

        The person who came to deliver the pizza was not even carrying card swipe machine due to which he again came to collect payment after 30-40 mins.

        More surprisingly and sort of indecency on the part of your outlet that they immediately called up for feedback as the delivery person handed over the pizza. How can one give feedback without even knowing the taste. To collect feedback you people are so proactive but when it comes to accept and act then you people are sheer nonsense.

        Today on 04th jan 18 when i asked for replenishment against pizza along with pasta i was told that it can't be done. I had to make repeated calls to your representative mr kuldeep who later connected me to store manager mr girish who is absolutely rude, stubborn and lacks basic managerial skills as well.

        You need to answer me that ideally i should have asked for refund of entire money or replenishment against complete order as the complete meal was spoiled due to poor quality of food served by pizza hut.

        Despite of being a brand like pizza hut being courteous enough you people are so rigid and act so shamelessly. I will take up this case to the next level with all sort of documentation and consider this mail as a written complaint against the spoiled food being served by pizza hut.

        Its highly shameful, pathetic and poor on front of pizza hut.

          I placed an order for pizza on 1st jan 2018 at 2247 hrs. My order 9738984 was not delivered. I called customer care 02 times that night asking for status, i was told order will be delivered late. But i didn't get it. I called customer care on 02 jan & asked about the same. I was told store will call me. Till now no one called me. Today i again called with pizza hut customer care asking where i should raise complaint, i got an answer that i can't raise a complaint but can leave a feedback. Even for leaving the feedback the powai store is not there in the list to select outlet on their website. Customer care told me my order has been cancelled & refund has been initiated. It will take 11 days. At least the store should have the courtesy to call & inform regarding the same. Now i don't know whether to trust these guys for my refund. There is no written communication regarding the same.

          Very bad experience...

The delivery time is 1-16pm but delivery person came at 1:32pm i am asking him, already time is over can plz give me 30 minute or free delivery policy. He tels talk with my store manager.               Hi, i ordered pizza on 18th nov 2017 and the amount of 1804 was also deducted fro my account. However some time later i received a call back from pizza hut person mentioning that payment was failed due to server issue and we'll have to repay. They said that we'll get the refund in 21 days maximum. Its more than that and we have been continuously following up with them, however none from the pizza hut staff, accounts team is able to help us. Everyone has raised their hands saying that they cant do much about it.
              Need help.

                I had placed order on your phraldnagar branch on 30 oct 17. Payment was made online later on i wanted to change the delivery location so that respective person on desk asked me to place the order on other branch and make payment again and ensured me that money paid by me for the initial order will be refunded within 14 days.
                Dear sir/mam if we calculate 14 days from 30 oct it comes to 14nov 17 and today is 1 jan 2018 still my money has not been refunded. Now till when shall i wait of you want to file a legal complaint.

                  On 31dec around 9.56 i placed an order for chicken triple feast pizza n expected time for delivery was given 10.25 at 10.26 i got message that my pizza is on d way. But at 11.15 i got delivery that too my pizza was semi cold limp. As a good consumer without creating any fuss i took d order n paid for it.                       Extremely pathetic service. Following are the notable points:

                      1. Scheduled delivery time was 9:36 pm, the order was delivered to us at 10:02 pm.

                      2. Unprofessional delivery boy: came late, order was already out of the bag when we reached. The guy did not inform us that we can avail this order for free after 30 minutes.. Delivery was late by 24 minutes after scheduled time.

                      3. Extremely pathetic food quality: the meal was not even warm let alone it be hot. It felt as if we are chewing rubber

                      4. We strictly ordered tomato ketchup sachets immediately after we placed our order, the delivery boy was totally unaware of it.. Absolute lack of coordination and following of orders.

                      5. We strictly asked for pepsi and mirinda as beverages. We received pepsi and 7up, instead.. Again the delivery boy was dumbfounded.

                      6. Extremely poor quality of garlic bread.

                      All in all, the food quality was way-way beyond the amount that was charged for... Improperly cooked food, poor service, negligence of the order specifications on behalf of the staff made us think about choosing your brand in future.

                      Think about it. That is why you people are lagging behind dominos in indian market because of such unprofessionalism. Improve or we have certainly plenty of options at our helm.

                      If the gst is not adding to your profits, that does not mean you shall degrade customer satisfaction to such low levels.

                      We can only lament after such pathetic food that we had to eat, and when we were trying to contact them after this all, none picked the phone until we had to cut it ourselves.

                      As for compensation, the basic you could do is fulfil the promise of delivering the pizza free after 30 minutes.. Hence we demand full refund of our order.

                      Let us not ponder over legislative means, including district consumer forums.

                      Take notice of this message.. You can consider this as a warning.. It wont take long before you lose your customer base...

                        Hello,

                        I had order pizza maniya n estimated delivery time was 9:28
                        I had called the customer care around 9:50 n he confirmed that i’ll get it in 10mins or i wont pay for it but it arrived at 10:20. More than 1hour late. You are keeping your customers hungry and totally spoiling thier mood.

                        And it was discussed with the customer care person that am not going to pay for the pizzza and when i told the manger so he said you can return the pizza.

                        So after keeping your customer hungry for so long n after misguiding them about the time of delivery which is pizza hut speciality, your manger was not even thinking twice n asking your rider to take the pizzza back. This is not expected from a brand like pizza hut who claim in thier ads 30 min or free.

                        I am highly disappointed with your service and will going to write about this at your facebook page too.

                          Ordered a pizza from the andheri east store.
                          First they send a handwritten bill.
                          We had ordered a tandoori paneer medium and a veggie supreme medium, the prices of both listed on the website are attached.

                          They had overpriced both the pizzas and also the garlic bread in the handwritten bill.
                          Upon pointing out they said, this is always the case that the in store rates are different than the website rates.
                          When i asked them to send me a system punched bill, they refused saying system is not working and if i do not want to pay the said amount i can return the pizza.
                          I told them i will pay whats on the website, and not the inflated amount on the hand written bill, or i will pay the amount of the handwritten bill only of i get a system generated bill.

                            Reference to order no 14517g018228 on 29th dec at 9:13 pm done by me for home delivery at lucknow. The 2 pizza served were not of good quality and an hour after eating the pizza my wife, my 11 year old son and myself we all were not feeling well. We were developing vomitting feeling and gastric unrest. We slept with great discomfort and today morning also we all are not feeling good. I am in my bank office currently but cannot work as still vomitting feeling and gastric unrest is there. I also called on phone my family doctor and he has prescribed some medicines. This is highly outrageous to serve bad quality food.

                              I was very disappointed by your service my ref no. Is[protected]. I was surprised when i came to pick my order that it can't be delivered (Treat for 4). They said that the base is not available. And were giving personal base instead of pan medium pizza. We were getting messages your order is confirmed and it will be delivered shortly. Im very disappointed by your services when not available why taken the order. The manger was befooling us that was even more disappointing

                                Your staff are such rustic rude and shameless people who donot even bother about their customers. We are four persons with one child is with us, your staff are all illiterate and only thing they care is about the money nothing else... I gonna soon post this post on social media platform so that at least none of my friends relatives will face that... Say no to pizza hut

                                  Dear concerned authority,

                                  I went with my girlfriend to pizza hut located on the magarpatta road in hadapsar, pune, maharashtra on 24th december, 2017 at around 8:30 pm and were very unhappy and dissatisfied with the customer service there. We waited for more than 20 minutes in the long queue and after finally placing the order we waited for more than 15 minutes and picked up the pizza only to receive the pizza in a completely burnt state and the garlic bread that we had also ordered was under cooked as well. When we complained to the branch manager regarding this, he was not even ready to listen to the entire story and instantly snatched the pizza from our hands stating that he will arrange for the replacement of the pizza and garlic bread and told us to wait. Even after waiting for 10 minutes yet again the pizza and garlic bread that we received was half burnt and even the garlic bread was not hot enough and was soggy. The pizza was oozing from the middle with excessive ketchup.
                                  Despite receiving the order in such a condition even after the so called replacement, we took it because we did not want to escalate the matter further and we had also paid for it and still thought it would be decent.

                                  After 1-2 hours of consuming the pizza and garlic bread, we both began experiencing stomach pain and uneasiness. There was something not right in the pizza as expected from before and therefore were very upset and agitated. After investing so much of our precious time and money in waiting in line to receiving the "replacement" of the order, we gained nothing useful but instead dealt with deterioration of health. We would never have expected such an event to occur from the side of pizza hut corporation as we have been regular customers of the food chain but due to this incident we have been discouraged to ever visit this place again and will dissuade others to pay their visit there as well if this remains. This is definitely not acceptable from a restaurant of such dignity. We would appreciate it if you make sure that this incident does not get repeated in the future and ensure cleanliness, quality and safety in all the food products provided by pizza hut co as the safety of health is the utmost importance of all consumers.

                                  Have already done so. Hope to receive some resolution regarding this matter. I would request for a refund as this order was completely unsatisfactory and the management team was very careless and discourteous.

                                    I had visited to pizza hut at evening about 9 o'clock and ask the bill man to give me the pamplet of pizza hut and I order Spanish tomato veg pasta that is of ₹149 but they give me the pasta to ₹199 and when I talk to them about that they said the menu is changed there will be new menu soon so, why do he gave me wrong pamplet when it was not valid this is so rude and disrespectful care of costumer, so pls talk to them and return the money back to me, there number is [protected] and mine number is [protected]

                                    I had placed an order at 8:45, the time stated to receive the delivery was 9:15 but I received my order after 9:35...
                                    As per your policy of half an hour delivery ... please refund my money . Moreover the order which I received was totally cold...and was not of any use.

                                      I, v. Ramanababu, practising as an advocate in coimbatore, tamil nadu, visted your pizza hut outlet located at r. S. Puram, coimbatore, after seeing the pamphlets issued on behalf of you, regarding 'dont cook wednesday 50% off' served upon my residence at saibaba colony, coimbatore. On seeing the above attractive and sweet coated offer, i eagerly visited your outlet at around 10:30 p. M today (Wednesday - 20/12/2017) for a take-away. On enquiry, your sales person refused to give the offers that had been published in your above mentioned pamphlet, quoting that, the offers published were applicable only on online ordering. But, on verifying the above mentioned pamphlet, there seemed to be no such mentioning. Instead the phrases such as 'offer valid only on ala carte' & etc... Were only mentioned. Even after me showing your sales person (Mr. Ram) the pamphlet and explaining him that there was no such mention, he refused straightway that there was no means of him availing the offer for us. As i had visited your outlet along with the above mentioned pamphlet with an intention to make a purchase by availing the offer, i was met with great disappointment by your people's irresponsible talk. And i returned after buying just two 'choco volcano' at a cost of rs. 99 each (Exclusive of gst). I have paid rs.208 (Invoice no : ti812943 ; 1081 ramchan ; chk 2669 ; dec 20'17 ; 11:02p ; sac - 996331). Even though, as per your sweet coated pamphlet, the price of the item 'choco volcano' is only rs.89/-, i was cheated by your sales person, who asked me to pay rs.99/-. This act of yours (Pizza hut, r. S. Puram, coimbatore & pizza hut, head office, mumbai & pizza hut office at new delhi) amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. You are all jointly, severally liable for the above deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. You are hereby called upon to pay a sum of rs.20 (Rs.10/- each collected on excess for my above mentioned purchase) and rs.1 lakh as a compensation for the mental agony, physical stress and disappointment undergone by me. If the compensation is not provided within 15 days from the date of receipt of this notice, you will be liable to appropriate legal action before the appropriate court of law.

                                      I placed and order today (18/12/17)..worth rupees 519 the transaction got erupted but my money has got deducted please refund my amount.
