Greetings team,

My number is [protected] which is updated in the pizza hut database.

I really hope you can provide pizza hut the same and tell them to atleast aknowledge the customer and please ask them why is the management poor?
Becoz this is not about a branch or a city, everywhere in india i happen to travel.

Im an nri who grew up with pizza= pizza hut
And just 3 black olives when i requested an extra toppping proved me why the world has a image of "cheap indians"

I laugh on myself that why im even bothered writing this mail as i know nothing will happen,
I should consider myself lucky if i get a "we will get back to you reply" becoz ### here walk freely and this is just 3 olives (And not once fyi, twice)

I went there to have some good times with my friends but the staffs in there are very horrible in their service. They didn't even offer us the menu for 30 mins, not even a glass of water was offered for 40 mins. Only after we asked they came for service.
This happened in Guwahati, Ganeshguri branch near kfc.

    I have gone to the pizza hut store in kharavela nagar. The representative there was told me by repeatedly telling that your voucher code is not working. Which is not right after coming back i checked with another store the same code is working. If pizza hut is not equipped to take the coupon at their counter they should not put there voucher online. This makes me very unhappy..

      I had placed an order at 8 pm today, online. The order was supposed to be delivered by 8.32 pm. Now, i had an order confirmation message and also the website showed that my order was out for delivery.
      At around 8.30, the person from cmh store calls me and asks me to place an order again with cv raman store, because cmh store doesn't deliver to my location. So i called the customer care, because 1st of all its not my issue as to which store delivers to me and 2nd of all they should've informed me when i placed the order itself that they won't deliver or they should've atleast cancelled the order. But they waited for half an hour to inform me.
      So i called the customer care and a lady spoke to me and she insisted i place the order again. I told her i want an offer for waiting this longand plus asking me to place a fresh order. The lady right away hung up on me.
      I called the customer service service again. The person informed me to contact the cmh store and ask them to sort it out for me because it was an issue with the store. Hence, i called cmh store, the manager was very rude and told me he'll place the order on behalf of me but there is no time guarantee. I agreed.
      I waited until 9.30 pm. Since there was no update, i called the customer care again. I spoke to a gentleman who told me that the store hasn't taken the order and i'll have to place it again. I told him to pass the phone to his supervisor as this was getting out of hands. The supervisor 'manjunath g' was extremely rude and sarcastic. I asked for free delivery because i've waited this long for my dinner and i still have no solution. So he very sarcastically told me "i have a solution. You have to pay and place your order again". I told him that he's being very rude and i'll have to report it. He very calmly told me to complain. And he kept repeating "you have to pay and place your order again" again and again and again whenever i spoke or asked anything. I requested him to pass the phone to the person thanush i spoke to previously because he was a very good customer service rep and had patience to explain things in a good manner. I then asked to hand the phone to some other supervisor. A supervisor named stephen spoke to me and assured me that he'll place the order again for me and since i insisted on free delivery, he told he'll try to get me some conversion.
      In the end i had to wait for 3 hours for my dinner, and had to still pay for my order (I was offered about 150 rs as concession).

      Now i want the cmh road branch manager to be given a warning as to how to speak to customers and sort out problems.
      I also want the customer service representative named manjunath g to be reprimanded and i want him to especially apologize for his behaviour. He being a customer service rep should know how to speak to customers. He is definitely not fit for the job.
      These 2 people just spoiled my whole day and also they've made sure i'll never order anything from pizza hut ever again.
      I'm gonna share my experience on social media and make sure others don't face this situation. My parents went to bed without dinner. I woke them up at midnight to eat the pizza that was finally delivered by zomato at 11 pm.

      I purchase pizza Margarita with stuffed cheese max bill attached below, as per my calculation bill amount should be 205 and store charged me 255 rupees. Even bill is not showing amount as per menu card. Menu is showing 295 prize of pizza and bill is showing 342 rupees which is incorrect. I want complete bifurcation of Rs.255 which I paid.

        Order number - 9846722 ordered at 6:05 pm on[protected]. Delivered at 6:50 pm on[protected].
        Upon calling the outlet they never picked the call, delivery guys were not from pizza hut.
        I had paid online, please help me get the money back on basis of "30 min or free" condition.
        Expecting speedy response from you.

        Please make sure all customer calls are picked at this outlet. Its harassment when customer keeps calling but outlet doesnt pick up the call.

          Hi team,

          We visited pizza hut kormangala bangalore on 17th jan, it was clearly stated on the board that if i purchase medium pizza any add on like garlic bread etc is at 50% after placing the order we were denied that offer and where told they have included it in the bill. Even after requesting there was no response from the staff and where forced to bill full amount.

          This calls for a poor management control.
          I was charged 194rs extra on the bill

          I need urgent response on this.

            This is with regard to the pizza hut delivery outlet, sector 14, Gurugram. We travelled to the outlet for the Friday RS.249 deal and on reaching the outlet we were denied service due to a technical glitch. On requesting multiple times they weren't bothered and told us blankly that nothing can be done. This is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. We expected pizza hut to be more concerned for their customers.

              Today we went to pizza hut sector 35 branch of chandigarh... Nothing was good regarding today's service. Smelly outlet.. Drinks were horrible.. Below standard pizza... No proper staff.. I don't know why it was open... Totally disheartening.. We thought of returning everything then we gave to some poor to eat.. I have think hundred times to try again ok n ur outlet.. Kindly do something for that particular outlet...

                Today (12/01/2018) i had gone to pizza hut inorbit mall, malad (West).
                Firstly i ordered three medium sized pizza's. Two veg (Paneer) and one non-veg (Chicken pepperoni) pizza's. The issue started with my pizza's being delivered too late (25 minutes) there were literally no customers in the restaurant at that time, still my order took nearly 25 minutes. Secondly when the order arrived, i spotted a "live cockroach!!" in my pizza (Chicken pepperoni).
                And when i complained to their staff, their immediate reaction was that they still tried to fool me, by winking eyes to each other and they also tried to give me the same pizza in a different box!! Later, i was being abused and being back answered by two members of the staff, who came in the middle out of nowhere (Namely "aakash" and "edwin". One of them (Aakash) also outraged at me, even when i had not approached towards him for the issue, out of nowhere these two came in between and began to fight and defend themselves despite of their such mistakes. And later when asked about the reason for the unhygenic conditions in the kitchen, they said that their place where they store boxes was having some cockroaches from a long time.!
                I want a serious action to be taken against pizza hut. For delivering such a pizza to me and followed by the misbehaviour of the staff.

                    Went to pizza hut in kolkata mani square food court they add more taxes other than cgst and sgst. They fooled us. I think they are above the ruling government and finance ministry. Firstly i order only margarita medium size pizza. He add something extra of cost 95 with extra tax. Then they take tax in addition with gst. Still situations are same. Either they making us fool or govt do...

                    I had ordered for a pizza online on[protected] on 5/1/18, which was not delivered to me, excuse given was my mb no was not reachable, this was told after 1.30 minutes when i called asking why the delay, that day i cancelled the order, then again on 6/1/18, i spoke to ms nagamani, to order pizza again not delivered, when i called asking why they said i had not ordered, i got angry n wished to speak to seniors but was kept on hold for 13 minutes, n the call was cut, i recalled and ms ramya who took the call spoke something rude in telugu language n when i told her that i heard what she said she put me on hold for 11 minutes n disconnected the call, i called again n spoke to mr kiran, who again cut the call, this type of agents in customer service is taking your joint name to teters, if the agents don't pass on the orders to the branch then what is the use of hotline number which u advertise, n the recording which is giving false assurance that you can order online n get delivery, the agents insisted that they can't transfer the line to seniors is it true u don't have senior authority in customer service section pathetic attitude from ur side.

                      Order # 9765010 was placed around 9pm. Dint receive the order. On calling the pizza hut number around 10.15 they mentioned they haven’t received the order due to technical issues and would sent the pizza in next 20 mins. As it was already late we asked them to cancel the order and give us a refund. They said us they would call us back about this. Until now haven’t received the call.
                      This has been a really bad experience for us and will probably never order from pizza hit again.

                      Request you to look into the matter and initiate a refund.

                        Dear team,

                        Its been a pathetic experience with pizza hut during my last order placed on wednesday 27th december 2017. I had ordered for 2 pizzas exotica and tandoori paneer. The quality of pizza delivered was absolutely futile. The base of pizza was too hard, pizza was dry and cheese level was totally out of standards of pizza hut.

                        I had immediately complained to mr kuldeep, who is customer service representative at your sector 10a gurgaon outlet and i was committed replenishment against the same.

                        The person who came to deliver the pizza was not even carrying card swipe machine due to which he again came to collect payment after 30-40 mins.

                        More surprisingly and sort of indecency on the part of your outlet that they immediately called up for feedback as the delivery person handed over the pizza. How can one give feedback without even knowing the taste. To collect feedback you people are so proactive but when it comes to accept and act then you people are sheer nonsense.

                        Today on 04th jan 18 when i asked for replenishment against pizza along with pasta i was told that it can't be done. I had to make repeated calls to your representative mr kuldeep who later connected me to store manager mr girish who is absolutely rude, stubborn and lacks basic managerial skills as well.

                        You need to answer me that ideally i should have asked for refund of entire money or replenishment against complete order as the complete meal was spoiled due to poor quality of food served by pizza hut.

                        Despite of being a brand like pizza hut being courteous enough you people are so rigid and act so shamelessly. I will take up this case to the next level with all sort of documentation and consider this mail as a written complaint against the spoiled food being served by pizza hut.

                        Its highly shameful, pathetic and poor on front of pizza hut.

                          I placed an order for pizza on 1st jan 2018 at 2247 hrs. My order 9738984 was not delivered. I called customer care 02 times that night asking for status, i was told order will be delivered late. But i didn't get it. I called customer care on 02 jan & asked about the same. I was told store will call me. Till now no one called me. Today i again called with pizza hut customer care asking where i should raise complaint, i got an answer that i can't raise a complaint but can leave a feedback. Even for leaving the feedback the powai store is not there in the list to select outlet on their website. Customer care told me my order has been cancelled & refund has been initiated. It will take 11 days. At least the store should have the courtesy to call & inform regarding the same. Now i don't know whether to trust these guys for my refund. There is no written communication regarding the same.

                          Very bad experience...

The delivery time is 1-16pm but delivery person came at 1:32pm i am asking him, already time is over can plz give me 30 minute or free delivery policy. He tels talk with my store manager.                               Hi, i ordered pizza on 18th nov 2017 and the amount of 1804 was also deducted fro my account. However some time later i received a call back from pizza hut person mentioning that payment was failed due to server issue and we'll have to repay. They said that we'll get the refund in 21 days maximum. Its more than that and we have been continuously following up with them, however none from the pizza hut staff, accounts team is able to help us. Everyone has raised their hands saying that they cant do much about it.
                              Need help.

                                I had placed order on your phraldnagar branch on 30 oct 17. Payment was made online later on i wanted to change the delivery location so that respective person on desk asked me to place the order on other branch and make payment again and ensured me that money paid by me for the initial order will be refunded within 14 days.
                                Dear sir/mam if we calculate 14 days from 30 oct it comes to 14nov 17 and today is 1 jan 2018 still my money has not been refunded. Now till when shall i wait of you want to file a legal complaint.

                                  On 31dec around 9.56 i placed an order for chicken triple feast pizza n expected time for delivery was given 10.25 at 10.26 i got message that my pizza is on d way. But at 11.15 i got delivery that too my pizza was semi cold limp. As a good consumer without creating any fuss i took d order n paid for it. This is to bring to ur notice that u can't take ur customer for granted.

                                    I placed order for dinner but didn't received any order till 23:30 and delivery time which was informed to me was 22:33, i called the customer care aswell but haven't got any proper solution, such a irresponsible and poor customer service never saw and experienced, completely disappointed with pizza hut, worst experience ever, at the end i have to order something else feom local restaurants for my child.

                                      Extremely pathetic service. Following are the notable points:

                                      1. Scheduled delivery time was 9:36 pm, the order was delivered to us at 10:02 pm.

                                      2. Unprofessional delivery boy: came late, order was already out of the bag when we reached. The guy did not inform us that we can avail this order for free after 30 minutes.. Delivery was late by 24 minutes after scheduled time.

                                      3. Extremely pathetic food quality: the meal was not even warm let alone it be hot. It felt as if we are chewing rubber

                                      4. We strictly ordered tomato ketchup sachets immediately after we placed our order, the delivery boy was totally unaware of it.. Absolute lack of coordination and following of orders.

                                      5. We strictly asked for pepsi and mirinda as beverages. We received pepsi and 7up, instead.. Again the delivery boy was dumbfounded.

                                      6. Extremely poor quality of garlic bread.

                                      All in all, the food quality was way-way beyond the amount that was charged for... Improperly cooked food, poor service, negligence of the order specifications on behalf of the staff made us think about choosing your brand in future.

                                      Think about it. That is why you people are lagging behind dominos in indian market because of such unprofessionalism. Improve or we have certainly plenty of options at our helm.

                                      If the gst is not adding to your profits, that does not mean you shall degrade customer satisfaction to such low levels.

                                      We can only lament after such pathetic food that we had to eat, and when we were trying to contact them after this all, none picked the phone until we had to cut it ourselves.

                                      As for compensation, the basic you could do is fulfil the promise of delivering the pizza free after 30 minutes.. Hence we demand full refund of our order.

                                      Let us not ponder over legislative means, including district consumer forums.

                                      Take notice of this message.. You can consider this as a warning.. It wont take long before you lose your customer base...
