On 20/3/18, i tried ordering online a box of 4 magicpan pizza (Teleperformance indore). I chose the online payment option, paytm.
I received the below msg after the transaction.
Paid rs.404.23 to billdesknut at 5:21 pm

The amount got deducted from my paytm wallet but the pizza order wasn't booked.

I checked with paytm and order was successful from paytm end.

Kindly check the issue and revert.

We ordered pizza today double cheese from pizza hut. Pizza reached at 11:30. I didn't open packing to check. We were shocked to check that pizza delivered was veggie without cheese. This is very poor service. I tried to reach delivery boy but he didn't pick phone even after trying 10 times. Customer service also didn't respond. Please provide resolution.

I have ordered Pizza (O#[protected] and made the payment online, I have sent my driver right away after making order, to pick up pizzas as it was stating on the site that pick up time is 12:13 PM, and after that he has to rush to collect urgent payment from someone in Noida itself. When I called my driver at 12:46 the pizzas were not ready and he was still waiting at the store. I thought of checking up with customer care (MY CONTACT [protected])about the delay in deliver and I was surprised to say that it was even worst experience, the lady picked up the phone after listening to my complaint, she put me on hold for 10 minutes and after that phone got disconnected.
Not sure what kind of customer service is delivered to us and it is not first instance it happens many times with delay in delivery with sec 110 Noida store.
I would like you to kindly address this issue and let me know how can I will recover the time lost during waiting for me time is money.
If there is a bug in your system then upgrade your system with latest technology.

I was given a bill for rs 2196/- as total dues. I gave my card for swipe but on scrutiny i found that though the bill clearly stated that a discount of rs 642.50 was applied but actually it was not applied. It actually amounts to cheating. How many o[censored]s would total the items to check whether the total is correct? May i request you to initiate an enquiry into the billing software being used and intimate action taken to me. I was actually sad because i always keep pizza hut way above all other pizza chains. But this one act has broken it all down. The photo for the bill is attached. See for yourself. Totalling error??? Save me the horror.

Flies were on the plate which is unhygienic and cause even diseases which not the standard of a reputed restaurant like pizza hut which is never expected from an international brand not meeting the hygiene of pizza hut i am really disappointed and i have never expected this i have pictures and video evidence for same their are flies inside the pizza hut restaurant and also on my plate

Yesterday i went their to have pizza with my family but the pizza was of very poor quality and even the masala lemonade which cost 100 rupees was served in very less quantity and was very bad. They didn't add any lemon and soda in it, they served water with so much masala in it. My wife got sick last night because of such stuffs which they serving. I want my refund. Let me know how can i get refund as soon as possible.

This is ramesh joshi. I want to bring to the notice that i have ordered veg pizza as i am pure vegetarian but i was served chicken pizza.in my first bite i could not make out that it was chicken but when i took the second bite some wired smell made me to think and when i asked the person serving there, they confirmed that it was chicken. At first i vomitted out everything and then spoke to the store manager. They have kept me waiting here to meet the main manager who is now on his way.. Please advise on further actions to be taken.

I have ordered 3 pizza on wednesday 14 march through app. But then i have received mail that order is not confirmed. It's almost 10-12 days no amount was refunded. Amount was around 850.

Extremely soggy and tasteless pizzas, felt like it was made hours ago and just packed. Not even warm. Pasta was mostly uncooked and dry, and did not include the two pieces garlic bread as advertised by them. Paneer feels extremely old. Onions are not even chopped, sickening experience, as food looks and tastes stale. Did not include any basic additionals like oregano, ketchup, or even tissues. Will take this up on social media and other platforms if not redressed properly. Have had bad experiences before at pizza hut, but not this bad.

On 21st March 2018, I tried ordering through Pizza Hut app when I was charged on my SBI CORPORATE CARD an amount of INR 3518.02 ending with XX1547 at PIZZAHUT. However, the idiotic Pizza Hut app didn't place the order and money was charged on the Credit Card.

I've called 7 times to Pizza Hut Customer Care, however they are unable to locate the transaction and giving a run around for it. Additionally, associate like Nitu Gurung abused on the call when asked for Supervisor and was utterly unhelpful. Pizza Hut Customer care is another epitome of Pathetic service and incorrect/misleading information sharing. Payment dept, agents who pick up the calls are so pathetic that it has already made us realize that it was a blunder choosing Pizza Hut to order.

Pizza Hut charged the card and not at all helping to get a refund for it, instead they asked me to check with Bank, BillDesk and all sort of run around options.

I need my money back!!!

I usually visit this outlet of Pizza Hut in GT Central and every time staff bills differently. Specially on their basic range sometimes they apply the discount and sometimes don't saying it's not in our policy. As soon as I present the bill of last Wednesday the counter boy denied that it's not the same bill when it was... It was of last Wednesday and was on the the basic range and now they denied it's not in our system. Staff is misleading their customers by applying the discount they want to apply and always insist to get double cheese instead of Margherita when double cheese cost 435 only and Margherita costs 295 before tax. Just for their own benefit they don't provide discounts. Sometimes when their supervisor is there he gives the discount otherwise we have to pay extra.
IS IT ALL ABOUT MONEY AND SALES ?????

One is 138 and other is 217. You can yourself see the difference.

I ordered online pan pizza on 17 march 2018 night and as per the policy the pizza should be delivered in half an hour but i didn't received the order.
Due to website technical issue order goes to other location and never delivered so i called the center and they apologized for it and said the money will be refund.

I thing there might be online fraud by pizza hut guys, They just taken order online and never delivered and hold the money for 10 days.
Even as per the policy the pizza should be delivered in half and if any delayed it should free but they never provide to customer.

Unnecessary my 1 hour will get waste and place another order to restaurant for dinner.

I didn't got any refund and when i called next day for the update and they said we didn't for any complaint and call from your end and no order was delayed. I have the call records.

I am leaving in baner area pune and i ordered pizza on 18 feb 2018, when i ordered and payed the amount for pizza i got call from pizza hut, they told me we not deliver the order in your area and we are canceling the order and you will get your money within 48 hrs, but still money is not credited to my account.
Now its more than 1 month and i still not received any call from pizza hut pune

And [protected] for rs. 593.26/-. Money deducted from my credit card but at the mean time server encountered problem and money got deducted two times but order not completed. After 15 mins. Both order got confirmed by nearest store but i cancelled both order but money not received yet. Calling customer care no response. Worst service by pizza hut. Every time they tell me our technical team will call you but i never get call as well as my money.

After long time i have gone 2 pizza hut.
I order a combo veg meal of rs 149. I had paid total rs 156.in this order includes one pepsi, paneer capsicum pizza and garlic bread.
After waiting for 20 min. I finally got only
Pizza and coldrink. I asked for garlic bread
They told me just comming first take this.
I m watching whether my ordered meal garlic bread comming or not.
After finishing my pizza and coldrink i asked for garlic bread. It was still comming. I told them from where i is comming.
I got angry. I told them to return my money or i m going. I dont want to eat that stuff anymore.
Manager also not responding me.

I visited pizza hut on 16 march 2018. At the time of billing, i gave rs 500 instead of rs 100. When i ask for cctv photage, they just vanish the clip of payment time..
They cheat me...
I ask for clip, after 20 min he came to me to check the clip
But he just vanish the whole clip..
Please take some strict action against them...

As per pizza hut policy of 30-minute delivery or free, i ordered a pizza not more than 2 km away... But still the pizza came in around 1-hour, now the pizza was dead cold and not tasted for what i paid. The delivery boy took my bill in saying that this bill will be used for making the refund. I had paid the money online and i am constantly told by pizza hut that money will be refunded but they have not done it so. I would like to lodge the complaint against pizza hut for unfair trade practice for making false promise and duping customers and serving sub-standard food. Also, my bill is with them, but i have a clicked photo of it. This issue pending since more than a month and every time they give false assurance but no action.

I had ordered pizza on 10 march 2018 at 7.00 pm. But i haven't got delivery. At around 10pm store manager called me and said that order is cancelled and money will be refunded in 24 days. But there is no email or sms about cancellation. And store person has blocked my number now so that i shouldn't call him and customer care is also not supportive. They are listening to store person and also they are disconnecting my call again and again. Store person is very rude
