Faulty app deducted money without placing an order on 1st April 2017. Customer care says 11 days for refund then says 21 days more. It's been more than 11 days now and I haven't got my money back. Just to refund my money via online transactions this is more time than postal service. Worst app and customer service ever. I'll never order online from Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut Feedback ID - 59968...

My sincere request to bring some transparency and speed up the process in refunding the public money which is stuck with Your YUM brands due to transaction failure.
I could not understand 21 days of holding period for refund and your company does not provide any tracking ID or status of refund.

Isn't it shameful, People have lots...

On april 1st pizzahut got charged 624 rupees for online order but pizza hut did not delivery the order.
Pizzahut did not confirm the order and did not send the food.

I need to refund for the order.

I have request the pizzahut to delivery the food but pizza hut deny they have got the order.

Please resolve.

On 29-mar17 at 7:09 pm i ordered a pizza from pizza hut and payment threw mvisa option. Hdfc payzapp. But no status show in my account order history.
I confirm to your customer care they ask me please make a new order and you amount refund in with in 3 days.
Then i order a new one on same date 29-mar-17...

On 5th March 2017, I ordered a pizza to be delivered to SRM University, Chennai from the Mahindra City branch. The full payment was made through SBI Credit Card. But after some time, I was informed that they do not deliver in that locality so the order was going to be cancelled. I immediately called the delivery person about the refund money and was informed that it will refunded within 10-15 banking days but it still has not been refunded...

I am at Malad Inorbit mall centre having a medium pizza with a chill guava drink !! After serving the first serving there was no one give tissues / change the sauce bottle and even help me for second serving for almost 10 mins and I was waiting for someone to respond. I placed an order with Pizza hut on the 8th of March in the Spice Garden outlet, Bangalore, India of Pizza hut. They cancelled my order and told me that it would be refunded.

As per your policy you have to delivered pizza in 30 min. I order pizza on date 26/03/17. 19:10 and your site/store provide me detail of my order to delivered my pizza by 19:47. I was called to the store on 19:48 but still the person was at the store with my pizza. Also when pizza reach to me at 20:05 it is not hot.
I am also not getting free pizza from the store.

On 17th March I placed online order of pizza n paid for it...After payment ws deducted from my a/c I receive a msg stating order was not placed so place another order and pay in cash for the new order...I called pizza hut cust care...Aft half an hour I got thru n ws told I wil receive a call from the manager... the pizza was got booked through net banking whereas the transaction failed but the amount got debited from my account and since then I have written number of email requests as well as personally making telephonic requests but I am surprised that such a big famous coy not heeding to any requests and not at all interested in refunding...

I had requested 2 pizzas to be delivered by 15:00 pm friday.

However, it was delivered at 11:25 am itself. In spite of making a number of calls no action was taken on it. They arranged for a call back two times and requested me to cut the line.

Though I waited for a long time, no one called or took my complaint seriously! My phone calls and mental harassment all gone wasted!

It was highly inconvenient...
