Team Pizza Hut,

I had placed an order by yesterday at around 8 pm and even after waiting for almost 2 hours my order did not arrive. After waiting for long I was compelled to order food from a local shop and cancelled this order. My order no is 8210050. Cancellation mail/ Message till not received. I also ashamed in front of my guests as I couldn't present them with the pizza. I hadn't expect this from pizza hut.
Request confirm about my order was cancelled and sent cancellation reciept on my mail id.

    Just now when i placed an order online i got a message that "sorry! Something went wrong while placing your order to the store. Please call[protected]". Money also got deducted from my hdfc food plus card, please find the attachment. So when i call on above mentioned phone no the pizza hut guy confirmed me that your money got deducted due to some technical issue and we are unable to deliver an order. But he told me that you will get your money with in 2-3 working days. So its my humble request to you to kindly refund my money back as soon as possible. Please find the attachment of my money deducted from food plus card.

      I had placed an order on 9th April from the no [protected] and the order number is 5488 I was suppose to get a full refund as it was delivered late and wen called the call center they asked to wait for a couple of days afta 15days called again they said the amt is released its wit the bank. Bank has no info about this. Wen I called 2day to customer care they said refund wil be of only half and I have to call the outlet for the refund. Why should I call the outlet now.. If this was the case this info must be provided to me long back. Why was I not informed about this. Everytime I call the customer care everyone gave me different details. I need compensation for waiting for so long to get refund. I am no more calling pizza hut customer nor the outlet. If i still Don get a refund these will be uploaded on social network..

        I had placed an orderby yesterday at around 7 pm and even after waiting for almost 2 hours my order did not arrive. After waiting for long I was compelled to order food from a local shop.           Hello Team,

          I placed order with pizza hut on 18th of April 2017 however the refund not yet proceeded.

          I placed the order and pizza hut center called me and said that the order not comes under their zone so they cancelled the order and informed me that the refund will be processed in 7 working days. But not yet done so far.

            I have ordered pizza via online. Pizzahut.co.in on 3/5/2017 11:26am an amount of inr 425, amount has been debited from my bank account and i got order confirmation message too. After done this im eagerly (Hungerly) waiting for my order... But sadest thing they are not delivered till 12:30pm. I enquired pizzahut guys about my order they said i was auto cancelled and you received your amount with in 15 workings days... So what kind of business this is??

              Order Number is:[protected], which was delivered late with cold condition, Need refund with interest as I called many times to the company number.I called to [protected] many times. last call was on 3rd may 2017 10:57AM-with 8 mins duration where the lady simply put on the hold and kept quite. Neither store person responded not a company. Company should pay the money back with full interest.

                Hello,
                I had placed an online order in mysore. After i completed the payment using otp sent by the bank the pizza hut website showed that due to some error the order could not be placed. But my money was already deducted from the bank. Here is the reference details from my bank account statement:

                I had tried calling the store also, but i could never reach them with the number mentioned on the website. Since there was error on the website i had expected my money to come back in my account within 7-10 working days. But it is 10days now and it has not come back. I request you to look into the matter and arrange for my money to be returned.

                  I made an order on Pizza Hut website on 2nd April 2017 and made a payment through bank transfer (Transfer # E-commerce payment/Yum Restaurant India P/20170402/047852). Post my first attempt of making the payment, the money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I demand to be refunded for the unexecuted order. Hope this is resolved immd.                     1 st in my life i hv ordered from pizza hut instead of dominoz. I stay at prayeja city sinhgad road. I order pizza today 30 th april 6.13 pm evening. I ordered at pizza hut website. If they don't have sinhgad road area listed then why they take order online. I paid money through paytm wallet online. I want my money to be refunded asap. They have pathetic store manager & operator & worst customer care across all segment.

                    I have ordered for family pack pizza, that is "Fully loaded for 2 people" which contain Pizza+Garlic bred sticks+Pepsi. However, i have got only single pan pizza (Paneer tandoori). I called 3 times to customer care and they have been ask me to wait. Also, they have told that they will order the correct one later, but they didn't come back.
                    No refund processed for failed order placed on 18th march via mvisa. 100 calls to pizzahut customer care. No use all useless staff and cheaters. Put on Twitter still empty promises. Such a big company and no refund process. Customer has to suffer for Refund and no complaints management system. Sound strange and finally raised a dispute with bank.

                      On 29.04.17 we have ordered a pizza from the pizza hut. The bill was of cost 563
                      It was a home delivery but as informed earlier to the person taking the order that the payment mode would be card. Whereas during the delivery there was a refusal shown by them to not accept the money by cards whereas as they said the mode of payment they accept is cash only whereas no electronic money

                        I made an order on Pizza Hut website and made a payment through bank transfer. After my first attempt of making the payment my money went from my account but the order was not made. Therefore I had to make it again. Hence I have paid twice for my order. I would like to be refunded for one of the orders. I hope this is resolved as soon as possible. I hear this has happened to a lot of people.

                          I have ordered online pizza on 7th april around 9:35. After 1 hour 15 minutes the called and they said they will not be able to deliver the order so they are going to refund the money. After that 2 times i registered the complaint and almost 20 time i have called them but no response from pizza hut till now. Each time i call pizzahut they give praveen number but he is not responding to my call. Praveen (Store manager): [protected]. Each time i call him he is not responding properly. Now pizza hut india customer care is telling they can't do any thing in this matter speak to manager. So if manager is not responding they are not responsible for the order they are behaving like that. This complaint is to tell them if they won't reply properly i will reach to many people about their business procedure in india. If so please take necessary step on this issue. The order number and complaint details are posted below for the reference.

                            We had ordered a pizza today and it was with a stepler pin baked with it. We have immediately lodged a complaint number 22C26041712 and our order number is 22C[protected]. Incase if the stepler pin would have been swallowed by any of family member it would have caused serious health consequences. Totally annoyed by such recklessness and would never visit pizza but again.

                              On 26/4/17, i tried ordering online a box of 4 magicpan pizza (Indira nagar Pizza Hut branch, Dehradun). I chose the online payment option, Paytm.
                              I received the below msg after the transaction.
                              Paid Rs.366.28 to BILLDESKnut at 5:21 PM. Wallet txn ID:[protected].

                              The amount got deducted from my Paytm wallet but the pizza order wasn't booked.

                              I checked with Paytm and order IPT[protected] was successful from Paytm end.

                              Kindly check the issue and revert.

                                Worst pizza hut outlet ever, ordered a pizza at 8:10 pm and it got delivered at 10:30 pm. I sent the pizza back as they were not agreeing on the company's policy. Disgusting. The store manager naveen was not even picking up his phone, i called him 8 times and also went to the store. His number is [protected]. I want a serious action against him/outlet. This is not the first time i'm facing issues with this outlet. Please take serious action against them. They denied to company's policy of 30 minutes, they said no discounts will be applicable and also, the delivery day was not from pizza hut, he was from swiggy. And he talked very unpolitely.

                                  Worst experience I faced today at magneto mall pizza hut raipur, went dere wid my husband and one of the person wearing light red check shirt and light grey coloured pant, average body, 23- 35 years old, we placed order at 8.35pm sharp and after half and hour a man approach us regarding order we told him that we have alredy placed order half and hour before than he asked us to whom we place the order we told everything to him and we went straight to that person who took order from us and he was standing in counter and telling that he never took order from us.Was he dreaming or what during his working hour?

                                  This is what I never expected from pizza hut, and I will never ever visit this place again in my life just because of that person.I would like to recommend pizza hut to tell there employee working dere taking orders to keep a notepad and a pen of course wid them to jot down order.

                                    Delivery attempted by pizzahut 00 30 pm.. Not accepted by me...

                                    I called thrice to j. B. Nagar pizza outlet, wherein mr sagar from pizzahut informed us that pizza delivery is on the way &shall reach within 10 mins time.. However it was never happened..

                                    Finally pizza person mr sushant came at 00 30 for pizza delivery... Which i did not accepted... Mr sushant also told me that he left from pizza hut at 00 10 for delivery.
                                    This was horrible service from pizzahut...

                                    Now, i want m/s pizzahut to give my moneyback immediately...

                                      I went to pizza hut yesterday. One customer is complaining about it. Dat y u r charging 35/- instead of 20/-. So i asked y is this so... Then he said it is like dat only... We hv not received any orders​ regarding it. We can't do anything.
                                      But the wrong thing is wrong... I said d same.. As it is same everywhere we purchased but y they r still charging too much... I don't understand.

                                        I had Ordered 2 Pizza online and had done online payment for this 2 Pizza via my ICICI Debit Card ([protected]) on 02nd April 2017 (SUN) around 10:00 PM.

                                        I have my ICICI Bank statement clearly showing that the amount of 573.60 INR was debited. I even contacted the Pizza hut Customer Care on the same day on Pizza Hut Contact Number : 3988 3988. I was told that the amount would be refunded back in 7 working days.

                                        Now today is 18.04.2017 and yet my amount of 573.60 INR is not refunded back to me.

                                        If I donot get my Money back latest by 20.04.2017, then I have to approach the Consumer Court for this Fraud by Pizza Hut.

                                        I have even recorded the Phone Calls which I had with your Customer Care representative on 02.04.2017.

                                        Need urgent action from Pizza hut side therwise I have to approach the Consumer Court.

                                        2months ago i.e on 5th feb 2017 i hv placed an order amounting rs.622 .
                                        Order was not placed but amount was deducted from my account. I hv complaint about it in customer care so many times but they always said wait for 5-6 days amount wll b credit but till date no such amount will be credited to my account.
                                        Pizza hut hydernagar hyderbad, not using gloves using bare hands for making pizza. And cheating customers by using mayo in place of cheeze
