On 15 march 2017, I ordered for Rs 968 from Pizzahut Pondicherry, India. The amount had been debited from my SBI savings account. The transaction and reference number is ISBI[protected]IGAAYTPTC0

But I received an email from Pizzahut [protected]@pizzahut.co.in, That my order did not go through and I was asked do the transaction again and the debited amount will be refunded.
so I ordered again and paid through ICICI bank...

I had placed order through my credit card through MVisa-mvisa : PIZZAHUTon 29/12/2016. On both attempts amount was deducted but order was not placed.
kindly initiate a refund for the same on below mentioned credit card.

On 15th Feb, 2017 I have ordered 2 pan pizzas for home delivery and as per Pizza Hut rules, the pizza should be delivered within 30 minutes.
I have called Pizza Hut over 5 times and the pizza was delivered after 45 minutes and I am told if you do not like it then dont order from us.

On March 1st, I again ordered pan pizza and was told that we will not be serving you....

I have online ordered for pizza for home delivery at 26jan2017 and online pay for it rs 491.49 by the credit card. After that i have cancel this order due to not deliver on the time of after 10:00 pm.

Now i am waiting for my refund amount, more time i have called to online on pizza hut, but they asked they will refund within 2 days. I have wait for 1 month but payment not refunded....

I ordered pizza online and made the payment online I didn't received the pizza but i received a mail instead that my order has been cancelled. Now i have not received any refund till date. I will complain in consumer court about your frauds.

I booked a meal dated 4th march 2017 4:45 pm order number 7799066. Order was completely in cold stage.. When i asked customer care team [protected] and they told me that store manager will call you with in 10 minutes and now 1 hour 30 min is completed. Not received single call from anyone.. On 25th Jan'17, I'd placed an order for delivery and made an online payment of INR 889.06/-
The delivery was to be done by Pizza Hut at Hinjawadi-Phase 1, Pune but wasn't done.
On calling them up several times, a refund was agreed upon since the delivery wasn't made

I travelled to Mumbai on Feb 22, 2017 and tried to place an order onile for delivery in Nyay Sagar, Kala Nagar, Bandra East, Mumbai.

While placing order online, the payment from my credit card (appx. INR 357) got debited to my account but the order was not succesful.

Now, I have been trying for so long and called multiple times at[protected] to get my refund but no help...

I ordered 1 paneer vegorama 1 tandoori paneer at 7.30 pm. Around 8.30 I called up aging for tracking my order. But after waiting for at least 3 hrs I didn't got my order. This is not expected from Pizza Hut. I am really very disappointed with this kind of delivery from Pizza Hut. I think if I would order pizza from dominos it would be a better choice. I am not going to place any order again in future from Pizza Hut.

I had ordered Pizza on 31st January for location Ashok Nagar, it was online order so it's by default reflected/selected for Tilak Nagar Location.

I had received call from the Team and he said "Mam we can not deliver this on your address so we are going to cancel your order and you will receive call from head office" and he cancelled the order. Again i had received the call from head office same day and he committed for refund...

Due to some issue in Pizza hut site order is not generated but Payment is done successfully 1622.22 using mvisa and card is city bank credit card.
