On 26/4/17, i tried ordering online a box of 4 magicpan pizza (Indira nagar Pizza Hut branch, Dehradun). I chose the online payment option, Paytm.
I received the below msg after the transaction.
Paid Rs.366.28 to BILLDESKnut at 5:21 PM. Wallet txn ID:[protected].

The amount got deducted from my Paytm wallet but the pizza order wasn't booked.

I checked with Paytm and order IPT[protected] was successful from Paytm end.

Kindly check the issue and revert.

The Pizza Hut Indira nagar Dehradun branch contacted me. The amount was credited to my bank account within a fortnight after following up with Pizza hut customer care team.

    Worst pizza hut outlet ever, ordered a pizza at 8:10 pm and it got delivered at 10:30 pm. I sent the pizza back as they were not agreeing on the company's policy. Disgusting. The store manager naveen was not even picking up his phone, i called him 8 times and also went to the store. His number is [protected]. I want a serious action against him/outlet. This is not the first time i'm facing issues with this outlet. Please take serious action against them. They denied to company's policy of 30 minutes, they said no discounts will be applicable and also, the delivery day was not from pizza hut, he was from swiggy. And he talked very unpolitely.

      Worst experience I faced today at magneto mall pizza hut raipur, went dere wid my husband and one of the person wearing light red check shirt and light grey coloured pant, average body, 23- 35 years old, we placed order at 8.35pm sharp and after half and hour a man approach us regarding order we told him that we have alredy placed order half and hour before than he asked us to whom we place the order we told everything to him and we went straight to that person who took order from us and he was standing in counter and telling that he never took order from us.Was he dreaming or what during his working hour?

      This is what I never expected from pizza hut, and I will never ever visit this place again in my life just because of that person.I would like to recommend pizza hut to tell there employee working dere taking orders to keep a notepad and a pen of course wid them to jot down order.

        Delivery attempted by pizzahut 00 30 pm.. Not accepted by me...

        I called thrice to j. B. Nagar pizza outlet, wherein mr sagar from pizzahut informed us that pizza delivery is on the way &shall reach within 10 mins time.. However it was never happened..

        Finally pizza person mr sushant came at 00 30 for pizza delivery... Which i did not accepted... Mr sushant also told me that he left from pizza hut at 00 10 for delivery.
        This was horrible service from pizzahut...

        Now, i want m/s pizzahut to give my moneyback immediately...

          I went to pizza hut yesterday. One customer is complaining about it. Dat y u r charging 35/- instead of 20/-. So i asked y is this so... Then he said it is like dat only... We hv not received any orders​ regarding it. We can't do anything.
          But the wrong thing is wrong... I said d same.. As it is same everywhere we purchased but y they r still charging too much... I don't understand.

            I had Ordered 2 Pizza online and had done online payment for this 2 Pizza via my ICICI Debit Card ([protected]) on 02nd April 2017 (SUN) around 10:00 PM.

            I have my ICICI Bank statement clearly showing that the amount of 573.60 INR was debited. I even contacted the Pizza hut Customer Care on the same day on Pizza Hut Contact Number : 3988 3988. I was told that the amount would be refunded back in 7 working days.

            Now today is 18.04.2017 and yet my amount of 573.60 INR is not refunded back to me.

            If I donot get my Money back latest by 20.04.2017, then I have to approach the Consumer Court for this Fraud by Pizza Hut.

            I have even recorded the Phone Calls which I had with your Customer Care representative on 02.04.2017.

            Need urgent action from Pizza hut side therwise I have to approach the Consumer Court.

            2months ago i.e on 5th feb 2017 i hv placed an order amounting rs.622 .
            Order was not placed but amount was deducted from my account. I hv complaint about it in customer care so many times but they always said wait for 5-6 days amount wll b credit but till date no such amount will be credited to my account.
            Pizza hut hydernagar hyderbad, not using gloves using bare hands for making pizza. And cheating customers by using mayo in place of cheeze

              Actually I have ordered a pizza from Mira road pizza Hut at Shrushti complex (Mira road). I have ordered at 9.29pm and till 11.30pm I had not received my pizza. We called them many times and the pizza Hut people are having no answer why my pizza is not delivered. I will give a zero rate on delivery. When they were not having any other answer they are telling k it was technical issue. And they tell K my order has been placed so where there was technical issue I don't understand.
              Domino's is any time better than 'Pizza Hut'

              I had order pizza for pizza hut Aundh, Pune, using pizza hut mobile App. the order was not placed i had received the confirmation of non place of order and email say amount will be reversed. But till date my amount of Rs. 418.42 not reversed. Kindly look into same and reverse the amount at the earliest.

                  The store Pizza Hut Delivery, at Banerghetta road, Bangalore, are CHEATERS. They are cheating customers and the company of money by TAKING MONEY FOR THE ORDER BUT NOT GENERATING THE INVOICE in their system.

                  I had visited the store, Pizza Hut Delivery, Banerghetta road, Bangalore (Photo is attached), on 9th April 2017 at 9.30 PM. I placed an order at reception, the bill was 618 INR, I paid the amount, and was asked to be seated and the order will be served on the table. I took the seat asking the reception guy to provide me the bill as well. The order arrived in 15-20 minutes, I again asked for the bill. While eating once again I asked for the bill, I got suspicious now, I knew something was wrong.

                  I waited and after I finished eating, I went to the reception and confronted the guy about failure of providing me the bill. He looked worried now, and started doing something in the computer and said, "Sir, sorry we are unable to find the bill". Then, raising my voice I asked to call the manager, the manager came and started doing something again in the computer and told me that he was unable to find it. I confronted him with questions like "Without the bill how did you process the order?". I even asked him to at least show me the order on the computer itself that I placed for 618 INR at 9.30 pm.

                  After all this, he finally printed a bill and gave me. Now, the important thing, the time of order on the bill is 10.13 PM, I asked him how is it possible?, and he said it's the reprinting time. I then asked him, "Show me the original order time on the system at least", which he had no answers. I took their photos and left.

                  Every one is involved in this scam- the reception guy, the manager and probably many others. Please always ask for the bill.

                  And let me know to formally register this complaint to Pizza Hut.

                    I ordered pizza worth rs. 447 today itself at 1'o clock in the afternoon. Delivery time was 1.30 pm. I received the pizza at 2 pm. I called the pizza hut call centre to file my complaint aginst late delivery and money refund. They said that they will arrange the call from the store only and within 5 mins i will get the call. Its been more than 5 hrs i didn't get any call from their side. That's not done! Kindly refund my amount.

                      Faulty app deducted money without placing an order on 1st April 2017. Customer care says 11 days for refund then says 21 days more. It's been more than 11 days now and I haven't got my money back. Just to refund my money via online transactions this is more time than postal service. Worst app and customer service ever.                         My sincere request to bring some transparency and speed up the process in refunding the public money which is stuck with Your YUM brands due to transaction failure.
                        I could not understand 21 days of holding period for refund and your company does not provide any tracking ID or status of refund.

                        Isn't it shameful, People have lots of hope specifically dealing with international brands and expect some quality and streamlined process, and not this kind of lethargic approach.

                        Requesting to look into this and change the people who do not work, at-least do not bring shame to international brand like Pizzahut.

                            On 29-mar17 at 7:09 pm i ordered a pizza from pizza hut and payment threw mvisa option. Hdfc payzapp. But no status show in my account order history.
                            I confirm to your customer care they ask me please make a new order and you amount refund in with in 3 days.
                            Then i order a new one on same date 29-mar-17 at 7:20 pm.
                            And payment threw credit card.

                            My first order refund still not received today is 07-apr-17. Almost 12 days are gone.
                            And i already mailed you regarding this issue.
                            My answer is that's your service.
                            Please refund my amount as soon as possible otherwise i complained to consumer court regarding this.

                              Hello Sir, I have placed order on pizza hut online. I have placed order and paid once page was routing to order page, server hanged on and order not placed. Payment has deducted from my account with PRN no IUTI[protected]. I have called pizza hut meerut and inchage informed me it is accpted by mistake it will get refund. He has sent mail to pizza hut had office account dept. But he told me that they are doing with so many customers and not refunding usch type of money easily. They are using customer money for their business and when someone complained they didnot repond properly anytime. Customer feel very uncomfortable and some customer fed up and leave the balance. Pizza hut is working with this policy from last 4 years. It was good prior to same. Now a days so many cases are reported against them. You can review their account as well.

                              I am following up with the gaziabad store since almost a month. I placed a duplicate order and didn't accept it. I have called as many as seven times to which they offer a callback which I haven't received till date.

                                Hello there,

                                I had ordered a pizza on 27 Feb 2017 from my mobile app. Unfortunately the store was far away from my place and the store called me and said that they wont be able to deliver the pizza in my area but they charged us the amount of 330.64 INR from my debit card. after that they told me that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days but i haven't received any of the amount as per today's date. I tried calling Pizza Hut many times but they always made excuses about the companies policy and every time i call they would extend their days for refund but still i haven't received any refund. The store says they have refunded but there is no transaction of refund shown on my bank statement. Today is 2 April 2017 and still there is no sign of refund. So either you refund my money or else i will have to take strict action towards your company. i have wasted my time as well as got mentally tortured by them. So please go through the complain and i hope this should be solved ASAP.

                                  On 5th March 2017, I ordered a pizza to be delivered to SRM University, Chennai from the Mahindra City branch. The full payment was made through SBI Credit Card. But after some time, I was informed that they do not deliver in that locality so the order was going to be cancelled. I immediately called the delivery person about the refund money and was informed that it will refunded within 10-15 banking days but it still has not been refunded after 26 days.
                                  Please, look into this matter and refund my money ASAP. This kind of things really make a negative impact and affect any future decisions regarding ordering from Pizza Hut again.

                                    I am at Malad Inorbit mall centre having a medium pizza with a chill guava drink !! After serving the first serving there was no one give tissues / change the sauce bottle and even help me for second serving for almost 10 mins and I was waiting for someone to respond. After paying 600 rupees for a single person is this the service we get from this MNC chain. Super Sad 😑

                                      I Dhaval had ordered a pizza online on 22nd March 2017 at around 8.15 pm through PIZZA Hut online but the order didn't go through. I have also received a confirmation email from Pizza Hut that the order didn't go through but the amount of Rs 410 which was debited from PayZapp Account has not yet reversed although its almost 10 days since the incident took place. Please look into the matter at the earliest

                                        I placed an order on the pizza hut online and paid the merchant through net banking, the amount got deducted from my account and order ID was not generated. This happened on 20th Jan 2017(Merchant ref no.HHDF[protected]/BILLDKYUMRESTAURANTS.) and since then i have spoken to multiple pizza hut executives about the issue but they claim that the money was never received by them. I also contacted the my bank through which i made the payment and they have given a written confirmation on the amount being received by Pizza hut.
                                        Pizza hut executives including their floor manager Manoj dont seem to either understand the problem or provide a solution by which all the parties can come to a conclusion. And on asking pizza hut to share a email that they are unable to track my payment they declined and the floor manger kept saying that their customer service doesn't have a dedicated mail id to which i can share the mail received by me from my bank.

                                        Extremely pathetic customer service.
