I have placed order through online on 28th jan'17 and paid money also. They have problem to deliver to my place, so they have cancelled my order. Till now i did not get my money. I called customer care n number of times, but every time they say, the money will be refunded in 24 hrs. Its more than a month now, still not received money.

    I ordered a pizza for my daughter on Friday at 8:50 PM. It was supposed to be delivered by 09:20 PM. But when I called them up at 09:40 they said it is on the way. I waited for another 15 mins and then they said actually due to some technical problem they received my order at 09:52 PM. My daughter almost started sleeping. They said please wait for another 20 mins. It will be delivered by 10:10. I called them again at 10:25 and they said it was on the way. I asked for 50% discount on my total bill of 600. Store managed refused. His name was Naveen. Finally pizza came at 10:45 and my daughter slept. I said give it for 300 but delivery boy refused. Whole Friday night got spoiled because of rude behavior and bad attitude of these store managers and customer care representative. They should not exploit the customer in future hence complaining. Please do something about this. Thanks.

      Dear Sir,
      On 23.12.2016, my son had placed online order with his registered mobile no. [protected] and my credit card account has been debitted INR 1, 315/- and got the message that order cannot be completed. When I contacted customer care, they adviced that the refund will be made to my account but till now no refund has been done.

        Dear Sir,
        On 17 feb 2017, I have placed online order through mobile and my account has been debitted INR 1, 457.56 and got the message that order cannot be completed. When I contacted customer care, they adviced that the refund will be made to my account but till now no refund has been done.

          Pizza hut in district centre, details attached with the complaint, charged me extra for the service charge 6% and service tax @10% and VAT at 12.5% and 20% which is not right as per the tax laws of India, so I would like to lodge a complaint against them and I want them to stop charging extra from the consumer.
          Also, when asked about this issue, they initially offered me to return the money but didn't do the same. [protected]

            Yesterday had a worst experience till now with pizza hut, ordered TTB for 4. I hardly eaten a single slice rest it was in junk. Out of My complete order not even a single item is worth full. 1st it wasn't baked properly 2nd vegetables are chopped like waste on it, cheese like glue stick. I hardly survived, i would have rather eaten on road side THELLA instead of pathetic food. If it was not a take away i definitely offer this to Pizza hut staff there to eat & get sick. I also had a medicine in evening due to stomach pain, almost vomited twice. And i would surely share incident this to social media as well as to consumer forum to other people not get suffered. I demand an apology with refund of my invoice.

              I have been given run round for the past 3.5 months for the transaction happened on 5th Nov 2016. Same day when the amount got deducted & the order failed i contacted the customer care they informed i would get the amount back by 45 days. But nothing happened now that i'm calling pizza hut they are just not willing to do anything on this.I'm sick off waiting for the call back which never happens, incorrect information & don't care attitude of your agents.
              I'm not able to dispute this amount through bank as the transaction is beyond 45 days.
              Citi bank as confirmed my money is transferred to Pizza Hut.

                I had a long day and was very hungry, I placed an order at Pizza hut for their Magic pan (4 pizza combo) via food panda, order-7768 then the Sadashivnagar branch ppl called me and told that I have to place an order with Rajajinagar branch and gave me[protected] number to call. I called that no and turns out it's the customer care no. when I placed an order again, they told it was with Sadashivnagar branch. I had placed an order nearly 2 times and all times it got rejected due to some "Not my branch" issue. Order no-7769, 7770.

                I gave up knowing these were just lazy people. I get a call in 20 mins from [protected] saying the worst excuse I have ever heard " Maam, the dough for the day is over".

                This is absolutely ridiculous!!

                Ordered pizza but delivery boy didnt give oregano and chilli flakes not even a single pouch. We called back delivery boy 10 timesbut he didnt pick the calls neither service centre called. What the hell!!!
                Pizza delivery Time 9.50 and deliver at 10.20. And they are considering 1 large and 1 small pizza as bulk order.

                  We had ordered a box of 4 pizzas from the Rutu Park, Thane branch, Maharashtra and they asked us the delivery will be made in 40 minutes and we agreed to wait for 40 minutes but the delivery wasn't done till another 50-60 mins which makes an hour. When we called them back, they were quite rude and misbehaved with us even when we asked them to tone down. We again called them after the hour and they asked us to wait for next 20 minutes. If this is the way you treat your customers then I think we need to publicise this section of your service and also bring it to consumer court. After complaining on call twice and still not getting any response from your side I think this is the only way left.

                    On delivery why service tax charge is put, first delivery is free service n other new regulation say service tax charge is voluntary.kindly reply. Also service tax is put for AC dinning but in delivery where is question of AC, so explain the billing of service tax of 6% in delivery bill. Also when we give call on call center for delivery we get message that it will be delivered in 30 min. But many times we don't get the order delivered n when we phone local outlet we get response that we have not received yet or received just now n i[censored] want to complain on line or cancel order, such arrogance

                      Hi,

                      I placed an order on 14th feb from the website for Rs.468.75 and i got an error on the order confirmation page. The amount was taken from my account though. The phone # provided was [protected].

                      I called the delivery guys and placed an order. Unfortunately my phone fell down and broke. The person asked if i receive any confirmation msg from Pizza hut regarding the order and I couldn't check. I placed the order again by calling the number and for the same pizza i was informed that the price was 500.. The mobile number used for that order is [protected]
                      Also informed that they couldn't find any order that was placed online with the prev number and hence the amount will be credited back to my account in 2 days... Waited for 4 days and nothing happened yet..

                      Please check and refund my money back to my account.

                          Hi i called to order a pizza for home delivery . today at about 8 pm on 16/2/17, , i spoke to prashant he was very sarcastic and was laughing when i told him that last time the pizza was cold no proper topping and was late. to which he was very sarcastic. i wanted to speak to a supervisor but he said no one and i have to talk to him only . if this is the way your executives behave then sorry to say you will loose customers, please provide adequate feedback to the said executive.

                            Hi Pizzahut,

                            This is in regards to one of my recent experiences at your Pizzahut branch at 4rth floor Westend Mall, Ludhiana last evening, I had ordered two large pizzas for which I was given an Invoice on the name of different person with different contact details and address. When I demanded the staff to give me the bill/invoice on my name they were reluctant and tried convincing me to settle with the wrong invoice. When I demanded sternly they finally agreed to issue a fresh invoice on my name but instead gave me an order memo and that is too adding wrong address of ludhiana where as I gave my business card to them .. this was the end of everything when I asked for complaint or suggestion book he didn't gave me n said we don't keep any complaints or suggestions book ... this is totally frond

                            My concern is that these people are cheating the customers by releasing invoices on wrong names and helping their kins to get all the benefits/discounts.

                            pls look into the matter. Here are the pictures of both invoices and order memo.

                              I was trying to place an order online on 27th Jan, 2017 of Rs.715.81.The order did not get through but the payment went through. I Had done the payment on the billdesk gateway of pizza hut through Paytm.(Ref #HPT[protected])
                              I spoke to Paytm, they said payment went through and it was not in their hand and i need to speak with Billdesk.

                              On speaking with Bill desk, they said the amount has gone through their end and i will need to speak with Pizzahut.

                              On speaking with Pizzahut, they said the amount will be refunded in 15 days.Its been almost a month now and i haven't received the amount back.
                              When i call at Pizzahut they transfer to complaint department and they cut the call. Have really got fed up. My worst experience.Will never order again.

                                  Pizaa hut Noida Sector 27 took 2 hrs to deliver a simple 2 medium Pizza order. on continous call the reps kept on saying 10 min and this was done thrice. We had guest and friends for dinner felt ashamed and disgusting . The order was to be delivered by sector 27 noida. Also our door bell rang at 12:00 am by the delivery boy which is the next level of frustration. This is not safe.
                                  Plz check and revert asap else as a customer i have a right to take further actions.

                                    I tried to place an order through pizza hut app. I paid Rs.418.15 through paytm.
                                    But the order was unsuccessful. As received the mail from PIZZAhut I changed order to COD and I paid again.

                                    the pizza hut ansal plaza, greater noida, after successful completion of online booking canceled the order saying they can't deliver due to single order. the order amount was above the minimum order. its been 15 days since order date, no refund has been placed. the customer care is not responsive. no proper follow up has been taken place.
                                    The pizza came to me totally out of shape broken into pieces, looked like some one ripped it apart and put in in a box .. one of the worst quality of pizza I've seen.
