I ordered a pizza online on 31st January 2017. And I didn't even receive a call whether my order was placed successfully or not. And I waited for more than 1hr 30min. I called the customer care and they told me that the order was not placed. But I didn't even receive a mail or a message. I have been calling pizza hut office in Gurgaon but was unable to speak to the concerned officer as he did not pickup the call. I never expected this from Pizza Hut. Please respond quickly. I paid online 650.13/- . They didn't even promise me of my refund.

    Order was delivered 40 min late and that too they served countryfeast pizza with only 2 basic toppings sweetcorn and capsicum.
    And when we asked for manager, they "shabaz khan" the pizza hut employee and his freinds made jokes and said will take another 10 min to replace the pizza. When we refused to wait, he rudely answered then it is all your loss. He took that pizza and we denied to wait.. he dint refund.

    I've made payment of 503.63 by jio money on 10 Feb but from Pizza Hut mail received that money will be credited back as our payment gateway is not working. When will get my money. Transaction id[protected]. Mob - [protected]

      Hi, I placed an online order on 29th Jan 2016 in the name of Priyanka Singal with mobile number [protected]. The store cancelled the order due to the location issue and they told me that the amount will be refunded. It has been 10 days and I have not yet received the refund. I called twice on the toll-free number and each time they told me that it will be refunded in next 2-5 days. I called again today and they said they have done the refund and I must check with my bank to confirm the same. I have no transaction number or name for any kind of reference in case I need to raise the query with the bank. Kindly resolve this issue and if they have done the refund from their side then atleast provide me with the transaction number, date or something.

        I ordered a pizza online. And I didn't even receive a call whether my order was placed successfully or not. And I waited for more than 1hr 30min. I called the customer care almost 10 times. Some people said that is was cancelled. Some said we will deliver it in 5min. And they said u will receive a message that ur order is cancelled. But I didn't even receive a mail or a message. I again called them they said due to technical issues we are not receiving messages. I never expected this from Pizza Hut. Please respond quickly. I paid online 678.46/- . They didn't even promise me of my refund. They were so reckless, careless. I am adding the pictures for my order. Please respond as quickly as possible. I want my refund. My name:- K.V.S.M.SOURISH.         I want to convey you that when ever i reach your oulet your staff deny from providing me veg maggic solo pizza and when i ask reason they say simply that they get less margin and is less fruitful for them to sell . So plz look at it or otherwise i will switch to some other brand.

          For bad weather, Pizza Hut cancelled my order and promised me to refund my money within 11 working days.
          I have called the PizzaHut Customer Care several times. But each time they told that it will be delivered in next week.

          Its now 2 months now and I did'nt receive my money back. Its very frustrating and disappointing for me.
          Please refund my money as soon as possible.

            This is to bring in your kind notice that on 03/02/2017, I had placed order from my office to be delivered at my residence by 19:30 hrs . The check for the order amount was Rs. 569/-. The delivery boy delivered the same, but took Rs. 669/- in place of Rs. 569/-. In the evening on returning from my office we called him up on his mobile, he said that it was by mistake he read 569 as 669 and took the money and will return the same after his shift is over. since he did not turned that day we again gave him the call in the morning, he said will come before the start of his shift to return the money back, but he did not. this is for your information.

              I had paid for pizza hut order on 24/01/2017 via mvisa app twice because of which my money was debited twice from my Hdfc payzapp account & order was not placed on pizza hut site.

                Don't understand why your websites, enable consumers to order pizzas when you can't deliver to that location.
                Ordered 2 Medium Pan pizzas on Saturday night and the transaction was successful. Pizza never got delivered, instead got a call from them that thy cant deliver.
                Please refund my amount (Rs 573) as soon as possible.

                  After remitting money online, before the delivery of pizza, got call from the outlet that they cant deliver pizza in my location and they need to cancel the order. I have requested a refund of my money and asked them to send me proof for cancellation of my order . They didn't do that. After multiple follow up with the outlet, resulting in no solution, I decided to write a complaint in their website. On response, I received an email stating that they will contact me to resolve my problem. I did complain twice through their website and till date I haven't received any thing from their end.In fact I waited for almost one month. I called them to the number provided and they assured that they will contact the outlet and kept my call on hold. I was kept on hold for more than 10 minutes and after that call got disconnected. I called again and again and they dont even arranged a call back to my number. This kind of behavior i have never seen in any of the outlets. My calls were attended by Likit and Vinod and some random persons. I am urging people to refrain from doing advance payment with pizza hut. Its a very very unethical and bad company to deal with. They dont have any proper system to track your details as well..Very very bad experience.

                    I had ordered pizza on 26/12/2016 through pizza hut offical website.
                    I made payment via my bank account but order not confirmed and money got deducted from my account .,
                    bank guys told that tranaction is succesful from their end and asked me to contact the customer care of pizza hut.
                    Transaction number was HUTI[protected]. Please check and revert the money back to my bank account.

                    I called multiple time to customer team but every time getting the same answer, We will call in 5-10 min .
                    But there is no response from customer team again.

                      My name is Bhavan Kamble. I went to pizza hut to pick my orders at Kandivali Mumbai on 20 January 2017, orders were 5926 and 5926 which amounts Rs.1147 and 1787. a total of Rs.2934. But they deducted a amount of Rs.3669 which they later void (Void sale) and gave me the void sale bill. and I again paid the amount of Rs.2934 from my debit card.
                      The manager told me that the amount of Rs.3669 will credited to your account in 2-3 hours.Now its 12 days past but still i haven't received any amount.I contacted my Bank (Bank of Baroda).they told me that the amount is credited to the merchants account, so you should contact Pizza Hut.

                      So, Please Refund my amount of rupees 3669 as soon as possible.or the time it will take to refund my amount.

                        On 23rd Jan 2017 I ordered some pizza from your online store. The money was deducted however the order was not confirmed.
                        On contacting the customer care I was told that the money will be refunded but it is yet NOT refunded.

                          I have orders a pizza on Nov 26th 2016 but immediately after order confirmation it got cancelled from your side but amount got deducted from my account. I called to customer support nearly 10 times. I am fed up o calling .Are you not ashamed of doing such ridiculous things, Please close the store if you cant answer properly to the customer. Pizza hut is India's most worst company, I am going to file a complaint within 2 days . Money matters for everyone but for you don't care at all. We all are earning and people or shops like you are fooling common people. I am gonna make this as a big issue .

                            I had ordered pizza yesterday at Nigdi branch in Pune but store guys told me that order has not been placed. I made payment via paytm, so i contacted them, they told that tranaction is succesful from their end and asked me to contact the customer care of pizza hut. Transaction number was HPT[protected]. Please check and revert the money back to my wallet.

                            FYI, I placed order again after sometime, this time by calling the store directly and money was deducted again.

                              Pizza Hut gateway problem as usual. Location Mira Road branch
                              20 January 2017 placed an order worth 627.38 from them. Money deducted yet no order placed as per Pizza Hut Customer care. Only informed that transaction. will be reversed. Customer care keeps reverting back to the bank who have no update
                              Money still not received
                              Terrible service. Other companies provide nearly immediate refunds.

                                I have ordered pizza on 26th Jan for my friend and amount paid by Credit card. My order no. is 7576848. At the time of delivery, delivery boy has taken money again. Same was complained to Customer care center by phone and through mail. Customer care rep. told that the phone will come from the Pizzahut shop where we have ordered. As on today we have neither received money nor call from the Pizzahut, Cybergreen, GGN. Delivery is also poor, delivered after 45min

                                  Dear Admin,
                                  I did order one pizza worth rs. 402.90, the amount was deducted from my debit card as i did online payment but i still not get any email or text message regarding my payment. When i asked from call center, the guy told me, no payment has been done...if payment not done then how my card deducted with pizza hut reference code? It seems there is big loophole in online transactions...people using card but not getting for which they are paying...Please refund my amount as it's deducted and no order has been done by pizza hut. Here is one message which i got from my bank:

                                  Same was happened to me on 26th January 2017 and given complaint by phone and mail. But no reply from their side
                                  This is not good at all...if this kind of things will happen how we can trust in digital transactions. There is no support email of pizza hut india...from where we can ask about our hard work money.. There are 274 same complaints but no issue resolved by pizza hut and in this forum...i think it's wasting of time ...The question is if pizza hut not delivering anything then how they earn without delivering servicing...this is big scam.

                                    No resolution provided. Now pizza hut asking me the registered phone no. Please take a necessary action against them. I want my phone bill too as I am calling again again for my money refund status.

                                    I have called the pizza hut on this no. [protected] as I got a call from this no. 3 days back. Now these guys are saying we didn't receive anything from your end. There is third party DIL who is taking care of money part. They will refund your money back within upcoming 21 days.

                                    Worthless behavior of the person Pizza hurt. I am warning everyone don't go for Pizza hurt as they the guys are saying see the terms & conditions before placing a order online.

                                    I placed an order through Pizza Hut online website where they haven't mentioned about any cutoff time but they have deducted the money from my account. The amount is Rs.1518.00.

                                    1. While processing the order the website allowed me to place the order.
                                    2. After placing the order the website took me to the payment gateway where I was asked to make the payment. And I have made the payment of said amount.
                                    3. After making the payment when I was re-directed to pizza hut website, now I am said that "Sorry! Something went wrong while placing your order to the store. Please call[protected]". I have a screenshot as well.
                                    4.Now when I called the customer care, I was been bullied for couple of times and was kept on hold and my call was disconnected couple of times. On 5 try I was able to get one TL named : Chandan on call who said me that he is going to escalate the issue to store manager and I should receive call in next 2-3 minutes from store but haven't got any call.
                                    5. Pizza hut forcibly took my money for no reason and I haven't got any value for money.
                                    6. I wasted my precious time, my money and in return i got mental torture from Pizza HUT. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS A FRAUD COMPANY.

                                      I wanted to order from Pizza Hut on 28 Dec, 2016 but payment was done and my order was not placed instead it showed page unresponsive while making online transaction. I did my transaction through mVisa option. The amount deducted was 632.63 Rs. with Payment Ref. No. 636313A00008 on 28-Dec, 2016 from my account, named Shubham Nirbhay. I contacted to customer care service and they said the amount will be refunded back within 2-3 weeks but I haven't received it yet. I wrote a mail also that day attaching the transaction screenshot and providing all necessary details but it's been over a month and they have not done anything yet. This is a very poor customer service. I request that the amount shall be refunded back to the account.

                                        I were ordered four box veg pizza combo on date 1/26/2017 and 08:15 pm by calling pizza hut number 3988 3988. Because of rush i think order will be delivered after one hour but order was dispatched after one hour at 09:16 pm and delivered at 09:40 pm. At the time of order pickup i was asked region for delay from delivery boy he said that i confirm you after calling to the store after he was calling, store boy said that pick up the order and back to the store and he was also said give my number if customer want to any complaint to anywhere i will not afraid. I was returned the order. I dont think this type of behaviour from pizza hut company employees. I am also provide you the reciept of order and your employee number is [protected].
