I made a transaction using my credit card on dec 9th for my pizza on the website. money debited twice from my card twice for an amount of 918.32 and 918.32. I got a mail that the transaction failed due to a server issue and the money would be refunded in 4 days. It has been a month and I did not get anything. kindly look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.

    Hello,
    I recently ordered pizza on date 08 January 2017.I placed the order from the Pizza Hut application for Android.While checking out or at the time of choose payment option, I selected ICICI netbanking and was directed to my bank's website to complete the transaction.When I had finally completed the transaction and was being directed back to the app, it showed a message that 'an error has occured and the order has not been placed'.
    Then I decided to pay through cash and rebuilt my order.And yes it was successfully placed amounting to the same amount of Rs 632.63 that I was previously paying through netbanking.
    I had thought since the app had shown an error when I ordered first that the order hadn't been placed and hence no transaction took place.But after checking my bank statement I had noticed that this amount had been deducted from my account even though I had to pay through cash afterwards.Meaning I paid twice for the same exact order.
    I noticed this when I got a mail from the bank confirming that a transaction took place and Rs 632.63 have been deducted from my account. my transaction ID is [protected] which was directed towards payee BILL DESK on Jan, 08, 2017.
    I hope that the matter would be fixed.

      This is Nishant Singh, on 30 Dec 2016 on my birthday i have tried multiple times to online order pizza thought PIZZA HUT Website using contact number [removed], all 3 times the payment was successfully deducted from 2 of my different credit cards but order place error shown all 3 times after deduction of payment, now 18 days are gone but still waiting for the refund, i don't know what is happening in the backend? why the payment is not returned to my account after so many days? it's a very serious issue 3609.00 Rs deducted 3 times in the total of 10, 827.00 Rs.

      (3609.00 RS + 3609.00 RS + 3609.00 Rs = Total 10, 827.00 Rs)

      Only one payment of 3609.00 is refunded 5 days back but 2 are still pending. I have called Pizza Hut Cust. Care so many times but no resolution done yet.
      I request PIZZA HUT to refund my money back in my account ASAP, i am very disappointed, in future i am not going to use PIZZA HUT website nor Mobile app. How does it happen with an international brand that 3 time payment deducted but order does not placed. And even after 18 days no resolution done yet what cust care is doing here?

      Check order details on 30 Dec 2016 for this number [removed]. Deductions is shown in two different attached screen shot with the description as "YUM RESTAURANT INDIA P MUMBAI IN".

          I had ordered a meal from Pizza Hut. Old Airport Road Outlet on 15th Jan, 2017 at 8.45 PM. I was supposed to get delivery by 9.20 PM. The resturant is like 5 min from my home.

          I called them 6 times about the status but order and they were saying your order will be delivered soon. 10.30 passed, but I still did not received the order.

          If they are not willing to deliver, atleast they should say upfront that we cannot deliver the order. Everytime I call they said, order will be delivered in 5 min.

          After sometime they were not picking my call. Please take some action against them.

            Description : When placing an order, I paid with my payment wallet. Though the amount was debited, the order did not get placed successfully. I raised a ticket regarding this, but I haven't received a response so far and the amount still hasn't been refunded.

            I placed an order on 11th Dec 2016 at NFC and it was very bad and cold pizza was delivered and i was prmoised that your money will be returned back but it has been more than one month even after many calls to pizza hut and store manager, its still not returned.

              I visited pizza Hut ganpati plaza m.I. Road Jaipur on last week 9jan2017. Your staff firstly denied us to serve veg feast due to unavailability of pan pizza bread. When I ask to call pizza Hut customer care he agreed to gave me 1 medium pizza. Service was so poor that he bring starter at last and also forgot to fulfill full order when I ask for complaint book he gave me visitor register. I have bill and photos with me you can contact me on my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com. kindly take strong action as if no action is taken up by u upto my satisfactory level I will sue u all in consumer court. Your manager ask me to give discount for not writing complain I refused for the same.

                Herewith I wish to register a complaint with reference to below failed transaction. The amount was debited when I used my debit card on 24th Dec 2016 but still the payment was not yet reversed as credit.

                  At 9:24pm I order pizza and 10:10 I to customer care they said your pizza is dispached, for that you will pay rs 30 /- less.and again pizza not delivered, again I call twice same answer.Pizza will delivered with in 15 min, again 11:00pm around they said due to rush, your pizza late, and u will pay, , rs 300 .Less, after in end call at11:30 person said your order is cancelled at 9:28pm.r u kiding with me.this is pizza hurt, or lala ki dukan.my son wants to eat pizaa, for that I ordered piZaa, in end he sleep.sorry pizza hut

                    I ordered pizza on 15-Dec 2 times mVisa payment(620 RS each) failed and Pizzahut website didn't respond. finally paid through credit card and order was delivered. Called on same day to pizzahut about transaction and they assured me refund will be done in 11 days which never happened. I called customer care multiple time every time they say they are looking in to. raised request on website 2 time no response either.

                    I have confirmed with HDFC Bank and they have confirmed that money has been transferred to PIZZAHUT.

                      I have ordered a pizza and first of all it got delivered in an hour and on top of that the quality was so bad that its undescibable. the customer service was poor, I called the ordering centre to complain about the delay and why my pizza not getting delivered and the rep was so rude. I asked for the supervisor and the supervisor never came. the rep said he is busy and will call back but no call received. the pics are attached which describe the quality itself.
                      TO MAKE THE SITUATION WORST WITH THE QUALITY OF PIZZA WE GOT LAST NIGHT AND AS PER THE COMPLAINT ID53991, MY DAUGHTER HAS FALLEN SICK AND IS COMPLAINING OF STOMACHACHE. THIS IS REALLY BAD ON THE COMPANY LIKE PIZZA HUT. I WILL BE FILING A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST PIZZA HUT FOR THE POOR HYGIENE AND QUALITY OF PIZZA SENT DUE TO WHICH MY DAUGHTER HAS FALLEN SICK.
                      ALSO WILL BE TAKING THE MATTER TO THE CONSUMER COURT AS PIZZA HUT IS PLAYING WITH THE LIFE OF THE PEOPLE AND THINK CAN GET AWAY WITH SUPPLYING POOR QUALITY PIZZA IN INDIA. THIS IS SO BAD FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PICS OF THE PIZZA I GOT FOR YOUR REFERENCE.

                        I had ordered from the CV Raman Nagar Bangalore. There was a call from the store that they would not be able to deliver to the place as they have stopped delivering to the location I requested. Hence they cancelled the order and told the amount would be refunded. But the amount is still not refunded.

                          Hello,
                          We have placed an order (Order No 7480608) at Pizza Hut at New Friends Colony branch on 11.01.2017 at 19.18 PM through online, total ordered amount was Rs. 1619.92.
                          When I tried to pay the amount through my debit card, it end up showing "Payment failed", so I tried again, again it showed same thing "Payment failed".
                          Then I tried to pay the amount using another card through "NET BANKING", now the payment got accepted ad I received an email confirmation.
                          When I checked my bank account it showed that the first two attempted payment was done that means I have paid three times for a single order.
                          Now I request you to refund the amount paid extra two times payment into my account. Amount to be refund is 1619.92 x 2 = 3239.84
                          Order confirmation and Bank statement of the same were attached along with this email.
                          Hope for fast response.

                            This is regarding our MOST UNEXPECTED experience at Pizza Hut Delivery (Tilak Nagar, New Delhi)

                            I have been to the place last evening with my wife and daughter. As per my regular taste, I ordered “Overloaded pizza serve for 2”

                            While feeding the order in your system, your guy informed me that pet bottle is not in the stock, you will get cold drinks in two glasses.

                            Here, the question is, if you do not have anything in stock, you should provide the same quantity to the customer i[censored]sing any alternatives. Well, the pet bottle contains 750 ml and the two of your glasses would contain 250ml each. Now, please give me the sufficient reasoning, why would the customer would settle in less quantity when we are paying full amount, if you do not have anything in stock. Is it the customers fault ??

                            Well, your executive who was feeding the order initially agreed to provide me the pet bottle, but, don’t know what made him think to consult his senior. Then, the senior guys, Mr. Prashant & Mr. Sunil came into the picture and told me that they cannot provide me the pet bottle as they only provide the same for take away orders. Then, why the display shows the incorrect information if the offer is valid for take away orders only. I would love to sit at home and place the order rather than personally visiting your place and would definitely not explore latest menu. In such a case, you should avoid providing sitting arrangements to customers if you are providing better offers on take away orders.

                            Further, I wish to request you to provide your every executive the same kind of training so that they cannot misguide customers. And then, why this different rules for different customers/order when the payment amount is same.

                            For your ready reference, you can check the history of my orders through my number where I have always placed the same order and get the same items (including the pet bottle of 750 ml) from your Dwarka mod outlet. Why the disparity in different outlets if the name, amount, taste and everything else is same. I would suggest you to keep the separate name of your outlet then if have your own separate rules.

                            Moreover, you want your satisfied customers should ring the bell placed at our outlet as a token of thanks and on the other hand, you guys wish to create scene for such small issue of 250 me amount of cold drink. And, then you have filled your staff with so many of stubborn managers who don’t know how to deal with their customers, especially the regular ones.

                            Finally, I left the matter on your executives and they choose to not to feed us. And my family including me left the place as we entered.


                            I desperately wish to hear from you in this regard and to solution to these kind of issues to enable me to visit in future.

                              1. The above-named outlet does not display the prices of its merchandise inclusive of all taxes. "Taxes extra" clause is shown as a footnote on its menu boards or menu pamphlets. This is misleading and results in embarrassment at the time of settling the bills.
                              2. It charges service tax on the full amount of the bill as against the provision of charging the tax only on service charges if levied.
                              3. The service tax is charged even on take away orders where there is no table service involved.

                                My self Partha Ghosh. I have made a order at pizza hut on 1/1/17 by online. My online Id at Pizza Hut is [protected]@yahoo.com. But the order was incomplete due to some technical fault by pizza hut company. So that I have received a error command from pizza hut and I have paid by Internet Banking of ICICI Bank. My account was debited, Rs. 385/-. My order was " Box Of 4 Non Veg " . stl I haven't refund my money.

                                I have attached a mail by pizza hut which was received at same day as the assurance to refund.

                                  Dear Member,
                                  On 15 Dec 2016 I ordered pizza from pizza hut online booking site and payment was made through PAYTM Rs 512.13.
                                  After that order was placed online and we were waited for 2 hours pizza did not came after man follow up and calls one of local pizza hut centre called me and asked my address details and then they took 1 hour to get pizza delivered.
                                  When delivery boy came with pizza at our door steps pizza was cold and then we asked for bill for that order he refused to give bill. We return pizza as it was not having bill and it was cold.

                                  1.After that we called many times logged complaint online/offline twitter also
                                  2.Few days later someone called from Pizza Hut and asking for detail what happened on that day we gave all information then they give assurance that they will refund money within 12 working days now its more than that
                                  3.Still till date no refund came and no one called us.

                                        On 2-12-16 evening around 10:00 PM, I visited the Pizzahut restaurant Franchise SAPPHIRE HOSPITALITY AND RECREATION Mumbai, MALAD West and paid Rs.1513 towards the bills twice through debit card which reflects in my bank statement even today.

                                        On[protected], I realised that credit has still came to my account then I visited restaurant 2 times to resolve the issue and was given to understand that for such case credit will be returned within max 15 days.

                                        Eversince am sending them mails on some intervals with my bank statement asking them to resolve the matter. Indeed on[protected] via mail I requested them to send me full day settlement copy of[protected] so that I can approach my bank for refund but till date there is no reply in the matter. Today, I wanted to inform this matter to Pizzahut so I called on 39883988, extn. 4...where i came to know that they have closed that branch 3-4 days back.

                                        Now am wondering, how will I get my refund.
