I ordered the pizza on 12th Sept 2014 at 10:30 pm. As i dont have the cash, thus i stated before the order that i will be giving sodexo. They put my call on hold. Later they said that they will accept sodexo and the pizza will be deliverred by 11 pm. But Abhay(from store) said that i will not be delivering your order at 10:50 pm. Because of some personal issues . You guys must hear the words he stated to me. I immediately called 39883988 where they said after 5 minutes discussion with manager and senior officials that you must pay cash. Which i said i dont have( i already stated this before ordering the pizza), there they said that then you must pay by card then. I agreed to this. Plus they promised me that i will get my order within 5-10 minutes as the delivery boy has left. Till 11 30 i didnt got any call nor the order. Abhay and people from 39883988 are blaming each other. But it was I who suffered. I had to sleep empty stomach. Kindly see to this as PIZZA HUT brand is too big to commit such nonsense

But i got no reply

    Sir, on 13/09/2014 at 1:27pm, I placed order no.[protected] with your outlet at Shopprix Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabad at phone no.[protected]. While placing my order, I asked the lady Ms Anju (staff name as printed on bill) to give me discount @ 20% as per coupon code PHE 399. She told me that after discount my bill amount is Rs 458/-. I said ok. But, when the delivery boy came with my order, he brought the bill of Rs 558/- without any discount and asked for the full amount. Then I called up your outlet at Shopprix Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabad at phone no.[protected] times, but nobody picked up the phone. Then I called at no,[protected] and lodged my complaint/grievance. Then after 5 minutes somebody called up and told pizza delivery boy to take amount of Rs 458/- instead of Rs 558/-. In this whole process 15-20 minutes were lost and our mood was spoilt. Pizzas also turned cold and soggy. I request u to train ur staff properly and take action against erring staff, so that in future such problems do not occur with other customers and ur reputation of good service n delivery is maintained and people keep on relishing ur pizzas and other dishes thanx anjula jain

      Dear Sir/Madam, My name's Mr.Saravanane.Pondicherry. Usually my family likes pizza huts pizza and We have pizza every weekends, last three months pizza always delivered very late and no proper reply. Actually last sunday I had ordered pizza for home delivery and paid the amount @ 19.54 and I went for my personal work and I returned to home @ 20.55 but pizza has not been delivered my pizza ordered. I called to Pizza hut and they didn't reply and pizza hut delilvery man came 21.00 and he told to us that home delivery always take an hours to delivery and I showed your web site and they told to us it's only available in chennai.So I had return the pizza but they didn't refund my money, So I request you to take action and fix this issue ASAP. I have called up 2 times and they put me on hold for 15 minutes.. then I have dropped off the call. But there is no information about the delivery ??? Is this the service commitments ????"           I ordered online for pizza from pizzahut fortune arcade, sector27, noida.i placed two orders which were supposed to be delivered on 8:50, 8:55.but the delivery was late, so according to buy one get one offer i shouldget some deduction from the total amount.but the delivery man denied to do it, i even talked to the store manager .he said that 30 minutes or free is not applicable on buy one get one offer, either you pay the full amount or return the pizza.i returned the pizza.my name is komal yadav, email id [protected]@gmail.com, order number:[protected],[protected].highly dissapointed from such behaviour of the company.if you dont apply the 30 minutes or freee condition in your offers then dont publicise it and give a disclaimer before sending alerts on my phone for pizza hut.i wont ever order again from pizza hut, i do have have other options.

            Hi Pizza Hut This is regarding Order No:[protected], that order was delayed and we got a message from you people that we will be getting off of rupees 500. I called yesterday to Pizza hut several times but they didn't replied Positively . If it is like that I need to escalate it to the next level as it's Pizza hut commitment to customers and if you are sending such messages to customer after delayed delivery ...so customer should avail this . My concern is Why Pizza hut guys are not responding on one go...why customer need to call several times else why customer need to wait for Your call ...Yesteday I have wasted my 1hr to make you people understand about this...as you people cut the calls several times.               Order No. :[protected]placed on 10/09/2014 21:13:44) This is the order I placed today at 9.13 pm, availing the 1+1 offer at the HSR Layout outlet of Bangalore. I got the delivery at 10.12 pm, 59 minutes after placing the order. When I refused to pay, the delivery guy refused to give me the pizza and got his store manager on the phone, who does not know how to talk to a customer and asked me to return the pizza if I don't want to pay. I don't think this is any way to run a business, the way you treat your customers. If you provide a service of 30 mins delivery guarantee or the pizza is free, you are obliged to give the pizza for free, not make phony offers.

                Hi, I, Bharat Lamba, would like to complain about the recent duplicate transaction by Pizza Hut, Anupam market Saket on 3rd Aug 2014. So at first when I saw my Credit card statement, it showed a duplicate transaction of Rs.1, 372, which I thought is a mistake from Standard Charted Bank. I verified from the bank through an email (Email attached) and they confirmed that Pizza Hut claimed the transaction twice. Now the issue is, I signed on only one slip and they should have realized that the transaction was duplicate before claiming it twice. Secondly, fortunately I checked my Credit Card statement and if I would not have, the transaction would go unnoticed and they would have ended up charging me twice. Please could you help me to go legally on this issue because this can be a very big issue for other customers of Pizza Hut. To top off the cream, when I claimed the duplicate transaction from the outlet. At first I was told that it was a Bank issue and they did not swiped it twice. After confirming from the bank, it ended up to be Pizza Hut's fault. I visited the outlet four times but they acted as if they were least concerned about the issue. Today after 5 weeks, my frustration reached to the heights and they say that they have done their part and insisted me to go to the bank and claim from them. Was it really my fault to have dinner at Pizza Hut. Firstly there was a duplicate swiping from their side. Secondly they ended up not agreeing to the transaction. Thirdly its been 5 weeks and the money is still not refunded. I request you to please guide me to go legally against them as this could be a big issue for other customers who are least bothered to check their Credit/Debit Card statements. I would also like raise the issue in Media so that every Pizza Hut customer should be aware of this fact.                   I am really surprised to find a Hair strand in the pizza which was also not on the surface but was stuck in the crust. I placed a complaint the your customer center and there was no satisfactory resolution provided for 2 days and now when I received a call back from the store that this can't be possible and is not accepting my concern. I have the slice still with me if any one wants to verify. Is this the standard that Pizza Hut maintains? I am looking for an apology for the inconvenience caused to me as well as a full amount refund.                     On 31st August 2014 I made an online order for Rs 535/- for pick up of pizza from kanakpura road, bangalore, store. The amount was deducted from my account but I saw a message on the screen the there was some problem with online order. I called the call center number and they told the oder is there. I went to store only to find from store manager that he has not received order. Again called the call center and they told I can place another order and online order amount will be refunded. The experience at the store was equally bad.

                    Made and paid another order and got pizza after 2 hours of making the online order. Waited for couple of days and amount was not refunded. I called customer care multiple times and I had a hard time to get to there account / finance department. One guy told that the matter will be resolved in 2 hours. . I waited for another 2 days and still there isn't any refund. I called again and got another 'wait for sometime' response. I have already waited for 5 days and have been on call for more than 30 minutes and have wasted 30 minutes on phone. This is a big loss.

                    If the issue is not resolved ASAP then I will be taking stern action in the consumer court.

                      Got a mail frm Pizza Hut (Buy 1 and Get 1 Free) was trying to process that Online and Order was getting stuck am thinking there was a server issue, kept on trying and trying finally I visited the newly opened Pizza Hut store next morning at Attapur I told the situation I faced and they started opposing me and the store manager Mr. Sanjeev started checking with IT and finally told me I am lying and there's no server issue. Ideally if it had been Dominos which we seriouslly trust on first and foremost important for them is the customer, they would have given the Pizza's complimentory because it was a issue I had been facing since last night I never did asked for anything complimentory and nobody even cared to help Dominos is the really the Best and thats the reason we from Co-orporate World prefer Dominos first because they trust customers and for them customer is first I also wrote to feedback.[protected]@yum.com but nobody bothered to respond My Email Id is agarwal.[protected]@gmail.com

                        On 29th August I went to pizza hut we ordered pizza and juice later we ordered coco cola.
                        We ordered colacola and it was served within a minute.
                        The Coco Cola they served was which contains 90% WATER AND 10% COCOCOLA AND IT WAS CHARGED RS.80 FOR WATER COCOCOLA.
                        The worst pizza Hut i saw till today in my life.
                        Please I request to close this pizza hut Vijaynagar.

                        Today I placed an order 'Meal for 2' in which I was supposed to get 2 pan pizzas(Veg feast, Corn), potato wedges and garlic bread.
                        * I was provided with 2 pan pizzas (both corn), hard garlic bread and some poppers.
                        * The total cost was increased saying some bla bla bla charges than the actual price
                        * I had specifically asked to send the card swipe but delivery boy hadnt got instructions to carry it

                        He came late and it was raining so we just paid him soon and sent him. Only when we opened the boxes did we see the whole mess. When I called back no proper response and disconnected call

                            Hi, Please find attached mail for order details: Ordered over phone (xxxxxxxxxx) and cancelled the order then, ordered online ([protected]) and paid the amount at 7.30pm on 1st Sep 2014. Got a call from [protected] to xxxxxxxx, i said order is cancelled. (Phone order cancelled) I got one SMS to [protected] "Dear customer, your order has been dispatched and will be delivered shortly. pizzahut delivery" at 7:41:48pm. @ 8.17pm i called[protected], only to get abused for 05:53 minutes. They asked my mobile numer, location details like "which country are calling from, which city are you calling from. When i told ramamurthy nagar in bangalore, they asked me which ramamurthy nagar is it near bannergatta? then he said pls be on hold i will connect to concern location. Then again they asked for details. @ 8.23 pm i called[protected], only to get abused for 03:12 minutes. they said your order will be delivered by 8.45pm. @ 8.51pm i called[protected], only to get abused for 10:26 minutes. I was humiliated. @ 9.05pm i got a call from [protected] to xxxxxxxxxx (not to [protected]) that my online order is cancelled, and he would like to take a new order (with laughing).                               Exactly one month back, I placed an order for my pizza. This is usually a hassle free task. However, this one time, due to some reason, the order did not get through, yet still my account was charged. I called the outlet to check if the order was through, but it was not. So i placed the order again and got it for cash payment. At the same time, I was told that the money will be automatically refunded AFTER ONE MONTH. Despite after taking this ridiculous amount of processing time, there is still no refund. And even when I called the helpline for feedback or online queries, the IVR DOES NOT CONNECT THE CALL ANYWHERE. DO NOT TRUST PIZZA HUT ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM!!

Last Night i had ordered a pizza online for Veggie Magic Solo.But Pizza had been delivered late by Pizza Hut.Pizza delivery time was 21:55:00 But they delivered a order at 22:15:00. I am really suffering from this issue.I was paying money for my order but this is not a gud service as per commited by Pizza hut delivering pizza in 30 minutes. At this time i have called to your customer care number for help and your executive discuss with delivey boy and told me today is delivery time 35 minutes after 2 minute he again fail to commitment and told me that today delivery time is 45 minutes. when i have ask with him to talk to manager he just hold my call and discunnect the call.                                     Hi, I placed my order online for Pizza Hut on 2nd Aug, 2014 and made payment of Rs.424.03 using net banking. But the order was not successful. When I called customer care, they said the amount will be refund in next 15 days but its been a month and they haven't refund it yet.

When I called customer care, they said the amount will be refund in next 15 to 21 days but its been a month and they haven't refund it yet.Please be careful while placing order in online.worst and pathetic service.Don't belive PIZZAHUT...its a worst service.they are playing games now when i called them...sometimes they are keeping me in hold for 20 min and not even responding to that call.

                                      I visited Pizza hut today 28.08.2014 @12:30PM. By mistake I forgot my mobile phone at my table and left. When I back to Pizza hut after few movement... hardly 10-20 minutes and asked about my phone... they have not given my phone back... I demanded Video footage of CCTV camera, ... they have seen footage but not showing the footage... They have looted my mobile... I will circulate this issue to senior management and public until I get my mobile back... I know one of lady serving pizza.. has my phone... but These CHOR people are not showing CCTV footage...that lady serving pizza was scared and their Manager was accusing her... But not giving me CCTV Footage...CHOR CHOR CHOR CHOE... I will damn circulate this to Facebook, twitter, and all other online forum to escalate this issue
