I were ordered four box veg pizza combo on date 1/26/2017 and 08:15 pm by calling pizza hut number 3988 3988. Because of rush i think order will be delivered after one hour but order was dispatched after one hour at 09:16 pm and delivered at 09:40 pm. At the time of order pickup i was asked region for delay from delivery boy he said that i confirm you after calling to the store after he was calling, store boy said that pick up the order and back to the store and he was also said give my number if customer want to any complaint to anywhere i will not afraid. I was returned the order. I dont think this type of behaviour from pizza hut company employees. I am also provide you the reciept of order and your employee number is [protected].

    I ordered from pizza hut on 21st Dec'16 which was cancelled by the pizza hut store manager as they couldn't deliver to my address after i paid online for my order. I have been informed that my money Rs 482 will be refunded within 21 days, and its 29th Jan' 17 today yet my money isn't refunded. Meanwhile i have called the customer care a number of times, and sent mail to V . Kushwaha he assured me that my money will be refunded within a week but still I am waiting for the refund amount. Pathetic experience with pizza hut. After writing so many mails and asking for refund.

      On Friday 27th Jan, i ordered for pizzas online, coming a total of Rs 1997 at 6 pm in the evening, the order was supposed to deliver at 9.05 pm. to my surprise and dismay order was not even there, then i had to place a fresh order and order came in at 10 pm. It was a son birthday. I had to cut a sorry figure in front of my son and his friends. utter disappointment

        I ordered from pizza hut on 7th Dec'16 which was cancelled by the pizza hut store manager as they couldn't deliver to my address after i paid online for my order. I have been informed that my money will be refunded within 21 days, and its 27th Jan' 17 today yet my money isn't refunded. Meanwhile i have called the customer care a number of times, they assured me that my money will be refunded within a week but still I am waiting for the refund amount.
        Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I am fighting for my refund since Jan 2016:-) a mere 1300 INR and they couldn't refund it till date. Multiple feedback mails, customer care calls, and its not worth the time and money. Their 20 days means 20 months.
        The outcome is my favorite pizza is no more my favorite and i have grown a hatred with the word 'Pizza Hut' itself.

          I have placed a orders for Pizza from Pizza Hut on 6th of Jan 2017 and orders money(Rs 568.80) get deducted from my HDFC bank account . I have orders to deliver it to new ashok nagar delhi PN 110096 but after 30 minutes i got a call from Pizza Hut and they was saying they can not deliver it to my location.And your order got cancelled and you will get your money back within 21 days but money still did not added in my account.

            This has reference to a customer complaint made today with Pizza Hut regarding lousy delivery customer service meted out by Pizzahut, Shopprix Mall, Vaishali Store. Feedback ID is 55389.

            I have justll received a call today at 1:09pm from your executive Sudarhan Sharma (#[protected]) from Pizzahut, Shopprix Mall, Vaishali Store.
            The executive instead of accepting & owning up the customer service blunder committed on Wednesday is talking rudely to me and telling me that he had called me around 7 times on Wednesday regarding my order to update me, when throughout my complaint (Feedback ID is 55389) I had mentioned I had not received a single call from either Pizzahut, Shopprix Mall, Vaishali Store OR Pizza hut customer care – while I had made 12 calls between 8:30pm to 10:45 pm on 25/01/2017.

            At a time when customer is being hailed as king by the service industry. Pizza Hut is assuming that the customer making complaint is a lair. Instead of Pizza hut taking customer complaint in the right spirit and listening to the customer’s complaint. They are blaming the customer and accusing him of lying. This is pathetic.

            Pizza hut customer complaint handling system requires some serious examination and overhauling. I want senior management of Pizza Hut to take cognizance of this complaint and let me know how they intend to resolve this complaint.

            Pizza Hut’s much advertising: Don't cook on Wednesdays! - Buy 1 Get 1 FREE turned out to be a Pizza Hut Horror Wednesday.

            My online order was placed at 1:38pm on 25/01/2017 for home delivery at 8:30PM. Order no. is[protected] placed on Wednesday.
            When the order was not delivered at 8:30 pm. I started calling your customer care no. 39883988
            I made several frantic calls to your call centre – every time I was mislead and told that order is out for delivery and will reach in next 7-10 minutes. Twice I was told the server is not working. Twice I was told I would get a call back from the Pizzahut, Shopprix Mall, Vaishali Store but that call back never came.
            I had also asked customer care to lodge a complaint against Pizzahut, Shopprix Mall, Vaishali Store for giving such lousy service as I was sitting clueless about delivery of my order.
            1) 8:30
            2) 8:50
            3) 9:10
            4) 9:25
            5) 9:40
            6) 9:45
            7) 9:53
            8) 10:05
            9) 10:15
            10) 10: 26
            11) 10: 38
            12) 10: 44
            At 10: 45 the delivery was made. AFTER FULL 2 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES DELIVERY WAS MADE. I again called your call centre and demanded for a full refund for giving such lousy service and making my entire family starve for the pizza. But to no avail.
            MY ADVICE TO PIZZA HUT MANAGMENT:
            1) Serious action should be taken against all those customer care executives who received my calls and misguided me throughout promising delivery in next 7-10 minutes.
            2) Serious action should be taken against Pizza hut, Shopprix Mall, Vaishali Store for maligning & eroding Pizza hut brand value.
            3) My order amount (of Rs 512) should be fully refunded.

              I have order online pizza on 30th Dec 2016. Order failed Rs. 1462.68 was debited from my account.
              Mail also received against online order failure from Pizza Hut.
              But no refund has been received till date.

                This is complaint regarding the behaviour of staff Mr. Azhar Sheikh who works as a manager in Pizza hut, Branch- Shop no. 3 &4, Shally Complex, Surdhara Circle, Opp SAL Hospital, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

                We ordered Box 4 Pan Pizzas through online website of Pizza Hut (Order No.[protected]. The order got placed and confirmation mail arrived at 19:43:24 and delivery time was 20:14:00.
                The delivery of pizza took more than 30 minutes to arrive and reached to us at 20:17:00.Thus it came under time guarantee.

                Manager Mr. Azhar Sheikh was very rude and impolite. He did not even listen to our complaint patiently and started to shout instead.
                He said- "Khana hai to khao, nahi khana to wapas bhej do time waste mat karo. humari zimedari thodi na hai. Haan kar do compaint jisse bhi karni ho.'

                Thus I request you not only to take strict actions in relation to time guarantee issue but also the impolite and aggressive behaviour of your staff. Being such a large company it casts a duty upon you to hire such people who can maintain HR.

                  I placed an order through Pizza Hut online website where they haven't mentioned about any cutoff time but they have deducted the money from my account. The amount is Rs.1518.00.

                  1. While processing the order the website allowed me to place the order.
                  2. After placing the order the website took me to the payment gateway where I was asked to make the payment. And I have made the payment of said amount.
                  3. After making the payment when I was re-directed to pizza hut website, now I am said that "Sorry! Something went wrong while placing your order to the store. Please call[protected]". I have a screenshot as well.
                  4.Now when I called the customer care, I was been bullied for couple of times and was kept on hold and my call was disconnected couple of times. On 5 try I was able to get one TL named : Chandan on call who said me that he is going to escalate the issue to store manager and I should receive call in next 2-3 minutes from store but haven't got any call.
                  5. Pizza hut forcibly took my money for no reason and I haven't got any value for money.
                  6. I wasted my precious time, my money and in return i got mental torture from Pizza HUT. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS A FRAUD COMPANY.

                      On Jan 26th 2017 I placed the order and cancelled after 1 Hour & 30 Mins order because they didn't deliver it on time. I request around 04.55 pm but till 6.30 pm they didn't deliver because of the communication gap between the customer service people. (actual delivery add is B 147 DDA Janta Flat Jasola Vihar PKT-11 new Delhi-110025 but Pizza hut Mention Address on bill is D-147 DDA Janta Flat Jasola Vihar PKT-11 New Delhi-110025) call center executive giving excuse to me for delayed delivery it is republic day and another is heavy raining.
                      I have receive a call from Pizza Hut on 06.30 from mobile no.[protected] Mr. Sanjay I asked for delay delivery he was behave rudly only

                        On Dec 24th 2016 I placed the order and cancelled the order on the same day because they didn't deliver it on time. I request around 7.30 pm but till 9 pm they didn't deliver because of the communication gap between the customer service people so based on that i cancelled the order. They said they will refund the money within 10-15 days but it almost 30 days nothing was done. I spoke to customer service person twice regarding my refund. They inturn and advise me that they will ask for call back with an update. But i didn't receive any call back from them when i called them twice. I thought they can't deliver the pizza on time but still they are following the same rule while refunding my money. I want my money need to be refunded immediately. I never seen any worst service before.

                          Today I have placed an order Order Reference #: 7564133 for office party and order was placed around 1:30 PM for delivery at 3:35 PM but I received order at 3:55 which is 20 Minutes delayed and even I called up Pizza hut number at 3:35 and the guy who picked the phone conveyed that pizza is out on delivery and it would be delivered in five minutes. After waiting for almost 15 minutes I called them again and got same statement and I insisted your employee to give me a email or forum number where I can lodge a complaint but he didn’t then he transfer call to his manager Mr Gulshan and he gave me multiple excuses and resisting to share the forum details and at last he gave me this email address.

                          What I suppose about delay in delivery is negligence or the Order was prepaid through credit card so they have money now who cares ………

                            According to paytm the above payment has been credited to your account. But Pizzahut call centre said this payment wasnt credited. So they actually cancelled the order. I had to place another order and pay by cash.

                            Paytm is still insisting that the payment to you was done. So I need this payment of rs 642 to be reversed into my Paytm account. Kindly do the needful and update.

                              But the food was delivered by 5:55... clearly 15 mins late... but the person said that it is not free...

                              The website and the email i got while placing the order clearly mentions its 30mins or free for a order of less than 4 pizzas as i ordered just 2 pizzas...

                              Why give a timeline and a promise if you cannot abide by it? this is so cheap and impolite service by pizza hut which we visit so often

                                I have ordered pizza for home delivery on 22.01.2017 on call (#[protected]) at 20:50 and the order was supposed to be delivered within 45 minutes. After repeated calls, i got a return call at 23:30 from store manager with lame excuses. My child slept without pizza taking noodles. My image shattered in front of my child. Who is responsible for this??

                                    Payment was successful (715 Rs)and they said order rejected due to, this was for only dine-in menu(So why it was there on website and allows to add in cart :@)

                                    After chasing on customer care for many times still i haven't got my money refunded.

                                      With reference to order no. - 7355206 on 23.Dec.2016, I ordered pizza and sides worth Rs 624.20/- and placed the order around 9:10 PM. But my order was delivered at around 10:30 PM.

                                      When I talked to the area consultant then he said the issue will be resolved. Since then I have called them many times and they say that they will refund the amount but it is not happening.

                                      Kindly look into the issue and do the needful.

                                        I made a transaction using internet banking on 27th November 2016 for my pizza on the website. money deducted from my account for an amount of 545. I got a mail that the transaction failed due to a server issue and the money would be refunded in 10 days. It has been more than a month and I did not get anything. kindly look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.
