I tried to order pizza meal online on 25th December evening. I didn't note the order number because I didn't know that it was going to fail. I used my mobile number [protected] to place the order. The payment was made using mVisa option. The payment was deducted from my SBI account, however, it showed an error. I immediately contacted pizza hut via their fb page, where they took my number, email address and branch.
Next day I received call from wrong branch asking about the issue. I gave them the mvisa transaction number, and he tld me that someone from the right branch would contact me. No one has contacted ever since. I even registered the complain with SBI. SBI has replied that the merchant has told them that the payment was successful and settled. So, what does that mean? I have paid for a failed order and there won't be a refund.
First of all, my evening was spoiled because of the failed order and now I am not even getting the refund.
I can see that many other people has made the same complain, for the same date. Very bad service.
Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
