M order pizza on24th dec.but app trace location Order shahdra instead if dilshad garden that branch cancel my order immediately thats why order was cancelled in 24th dec but amount is not refunded...
Very upset that process they refund the amount it takes very lengthy days...
told min.5-10days but they can't did. ...
No msgs or no mail from Pizza hut Amount is due...
how do know about amount tobe refunded.
Pls do as soon as possible.

    In pizza hut at riverside avani in howrah, india . Manager had very unprofessional behaviour on 5th jan 2017 he was talking very rudely . And showing us the way how to eat pizza . There was nothing arranged on the table also no sauce, no fork nothing such kind of behaviour wasnt expected from pizza hut . Please take some serious steps against manager ( Mr. Jeetendra prasad)

      I was trying to place the order of Rs. 1183.33 on 25th Dec 2016 at around 10.55 AM, It seems there was some issue on the website so money got debited from my account but order was not placed.
      I am waiting for the refund from the pizza hut side but no communication from them regarding settlement.
      Please see the attached images for transactions details and mails from Pizza Hut for order failure.

        Order number 7432588 from [protected]@zivame.com, delivery time 14.09 delivered at 14.17 ( 8 minute delay) eligible for free delivery ( Prepaid order)
        got call from outlet for confirmation and address 13.45 and i did follow up call @ 14.02 and 14.06, and got confirmation to deliver within time .
        called customer care[protected] @ 14.17 . unfortunately no action taken .

        This pure violation of rule. they agreed for free delivery delivery after 30 minut and they dont entertain any compaints, when i try to raise complaint in theier portal, outlet name was not available.

          I tried to order pizza meal online on 25th December evening. I didn't note the order number because I didn't know that it was going to fail. I used my mobile number [protected] to place the order. The payment was made using mVisa option. The payment was deducted from my SBI account, however, it showed an error. I immediately contacted pizza hut via their fb page, where they took my number, email address and branch.
          Next day I received call from wrong branch asking about the issue. I gave them the mvisa transaction number, and he tld me that someone from the right branch would contact me. No one has contacted ever since. I even registered the complain with SBI. SBI has replied that the merchant has told them that the payment was successful and settled. So, what does that mean? I have paid for a failed order and there won't be a refund.
          First of all, my evening was spoiled because of the failed order and now I am not even getting the refund.
          I can see that many other people has made the same complain, for the same date. Very bad service.

            Hello,

            I am really sorry to say pizza hut has ruined my evening.
            I had ordered pizza online to pizza hut crystal court jaipur.
            They took order and after half an hour they refused to deliver at location.
            Moreover, they didn't cancel my order.
            I called up thrice to them regarding this.
            I organised a pizza party to my friends and such irresponsible behaviour from pizza hut is highly unacceptable.
            We had to move to other place for dinner just because of pizza hut.
            If i have ordered through dominoz we would have enjoyed the pizza party.
            Will never recommend anyone to opt for pizza hut.
            I want refund for the order which was disregarded by you moreover compensation for the chaos and harassment you brought up to me.

              I received 3 pizza hut prepaid card which item code gv62 of rs. 200/- each from hdfc credit card redemption voucher. I went pizzahut devyani international ltd (Ph) south city mall, prince anwar saha road kolkata then they told me that one card is previous used which no. Is [protected] and denied that card and then he did not cancelled the order and i give extra rs. 336/- for your used card. I cannot understand how you supplied to hdfc bank credit card of your used voucher. I will go consumer forum in kolkata that how pizza hut cheating me to give their used card. I also want to know where this card had been used previously and they supplied this false used card at my hdfc bank card division. I want my damarage of rs. 336/- for your cheating business.

                On dec 29 we ordered online from pizza hut sarjapur and the website got into some errors in the payment page and we were charge for 2 different amounts. the bill was suppose to be 657 something but our card was charge 657 and another 819. called their customer serivce and said funds will be back in the acct in 24hrs. but almost a week already and still nothing

                and the store is not acting on the complain

                I ordered pizza online on 29 dec. An amt of rs.512 got deducted from my account but I recieved an e-mail saying your order hasn't been placed due to any outage and was assured that my money will be refunded. I haven't recieved my debited amount yet.

                  Hi Team,

                  I ordered a pizza on sunday. Order no was #7424247. I waited for nearly 2 hours and called customer care 10 times and everytime there was same reply that your order has been dispatched . I placed a order at 9:45 PM so now it's 11:10 PM I again called the customer care but they said that all the stores has been closed so we won't be able to deliver the pizza . They said that we have arranged a call for tomorrow but I didn't hear anything. It's very disappointing and even I paid online. Please look into this otherwise I'm not gonna be quiet this time. This happens with me in the past.

                    This is Chirag Kharwar.

                    I placed order on pizza hut on 25th December 2016 with mobile number as [protected].

                    Because of some problem in pizza hut my order was failed but the amount was debited from my account and this happened twice. I got the email from pizza hut saying if the amount is debited it will be credited back to the account. I tried to contact their number 3988 3988, but some how i am not able to call to that number and the call always disconnects even before ringing.

                    I am yet to get the refund of my amount. Please help me get my refund back.

                    I have exact same complain. Funny thing is even though the payment showed error, the bank says that the merchant has replied them that the payment was successful and they have even settled the payment.
                    Exactly...I show so many people have similar complaints. But still there is no action on this. After this incident I have decided to stop ordering pizza from pizza hut and I asked my friends for the same.

                      Ordered from Pizza Hut on 27th Dec 2016 from office address. The pizzas were delivered 20 min late. We asked the manager of the store, who had come to deliver the pizzas himself, for the reason for delay. He said the order was delayed because he was not familiar with the address. Let me tell you that we had ordered the pizza from an outlet that is located in the food court of the same office compound! Upon questioning him on the same, he did not accept his mistake and kept repeating the same.

                      He then tried to bribe us with additional two pizzas if we let the whole matter go. When we didn't he said the refund is applicable only on cash on deliveries.
                      So does that mean if we pay Pizza hut once, the company is no more answerable to the customers? And is this how you train your employees?

                        We ordered for triple treat combo on 28/12/2016 around 8 PM. the bill was around 722. the amount has been deducted form my account but the order was not placed. we ordered again for the same with another credit card and the result was the same.amount has been deducted but order was not placed. we notified the same thing to the nearest pizza hut store and they were unable to provide proper information. so pls resolve the issue. this doesn't bode well for ur reputation. we want a refund and fast.

                          Hi, a placed a order on pizza hut of around 1400 rs which included 5 pan pizza. amount deducted my account but i did not receive any confirmation receipt for which i inquired and the Customer care representative said that there is some technical issue n the message will be received in another 30 mins but still no response from pizzahut. again i called and they said there is no order placed. and they haven't refunded my amount too.

                            Order No.[protected] Date/Time: 12/28/2016 9:51:44 Order Reference No.7392585 placed online for 1 Veggie Supreme PAN Pizza, 1 Paneer Vegorama PAN Pizza and 1 Triple Treat Box containing 1 Tandoori Paneer PAN Pizza and 1 Country Feast PAN Pizza. Notably all ordered base were PAN and the Order Delivery Memo mentions the same.

                            To my utter surprise, when I started eating I realized that the PAN pizza base was incredibly thin. My children also complained that it was not a PAN pizza. They only relish PAN pizza and flatly refused to eat the said "rubbish". I couldn't call immediately to the delivery outlet to collect back the "rubbish" they had supplied as it was already late and everyone in the family was waiting for the food, in particular, my elderly parents.

                            I have taken photographs of the pizza base.

                            I feel cheated as I was charged for what I never ordered and never wanted to have.

                            I want Pizza Hut to pay back the money charged in full alongwith a further sum of Rs.5, 000 towards damages for causing anguish and anxiety to my entire family including my elderly parents. It also amounts to deficiency in service. If Pizza Hut doesn't come forward to address the issue, I may seek an appropriate legal recourse in the matter such as making a complaint before the Consumer Forum etc.

                              I tried to order a pizza on the below mentioned dates. The payment was successful but the order was not placed so I changed the bank for online payment along with change in the order.

                              Ordered pizza on[protected] around 2:30pm, my money got deducted but order got failed. when i contacted customer care he have no idea how to deal with and told me to contact the bank. i called the bank they told the money is transfered and they cant do anything about it. i want full refund money .
                              We have ordered many times but this time we had worst experience. Pizza was plain no topings and the taste was worst because of excessive salt .. we had worst experience of all time .

                              Sorry to say pl never send any msg to us for any offer .
                              I placed an order for the one plus one pizza today(23/12/2016). An amount of Rs 512 got debited from my account but the order was not placed.
                              I expect quick refund of my money.

                                On 2nd December I had ordered Pizza from PHD through web and cancelled the same through Customer care and today is 28th December still the amount (Rs 578.40) is neither refunded nor anybody bother to contact. Customer care is also worst, not able to guide and after multiple times contact they suggested to contact with Store, which is also not bothered to refund.

                                One of the worst service I feel.

                                  I placed an online order on 35th december'2016 and paid using the online payment gateway (M-visa). The amount of 1074.80 got charged from my a/c and pizza hut showed me a message on screen "there might be some issues with the server, please try cash on delivery"). I contacted my bank who confirmed me that payment has been made to the merchant and provided me merchant id. Then i contacted pizza hut where i experienced worst customer service. They keep telling me unable to look my order and money will be refunded. They did not took any of my details still keep saying same thing.

                                    I have cancelled my order (Order No:7195674) and i was told that i will get refund within 22 days from the date of cancellation.

                                    Its been 28 days now and i have made several calls to the store(ITI road, Aundh, pune) also from where i have ordered but no response. The no([protected]) is either switch off or nobody is picking up.

                                    This is the worst experience i have ever experienced.

                                      I am trying to place an order on pizzahut on 12/12/2016. My money got deducted twice from my account but my order is not placed. I didn't get my refund till now but your customer care executive is saying that i will get my refund in 2 to 10 days. You guys are terrible, you don't have any proper customer care and i am never going to order anything from pizzahut, even i suggest everyone not to buy from pizzahut.

                                        I order given by him is double cheese pizza but they give me double trouble pan pizza i ask for this is very rued diction given by staff which name is SWETA.And also there menu card was wrong price print.i.e I order Triple chicken feast pan (small pizza)248/- but they charge me 300/- .and i am asking for this they told this is including tax but when i see the bill there was tax shown is after 300/-amount. so please look into this and solve asap.

                                        Booked combo of 4 pizza today at 4.50pm and at the Time of booking it was showing delivered by 5.21 but now it's 6pm and even I complained to respective store still not getting any replied from their side regarding the status of my order.
                                        On 10/12/2016 I have tried to order pizza through online - Payment with my credit card 4893 XXXX XXXX 6551 for the amount of Rs.719.75.
                                        But my order canceled. to get back my 719.75 I have called to phd customer care and I got reply as 'My money will be credited within 15 days.
                                        still now I didn't get my money. please refund my money.
