I have cancelled my order (Order No:7195674) and i was told that i will get refund within 22 days from the date of cancellation.

Its been 28 days now and i have made several calls to the store(ITI road, Aundh, pune) also from where i have ordered but no response. The no([protected]) is either switch off or nobody is picking up.

This is the worst experience i have ever experienced.

    I am trying to place an order on pizzahut on 12/12/2016. My money got deducted twice from my account but my order is not placed. I didn't get my refund till now but your customer care executive is saying that i will get my refund in 2 to 10 days. You guys are terrible, you don't have any proper customer care and i am never going to order anything from pizzahut, even i suggest everyone not to buy from pizzahut.

      I order given by him is double cheese pizza but they give me double trouble pan pizza i ask for this is very rued diction given by staff which name is SWETA.And also there menu card was wrong price print.i.e I order Triple chicken feast pan (small pizza)248/- but they charge me 300/- .and i am asking for this they told this is including tax but when i see the bill there was tax shown is after 300/-amount. so please look into this and solve asap.

      But my order canceled. to get back my 719.75 I have called to phd customer care and I got reply as 'My money will be credited within 15 days.
      still now I didn't get my money. please refund my money.

        Hello Team,

        I placed order online on 7th December with Pizza hut which was failed.

        I placed same order 2 times and failed due to some issue with pizza hut. Amount debited from account both time but never refunded till date.

        I called customer care center, they told me that, they will arrange call back and i never receive call back. I send 4 mail but no respond.

        Please help to get my refund back.

          I was trying to order a pizza on the below mentioned dates. The payment was successful but the order was not placed.

            I ordered pizza on 13th Dec, 2016 from pizzahut official website and I have done the payment through HDFC netbanking portal. Rs.718 has been deducted from my account, but I haven't received the delivery. I contacted HDFC customer care, they were telling that the amount has been credited to PizzaHut account(BilldkYumRestaurants).

                We had ordered a Paneer Vegorama pan pizza and it had foul smell. We contacted the staff and reported the same issue. A delivery guy came and told to meet the manager. After going to the same store along with the delivery guy, the manager was extremely rude to talk to and was telling us to prepare the pizza by ourselves. If we are to prepare the pizza by ourselves, why are they even providing the service. The manager was unapologetic even at the end of talk. Further to mention, the pizza was not eaten by any of the staff and they were not ready to take the responsibility for the same. If such rotten ingredients are used in pizza, it could cause someone serious health issues and could bring bad name to the company name.

                Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I had ordered an online pizza on 15 Dec 2016, for which payment was done but no delivery made. I had given a feedback to them (Feedback ID - 51238) as a complaint. The local vendor assured me that the amount will be reverted withing 7 days. I was additionally charged for the same pizza. I am still waiting for a refund.

                  I got this system generated response from Pizza Hut. The call center responds that this mail was not sent by them

                      I tried placing an online order amounting to Rs 417/- with Pizza Hut on Sep 24 evening. I used the prepaid system and paid the money through my debit card. The money got deducted from my account, however, the order was not placed due to failed transaction.

                      On this, I called up at the pizza hut customer service and they assured me that the money would be refunded within 5-6 business days and that the concerned person would give me a call back soon. So, trusting that the pizza hut is a big brand and they will not cheat I placed an order again with them on call and opted for cash on delivery.

                      I waited the next day and when I didn't receive any call, I posted a complaint on the pizza hut website. The screenshot of the same is attached with this. However, I didn't hear back anything from them.

                      I followed up with the customer service people many times on refund status and even spoke to one of the managers there. The manager was very rude, arrogant and unhelpful. I told him that I would complain about them to consumer forum and to which he replied, "Do whatever you can."

                      I again followed up with the customer service people many a times but to no use.

                      Its been 3 months now and I do not understand when would "5-6 business days" wait be over.

                      I request the consumer forum to please look into this and take strict action against such frauds and money launderers.

                      I would want an appropriate compensation for the same.

                          On December 12 at 6:47 PM I tried to place online order for pizza. While paying from my paytm wallet payment is completed but order was not completed but
                          Money is deducted from my paytm wallet. I called at [protected] for this issue and they said your money will be return within 7 days on your wallet but it's 9 day's gone and still I didn't get any information from them.

                          Also I searched for pizzahut customer care number or any emailid so that I can raise a complain there but there is no customer care number and emailid on their website.

                          Please do the needful.

                          After this complain, I got a call from "[protected]" and the person was asking me for my bank account details.
                          I said I paid it from paytm account and amount should be back on my paytm account. He said he will discuss the team and After that he cut the phone.

                            I tried to order pizza through pizzahut app on 18th dec 2016, while making the payment through hdfc netbanking, transaction was successful but order page didnt came up showing error about url on app. So rs 263 debited my my acc and not yet credited back to my account. Hdfc transaction id[protected]Hhdf[protected]-billdkyumrestaurants)
                            Again i tried payment with paytm, so same error shows up on order page after deducting amount from my paytm wallet. So rs 263 debited from my paytm wallet but not yet credited back to my paytm wallet. Paytm transaction id [protected] (Billdesknut order #hpt[protected].

                            So amount to be received from pizzahut on my bank and paytm is rs 526.
                            Please resolve this asap.

                              I was trying to place an order on 17/12/2016 at 8:18 pm. Order amount was rs 277.5/-. I paid thus amount with my payzapp account with transaction ID 9GSHDZ. Payment was successful from payzapp but my order was not confirmed from pizzahut. I requested to pizzahut over phone on same day to refund the amount but I have not received any amount from pizzahut till date.

                              I ordered pizza from pizza hut on 27 Nov 3 times but every time money was deducted from my account and my order wasnoy confirmed .                               I tried to order pizza on 7th December which failed.
                              Till date I didn't receive refund for the amount. They commit for 10 days to refund. Even after 11 days I didn't receive any refund.

                                I am ordered big pizza from pizza hut, it shows cost as 219 on the menu, but when i add my fist pizza to cart, it shows 269. And then when i try to go to menu, the rate of all pizzas have increased. Same with other items too. And order which totalled 727 by original pricing costed rs 867 once items were added to cart and checked out.
                                This is nothing but cheating costumers. Request you to do the necessary to get my refund and direct pizza hut for giving appropriate compensation.

                                      For the first time I've ordered pizza from pizza hut through my mobile on 9th december by 23:00 hrs, I didn’t used mobile app, I just used normal mobile browser and amount of Rs.512 has been debited from my icici pockets mVisa account.

                                      After the money had been deducted from the bank account, I didn’t received any order confirmation, so I called the pizza hut customer service and said the same.
                                      They said that they will initiate the refund soon and i can get refund in 11 days maximum. I have also lodged a email complaint(feedback id-50608). But today is the 11th day and still there is no trace of refund in my account. So i again called pizza hut customer care and this time they said that they have initiated refund from their side and told me to talk to my bank's customer care.

                                      I ve then called my bank and asked about the refund, they told that there is no refund came from pizza hut is struck with them and told me to again talk to pizza hut customer care.

                                      I called pizza hut and the answer I got from the customer care executive was I can’t locate your order details, if the money is been deducted it will be credited back to your bank account.

                                      Till now I had contacted my bank once and I had also contacted the Pizza hut twice, no one actually want to resolve the issue.

                                      My first experience with Pizza hut happens to be the Worst experience and it would remain the same I believe.

                                        Please refund my money as I did not received my delivery on same day even till today.
                                        Pizza hut employees are not atol professional, they didn't call me even a single time to conform for order.

                                        I have called them so many times to

                                        I hope they need to improve their services as it is ridiculous.
