Hello sir/madam,
I have ordered the pizza online on friday 9 dec 2016 1:59 pm, order was failed but payment was deducted form my credit card. When i called to customer care he said to me that he didn't received any order from your side and suggest me that please contact to your bank if your money has been deducted, when i contacted to bank they gave the arn "74332746345634481838250" and said
"dear mr chauhan,
This is with reference to your e-mail dated 13 december 2016 regarding transaction incurred on your card account.
In this connection, we wish to clarify that, the credit card is only a mode of payment. When a valid debit advice is presented to us, we are obliged to pay the merchant establishment towards your transactions and debit your card account.
Accordingly, as we received the valid debit advice for the transaction of rs.575.61 against m/s. Yum restaurant on 09 december 2016, the same was debited to your card ending 3911 vide acquirer reference number 74332746345634481838250.
Hence, we request you to contact the merchant by quoting the above mentioned acquirer reference number (Arn). We request you to revert us if you find any discrepancy.
