I made a transaction of Rs. 568 through Mobikwik on 07.12.2016
Mistakenly the order got placed in the CP, New delhi outlet and they called me back stating the same.
They cancelled the order and quoted that money will Credit back in the account through which I made payment.
Today is 17th Dec. But money is not credited.
Order I'd of Mobikwik is HMBK[protected]

    I am Mohit Vyas,

    On 24, December, 2016- I had placed an order via pizza hut app and amount is deducted from my bank account and while i reached pizza Hut Dwarka Mor outlet to take order, they denied to receive payment and order is placed then i had paid additional of rs 565.26 to Pizza hut store and they said that contact to bank regarding payment failure. I had shown them my account details that amount is debited from my account but they are not ready to answer. please refund my amount and my Transaction id is[protected] and Timing is 21:07:33 and Date is 24/11/2016 & i have attached conversation with paytm via mail, invoice atachment of pizza hut order, message recieved by bank for debit(both- paytment to paytm and to pizza hut by debit card also), paytm order successfull invoice, etc. if any further assistance required so please contact me on email id- mohit.[protected]@gmail.com and contact no.- [protected]

      I had booked one pizza worth of 384.63 (Excluding taxes) through online on 22 november 2016. However after doing so and proper payment through my debit card i got a call from pizza hut executive saying that they are unable to deliver that order in my requested area hence they are going to cancel that from there end. They assured that paid money will be automatically refunded back in the payee account after 4-5 working date. Since that day i've talked to pizza hut executives 2 to 3 times but they could provide me only oral assurance but no refund. Kindly look into the matter immediately.

          Hello sir/madam,

          I have ordered the pizza online on friday 9 dec 2016 1:59 pm, order was failed but payment was deducted form my credit card. When i called to customer care he said to me that he didn't received any order from your side and suggest me that please contact to your bank if your money has been deducted, when i contacted to bank they gave the arn "74332746345634481838250" and said

          "dear mr chauhan,

          This is with reference to your e-mail dated 13 december 2016 regarding transaction incurred on your card account.

          In this connection, we wish to clarify that, the credit card is only a mode of payment. When a valid debit advice is presented to us, we are obliged to pay the merchant establishment towards your transactions and debit your card account.

          Accordingly, as we received the valid debit advice for the transaction of rs.575.61 against m/s. Yum restaurant on 09 december 2016, the same was debited to your card ending 3911 vide acquirer reference number 74332746345634481838250.

          Hence, we request you to contact the merchant by quoting the above mentioned acquirer reference number (Arn). We request you to revert us if you find any discrepancy.

            Dear sir/ madam
            I am ashish Kumar from Chandigarh. I have ordered online pizza from pizza hut on 10/12/16 of 686.12 rupees. But order not completed successfully and payment deducted from my paytm wallet. I have called to customer care of pizza hut and they said I have not received any order from my contact no. So pl. Order again and this amount will refunded to your account automatically. And then I have ordered again by my credit card.
            I have not received my money yet and I contacted to payment also they said from my side payment was successful.
            Kindly rectify my problem as soon as possible.

            and order was not delivered to me. worst part is that they didn't give me my money back too.
            It's past 30 working days still i am just getting no response.

              I had placed an order on 2nd Dec 2016 via pizza hut website and made the payment online. However, I hadn't received any acknowledgement of my order. Later I called up customer care and they said there was no order placed.The amount had been deducted from my bank a/c.
              I have send a feedback with ID 50406 but no one got back.
              There is no email id or complaint no mentioned in the website. Seems like people are forced to like their pizzas, no matter they like it or not.

              I have paid Rs 1479.8 through my HDFC credit card ending with 9654 trxn id 027929 but order has been cancel and you have confirm over call that your money will be refund within 2 working days. but i have yet not get money refunded in my credit card account. Please check & refund the money.

                On 3rd Dec 2016, I had placed an order and paid 512.13rs through SBI debit card. I received an error and the order wasn't pull through. On calling the customer care I was said told that the amount will be refunded in 11 days and I was told to place an order again which I did, Order No :721257.
                I haven't received the money back.

                  I just made an online order from Pizza Hut and paid 510.92 through HDFC netbanking. But, once the payment was done, the website read "Order could not be loaded".

                  I never got a call from Pizza Hut but they deducted the money.

                    Feeling very sad to let you know that unexpected things are happening in your Pizza Hut – Patna - Ashiana.and i am relly very unsatisfied with your worker performance and behaviour.

                    It's not the first time i had bad experience and i decided to complaint bcoz PHD was my favorite but after last service from your side i doubt.

                    How could you guys spoil your reputation for such small things.

                    Let me tell you on 11/12/2016 i ordered one Chicken Hot & Spicy with extra cheese and Spicy Chicken Wings, the quality was too poor and even cheese was not there .I paid Rs 590 and got the worst pizza i ever had.I placed that order at 8:40 and got it around 10:20.The quality of pizza and chicken was too horrible.It was not in a condition to eat Where is your 30 min delivery policy and leave that policy what about your quality services and the employee of that particular branch are too unprofessional .

                    I must say that was my last order from PHD.

                    This mail is just to let you know kindly give good services bcoz people pay you the best .

                    I will make sure my friend and family don't have to face these type of mess.

                    I can go to consumer court for this prank which you have done after paying around 600 Rs to you.

                    Don't do this to other.

                      My order number is[protected]placed on 11/12/2016 22:03:11) & allotted
                      Delivery time for this order was 11/12/2016 22:34:00.

                      This order got delivered to me after 1 hour of allotted time (at 11:30 PM) that too after much follow-up.When I received the order the pizza was not even slight warn & it was not eatable.Its taste was even worst as it took much time to be delivered to us.

                      We don't expect such kind of delivery from popular brand such as pizza hut.There should be some sense of responsibilities for the order placed.Even I haven't got any contact number from which I can get tracking status of my order & global customer care number was not getting connected.

                      Please look into this issue.I want strict action to be taken against this issue.

                        I ordered my pizza on 10th december, 2016 at night 8pm near norbert church road, kasavanahalli, sarjapur road, bangalore.
                        Order details:

                        Chicken supreme -525/-

                        Pepsi-35/-
                        Total: 672/- (including taxes).
                        After ordering i didn't receive a call, message and after sometime when i called the provided number in the website[protected]. they were telling that it wasn't ordered from my number and when i told that my money was deducted from my account they were telling may be some issue was there and when i asked for the nearest store number. for my shocking they don't even have theirs number!. it's really a bad service and when asking them to return my money they were saying that it will be credited within 11 working days!. when i went to nearby store with much effort at that time they were also saying that the order is not registered so and so! really didn't expect such type of services from such type of companies!

                          They didn't give three truffle cakes . amount has been already paid.T hey don't deliver it to our area telling that we are far so we had to send my husband to pick.On picking they had already packed and told that everything was inside the bag and handed the parcel. when I checked and called them they are not picking the call .

                            We went to pizza hut, jawahal neru street at pondicherry . We ordered pizza & waited fr 1 hour. The peoples came after us had their pizza. pizza hut, pondicherry's staffs are arrogant & never apology for the delay. They gave us pizza after we aksed them. Im From Malaysia & Having Pizza hut outlet too. We are really dissapointed with their services. Please teach them how to treat customer. We pay for pizza & we are not wanting for free pizza..                               I paid through pockets 'mvisa'. But the payment didn't go through. And the money got debited from my wallet. I tried calling 3988 3988 from my number but that doesn't work too. Furthermore there are no email that I could send my feedback to. There is a option of giving feedback at the site but it gives the message to the store in the respective cities. Please see that my amount 586.85 gets refunded.

                                On 1st December i was made two transactions to order pizza. Both the time the amount has been debited successfully but order was not confirmed.
                                till the refund has not made. I was called the Pizza hut several times but all the times they used say that the amount will be refunded 2-10days. They are not taking the mater positively and they have not send any official confirmation about my complaints.

                                  It's been 40 days since my the day pizza hut promised (Delhi) to initiate my refund back. But still, hasn't. Due to the problem in internet connectivity, the money got deducted (Rs 568) from the account, but still, the money hasn't been transferred back.

                                  There is no mode of communication from their side. I want my refund back at the earliest from their side.

                                  Does that mean I daily need to remind them to transfer money to my account or are they are not willing to pay?

                                  Dominoes is better in this case as they refund it in a week or at least call back...

                                  I tried to place an order through mvisa service and 2 times the amount was deducted from the bank account but the order was unsuccessful both the times. The amount has not been refunded yet and it has been more 15 days of that incident.

                                    Dominoes is better in this case as they refund it in a week or at least call back to provide the clarification and a heads up. But Pizza Hut doesn't seem like doing the same.

                                    I cannot daily ping them or call them. This should have been their responsibility. It's just ethics and they seem to lack it.

                                    Truly disappointed. I want my refund at the earliest.

                                      I had ordered on 1nd December 2016 via Pizza hut app. I payed Rs. 968.12 through my SBI Credit Card and the payment was successfully deducted from my bank account but after payment completion i found unsuccessful error message on my website screen and then no order placed for pizza hut. Immediately i contacted SBI Card Customer care but they replied that payment has been done to Pizza hut please contact to Pizza hut. Then I spoke to Pizza hut customer care and they said the order is not valid due to payment not received. They said, If the amount is deducted from your card, it would refund back to your account with in 2 working days. Where us I check the statement today 7th Dec 2016 and found the they claimed the money.
