I have ordered on 2nd December at 19:42:36 via Paytm. I had 200 in my paytm wallet so i reaming amount is deducted from bank account but after payment completion i found unsuccessful error message on my website screen and then no order placed for pizza hut. I did contact with Paytm customer service but they replied that payment has been done to Pizza hut please contact to Pizza hut.

    Order number: 7230210. I placed an order for 2 pizzas, it was 8:49 then. It is 10:02, and i am yet to receive my order. I think i cannot cancel it too, thanks to the amazing policy of pizza hut. They used to be a great service. But my last 2 experiences have been same. I want the strictest action taken against these unprofessional people. They need to be taught a lesson for sure.

      I had ordered pizza and it dint get delivered. The store is not able to respond if it can be delivered or not. Neither they gave call to the store manager.
      This kind of service is ridiculous and definitely makes me to not order anything from pizza hut ever.

      Just because, it was a pre paid order, I am not getting my money back.
      I want a strict action for this kind of behavior of pizza hut.
      I called 5 times and it is about 2 hours from the time I placed the order.
      Still not a clear vision of anything.

        Thus is regarding the order that i placed on sunday 20th november, 2016 on pizza hut. The amount of rs 578.40 was deducted from my account but the order was declined.
        On calling customer care, i was assured that the amount will be refunded within 8-10 working days and it's already been 12 days. I have called customer care 2-3 times but all i have got is 2-4 days of delay.
        Pizza hut must look into the seriousness of this matter as this has become a regular complaint regarding payment deduction.

          On 26th november, i placed an order on pizza hut's website and paid via mvisa. The money was deducted from my account promptly, but the order did not go through for reasons i don't know. However, there was no indication on the website, or via text, whether the order was successful or had failed.

          After waiting for close to an hour for the order dispatch default time, i contacted pizza hut on[protected] to find out when i would be receiving my order, when i was informed that due to technical issues the order did not go through, and that the money would be refunded back to me. The customer care exec told me that the refund instruction would be given and that i would receive a follow up call to confirm the same. I would point out that on that date, the payment was showing against my account in pizza hut's records.

          Subsequently, i did not hear from pizza hut, so i contacted them yet again on 30th nov, 2016, when shockingly the payment no longer showed against my account, and i was advised that i would have to request my bank to return the money to my account. I pointed out then itself that the bank would not listen to me, and that the instruction would have to come from pizza hut. He assured me that they would do that, and that i would receive a call soon.

          Yet again, i did not hear from pizza hut for 2 days, and this was starting to get unnecessarily annoying and tedious. I called them a third time and informed them that my bank advised me that they would act only on instructions from pizza hut. The customer care exec (A sanjeet) informed me that i would be receiving a call within 5 minutes of my call from the customer care exec's supervisor.

          I am yet to receive a call. I have also left multiple complaints on their website (Complaint no. 49579), and the website then claims that i shall receive a mail addressing my concerns, but i have not even received a mail confirming receipt of complaint.

          I have never seen such pathetic customer care. This is to reach out to people in pizza hut to rectify this mess asap, as their customer care execs seem to be ill-equipped to handle payment issues and clearly the feedback system on their website is just a sham.

            Hi Team,

            I'm Smruti from Hyderabad. I was trying to place an order on 25-Nov-2016 via m.pizzahut.co.in at around 6:30pm.

            I reached till payment page and made the payment of Rs. 562.74; however after the payment the page said "try another payment method, order not placed".

            Order was indded not got placed as I didnt receive any sms or mail (neither the food ofcourse); however, the above mentioned amount got deducted from my account.

            I called customer care the next day[protected] and informed about this. The executive repled that the amount will get refunded to your account as he also didnt see any order placed by me.

            Can someone please let me know why the amount isn't refunded to me yet. I do have thesms, e-mail and bank account statement as proofs. My contact number is [protected] and email is [protected]@yahoo.com.

            Expecting a reply at the earliest.

            Hi Team,

            I received a call from Mr. Rahul Kumar Sharma - [protected] on the above complaint and he was asking for my card number from which I made payment. How do you expect customer to share his/her card details and why are those required?

            I'm ready to send the screenshots of sms and e-mail and the bank statement (where it is clearly mentioned that payment is made to pizzahut) to your e-mail id. I'm not comfortable sharing details of my card (no one should). Let me know how do I proceed on this.

            Hi Team,

            I still haven't got any solution from pizzahut. The last communication by pizzahut was on friday and the executive asked me to get a calculator and paper as he wanted me to do some calculations (I've no clue what exactly he was trying to do). I asked him to call back after 12pm or saturday as i was neither close to a calculator not a paper and I was busy at work. Since then no call.

            They have already taken my card details.

            Please take some action here now, as I'm worried that my Rs. 563/-- are gone.

              On 26th nov, 16 i booked the pizza for the same deducted, but the order was not booked. I got the mail from your server. Till now after 5 days i have not received my refund. Bank reference no :hf[protected].
              Please confirm the status as this way pizza hut is making customer unhappy. On one end we are going digitalization, this way online payment transactions is not saved.

                On 30 nov i had ordered pizza using the buy 1 get 1 free offer.I gave my order online and also online payment. At 9.27 i got a message saying the pizza i ordered has been dispatched.There was no sign of that delivery person and he finally came around 10.10pm.The pizza was not hot at all and when i said this to the vendor he told that it wasnt his fault and call the store from where i got the pizza ( he was rude too).Till then he went away and i called the store.He said that tomorrow i would get the free pizza.Today i.e on 1 dec as there was no sign of him i decided to call the store.At that he did not pick my call so i called from another no. to which he picked and started saying in a rude that he does not deliver in my area and all those nonsense excuses.All i want to say to Pizza hut India is that if cant stay by your 30 mins or free offer dont just make false promises and waste our time .

                  Hello i placed an order on 26/11/2016 and payed using mvisa.
                  I called the pizzahut after 15 min they told my order is not placed at all, so i placed an other order for cash on delivery.

                      This mail is regarding an incident that happened to me after placing an order request you to kindly help me on this

                      Today have placed an order through mobile, i have gone through the terms and conditions as well, so in the menu i have got two tabs first pizza and second pizza, have chosed first pizza chiken tikka, if its buy one and get one free of same quality it should have directed me to checkout page, but instead asked me to choose the second pizza of my choice so the second one what i choose was triple chiken feast finally it got me to checkout screen and have also added bread into my cart and the total amount that i need to pay is 744 and was displayed on the screen, which is attached in the mail please check.

                      Now got a call from the delivery person and received the parcel but could see three pizza, so informed him have ordered for one and the other one is free, so why should i be paying for the second one, i even showed him the same confirmation what i got but still i insisted me to pay 1353 even after speaking to a call center executive and the shop manager, so with no way i have to pay for what i have not ordered and i do not want to cancel the order as well i know you guys will resolve the issue.

                      Couple of points to highlight

                      After placing the order before checkout i did not see any int showing the orders placed are not valid for the coupon or not in offer
                      Econd if its not in offer system should have not accepted before proceeding to checkout
                      Now they say tripple chiken feast does not include in offer, then it would have given me an option to choose any other, now its my choice to choose the second pizza, how can the shop choose second pizza as same quanity and deliver (Chiken tikka)
                      I would have gone to veg pizza as second one, how can the store choose my second pizza
                      Finally the attachment what you see is a clear customer proof shows the final bill and the bill i received is different

                      I have screencast on my mobile which captured all that i have done while placing and final bill screen, also have tried on other pizza its the same prize, this means offer is present on all the quality of pizza, when placed through mobile

                      Not sure if the testing for online orders for app has defect, request you to kindly check

                      All i need is my money back for the one that have not ordered, request you to put yourself in customers place and help me in this regards

                      I hope to get a positive result through this mail from your customer.

                      Tried ordering from pizzahut yesterday and payment through paytm, amount was 314 rupees, 20 from paytm and 294 from debitcard through paytm. At last I got the screen saying transaction failed due to time out or some reason. Still my account was charged fro 294 rupees. Please revert.

                        I am a loyal customer to pizza hut, and i like the taste of pizza hut pizzas over dominos or others.
                        However, i got a shock when i got the first order after moving to my new house in noida. The delivery from sector 110 sector. All 6 members of the family fell sick the very next day. The shock was such that i stopped ordering pizzas online.
                        I ordered again tonight, and specifically called them about my previous experience. Firstly i was told by them that they are not delivering the exotica flavor garlic bread, or any other sliced garlic breads, as there were complaints about the quality (This confirmed my doubt about the doubt i had about their quality). However, i changed the garlic bread order to make it stix.
                        The order came half an hour later than the promised time. And the delivery boys says that he has forgotten the pepsi, and would come again in few minutes with that.
                        We had no choice but to agree.
                        We had ordered two veg pizzas, and one of them was supposed to be paneer vegorama, but we failed to differentiate between the two pizzas, as none of them had even a slight piece of paneer.
                        This experience has now confirmed that not only the quality, but the service itself of sector 110 noida pizza hut is pathetic. I am not going to order online anymore.
                        Being a loyal customer, i would still have pizzas, but from the joints, where i know i will get the good quality ones. I am warning folks. I am sure others will have experienced this already.

                        I just hope Pizza Hut makes note of this, as in general their quality is always good. This delivery center has only been a single exception so far, and I do hope Pizza Hut does something to correct it.
                        This is with reference to the above said order, which was not delivered. Please refund the payment of Rs. 431.35/- which i made through my netbanking while giving this order. For further communication please provide your feedback on [protected]@gmail.com or mobile no. [protected]

                          I place the order 23 November 2016 around 9-10 for my pizza delivery. I placed the order online and got the delivery as well on time however i placed the order for 2 veg and 2 non veg pizzas. Veg pizza were good and upto the mark however the non veg pizzas were pathetic, they smell like pizza hut used 1 week old chicken to make pizzas they look terrible and ofcourse i couldn't eat them so i called the centralize number which [protected] and complaint about the pizzas. They guy who took my complaint said i will be getting pizza at my door step with in 15 minutes and i have to store the old one in a manner to replace it. Which i did and waited for like 45 minute. I didn't get any call from store or centralize number or any delivery as well. I called again on[protected] and the line was close at 11.30 around so i couldn't speak to anyone.

                          2 days later i called the[protected] number and i spoke to aman kumar first and he was able to check my complaint or neither was able speak properly as he don't understand english at all. I asked for the supervisor and he put me on mute hold which was for 20 mint and i had to hung up i called back immediately and then i spoke to guy name raju but instead of hold or transfer he hung the call. Then i spoke to abhishek and i told him everything again and he went to get a supervisor for the case so i could speak to him but he didn't put me on mute or hold and i could hear all what they said. The actual word was " aree yaar wo fir aa gaya ? Bhaaga bhaaga usse, keh de sabhi senior busy hai" i have all recording of calls bill and pictures of pizzas as well. It was so disappointing that no one have the willingness to work in pizza hut and they treat their customer like this and yet they talk about decency and customer satisfaction. I still haven't got any delivery for my pizza and i think pizza hut just scam me by taking my money and by not giving a percent to me.

                              I placed an order on 11/15 of 2394 rs. But the order didn't get confirm and the amount already got deducted
                              And later when contacted customer care i was told that the amount would refunded in a week but haven't received the amount yet

                              Could you please advice by when will i get the money back bcoz i m trying to reach customer care from long but no reply to that... That's very frustrating

                              The pizzahut is denied to give me order delivery and ask me to pay more many. Also there is no customers support.

                                I have recently order pizza on 15-th November (order No:4903) from pizza hut and paid through m-visa as there was a 25% cashback offer and offer is still existing, we get messages even today about offer. If you are not providing cash back why are you showing and misleading. If offer did not exist we could have paid through other means. I have not yet received cash back and any information regarding that. Could we know when it gets credited?

                                  I Yogesh Agarwal had placed an order for pizza online on 9th Nov 2016(16:26:42) through my Hdfc debit card but my order was not approved from pizzahut and amount was deducted (Rs.573.60) from my account. I had raised complain many time but their executive are making contentious false promises regarding refund.

                                    I paid twice through Pockets Mvisa having Reference No.[protected] &[protected] on 20-11-16 for Rs 285.61 each on the Website, but both the times the confirmation didnt go through to Pizza Hut and order was not placed.
                                    I also got an email from them that they shall refund the money if its debited. The amount has been debited but not reversed as yet

                                      On 20th november 2016 i ordered at pizza hut shop no19, 20, 2nd floor, crown interior mall faridabad, with the pos no.137c, order no.[protected], token no-115, name of the guest – pooja, phone no - [protected], order punching time 8:45:57 pm and promised delivery time 9:15:57 pm.

                                      Now here are the few points that i want to bring in your notice

                                      1) i placed the order to the customer call centre no[protected] at 8:45 pm and got the promised delivery time of 9:15 pm
                                      2) again called up the customer call centre at 9:17 to get the where about of my order.
                                      3) again called up at 9:32 and got the assurance from the call centre that my order will reach in 5 min.
                                      4) finally i got the order at 9:45 but it was cold and wrongly sent to me.
                                      5) at 9:54 i again called up the customer care and this time the executive told me that he will send the fresh hot food to my place in 30 min and will ask the store manager to talk to me.
                                      6) at 10:45 finally waiting to for about an hour i again called up and this time he said please be on line and he will check with the store and after waiting for 10 min my call got disconnected.
                                      7) at 11:05 i called up again and this time also i have explain this executive the whole story and he said please be on line, after waiting for full 25 min there was this floor manager mr sonu chandelle from call centre came online and he told me very bluntly that now as the time is over and the store is already closed he will send my order tomorrow.

                                      This is not the first incident of this sort is happening with us but being part of the same industry i can very well understand that in weekend or on public holiday this can happen but my kids were hungry and they slept without having food last night, i can adjust but can’t compromise for kids and this is the reason that i am writing this letter directly to you.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I placed an order yesterday (Order no. 8437) and made an online payment via m-visa.
                                        I am getting promotional messages daily from pizza put mentioning about offer of additional 25% discount on payment by m-visa.
                                        However even after i placed the order and made payment via m-visa, no discount was provided for that for m-visa payment.
                                        I need an explanation why i was not provided with the discount that you are promoting daily via messages to the customer. It is a clear case of cheating with the customer by provided misleading offers and ultimately not fulfilling them at the time of actual order. Else provide me the discount immediately as you mentioned in your promotional offer messages.
