I have been ordering pizzas from pizza hut from a long time. I am a satisfied customer who has always been vocal about the quality of pizza hut & advocated the same to my friends, specially the ones who order from dominos. On the ocassion of bhai dwuj, i ordered pizzas from nicco park pizza hut outlet & was bewildered with the chicken topping they gave. One measly piece on every slice which angered me to the hilt....

Yesterday i placed an order @9.26 pm ist and payment also done during online order.. As per their receipt i should received the order @9.56 pm but these guys don’t know why a customer place an order for pizza. Its very upset and frustrate this behaviour from pizza hut hyderabad. I called more than 10 times to all their executives and all are telling different story.

Very rude delivery guy i will not order evr again and i will recommend not to order from this outlet in particular. he said his name is Gurpreet Singh and said " do whatever you want and complain anywhere you want" and he was bragging about how he is well connected within the co. and he "can get away with this kind of [censored]" . he also seemed to be under influence of some intoxicant. I paid through payzapp on pizza hut website for an order. The amount was deducted from my account, however, order didn't go through and an error of transaction failed was shown after some time.

I contacted my bank (Hdfc) and they said that transaction was successful from their side and i should contact pizza hut for refund.
They gave me the following details

Payment has been deducted twice and every time they are saying that order is not complete and you have to place a new order request . When contacted the customer care they are saying that within 10 working days refund will be done..Moreover there Team Leader disconnects the calls as he doesn't have any solution.The 1st transaction was done on 24th Oct'16 which was deducted from my account and haven't received any revert from them, when contacted...

I orederd Pizza from your Karapakkam branch in Chennai from website on 25th Sepetember 2016 but to some issue the order was completed successfully though the money was debited from my account.

I have already raised this issue on your feedback portal couple of weeks back with ref ID: 45940 but still no action has been taken.

I had ordered a Pizza on 21st October 2016 Via TATA SBI credit card online with the JP nagar store. My money Rs 2090.68 got deducted from my account but I did not get the order Id or any details(SMS or mail). when I contacted bank customer care team they said contact pizza hut customer care, Pizza hut team says no order is placed and contact bank only and pizza Hut not ready to place any complain. I called so may time but no response...

I have ordered for the cheesy pizza on[protected] and they suggested me their new pizza Paneer Delight by saying that this pizza is the best if you need like cheesy pizza and after 50 minutes I got the pizza where I can barely see cheese in it and then when I asked them for replacement they said that they did raise my complaint for the replacement and I will get my pizza in next 30 minutes but I didn't get anything from their side...

I booked a pizza by reference id 6730194 dated[protected]. They deducted rs. 478.77 from debit card but pizza not delivered by their technical reason. I requested many times since order cancelled by them. Still did not reverted my payment and i followed a lot. It is very hectic and sorrowful service from your account section. Hope for exact conclusion as soon as possible....

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have tried twice to book my order online for pizza on 07 October 2016, and both the time transaction failed due to some server issue at yours whose screen shot is attached for your kind reference. However, my account was debited twice by amount Rs. 816.00 & Rs. 977.87 respectively, as shown in the attached bank statement of mine.

I have ordered pizza from pizza hut andheri store, after placing order online through website, they denied to place order at my location saying that they will not deliver to my area powai. I contacted to store manger and team leader to process my refund, on mail they have processed refund by saying that amount will be credited in 11 days, now its more than month but still i have not received money. Order pizza offer buy 1 and get 1 free, placed order at 11:30 am and was confirmed that pizza will be delivered by 12:00 pm,

when called in response was that the manager will call us back.
called at 12:45 pm and the reason given was on buy 1 and get 1 free rush was unable to delivere on time, if you cannot deliver on time do not take the order

you have to send us a pizza ! and do not charge for it.br...

I ordered pizzas from pizza hut on September 26th from pizza hut application the payment wasn't successful but the amount got deducted from my bank account 4 times more than the real amount. I have been calling them to refund my money they have been just saying that it will get refunded within 10 working days it has been 25 days and they haven't still refunded money. Such fraud and money hungry people...

I ordered pizza and it was delivered with next to no cheese and when i requested a return its been now over 50mins and i am still waiting for a replacement when i called the customer care about the same and requested a refund i was shoved off and said no refund can be initiated.
And now its been over two and a half hour and still no update never been so dissapointed with such poor service ....

My money Rs 627.38 got deducted from my bank account under Order Id HPT[protected] but I did not get the order Id or any details. when i contacted paytm customer care team they said contact pizza hut customer care, Pizza hut team says no order is placed. where is my money, I am a regular user of online banking and online payments this is really disappointing that...

I place an order 25 days ago.My transaction gets successful but till now i didn't get any PIZZA from PIZZA HUT side.
For this i call them everyday but the authorized people their always trying to make me fool, they always say you will get refund money soon.But I didn't get yet.
I also talk with senior persons their they ask me to send transaction details via Email.I also do that.But condition is same....
