I had ordered few pizzas from Pizza hut for the first time through my mobile on 4th November by 23:04 hrs, I didn’t used mobile app, I just used normal mobile browser, after I choose the pizza and filled all the necessary details, it took me to the payment page, I used SBI online banking I had received the OTP from the bank, confirmed the OTP & the money had been debited from the Account.
The order amount was Rupees 750.68/-
After the money had been deducted from the bank account, I didn’t received any order confirmation, so I called the pizza hut customer service and said the same.
The customer service executive answered me that it’s a fault from the bank and I need to contact my bank only.
Then I contacted my bank and registered a complaint for the particular transaction, after few days I received a text message from which says “Your complaint PT[protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as: As confirmed with merchant, your transaction id IGAAFETUH6 is successful”
What does it mean is after I register the complaint with the bank regarding the transaction, the bank has contacted the Pizza hut about the particular transaction, and without any hesitation the concern person from Pizza hut had confirmed that the particular transactions was successful.
I had contacted my bank again and register another complaint for the particular transaction, also I had contacted the Pizza hut today (9th November 2016) about the same issue.
The answer I got from the customer care executive was I can’t locate your order details, if the money is been deducted it will be credited back to your bank account.
Till now I had contacted my bank twice and I had also contacted the Pizza hut twice, no one actually want to resolve the issue.
My first experience with Pizza hut happens to be the Worst experience and it would remain the same I believe.
