Hi, i visited pizza hut at m2k rohini delhi on 20 nov 2016
And tried to paid my bill via debit card but the transaction did not complete twice
Third time i paid the amount rs 1216 via cash.
But when i reached home i found that the amout has also been deducted from my accout twice.

Please refund my amount of rs2432

Irresponsible staff of the pizza hut Mysore, , whenever we call no one picks the call, , we r very disappointed by this kind of response by u, , we never gonna place the order in ur pizza hut ever, ,
I have orderded at 9:16pm but till 10:30 i didn't get my order when again i called the the same number they have not placed it yet it make me lot of inconvenience and embarrassed me before guests.I have call recordings of both the calls.

    I had ordered on 19-nov-16. The order was not delivered within committed time frame. When i called the customer care, they said your complaint has been raised and you will get a call within next 5 mins. But they never show up.

    Since the order was a prepaid one, the delivery boy cannot give the refund in cash. When he called the store manager he did not gave any complaint number.
    Now i do not know what should i do further.

      Dear sir,

      I am a resident of visakhapatnam and on[protected] i have placed an online order of pizza and paid the amount of rs 656.73/- and the banker has confirmed the successful transaction. The issue is - while doing the online transaction (Payment gateway) at the end there was an error occurred where i didn't got the confirmation. Than i called the pizza hut toll free number and placed the order. As per the condition the pizza was supposed to be delivered in half an hours time, but they were dragging to 1 hours time for delivery, so cancelled the order.

      Request you to kindly look into the matter and advise the accounts department to refund the amount.

        I had ordered Pizza through online dated on 12th November 2016 at 10:17 PM, order number is[protected] & made payment through my credit card. The pizza was not delivered due to non availibility of delivery boy & promised by store (Miyapur, Hyderabad) that money will be refunded. Even while I called to customer care, I have told that refund has been initiated & I supposed to get a confirmation email. Till today neigher I get any sms or any email for refund. Twice I logged complain from pizzahut feedback page. Please help me out.

          I placed an order online at 17:00 & 17:16 on 17.11.2016 with pizzahut, malvinas nagar, new delhi. Both payments went through from my credit card but there was no registration of the order. On speaking to customer care our order was sent but they demanded payment in cash. We returned the food. I have placed 2 complaints with hdfc. I am hoping that these payments will be reverted.

            I had ordered some pizzas from pizza hut via online order today.
            The pizza usually arrived in 30 minutes or was given free when i had used the same service earlier with my friends.
            But today after 30 minutes time (After which pizza is free as per order terms of pizza hut), a person from the store called and said that there is some issue with their oven, so they won't be able to fulfill the same.

            This led to my lunch break getting disrupted fully.

            Later i had given feedback on the same at pizza hut's website but no one responded. Feedback number :- 48339

            Kindly look into this.

              I had placed an order on 21st october from pizzahut website. the mode of payment was airtel money wallet. (mobile no. [protected] and email - [protected]@gmail.com)

              Money got deducted from airtel money account. however while redirecting back to the website, order didn't place and got no confirmation.

              I talk to their customer care executive. she said if order got rejected then you will get your money back in 10 working days. next time when i called pizza hut regarding the status of the refund, he said that there is no pre-paid order placed.

              I talked to the airtel money customer care also regarding the issue. the transaction was successful from their end.

              There is no pizza hut customer complaint email id also where i can drop my issues or dissatisfaction. every time had to call and waste my 15-20 mins.

              Transaction id i got from airtel money[protected].

              Customer care is really pathetic. every time i call i get different responses from different people.

                Hello

                I placed an order online on 5-Nov-16 but the transaction failed midway after debiting the amount from my bank account. I called the pizza hut home delivery number and I was told that the amount will be credited back in 3 days time. The order number is[protected]. Its been 10 days since then but the refund is yet to be processed. Please can you process the refund at the earliest.

                  I was ordering pizza online by pizza hut indian android mobile app. While paying bank has approved my payment but i got the message transaction was unsuccessful.                     I (mayuresh varute) ordered a meal pizza @11:30 pm on 12th november. I didn't receive the order but the order amount got deducted from my account.
                    I called the pizza hut staff and they assured me that money will be refunded and that their mamager will call me in this regard. But i didn't receive any call or message from them.When i tried to call the provided pizza hut contact numbers, none of them got connected, rather asked me to check the numbers.
                    This is an urgent request to be processed. Kindly process it asap.Looking forward to your response.

                    I deliver Pizza bill amount above 500.Rs. on 9:40 PM but its not receive till 11:50PM. I suffered from hungriness because no one can take order for this time... totally unsatisfied.
                    I was trying to place an order tday(10th nov-'16) and somehow the the transac stopped and the order wasnt placed and the money got debited from my acc.
                    Since I am new to pizza hut, it has given me a very bad impression about you.
                    I request you to please refund my money at earliest.

                      Due to this on going currency issue... We understand that everyone is facing but difficulties but last night i.e, on 12/11/2016 I went to your store located in GHAZIABAD VAISHALI, SHOPPRIX MALL, I found that nor he was taking taking card payment nor other mode of payment & On a lighter note when we were joking with the guy one supposed to be senior refrd by the name of "DHARAM" (guess it to be wrong info provided to us) but confirmed by the fellow person only by addressing himself as "RAWAT" pointed out the finger to my Father in an absurdly way and the tone was not right either..

                      My father being an RESPECTED "PUBLIC SERVANT" holding a A-CLASS DESINGNATED post of CENTRE IN A WELL REPUTED "COURTS OF DELHI" felt it like an insult to his post and along with that the same fellow disgraced my mother WHO ALSO HOLDING WELL REPUTED POST IN DELHI GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION

                      I being a DELHI HIGH COURT LAWYER took it as an insult to our prestigious posts which was useless in front of your Employees

                      I would have taken steps myself by calling the area SHO as being of such high post my father is permitted to hold such kind of acts but we acted in a societal welfare way n walked out of the store as that fellow RAWAT was poking us and giving us warning to beat us out of the store late in the hour

                      I have heard this kind of behaviour thrice now with the same store and I think its high time to replace such staff which are disgraceful to your esteemed organisation and I hope STRICT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN against the same & if not then I would be left with only my last choice to file an FIR against the same fellow person

                      I believe in your system that is way I am writing to you first.

                        I have ordered as per below mentioned order confirmation but the order was received without garlic bread.Moreover, I have ordered for different flavors along with corn but the delivery was made for 12 corn flavors & 4 other flavors.
                        Further when we ask for garlic bread then the person replies that he will delivered it again but later on he is not answering over phone.

                        However, i also want to add that you guys not answer over phone if i have already paid the amount online.I do not understand your objective whether it is to receive payment or customer satisfaction.

                        Due to the poor services, i have decided to avoid order from pizza hut in future.

                          Hi my name is Shine Batra, I very regular coustmr at ur Pizza Hut near BMC chock next to MBD mall Jalandhar..I order pizza twice a month .. As like earlier I had pizza orderd today around 16:06 ( 11/11/16 ) at Ma show room ( Batra mobile zone ) and we wouldn't knw that u guys not carry swaps machine on delivery nd I has 500 note which not working in nowadays so I said I ll come to ur Pizza Hut to pay money by debit card ...4:30 I received a call from ur pizza store for the payment I said I ll come around 19:00 to pay u and I also have more orders for pizza.. The manager was very rude to me they said u hve to b here with in 15 mins nd start yelling at me ..and said bad words ...etc. I said that is not na fault cos of hard cash which I'm carrying..ur delivery guy denied to keep Ma hard cash ... Around 18:50 I went to the Pizza Hut I met the Pizza Hut manager he start being rude to me I said relaxe bro I'm ur daily coustmer he said I don't care nd with is finger he is start point out me that I have complains again u.. I said what r u talking abt mite ...after I ordered two more pizza nd I was looking for discount ..again I said give me discount bro he start arguing again I said no problem Ma friend .. Nd I left from ur Pizza Hut .. The reason is why I'm completing agains him cos he doesn't know how speak English .. How to behave with coustmr... Nd his body language ... That's it ...

                            The quantity of order placed was
                            1 x cheesy pepper veg pasta rs. 139.00
                            2 x garlic bread stix rs. 170.00
                            1 x garlic bread exotica rs. 125.00
                            Sub total rs. 434.00
                            Tax (service tax + vat) rs. 88.98
                            Total rs. 522.98
                            Your chosen payment method is by cash. the total payment due at the time of delivery/pickup is cash.

                            But delivery boy did not delivered one garlic bread stix. i could not check quantity at time of taking delivery but delivery boy charged full amount rs. 523.

                            Kindly refund my money with compensation that i am in-spite of taking food, i am engaged in making complaint that is wasting my time. that is seriously very bad experience with pizza hut who is robbing the customers.

                                I had ordered few pizzas from Pizza hut for the first time through my mobile on 4th November by 23:04 hrs, I didn’t used mobile app, I just used normal mobile browser, after I choose the pizza and filled all the necessary details, it took me to the payment page, I used SBI online banking I had received the OTP from the bank, confirmed the OTP & the money had been debited from the Account.

                                The order amount was Rupees 750.68/-

                                After the money had been deducted from the bank account, I didn’t received any order confirmation, so I called the pizza hut customer service and said the same.

                                The customer service executive answered me that it’s a fault from the bank and I need to contact my bank only.

                                Then I contacted my bank and registered a complaint for the particular transaction, after few days I received a text message from which says “Your complaint PT[protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as: As confirmed with merchant, your transaction id IGAAFETUH6 is successful”

                                What does it mean is after I register the complaint with the bank regarding the transaction, the bank has contacted the Pizza hut about the particular transaction, and without any hesitation the concern person from Pizza hut had confirmed that the particular transactions was successful.

                                I had contacted my bank again and register another complaint for the particular transaction, also I had contacted the Pizza hut today (9th November 2016) about the same issue.

                                The answer I got from the customer care executive was I can’t locate your order details, if the money is been deducted it will be credited back to your bank account.

                                Till now I had contacted my bank twice and I had also contacted the Pizza hut twice, no one actually want to resolve the issue.

                                My first experience with Pizza hut happens to be the Worst experience and it would remain the same I believe.

                                  I ordered a Pizza and garlic bread portion at 2:15 pm in the afternoon on 9th November. I made an online order and paid online, afterwards since I didn't receive a sms confirmation or an email confirmation I called their customer care number. I'd received an sms confirmation of payment made from my bank. The person redirected me to the nearest store to take it up with them and I did call that store. I was told the order would be delivered in 15 minutes. It didn't come. I called back after 45 minutes and was told again the order would be delivered in 15 minutes. Again that didn't receive the order. I called back the store - the manager shuttled me back to the call center after being very rude. No apologies so far either. Call center dragged out the call for an hour with me shouting that I havent received any pizza then apologised for technical issues. After that the call center person asked me to cut the call and that she would place an order for me. She said I would receive confirmation SMS and email, she would call back in 5 minutes - she couldn't be certain any refund could be made of my paid money. Atleast thinking that pizza & Garlic bread would be delivered I cut the call. 15 minutes later there was no confirmation and no call back. So I called the call center again and kept getting told money will be refunded in 11 working days. I don't believe any claims made by these people anymore. Moreover I was led to believe I would receive a pizza and garlic bread portion in reasonable amount of time after payment made. None of that has happened except some very exhausting and contentious phone calls with the call center. After I said I would raise a complaint with the consumer forum - they said go ahead do that. SO i'm officially making a complaint here. Not only was there false advertisement of easy ordering and delivery of pizza, my business was rudely repulsed and now i'm not sure if i'll even get a refund based on the past 3 1/2 hour experience of talking with Pizza hut employees. Not to mention the hunger, disappointment, drama and phone calls inflicted on me a customer for the mistake of believing they would treat me courteously and make quick redressals

I also got an email from the company stating that their was some problem with the server and hence the transaction will be reversed.

                                        I have ordered a pizza online on 4th november and paid online. The promising delivery time was 10.15pm and the pizza was delivered at 10.40pm. When i asked rider he said, i am not liable for the late delivery. You can talk to my store manager. The store phone was not working. Then i connected with customer care. The executive said that, we can't do anything. When i insisted and asked him to connect to his superior, he put my call on hold and never came back. Second time, there was 1 guy aditya said, as you made online payment, we are not liable for any refund and i should talk to store manager. He said that within 5 minutes, i will receive the call from store manager but i never get any.
                                        This is the limit form pizzahut services... If i made online payment that means they are free to deliver my pizza after 1 hour of delivery. Even the rider said that "mujhe jaane do, aapko jo karna hai kar lena".
                                        Pl do the needful.

                                        Its been 20 days but i haven't get my payment back. In the mean time i got several calls from store managers, pizza hut customer service and each time i had to explain the story from scratch but no solution till yet.
                                        PL do the needful.
                                        Inspite of waiting for more than 120 mins, pizza not delivered at home and when called to the store, staff was playing and fooling with me every single time stating that pizza is either dispatched or in preparation etc etc
                                        Strict and stringent action to be required for causing this mental drama
