Delivery time is 05/11/2016 19:45:00 approximately

The quantity of order placed was
1 x cheesy pepper veg pasta rs. 139.00
2 x garlic bread stix rs. 170.00
1 x garlic bread exotica rs. 125.00
Sub total rs. 434.00
Tax (service tax + vat) rs. 88.98
Total rs. 522.98
Your chosen payment method is by cash. the total payment due at the time of delivery/pickup is cash.

But delivery boy did not delivered one garlic bread stix. i could not check quantity at time of taking delivery but delivery boy charged full amount rs. 523.

Kindly refund my money with compensation that i am in-spite of taking food, i am engaged in making complaint that is wasting my time. that is seriously very bad experience with pizza hut who is robbing the customers.

    I had ordered pizza(prepaid online) yesterday 9/11/2016 with order number 7042331. Till time I did not get my pizza and I tried to follow up on provided number 39883988, every executive had given me so many excuses but no one delivered my pizza. I want my money back and there should be a free pizza delivered at my home. My contact number is [protected].

      I had ordered few pizzas from Pizza hut for the first time through my mobile on 4th November by 23:04 hrs, I didn’t used mobile app, I just used normal mobile browser, after I choose the pizza and filled all the necessary details, it took me to the payment page, I used SBI online banking I had received the OTP from the bank, confirmed the OTP & the money had been debited from the Account.

      The order amount was Rupees 750.68/-

      After the money had been deducted from the bank account, I didn’t received any order confirmation, so I called the pizza hut customer service and said the same.

      The customer service executive answered me that it’s a fault from the bank and I need to contact my bank only.

      Then I contacted my bank and registered a complaint for the particular transaction, after few days I received a text message from which says “Your complaint PT[protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as: As confirmed with merchant, your transaction id IGAAFETUH6 is successful”

      What does it mean is after I register the complaint with the bank regarding the transaction, the bank has contacted the Pizza hut about the particular transaction, and without any hesitation the concern person from Pizza hut had confirmed that the particular transactions was successful.

      I had contacted my bank again and register another complaint for the particular transaction, also I had contacted the Pizza hut today (9th November 2016) about the same issue.

      The answer I got from the customer care executive was I can’t locate your order details, if the money is been deducted it will be credited back to your bank account.

      Till now I had contacted my bank twice and I had also contacted the Pizza hut twice, no one actually want to resolve the issue.

      My first experience with Pizza hut happens to be the Worst experience and it would remain the same I believe.

        I ordered a Pizza and garlic bread portion at 2:15 pm in the afternoon on 9th November. I made an online order and paid online, afterwards since I didn't receive a sms confirmation or an email confirmation I called their customer care number. I'd received an sms confirmation of payment made from my bank. The person redirected me to the nearest store to take it up with them and I did call that store. I was told the order would be delivered in 15 minutes. It didn't come. I called back after 45 minutes and was told again the order would be delivered in 15 minutes. Again that didn't receive the order. I called back the store - the manager shuttled me back to the call center after being very rude. No apologies so far either. Call center dragged out the call for an hour with me shouting that I havent received any pizza then apologised for technical issues. After that the call center person asked me to cut the call and that she would place an order for me. She said I would receive confirmation SMS and email, she would call back in 5 minutes - she couldn't be certain any refund could be made of my paid money. Atleast thinking that pizza & Garlic bread would be delivered I cut the call. 15 minutes later there was no confirmation and no call back. So I called the call center again and kept getting told money will be refunded in 11 working days. I don't believe any claims made by these people anymore. Moreover I was led to believe I would receive a pizza and garlic bread portion in reasonable amount of time after payment made. None of that has happened except some very exhausting and contentious phone calls with the call center. After I said I would raise a complaint with the consumer forum - they said go ahead do that. SO i'm officially making a complaint here. Not only was there false advertisement of easy ordering and delivery of pizza, my business was rudely repulsed and now i'm not sure if i'll even get a refund based on the past 3 1/2 hour experience of talking with Pizza hut employees. Not to mention the hunger, disappointment, drama and phone calls inflicted on me a customer for the mistake of believing they would treat me courteously and make quick redressals

            Ordered a pizza on 30th october through their website. Did my payment through mvisa mode. Now, the said amount got deducted from my account but the order was not confirmed from pizza hut. I also got an email from the company stating that their was some problem with the server and hence the transaction will be reversed.

            I have even placed a feedback based complaint, but no one has contacted me from the company yet.

              I have ordered a pizza online on 4th november and paid online. The promising delivery time was 10.15pm and the pizza was delivered at 10.40pm. When i asked rider he said, i am not liable for the late delivery. You can talk to my store manager. The store phone was not working. Then i connected with customer care. The executive said that, we can't do anything. When i insisted and asked him to connect to his superior, he put my call on hold and never came back. Second time, there was 1 guy aditya said, as you made online payment, we are not liable for any refund and i should talk to store manager. He said that within 5 minutes, i will receive the call from store manager but i never get any.
              This is the limit form pizzahut services... If i made online payment that means they are free to deliver my pizza after 1 hour of delivery. Even the rider said that "mujhe jaane do, aapko jo karna hai kar lena".
              Pl do the needful.

              Its been 20 days but i haven't get my payment back. In the mean time i got several calls from store managers, pizza hut customer service and each time i had to explain the story from scratch but no solution till yet.
              PL do the needful.
              Inspite of waiting for more than 120 mins, pizza not delivered at home and when called to the store, staff was playing and fooling with me every single time stating that pizza is either dispatched or in preparation etc etc
              Strict and stringent action to be required for causing this mental drama

                There is a fake Pizza Hut store at Manipal University Jaipur, Rajasthan that is run by 3-4 people who wear the Pizza Hut store uniforms and all what you can find in a standard Pizza Hut. But the quality and the taste as well as the service is no where closer to that of a standard store. I would like to request the concerned department to please investigate further.                   This order was Made online through https://online.pizzahut.co.in/ and the Pizza reached to my place at about 1hr. 30mins. late.
                  I requested a refund of Payment Made online.
                  The store Manager Ensured me that he has initiated the refund and it will reach me withing 21 working Days.
                  However, I did not receive any confirmation SMS or E-Mail from Pizza Hut Stating that the Refund is initiated.
                  Also Its been 21 working Days now and yet I have not received any Refund from Pizza Hut.
                  On Calling the customer care, they simply transfer my call to the Store Manager of Pizza Hut Wakad, Pune who replies that he has forwarded the request but has no idea when the refund will be completed.

                    I am raising this complaint after last two experiences. Last time i got with all topping gone on one side, i could see only bread with bad shape. N today after calling customer after an 1 1/2 hour later, they sent pizza to me which is cold and i returned it back. I paid money in advance both times. I didnt get any call from the store y it is delayed and this time i didnt get any call after complaint to customer care.

                    This is the second time i got cold pizza from the same store.
                    I dont want to loose my money again and again on this.

                    I am expecting atleast an action on this store after this complaint.

                        I have been ordering pizzas from pizza hut from a long time. I am a satisfied customer who has always been vocal about the quality of pizza hut & advocated the same to my friends, specially the ones who order from dominos. On the ocassion of bhai dwuj, i ordered pizzas from nicco park pizza hut outlet & was bewildered with the chicken topping they gave. One measly piece on every slice which angered me to the hilt. This is so not the quality i have come to expect from you. I'll concede that this is the first time i ordered from nicco park outlet since the city centre one was closed for renovation, but still this is unacceptable & i demand compensation.
                        I feared the worst when they delivered pizza within 20 mins of mne placing the order & my worst fears came true when i saw the measly amount of chicken the had added.
                        Also it is literally a pain to order from their app or website. Fro the life of me i could not get any nearby outlets and even failed to get a time slot for delivery, thus failing to place an order asfter trying for 2-3 hours.

                          Dear sir/madam, this is to bring to your notice that i sachin maheshwari, resident of vaishali nagar, jaipur went to pizza hut branch of crystal palm c-scheme, jaipur on monday 31/10/16 around 10:30pm. well the staff did not greet us well and did not attend us for initial 20 mins, and in between when one amongst us got the take away order from mc donald's which was not even opened, but for that the staff started behaving rudely and took the menu kept on our table and we were told that our order cannot be placed and were asked to leave the place by mr. deepak which was very humiliating and embarrassing in front of other people sitting there. well i would make a request to please recruit some well educated and trained staff so that the same situation doesn't arise with somebody else. so at last i would request you to take some serious action against the staff member of pizza hut, crystal palm, c-scheme, jaipur (mr. deepak).

                              Hi,
                              Yesterday i placed an order @9.26 pm ist and payment also done during online order.. As per their receipt i should received the order @9.56 pm but these guys don’t know why a customer place an order for pizza. Its very upset and frustrate this behaviour from pizza hut hyderabad. I called more than 10 times to all their executives and all are telling different story.
                              My request is please read below :

                              1. If its a festival day like diwali why you guys receiving online order. You can cancel the order : but you didnt do that.
                              2. If you receiving order and found some problem with you executives you can call to me and cancel that order but that also you didnt do.
                              3. Why you are telling lies to customer if you cant deliver the order and wasting my time from 9.56 pm to 11.30 pm who will pay for that.??
                              4. We are waiting for the pizza upto 11.30 pm if you cant deliver what a customer will feel. And at that time all store and hotels is stopped. Did you guys think once.??

                              So from the above i can sure your service is very very poor. And please dont do with other customers. And strict action should be required. So that no other customer will face the same.

                                Very rude delivery guy i will not order evr again and i will recommend not to order from this outlet in particular. he said his name is Gurpreet Singh and said " do whatever you want and complain anywhere you want" and he was bragging about how he is well connected within the co. and he "can get away with this kind of [censored]" . he also seemed to be under influence of some intoxicant. I feel he may harm my family as he knows my address.

                                  I paid through payzapp on pizza hut website for an order. The amount was deducted from my account, however, order didn't go through and an error of transaction failed was shown after some time.

                                  I contacted my bank (Hdfc) and they said that transaction was successful from their side and i should contact pizza hut for refund.

                                    Payment has been deducted twice and every time they are saying that order is not complete and you have to place a new order request . When contacted the customer care they are saying that within 10 working days refund will be done..Moreover there Team Leader disconnects the calls as he doesn't have any solution.The 1st transaction was done on 24th Oct'16 which was deducted from my account and haven't received any revert from them, when contacted my partner bank they said that merchant has already claimed the amount.. Now today also the transaction was made and i didn't received the product

                                      I orederd Pizza from your Karapakkam branch in Chennai from website on 25th Sepetember 2016 but to some issue the order was completed successfully though the money was debited from my account.

                                        Hi,
                                        I had ordered a Pizza on 21st October 2016 Via TATA SBI credit card online with the JP nagar store. My money Rs 2090.68 got deducted from my account but I did not get the order Id or any details(SMS or mail). when I contacted bank customer care team they said contact pizza hut customer care, Pizza hut team says no order is placed and contact bank only and pizza Hut not ready to place any complain. I called so may time but no response and no idea where is my money. Bank mentioned they pizza hut (Yum restaurant already claim the money) and so transaction was authorized. How come you people claim the money without order id and amount matching? Kindly refund the money.
