HI,
I had ordered a Pizza today 16th October 2016 Via Paytm Wallet. My money Rs 627.38 got deducted from my bank account under Order Id HPT[protected] but I did not get the order Id or any details. when i contacted paytm customer care team they said contact pizza hut customer care, Pizza hut team says no order is placed. where is my money, I am a regular user of online banking and online payments this is really disappointing that Pizza hut is looting its customers.

Very Sad and Highly Disappointing, please never order from Pizza Hut

I had placed an order at 3:30 from my mobile number [protected] but waited till 4:10 for the order the driver arrived at 4:12 and was very rude. He left without delivering the order. Till now at 5:00 I haven't received any callback from pizza hut.
I want an apology.

I place an order 25 days ago.My transaction gets successful but till now i didn't get any PIZZA from PIZZA HUT side.
For this i call them everyday but the authorized people their always trying to make me fool, they always say you will get refund money soon.But I didn't get yet.
I also talk with senior persons their they ask me to send transaction details via Email.I also do that.But condition is same.

I had ordered a non veg pizza but because of navratri they did not have one and i had cancelled my order after that...It has been around 15 days now and i still havent received the refund as i had made an online payment with my credit card...And the manager i speak to keeps telling me to wait for 2 3 days whenever i call back...Is this the way of functioning ? They do not inform you or even send a message for the delay...Will i have to wait for a month more now ?

I am a regular customer of your outlet at Goldighi Mall situated at Silchar, Dist- Cachar, Assam.A few days back i ordered pizza which was served after 30 minute that too when i complained about delay and lodging complain.But today when i visited there and placed order all staff specially Miss.Sweta were laughing at me, joking at me and making fun of my family, apart the order was served within 5 minutes which was not even fully baked and was raw which we left unfinished and left the place.I want to know why they are doing this with us, are they instigated by someone if so who and why.

I have placed a order of Rs 578.40 on 16th Sept 20'16 at around 7:43 PM and later i received a call from the Madhapur store that they will not be able to deliver and the amount will be refunded back to my card within 11 working days. Its been a month now. Couple of times I talked to store manager and no positive help yet. The store manager is just blaming the pizza hut banking division but not taking ownership for the refund.

I have already spend good amount of time and money (phone calls) for getting the refund. Pizza hut should be asked to pay fine amount for the delay and pain caused to me as consumer.

Please look into it.

I ordered meal for 4 and meal for 2 online with Madhapur Hitech city, Hyderabad, they said i would get delivery with in 40 min, when it said 30 minutes on website, i said its fine. someone came with wrong order and went back and came after 1 hour. i called the store some one called Mahesh spoke to me so irresponsibly. saying we have some correct items and no rule applies, person had to go back and get the right item. I say whats the point of saying something and doing something. this is exploiting customers totally, very disappointed with the service. i would at-least be ok if they accept their mistake. very rude and worst service.

Hi, yesterday i.e on 11th of October, 2016, I tried to order a vegetable exotica from your website https://online.pizzahut.co.in/. I made the payment of Rs 452 using my credit card but received an error on being re-directed to Pizza hut site after the payment. The payment was deducted from my credit card but I didn't receive an order number neither on my phone number. On calling the customer care, they said the haven't received any order. I complained about the same and they said they would arrange a call back regarding the same from the technical team. Which never happened in 24 hours. Please get it resolved asap.

You guys just steal the money and make us wait for the order.
I called your customer care sohail twice and he was very rude to cancel my order after (30 min delivery time + 30 more min) and even did not transfer the call to his supervisor.
You damm guys are just after money and not fit for service.
Let us meet in consumer court.

Today i have received a message from pizza hut that " buy 1 get 1 free (valid on signature & supreme
Range medium pan pizza) call pizzahut dilshad garden @[protected] valid for today only.

But when i called up on that particular number they refused me for the same and said they don't have
This type of information or scheme with their side

I have faced so much embarrassment in from of my friends at that particular time

I want to escalate this issue...

Or requesting you to tell me why this happen

I placed a order online yesterday around 10pm and received a order confirmation with orderno 6836328. Pizza didn't deliver at all. After complaining at customer care didn't receive a satisfactory response till now. So much for pizza delivery in 30 min, will not order from pizza hut again poor customer service. Where do you expect me to find food at 12 in night?

The quality of the pizza's prepared at kolar road has been very bad.
The toppings and the cheese are very minimal and bad.

I had ordered two thin crest pizza's.
The thickness was absolutely very bad. One of the pizza was as thicker than even pan pizza.
When i brought this to the notice of store head, instead of accepting the complaint, he started arguing.

Very bad for your company.
Please take appropriate action.

On 30th September 2016, I ordered 1 Regular Tandoori Paneer pizza in South Patel Nagar and it was delivered late. Since there is a 30 minutes or free guarantee, I asked the rider (Aditya) to give that for free. He called up Store Manager (Mr. Ashwani Dubey) and explained him the situation. The manager told him to tell me that he would rather give me any Free Medium pizza with any Regular pizza that I order next. So I accepted the offer..
I called them today and Aditya said he has been transferred to Kirti Nagar and the Manager said that the Patel Nagar store has closed down permanently and he cannot do anything about it. I raised the complaint on pizza hut customer care but they always put me on hold for 3-5 minutes and then disconnect the call.

It's been more than one year and even more
But still pizza hut delivery is not available in are area. So many apartments are here then also they don't deliver here. It's is so difficult to take away an order when we are ordering from home then what's the use of home delivery.
Please make sure our area comes under delivery zone it will be really helpful to us.

We have ordered for pizza on 7th Aug16 using pizza hut mobile app and cancelled the order much before it was delivered by calling pizza hut executive. Executive accepted my cancellation and informed us that the amount will be duly refund within 20 working days. Unfortunately the refund transaction did not happen even after following up Piazza hut a few times. It's more frustrating the P.H executive keep me on hold for long and then replies that someone will call back me which never happens... hence making false promises.
Wanted to know Piazza hut intention for not refunding the money. I feel that P.H is trying to evade from refunding and doesn't care to look into this issue.
Wanted to know who is the escalation point in Piazza Hut to take this complaint forward if this forum cannot resolve my issue... Thanks

I ordered pizza on 16/09/2016:
Order no[protected] and delivered. As per pizza hut website, payment made via mvisa will be given 25% cashback upto max rs. 200. So i paid via mvisa using hdfc payzap.
I then inquired after week about my cashback to the email id provided in the pizzahut website for the dispute. They said no cashback for your transaction and contact the pizza hut.
Pizza hut has not grievance redressal system, only way to communicate via feedback.

I have visited pizza hut mulund in r-mall, and ordered a veg pizza, the table there was stinking like [censored] and on request the person there whisk away.

After completing the dinner when we asked for the water he gave and after i drank it, i saw that the glass is having a fish bone at the bottom.

Dear sir,

I have never received my order as paramount golfforeste is not serviceable area by pizza hut.

even after more than one month, still no refund has been made by Pizza Hut.

Money got deducted from my account but order was not placed, then i talked to their customer care they told me that the money will be refunded but i haven't got my money back yet.
