I placed an order on 1st july in pune, hinjewadi store. Order was placed online so i paid in advance using my credit card.. First of all order came very late almost 1 hr 30 mins and then it was incomplete order delivery... When i asked the delivery boy for rest of the items he said he is getting it in 2 mins its in his bike but 1 hr passed he did not come back and then i called the store they said we forgot so we will refund your amount... A month passed nothing happend i called customer care and they kept telling it will be done within 5 working days... Spoke to many reps in the company but no result and its been 3 months.. Again no refund i have got

1. I visited Guwahati GS road Pizza Hut on 23 Sept eve.I had received a message of Friday 1+1 offer on medium pizzaz.The outlet refused to honor the same stating that it is not valid for Guwahati as it is from Delhi.
2. The bill reflected ser charge, VAT, and service tax of 5.6% on product.This 5.6% should have been on Service charges only .

    Asendas tech park Pizza hut - chk 4747 dt:21-09-16 time 5.34 pm. to deiver by 6.05. order no:[protected]. Bill amt : Rs.408/-
    Feedback id is 44313 ( complaint lodged )

    Called customer care to track order - that time it was already 11 mins delay.
    When the delivery boy reached it was 18 mins delay. I called the customer care for refund, only put on hold.. told conference with store incharge, then no response. Call got cut.

    Later customer care person told the store people will call back - but no call back till now or refund.

    The taste of Big spice also was not up to the mark..it was very soft in texture.

      Hello team,

      Today my daughter was very hungry and so decided to order from Pizza Hut online for a Cheesy Garlic Bread with Hot wings at 18:47 hrs.. The app gave an error that there was something which went wrong and the order did not go through. Next thing i could relate to was that it was the second time I had such a bad experience. Last time we had ordered from my husbands phone and thinking the order did not go through did it twice and were charged for 2 transactions which was credited in 20 days. So I checked my bank account balance which showed the amount was debited but order did not go through (thanks to the last experience and lessons learnt)

      This is concerning me cause this is the second time it is happening with the Khairtabad Raj Bhavan branch, Hyderabad. The responses from the customer support when I call is - Sorry for the inconvenience (automated and scripted). There is no empathy towards the customer. My amount is blocked for 8-10 days for no fault of mine and I get a standard reply -- This will come only in 8-10 working days.

      Lot of disappointment and hassle I had amidst the busy work day. The store manager and the customer support people who all assist me know there was a problem and recommended me to do cash on deliver and not online payment. They should remove the online order system rather than recommending it to customers to do cash on delivery. Why have the online payment system when they know that it has bugs.

      Issue: the app has bugs and this is the second time i faced problems with it. These people are aware of it and are recommending me to do cash on delivery. refund will be given in 10 days meaning for no reason my amount is blocked.

      Even their call center team support told me to use cash on delivery which means they are aware of this issue and gave the same answer - sorry for the inconvenience. you amount will be refunded in 8-10 working days. sorry ma'am we cannot do anything. this is the standard process we follow.

      This may be just another call for them but for me end of the day - my work was disturbed, at home I could not provide the order and kept my daughter waiting. My amount got blocked for no reason for 10 days. These people know it but do not act on it. just by assuring refund does not serve the purpose. the first time it happened to us was 6-8 months back with Pizza hut same branch which is disappointing.

        E Gift Card Issue

On 27th August I been to BTM Layout Pizza Hut Restaurant and I presented my card and they took my card number and said placed order then they said the card is out of balance and charged me with 300 Rs in Cash. Later when I contacted your Facebook page I got to know it was redeemed at same date as below response from your Facebook team.

        I had placed order for pizza online at new delhi khel gaon marg outlet after placing order online on[protected] for Rs 508.37 Payment through Paytm wallet of Rs508.37 was sent/made by me to you online i.e BILLDESKnut order#GPT[protected] at 20:37. The said payment was successful but inspite of receiving said payment afterwards on screen order failed was shown.
        After receiving said payment my said order should have been confirmed & bill should have been generated but it did not.
        Thereafter i had to place order telephonically & again made the payment in cash at the counter of Ansal plaza khel gaon marg delhi outlet.
        Several telephonic complaints have been made in your customer care but till now no refund has been made to me.
        You are hereby advised to refund my amount or else i have to file complaint against you in consumer forum making you liable for damages as well.
        Please be intelligent enough to refund my amount or be ready to pay damages.

        Ordered 2 pizzas through the Marathalli store today on 17/09/16. Order placed at 8:37 PM. Not delivered yet after 3 hours! Order id:[protected]. Customer care and the store kept saying the delivery person has left the store and order will be delivered in 5-10 mins. Rubbish experience! I would never order again through Pizza Hut!

          But Delivered at 18:40.

          We thought of ordering for Hot Pizzas but got Cold ones.

          And Cold pizza's are really bad to taste and dropped all to the Dust bin.

          Wasted!!!

            I had ordered Pizza online from Pizza hut Rohtak on August 6, 2016. They cancelled my order due to some reasons and assured that I will get my money refund to account within 2-7 working days. Even after one month and so many follow ups at customer care, My money has not been refunded. Every time I call Pizza Hut customer care, They just reply that we are in process of refunding money.

              On 12/09/2016, i visited Pizza Hut with my spouse and friends to celebrate my birthday party at your Metro Walk outlet in Rohini, Delhi - 110085.
              The moment I stepped in at the outlet I found a closed tag though it was just 10:10 PM. I walked to the cash counter to enquire about the timings and before I could say anything, the cashier stated bluntly that only their outlet gets closed at 10:00 PM daily. So, I requested to speak with the manager because as far as I was aware of the timings and checked on internet that all Pizza Hut outlets gets closed at 11:00 PM daily.
              After waiting for 10 minutes, the manager arrived and instead of giving explanation of the outlet timings, he entered into an argument with me and my husband.
              All we were requesting to explain about the time of outlet and the notice of the same but manager refused to listen our grievance and kept on speaking abruptly with us like "I am the daddy of this outlet, I am Pizza Hut and only I make decisions of the time". They did not even have anything that shows about the outlets timing.
              At the end, we had to leave as my birthday was already ruined by the staff of that outlet. After this I ended up calling Customer care Number and locked a complaint for this incidence and headed to your Sector 3 Rohini outlet. I must admit that I am so much impressed with Sector 3 outlet. The Hospitality offered by the staff was really courteous and appreciable.
              Since, I am a resident of Rohini and this outlet is near to my place so one more thing that I want to highlight here that this is the third instance i experienced at the same outlet as every time they make different excuses to close the outlet early.
              I have a travelling job and I visit your outlets in India and in abroad. I would say that You are renowned restaurant food chain and simply do not lose your goodwill with the ill-mannered staff, who do not even care about their job and your name.

              Requesting you to please take some serious and strict action against the manager of Metro Walk outlet in Rohini, Delhi - 110085.

              I am very unhappy and disappointed with the behavioural issue of the outlet's manager and appreciate your prompt attention to this serious matter we've been facing for quite a long time.
              Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Despite talking several times with your executive, it has been a month I have not got my refund yet.I hope will get the refund ASAP.Or else I have to take some legal action against this.

                My order no. Is[protected]Placed on 14/09/2016 12:38:10) which is of 8 x pairs @ 199* each =3184+83.58 (Taxes)=3267.58

                But have got delivery of 1 [protected]@199 each=398+59.70=482

                And on speaking to store they claimed they received order for 1 pair only

                Due to which i have to again place an order on phone for remaining 7 pairs which cost me 2786+417 (Vat)+167 (Service tax)=3371

                O in totality have to pay unnecessary vat of 417 due to communication gap between online order and store order.

                Which they have to refund to me plus they have to pay for embarrassment i face due to delay in rest of pizza while my guest is waiting.

                  Hi,

                  I placed an order with pizza hut, aliganj, lucknow on 4th sept at around 8pm india time and immediately an amount of rs, 845 got debited from my paytm account. I then noticed the order has been unsuccessful so i placed the order again and yet again rs.845 got debited from my paytm account for the 2nd time.

                  After few minutes, i received a call from pizza hut guys saying that they cannot deliver the order, not sure why, if the system has accepted the order for delivery in a given pin code and the same center has delivered to out home earlier too!

                  It is 10 days now, and so far both the debits have not been reversed.
                  Can i kindly ask pizza hut to take this seriously - 1. Why there is no intimation and amount not reversed even after 10 days?
                  2. How can your centers deny delivery?

                  I ordered this on my dad's birthday and after all this drama ultimately ordered from domino's, who never create this scene in our area.

                  The issue does not end here...here is the next update --

                  With reference to my complaint below, an officer named Rahul Kumar called me sometime back. I asked to him to initiate refund of the 2 incorrect debits, back to my Paytm wallet but he told me since my India number is not working, he cannot refund the same to my Paytm wallet. Disgusting!

                  Second, I asked him to call my home at 5pm, and he replied he will call in 30 minutes only, since he has his own priorities. Noon is my parents' nap time and I told him this, still he insisted that he does not care about my family's priorities and that he will call either in 30 minutes or not call. The call got over in an argument and he said 'he can't refund the amount'. Absolutely disgusting service and customer care of Pizza Hut!!

                  Pls see - I need my refund ASAP and your executive MUST ASK convenient time to talk and NOT HARASS my family members with unprecedented calls.

                  The refund must be initiated ASAP, else I am happy to move my case legally. I regret placing an order via Pizza Hut, after all this unruly behavior.

                    I made transaction to purchase some pizza from pizzahut on the 10th of september via paytm the amount got deducted immediately but the site which said click on the link after payment kept saying payment is not recieved, so then i had to make another payment via paytm and that worked, i expected paytmto refund the amount, but they wrote to me that pizzahut has confirmed they recieved the amount.                         We went to pizza hut lucknow for dinner today (12/9/16) and had a very bad experience. The restaurant was extremely filthy and not at all maintained. To my surprise even the kitchen was very unclean. Nobody paid attention to wipe the tables. There were insects all around the place. Also, falling over the table. Imagine eating at such a place!!! We thought we would have a nice dinner for a special occasion but it was all ruined and ultimately spoiled everything.

                            I made two transaction to purchase some pizza from Pizzahut on the 31 of august via payzapp, the amount got deducted immediately but the site which said click on the link after payment kept saying payment is not recieved, So then I had to make another payment via paytm and that worked, I expected payzapp to refund the amount, but they wrote to me that pizzahut has confirmed they recieved the amount .                             In the world of technology it was thoroughly disappointing to see what happened to me and definitely i am not the only one exposed to such an experience. The first step of booking a pizza is to fill in the address and i could not go any further than that because your site qas not able to take my location so whivh means no address no pizza. Really living in NCR and not able to locate my locality is a shame.Hope you people fix this. of you would like to check what i mean just type city as noida and locality as sector 71 and surely you won't find it.

                              Recd at 10.30 pm . after followup in between recd uncertain replies.

                              you are a multi national company and this kind of slipshod and disgusting service, its a shame. I will always prefer Dominoes over you .

                                I made a transaction to place my order at Pizzahut on the 9th September, 2015 around 6:15pm via debit card, the amount got deducted immediately but the site which said click on the link after payment kept saying payment is not recieved, So then I had to make another payment via paytm and that worked, I expected induslnd to refund the amount, but they wrote to me that pizzahut has confirmed they recieved the amount . So i feel its pizza hut s responsibility to refund the incomplete transaction . Below is the details provided to me by payzapp

                                  I ordered two Veg Pizza on 04-Sep-2016 online and paid via credit card amount of INR 471.64, the pizza were suppose to be delivered in 30 minutes, however its took over 50mins to get the pizza delivered, when the person name- Prashant finally arrived on inquiring about the delay he is didn’t reply and was rude didn't even care. When asked for the store manager number as advise by pizza hut customer care he didn't have it, when i refuse to take delivery without the store manager number he just went away, this kind of behavior is not acceptable, i am a customer paying for the services not like it been offered free by pizza hut.

                                  When I called up customer care for the same there was a assurance given that I will get call back from store manager in 5mins its been like 3days still waiting finally raised a feedback complaint on the website same day got a reply
                                  “Thank you for your feedback. We will get back to you shortly. Your feedback ID is 43299.

                                  Team Pizza Hut”
                                  That it, now today when I called up customer care I was informed that only INR 300 will be refunded as per policy, why should I suffer a loss the when pizza hut is not able to deliver on the assurance of delivery in the time which they themselves have set.

                                    After a very unsatisfactory experience the previous time, i ventured again to take the risk of ordering from pizza hut, shillong. Whereas my previous experiences with pizza hut in different cities have been much better, this outlet puts the basic premise of service to shame. I ordered a veg pizza, potato poppers, cheese garlic bread and two cheese garlic dips. I should mention here that i always order dips with my garlic bread and potato poppers and find it extremely unsatisfactory to have them without the dips.
                                    The order was delivered to me after a good 55 minutes.
                                    After such a delayed delivery i expected at least the food to be tasty. But i was mistaken.
                                    The delivery boy had conveniently forgotten to get any dips, tissues, oregano or chilli flakes.
                                    The potato poppers which i usually love, tasted disgusting. They were uncooked and under fried and we ended up wasting the whole of it after trying very hard to eat it.
                                    The pizza we had ordered had been selected because of the toppings, mushrooms being among our favourite toppings. While taking the order it's unavailability had been conveniently ignored. We weren't informed of the same and we're delivered the pizza with put mushrooms and without any substitute for the same.
                                    Needless to say it was a pathetic experience, worse than the one before. Either pizza hut should look at hiring competent employees for its outlet or shut down outlets it's not capable of managing. Other options like domino's are much better and much less waste of money and disappointment.
