I ordered two Veg Pizza on 04-Sep-2016 online and paid via credit card amount of INR 471.64, the pizza were suppose to be delivered in 30 minutes, however its took over 50mins to get the pizza delivered, when the person name- Prashant finally arrived on inquiring about the delay he is didn’t reply and was rude didn't even care. When asked for the store manager number as advise by pizza hut customer care he didn't have it, when i refuse to take delivery without the store manager number he just went away, this kind of behavior is not acceptable, i am a customer paying for the services not like it been offered free by pizza hut.
When I called up customer care for the same there was a assurance given that I will get call back from store manager in 5mins its been like 3days still waiting finally raised a feedback complaint on the website same day got a reply

Team Pizza Hut”
That it, now today when I called up customer care I was informed that only INR 300 will be refunded as per policy, why should I suffer a loss the when pizza hut is not able to deliver on the assurance of delivery in the time which they themselves have set.
