I made a transaction to purchase some pizza from Pizzahut on the 24th of august via payzapp, the amount got deducted immediately but the site which said click on the link after payment kept saying payment is not recieved, So then I had to make another payment via paytm and that worked, I expected payzapp to refund the amount, but they wrote to me that pizzahut has confirmed they recieved the amount . So i feel its pizza hut s responsibility to refund the incomplete transaction . Below is the details provided to me by payzapp

Hi I ordered pizza online on May 7th 2016 from Marathalli store and the amount was Rs.299with order id[protected] which was paid through net banking from HDFC account number [protected] which is in ITPL .I called the store and they advised that the oven has issue hence cannot deliver.I asked for refund and they said they will ask their office to do.I recently checked my a/c statement however its still not done.C an you please refund my money.My details are Bhawana Bist HDFC a/c no [protected], Whitefield branch, IFSC Code:HDFC0004182 .

I placed an order with pizza hut for pizza. The order no is [protected].I did not receive order even after 9pm. I placed the order at 6.21pm. I called twice to know the status and I got the reply the order is delayed by 1 and half hour.Later I got a call from [protected] saying I did not answer the call from delivery boy. I did not recieve any call but they saying they called.

Ordered online vtwo pizza in pair pizza skim.charged 478 rs. Not at all worth for money. Totaly waste of stomach and digestive system.topping cheese covered only central part leaving corner. Vegs were hard to find. Very very thuck base. Unable to digest. They claim best in town. What crap. Personally believe that state food and welfare dapartmnt should intervene regarding quality of food..

I orderd Pizza online in Pizzahut for delivering it in my address B 306, Satyam CGHS, Plot 5, Sec-18A Dwarka. New Delhi in the name of astha bhattacharjee. Amount 622.13 debited from my SB a/c of Kotak mahindra bank Ref. OSPIZZAHUT [protected], PG[protected] on 28th August '16.. Now I wanted my money back in my account. Otherwise I have to complaint to higher authority.

Last Sunday i orders a veggie overloaded pizza from pizza hut raja park
I have faced so many problems with that order
1. they have not placed the support thing and by the time pizza came to me it was fully mashed
2.the pizza was 10 to 15 min late
3.the driver was very impolite and arrogant said he will not give the pizza free (as per the policy I demanded ) and told the next time the we will provide a free pizza as per his talk with the store manager the name of the driver was Ankit
Today when i called the store they were not agreeing to provide me with the complimentry pizza but finally with a very annoying tone the agreed but said thry will not deliver you have to pic it up
So I said okay
When I went to the store the were soo angry as if I have done something wrong and they took all my number told me from now onwards you will never receive pizza from our side all the staff was cursing me like I have killed someone
Was I not doing right ? I was soo pissed off that i thought i should mention this to the authority
This kind of behavior was not expected from pizza hut who has strict policy for giving the pizza free if you don't like of its late but here it was totslly different
I am so not happy from pizza hut raja park

I ordered two ultimate chicken pizzzas on 29 august. The chicken balls were ofnormal brown colour. But chicken salami wss of deep red colour and resembles of beef. I have never seen chicken sslami of deeprrdcolour. I had thrown two pizzss. I complained but no response from mayur vihar delhi. Pl get chack sallami from food deptt othrrwise i will vomplaint to food deptt. Also pl give me e mail of C E O PIZZA HUT

I have very bad experience wit pizza hut. My only mistake is that i already paid online for my pizza. When pizza is delivered after 30 min(promising time), I called the manager of store, firstly he did not talk to me and cut my phone. then he called the delivery guy(Amar Singh) who is accepting he was late. Then manager talk to me and speak very rudely that in online payment he can not do anything and saying ("5-10 min chalta h"). :(

Today, i ordered one pizza and one pasta.. The pizza was almost burnt from all the sides and the veggies were rotten and were smelling very bad.. And the pasta was also horrible. The cream or the pasta was bitter and so was the pasta.. I called up customer care n they said their manager will call me up after 10 min and now its been an hour and still i haven't got any call... I called them up again they are not bothering about the complaint.. I ll never order anything again from pizza hut. I received the order from 41, basant lok, vasant vihar, new delhi...
I want immediate solution or i will go to higher authority

I had ordered a pizza and it was not delivered on time as per promising they made to us.second thing they din't packed the food properly.third thing it was not hot.fourth thing as per promising they are not ready for refund.fifth thing the shop manger is not accepting his mistake and he told if you want to complaint go ahead and complaint. very worst service experienced by pizza hut. I want immediate action taken for this cause . pizza hut shop -Pizza Hut – Bengaluru - Kaggadasapura (CV Raman Nagar).

I just wish to bring to the notice of everyone that they should be really cautious while having pizza or garlic bread or any other item from Pizza Hut.

I have ordered pizza and garlic bread at Sector 110, Noida Pizza Hut Delivery outlet.

I was about to receive the order, there came a gentleman who was very furious and started shouting to the manager of the PHD outlet.

To my surprise, I could see, his garlic bread(pictures attached) having fungus in it.

And his child happened to eat them.

The anger of the customer was genuine and logical, a "sorry" from the manager cannot repent the mistake being done.

If something happens to his child who is responsible.

Then again another surprise, when I checked my garlic bread order, I could also find them rotten and having fungus.

Then the series of surprises the whole lot of his stock was in fungus.

There is nobody in the quality check to figure it out. The management of the pizza hut looks to be very casual with a "sorry".

I am going to send out an email to the the food and safety officer to have a quality scrutiny in the Sector 110, Pizza hut outlet.

Please help to raise a complaint so that Pizza hut should take the food quality check seriously. They have no rights to serve rotten food to the customer and charge money for that.
If they cannot maintain the food quality, then they should stop serving food.

I have placed an online order on 1st june, 16 from PizzaHut .I have paid full amount Rs.624 but for some reasons I wanted same order for cash on delivery and palced that same order for COD and cancelled online order. I got information through PizzaHut Customer care that I will get my refund back within 15-21 working days.I have cancelled online order because customer care told me that I will get online paid amount back to my account .

Its been around 2 months and I did not get back my money refund .Also I have spent around Rs.150 just complaining this to their customer care operator for same . There are simply avoiding my requests as if I am asking for thier mmoney.

Please help me .

I placed an online order on 30 JUL 2016 for Rs.395.12 on Pizza Hut however the amount got debited from my paytm wallet but on order page it was shown to be unsuccessful. I then made a payment through my credit card which was successful. However it has been nearly a month and my refund for the first failed transaction has not taken place despite making so many calls to the Pizza Hut customer care. Every time I call their Customer Care they tell me to wait for a week for the refund to be processed. I have never faced such a issue with Domino's. This is a pathetic service from Pizza Hut.

I have ordered pizza on 26/08/2016 for the value of rs.658.00 order number:[protected]
Called pizzahut at 0400 and they have confirmed that will deliver by 0430
It was 5 and there was no delivery so i called 39883988 to check the status.. They have put me on hold for about 40 minutes and then bhavani who answered my call said they were unable to contact me. However i have clearly mentioned my other number on the very same call. To get it resolved i asked for a manager and i was put on hold for 40 min and they hung up on me.
At around 5 i got call from store and his name is kiran: very rude and unprofessional
I asked him
What was the delay?
Kiran pizzahut: we are unable to locate your address
Me: you have already delivered to my address many times in the past, so what seems to be the problem?
Kiran pizzahut: delivary boy will not be the same and you have to make sure that your phone is working
Me: can you tell me when you are talking to me on the same phone and number how can you accuse me that i am not responsible.
Kiran pizzahut: kept on repeating the same thing and the worst thing when i asked that what is he going to do about the delay and inconvenience. Vaguley said he will ask for the recording from call center and then will think about it.. Which is very unprofessional
He said i was wasting his time which is very rude

I made an order from number [protected] on 30th july of around 429.41 rs order number :[protected].
They didn't delivered and after many customer care calls i canceled my order and asked was refund. I was told my refund will be sent to my account within 2-10 working days. Since 22nd august i am calling continuously to the customer care and they say you will receive a call from store manager in half an hour, in 1 hour and i didn't received any call till now. Neither my payment has been refunded. I have several calls and the service and the commitment is just a farce. There is no support provided. I want to know whether pizza hut will refund my money or not.

Yesterday I ordered pizza from pizzahut online.I paid the bill amount from paytm wallet .Money got debited successfully but it threw some error from pizza hut site that your order couldn't be completed this time, try again later.Again I did the payment from paytm and this time bill got generated successfully.

Since I received only once order but money got deducted from paytm wallet twice.
When I contacted payTM they said that I should speak to Pizzahut CustomerCare as money is with them .
When I spoke to PizzaHut customer care, they are saying that contact payTm customer care as money is with them.

You people dont know to maintain hygiene standards i just saw a freaking fly in the chilly flakes bottle whe i opened it the fly was alive it flew away from the bottle and when i went to the sooo called washroom i saw a small dead cockroach in the handwash which was transparent. U people dunno to maintain standards of hygine and even a lady whose name i dont wanna specify showed some attitude and rudenes. Dominos is a quadrillion times better. Even more the person who takes orders didnt let us cancel the order. We waited for 1/2an hour for our cheese breadsticks and another 20 mins for our pizza thats it i request you to give us an refund of 820 rupees and we even forgot to take the bill and i thank this websit a lot to let us complain about our horrible experience

I ordered pizza for rs 537 from online account on 17/08/2016. Money deducted from credit card, but bill didn't generated. So i have to order again by cash on delivery. I didnot received any cancellation mail or sms and money did not refunded.

Error message was like could not retrieve from sql table.

Sincere apologies as we noticed you were trying to place an order which could not go through.in case your money has been debited, please be assured that it will be refunded back.
Request to please try placing the order via “cash-on-delivery” as our payment gateway service provider might be facing an outage

Order reference #: 6506344 of pizza hut was supposed to be delivered at 2025, the order came to me at 2117,
There maximum liability of them is only rs. 300/-,
My concern is only that when they claim that have the pizza hot, then why the customer need to pay for cold pizza. Being a reputed company they should take it back, rather then pushing the food item which they claim that not good if it is clod.
This is forcing the customer to pay for inferior quality food
Seems to be monopolistic approach.

We 03 people, myself, wife and son had visited pizza hut at lake city mall on 14th aug at around 0930 pm and ordered for lemonade and 02 pizzas.
The water was not served at the time of order taking and later on told the attendant to bring it. The lemonade we got was having too much masala added to it which was not upto the taste and we told him to replace. The food was served in the chipped crockery which we even do not use at home. The ac was not working and was very conjusted and suffocated inside. It is the worst ever experience of pizza hut ever.
Solution is to provide a good opportunity of dining experience again at Co's cost to gain customer;s trust
