I ordered the following from a store here in fort collins colorado and recived one completely wrong pizza and the other was of poor quality. having been a fan for years i am sad to be writing this complaints. my order was as followed from the shields store here in fort colons colorado yesterday.
Medium original pan pizza, toasted parmesan crust flavor
Whole ingredients: classic marinara sauce, easy on sauce, ham, bacon, mushrooms, black olives, italian sausage
1 medium original pan pizza, toasted parmesan crust flavor
Whole ingredients: creamy garlic parmesan sauce, easy on sauce, fresh spinach, bacon, chicken, mushrooms, italian sausage, diced tomatoes
Comments: bake a little longer

The first pizza was marinara it was delivered in white sauce and wet spinach on top which made the pizza sauggy and was undercooked. the second pizza was correct minus the spinach being placed on the other. and it was undercooked. i am frustrated with the service i recited please email me at [protected]@gmail.com or call me at [protected]

    I called up your centralised number at 7:28 pm today for a pair deal @199 (margherita medium and chicken tikka medium) and a garlic cheese bread valued at 599.00. while placing the order i was told the order would be delivered in 30-45 minutes from sahakara magar outlet. i was surprised that even after a wait time of one hour there wasn't any delivery of the order. what transpired after that was to say the least, frustrating. below is the sequence of events:

    8:35 pm: i call to check the status of the delivery. an agent name chetan received my call. he said it has bene raining and hence the delay and said he would arrange for a call back from the store manager. i stay just 15 minutes away from your store and i know its not been raining.

    8:45 pm: after a wait time of 10 minutes and not hearing back from any one, i call up again and my call was picked up by john who had nothing but standard responses for me. his take was that its a small delay due to festivals (great a different agent and a different reason). a delay of over an hour at this point of time is not a "small delay", it is "negligence". moreover if there is am expected standard delay that should be informed at the time of placing order. and in this case it been well over a good 1:15 minutes since the order was placed. hope your guys understand that. finally on my insistence that i need to speak to a manager, he put me on hold for a good 15 minutes before disconnecting the call.

    9:02 pm: i call back again to be connected to an agent call manjunath to whom i had to repeat my ordeal for the third time. he in turn transfer my call to shivkumar. now i had to explain the same thing again for the fourth time to shivkumar who after listening to me created a conference call with the sahakarnagar store manager somnath. on speaking to somnath i realised they had already delivered my order to a wrong address and are unable to trace where it has been delivered. by this time i had run out of options and agreed when somnath said he can retake the order again. under regular circumstances i would never have agreed for a reorder. finally my order (which was taken the second time) reached me at 9:54. that is more than two hours after i place the order.

    To say the least this has been the most frustrating experience i have had with pizza hut of which i have been a regular customer. i am now beginning to wonder the quality of customer service you provide and won't be surprised if this has to be probably the last time i am placing an order with you. may not really mean a lot to you loosing one customer, but it does make a difference to me.

      I placed the order for home deliver on may 6, 2016 at 7:42pm at hyder nagar branch on mobile app. they gave me deliver time 8:12pm. but not get any call from store, then i call to customer care around 8:10pm, 8:25, 8:45, 9:05 and 9:24. all customer guys told me they will deliver shortly and get call from store. but not happened like that. until writing this complaint too, now time 9:55.

      There is no solution until now about my order and where it went i didn't know anything.

        My husband had order two medium size chicken ultimate pizza and chickenwings by. recipt no[protected] on sunday 3 rd july at 7.52 pm on pizza hut call centre number.we were delivered one chicken ultimate pizza and one veg pizza.we had guest at our place.we first tried to talk to call center where we were informed store manager will call u back in 5 mnts.but nobody called we once again called call centre after 30 mnts.they kept us on hold for 15 mnts.and finally disconnected our call.once again we called back after lot of difficulty we got hold of store manager mutthu kumar..but was no use to me.because there was no offer of replacement.second thing was ki there was no red or green dot on pizza box so we could have refused to take delivery.
        So today morning i went to pizza hut of Thakur village.i wanted to show them veg pizza and informed them about absence of red or green indicator.i was informed by miss priyanka kharvi that niether mahesh kumar or mutthu kumar is on available.so i left pizza and box there and was assured that they will talk and confirm what i was saying uptill afternoon.As i did not recieve any call from there i called priyanka kharvi on cell number provided by her.she told me rudely that she was informed by mutthu kumar everything is sorted by him with my husband.which was not the case so i called mr mahesh kumar he informed me that he is not awear what priyanka kharvi is talking he is on his weekly off.so i went to store where priyanka kharvi had allready left by 4.50 pm.i asked current manager to call her and clarify, he called her back from her way to home.she came back and started abusing me on my fatness.and then she went away in kichen and wont come out.after lot of shouting from my side as i was even very angry by that time and after waiting for more then 1 hour madam priyanka comes back with attitude and says sorry as if she does not care abt customer.first of all pizza hut delivers wrong pizza without any neccessary indecator (red or green dot) which is mandetory by law, and on top of that pizza hut staff including mr.mahesh kumar and priyanka kharvi shows this kind of attitude.i am totally disappointed by this incident.i have my recipt, my ticket no 0407162 of my complain to call center.and in writing from priyanka kharvi abt confirmation of veg pizza delivered without any marking on box, i will be taking it all to higher authorties and social media as i have recording of all my conversation which i made ur current manager to listen if my complain is not taken seriously.

          I ordered three pastas from Pizzahut fanchisee in Bommasandra Branch in Bangalore on Friday, 01st June 2016 through online.

          The order was placed at 7:00 PM.

          Knowing very well it is a weekend, I chose a later delivery at 8:30PM, hoping they will deliver on time.

          Within 5 mins, I recieved a call saying the oredered item is not available, and I was asked to chose a pizza.

          Then I told them, I want to cancel the order.

          They said, they will call me in 5 mins,

          They called me in 5 mins and told me the item is available from a different location nearby (ELectronic City) and it will be delivered from there.

          The delivery was delayed, and the quality of pasta delivered was terrible.
          Undercooked food.
          Food was delivered in cold condition.
          ingredients used was bad
          Unprofessional service

          Even after contacting the customer feedback there is no response.

          Received burnt pizza after paying Rs. 575 from hadapsar pizza hut store pune. We had ordered pizza 3 times, after paying over 400rs everytime we received bad service and very poor quality. Please see attached images.

            I had placed my order in Pizza Hut which was confirmed by them. I called again and i was assured the second time as well that the Pizza would reach me in 40 mins. Inspite of reconfirmation, i did not get the delivery of the pizza. The company violated the promise made and kept me waiting till 12 and finally did not deliver the pizza. There was no information given by them regarding their failure of delivering their pizza.I ordered pizza from the number [protected].

              We ordered 2 Pizzas . One tandoori paneer and one veg supreme . It was ordered at 10.19 PM on Saturday . It wasn't delivered. After calling after an hour, it was said it will be delivered within 5 min . And it wasn't delivered.

                #pizzahut disappointing!!! as always they failed to make delivery by giving foolish reason of rain in mumbai.

                But at very next minute of 1.45pm person from pizzahut calla and give reason for delay. because of their unprofessional attitude, i have to face bad face in front of my client.
                I make sure i spread the news of your lethargic attitude.

                  I have ordered pizza at 3:20pm on 20 june 2016.
                  I have made payment of around rupees 1550, with paytm gateway. the amount got deducted, but i didn't get any confirmation from pizza hut. than i called customer care service to ask about my order, they said that the order is placed and it will get delivered within 1 hour. but again i didn't get any email or message, so i called again and again but got same reply. at 5 pm i got a call that my pizza is on my way, i have waited for half an hour for the delivery guy, than at 6:25 he came, and said that your total amount is around rs. 3100 and you have to pay it now to get the pizza (12 pizzas now but i have just placed order for 6 pizzas). i said that i have already paid it online, just give me 6 pizzas, i have also showed him the mail confirmation i received. but he refused to give pizza, as told by his store manager. than i called customer care for this issue, thrice and every time they have put me on hold for 15-15 mins and told me to call back, but they didn't. and finally on the last call they said, that they will refund my amount and will drop me an email regrading the refund. but as usual they didn't.
                  Now i don't have any email or message or my money.
                  The customer care is the worst part of pizza hut. i have told all of my friends and relatives not to order any pizza from pizza hut. this is the worst experience till date.

                    I received notification on my pizza hut application of buy 1 get 1 on any medium pan pizza by using the code Phe01.
                    So in the pizza hut application, after adding medium pan pizza to cart and applying the code Phe01 mentioned in notification, the product was still not discounted.
                    It was showing the price of both the pizzas which is incorrect.
                    Giving false notification.

                      Below are my order details which i booked for delivery yesterday.

                      Delivery time is 28/06/2016 20:51:00 approximately.

                      1st Issue: But unfortunately, PIZZA HUT failed to deliver the good on time, they took 1:45 minutes to delivery the 3 pizzas. The office(delivery address) is almost less than 2kms from delivery store.

                      2nd Issue: we had received the pizzas in such a conditions that even we cant eat this pizzas if you give free of cost. all the 3 pizzas are totally cold and just like bread.

                      3rd Issue: We had orders 7 pepsi's. but at the time of delivery around 10:00 PM on 28th June, the delivery boy is saying by mistake he had took only 1 instead of 7 pepsi's.


                      For all this things, we had given you 1442/-. Which is nothing use for us.

                      Now do let me with this service are you expecting us to contact you again for the service or what is the action you are taking on the store incharge.

                      Now how is taking ownership of paying my 1442/- to my credit card account which i had paid for above said order.

                        I just ordered pizza from pizza hut through food panda and the whole pizza fell inside the delivery guys bag and he picked the pieces one by one and said it's still hot and there is no problem. It was really confusing and creepy. One minute my door bell rings and next minute it was a nightmare.

                        I have nothing against that guy feeding me with his unwashed hands. But really? I will definitely have nightmares today and it's not worth 632 rs. Attaching the mind blowing pictures of the charming pizza delivery guy. For Christ's sake, I was alone at my house and he was coming into my house with a piece of pizza in his hand. Later he even picked the pizza toppings one by one from the bag which was kept on floor (chicken meatballs and some cheese toppings to be specific) and said.. see, everything is there. Nothing is missing.

                        I have called the pizza hut. I don't know how they will handle this thing. If at all this is handled with a bunch of sorry and usual dialogues like this will never happen again, I am going to publish this pics online. And I will make sure nobody orders from Food panda, even with the exciting 40% off. I will make this my personal mission. Believe me, I will.

                          My son placed an order for a chicken supreme medium size pizza with chicken tikka toppings. What was delivered was a chicken tikka pizza. The price quoted for the original order was above 600 but the delivered pizza cost was only 500 odd.
                          Upon calling them again mentioning about the goo[censored]p, the service attendant said he would send over the delivery man to collect the pizza and re-deliver the actual order. I also told him that the pizza was for my son who was already quite hungry and to speed it up. He said he would. Now after waiting for over an hour there is still no sign of the exchange. Upon re-calling the service centre and asking to speak with the Manager, the new attendant Harish said that was not possible and argued back saying that the pizza ordered was the chicken tikka! After much argument, he said he would take a complaint and that I would receive a call back in five minutes, but clearly that hasn't happened either. So now my son is in tears and on an empty stomach...thanks to Pizza Hut.

                            Recently (6/22/2016) i had gone to "pizza hut kakakarbag, patna, bihar. D eatails of my bill are invoice no [protected], order no [protected], time 8:47 pm, token no 300. My complaint consist of following
                            1. Delay in service : i was given a token no 300 and had to wait for more then 35 minutes.
                            2. Giving priority to others: i kept waiting paitently but was surprise that token 312 onwards were given priority. Ffinally when we were given our order... Token no 317 was also being given. (Inspire of reminding more then 3 times, not being heed)
                            3. Refusal to provide for complaint book: after it became unbearable i sought for complaint book which was not provided.
                            4. All this resulted in bitter experience and we have owed not take any meal here after.
                            5. Just a polite reminder... Customer care missed, customer lost forever.

                              Its really very shameful that i had worst experience at PH Ludhiana Ferozpur on 18th June around 10:15 pm. Which i had shared through your GES portal (GES Validation code: 45483) on 19th Jun'16 and had asked to call me back. but so far i haven't received any call or resolution. If you guys can't give proper dine in service, why do you charge, service charge. I hope to listen from you on urgent.

                                Hello,
                                I have placed online order for Rs.706/- on 4th June 2016, post that I have cancelled my online order and re-order new menu to call center lady, she cancelled my online order and took new order and new order being delivered to my place.

                                Now, the issue is, my first which I did online I paid amount thru online netbanking, as I cancelled my ordre I have been informed that with 10 business days my money will be returned to my Bank account. From past 3 days I am calling customer care number but no one is responding on my issue, I want my money back. Please look into this.

                                  I ordered pizza at thakur village pizza hut the person said he vil deliver pizza in 45 mins after 45 mins i called in pizza hut thakur village for piZza not delivered they said me after 45 mins that it vil not deliver at my area i mean y not said before they said to cal growels pizza hut it is near by you so i called ther again i ordered the pizza agian not delivered till 10.00 again i called the person he said is on the way bt till 11.00 it was not delivered thn canceled it nd wat service they provide nt delivering at time.

                                    order details : magic pan veg and garlic bread .

                                    complaint :

                                    The pizza were not up to the mark . 2 of my pizzas were not even cut
                                    But the biggest disappointment were the garlic breads . they were not garlic bread at all .
                                    nothing how it was depicted on the website and nothing to taste like one .
                                    It was just a heated base of pan pizza given to us in a pizza box .
                                    I have kept the sample for you to show .

                                    I have called customer care 4 times from yesterday night as soon as the delivery was made . I was promised 3 times that complaint has been registered and you will get a call back from store manager . But nothing .

                                    I called again on 20/6/2016 and again same promise but nothing .
                                    First the called told me it was a order mixup . Then he told me sometimes there are 2 orders to be delivered so the delivery guy must have mixed it up .

                                      I have order a pizza online wide order no[protected] on june 03, 2016 but due to some reason i have to cancel the order instantly on call, they have tolled me the refund would come in 2 to 10 working days. But till now after so many complaint i have not received any reply from there side and not even received any refund. They always say that refund will come in 2-3 working days but till now i have not see any progress in my refund
                                      I request you to take my complaint seriously and get my refund asap

                                        I placed order online from pizza hut delivery.
                                        I wanted to apply coupons but since it didn't ask for coupons when it any pop up about confirming . The order got placed.
                                        To my surprise there was no option for order cancellation the first point.
                                        Secondly I instantly called [protected] for cancelling order, dive pizza hut didn't confirm on call.
                                        I spoke to jayprakash, I told him my concern the order need to be cancelled, will place it again with proper coupon, he confirmed me the order is cancelled. Based on this I was browsing through another order but the old order got delivered and I have to pay him Rs.701 cash, since I don't want to argue that time. So I could not able to apply coupon.
                                        I need to sort it out.
                                        Either they have to refund me the full amount since cancellation was placed.
                                        How come they delivered it ??I didn't get option for second delivery with coupon code?

                                        This is what they behave with their customer??
                                        Force their order and stay quiet.
