On 03/08/2016 I ordered pizza at Mohali Phase 10...after called 19 times to the store and 7 times there executive told me that pizza would be deliver any time...They deliver Pizza after 90 minutes and the both pizzas were not even hot and when I asked to delivery guy, he said he didn't have balance in his mobile phone and his bike become out of petrol also...where as me and my family put the cold and without taste pizzas into the dustbin...This is the worst experience with so called HI BRANDS, even a small thelle Waala have some gesture towards his customers

This is regarding my last transaction. Money (Amount =513 ₹) got deducted from my paytm wallet. But did not received any call or message and order from pizza hut.

I had visited pizza hut outlet mangalam tower gorakhpur. We orders a medium pizza and 3 lemenoids. When i checked the bill letter they had charged 6 - 7 ups which costs more when i asked them they said sir it costs same but actually it costs more. They also said tried to mislead me with some tax things but as i know a little about the details they told me to go and learn about it and he said that go and file a complain we will not entertain you.

Hi, please note based on my previous complaint, i got a call from shabana from phd who apolozied me on the poor service given to me by phd call center.

Habana had promised me a call back which i had never got from her.


Its being a couple of months and my issue still not resolved.

Phd call center number is expensive for us.. I hv spent almost rs.800 to speak with these phd people and i dont get any positive response.

Being a customer, m v much unhappy and i need a solution, i need my money back.

I placed an order yesterday at 9:51 for a medium size pan base pizza at my home and it got delivered 20 minutes late. I accepted it and paid for it. But later i noticed it was not pan base it was thin crust pizza.
Because i was hungry i ate two slices and called pizza hut people just to let them know. Guy (Ashraf) said, donot eat this pizza, i will arrange another pizza for you in 15 minutes. I got pizza at after 1 hour of that conversation.br...

I ordered pizza on july 29, 2016.. My order no was[protected].. I ordered pizza for my kid's frnds and particulary mentioned while giving order tht i dont want green capsicum in pizza becis of allergy to capsicum but i got the pizza wd capsicum... The child got allergic reaction n i had to suffer becos of tht... Pure ignorance... Cant expect this from pizza hut

Yesterday, I went to Pizza Hut for the first time and it turned out to be the biggest mistake.

After having our meal, when we looked closely at the given bill of Rs 1, 596 (693+876) we noticed that it includes Service Charge of Rs 117.50 (51.90+65.60) and Service Tax of Rs 77.54 (34.25+43.29), which means I have paid Rs 195.04 as a service charge.

Can you please explain me why taxes on services have been charged twice??

I seriously don’t understand this!! We have been to many restaurants, big ones as well and I have never seen this. For what reason will I pay the service tax twice. This is totally ridiculous, it’s like you are actually cheating on us. Pathetic!!

This is the first and the last time I have been to Pizza Hut and will strongly recommend my friends, relatives, colleagues and everyone I know not to visit this place ever. Will post the same in Zomato so that everyone gets aware of this.

I placed this order at 9:55pm amd i have been waiting past 12am
I didn't even receive a phone call.
I called pizza hut and all the kept saying is that they will call the store manager and i would get a call back
However, i did not receive any call back for 1 and a half hour post delivery expected time.
What kind of fast food service is this?
At least some decency to call up the customer and inform if it gets late.
I rang up pizza hun 6 times and each time i got the same reply.
The last agent on the phone told me that i would receive my order at 11:30pm sharp (Which i didn't). He also stated that the delivery boy left at 11:20 with his bike.
If a customer can understand the rainy season inconvenience where is the understanding and responsibilities of the pizza hut management to atleast give a call to that customer and inform about the status
I called 6 times and till now i haven't received my order neither a call back from any manager and at the moment it's past 12. Pizza hut has really been dissapointing this time..
I've ordered my order at miraroad branch and i live in miraroad itself.
I don't see the point of not getting the pizza post 12.
My debit card payment has already been through to pizza hut and this is a highly customer dissatisfaction and a nuisance to deal with when you are hungry and trust them to atleast get it before 11:30pm if not, atleast a call.

They claim thirty minute delivery, which is theoretically not possible in powai, mumbai location. Despite several tries, unreasonable explanations from customer care and their manager will irritate you. The contact number they provide is also invalid, which adds to injury.

In my case order was placed at 9:00 pm, 31st jul. I tried until 10:50pm to get a solution. Nothing happened. So placing this complain.

I have ordered for thin crust pizza and they delivered normal pizza and when we call up the store they are not ready to accept that they delivered normal pizza. I have taken all the photographs of delivered item.

I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut, Arena Mall, Mahadevpura on 5th July 2016 using mobile number [protected] and it was delivered with 2.5 hrs delay which was obviously unacceptable. As I had paid via online I called up the customer care and asked for refund for which he connected me to store Manager Srini and he assured that it will be refunded in 10 days. I waited till 15th July nothing happened, so I called the customer care again and this time your representative said he will call me back and update. Its 25th july today 20 days past my order date and I have not received any refund till date. You people want me to leave all my work and chase behind you guys for refund ? This is utter mental harassment as I keep on thinking whether I will get refund or not. I now not only need refund but compensation as well for wasting so much of my precious time behind it and giving me mental tension unnecessarily because of your failures.

I was at the cst, mumbai outlet today and on a bill of rs 1173 i was taxed rs 366 i. E. I paid a total of rs 1539. This comes out to be more than 30%. This basically means i have paid service tax (Rs 151) and vat both on the same amount. Additionally the stff took back the bill after i made the payment through my debit card and just handed me the transaction reciept. I was in a hurry and couldnt pursue the matter at the time but would like exactly have i been charged for.

This is the 3rd time i am facing. i never had such worst experience. i have placed online and it was showing successfully placed. after calling lot many times the pizzas were not delivered to us.in 2 words i can say that is pizzahut sucks.

Then i have decided i will never visit to your place. you people first learn how to meet costumer's need properly. customer's satisfaction is must and that is only missing from your end.

Try to improve your services and even staff members. its really worst.

Sub:- wrongly imposed service charges

Recently on 14.07.2016 i have visited pizza hut (Sapphire hospitality & recreated n pvt ltd. Gr. Floor, 6, shapath – sg highway – ahmedabad, bill copy attached herewith) with my family (Wife and two daughters) for dinner. After finishing the dinner i have received a bill which was indicating services charges. On my surprise when i have inquire about the same your representative told me that i have to pay the service charge (10%) as it is mentioned in the menu.

As per indian taxation & my knowledge i have to pay only service tax (5.8%) & cess (0.2%), while the service charge is not at all mandatory as it is only tip and it is purely depend on me whether i have to give the tip or not, they can’t force me to pay it compulsory. But the representative (Mr. Shadab – [protected]) force me to pay the bill along with service charge and then only let me & my family go out from the restaurant.

It was not expected from the reputed vendor like pizza hut and it was hurt us a lot. I would like to request you to look in to the matter and need some strict action. I want my extra paid money back and compensation for mental harassment to me & my family.

I was trying to order a pizza on wednesday i. E. 13th july 2016 through the pizza hut app but there was some connectivity issue therefore i chose to call up 39883988 and after hearing my address the person said "we don't deliver at your address". I was so suprised to hear that at this was the second time i was ordering from pizza hut. After that i asked him for th number of the nearest outlet and he denied.
Somehow i got the number of my nearest outlet through just dial and when i called them no one picked up.
And a weird thing happened after an hour. I saw a pizza hut delivery boy in my locality who was here to deliver pizza.
Can't expect such behavior from such a magnanimous food chain.

This side gaurav singhal from rohini new delhi - 110085 had visited pizza hut dated 15.07.2016 at 05:04:44pm. no invoice no. found on the order memo, pos no. t1312, dine in.

The bill amounted to rs. 329 along with service charges @10% extra totalling rs. 361.91 (329+32.91).

The vat amount charged on the bill was at 361.91 instead of 329 which was the actual sale value of the bill, by 12.5% which totals 45.24 instaed of rs. 41.125.

Also the service tax @ 6% is charged from the customer and charged on the sale amount + service charges.

I kindly request the concerned team to look into the matter and take necessary action towards the company.

I'm also enclosing the copy of the order memo along with this mail.

I placed an order by calling 39883988 from my number[protected] on 14th july, 2016. the delivery boy was delayed by 9 minutes and when i asked for the late discount, the rider called his store manager (amar colony branch). the store manager shouted at me and told me that they will not give pizza to me. his behaviour was atrocious. i called 39883988 thrice but they refused to intervene.

2 Choco mousse were delivered along with the other items on 10th july 2016 at my residence.Both of them had foul smell when opened, with its surface showing fungal growth.On further inspection it was found that the year of manufacturing was erased.Trying to contact the joint went in vein.Even sending a feedback of the service went unnoticed.Being a reputed food joint, lack of proper storage and periodic inspection leads to such downgraded quality of food.Since children in particular consumes such item on high numbers their health issues poses a great threat with such unhygenic items.This particular branch in mira road, thane located near at SK stone should be definately watched for...
