I was a worst ever experiance with pizza hut.
I ordered pair of pizza through food panda at 9.20 pm today at pizza hut funcity prashant vihar.
I didn't came even after 1 hour and when I called at pizza hut they said it is on the way.
When the delivery boy came with pizza after 1hr it was totaly dry, no toppings no cheese... the quality was so poor we send it back and told ur order will be delivered in 10 mins again..
Now its been 3 hours I haven't recieved my order and on phone they were just telling everytime that our order is out for delivery & will reach by 10 mins.. we almost made 10 calls...
IT IS SUCH A POOR SERVICE INFACT NO SERVICE.
Are we mad that we are ordering the pizza... dominos is much better than you.
IT WAS NEVER EXPECTED FROM PIZZA HUT.
YOU PEOPLE ARE MAKING FOOL O[censored]S.

I have ordered 2 medium sized pan pizzas online at 7:30 pm today and made payment through hdfc credit card as well . The worst part is it is not yet delivered and when we called customer care they replied they will communicate with the store which received our order and let us know in some time, after some time when again we called up customer care to cancel the order they told us that our order is on the way and we can't cancel the order and we won't get refund as well.we said ok ... but now it's high time as after 3 hours also we did not received pizzas and customer care pupils are saying that we wont get refund for our order.pathetic service ever.will recommend others also not to order via pizza hut.. disgusted with the customer care pupils are responding.

I placed on order at Pizza hut on Saturday after making payment by my credit card. The confirmation e-mail from them was at below:-

I didn't receive an order till next, 1 and half hour, I called them to check the status, the Centralized executives (DIVYA, SANTOSH) they said that someone will call you back in next 5 minutes.

But for the next 30 mins, I haven't received any call or order update.

I want a serious action to be taken over PIZZA HUT, and their executives and wish that they be placed behind bars for fooling customers like this.

We ordered pizza 2 nos and 2 galic breads at tel 39883988and order was taken by mr chetan at 08 02 pm on[protected]. The order was as promised by mr. Chetan to be delivered within 30 mins. The order was directed to the nearest place at jayanagar 3rd block tel no[protected] and they received it at 0805pm as informed by the branch manager mr. Surjeet singh. Even after 1hr 35 mins, the time now is 09 40pm the order is yet to be delivered. Please refund the total amount of rs 686 as this delay has caused immense inconvenience to us. Also take action on the concerned persons for sleeping over the order for such a long time.

This is regarding refund of my pizza order placed on 4rd of may, 2016.My name is Nikhil Nirhali.I had placed order under “Any Pan pizza, any day, any size @ RS. 199” offer. I ordered 8 pairs of pizza that means I made order for 16 pizzas. I made online payment through HDFC credit card and payment was successful for 8 pairs(16 pizzas.)I have attached bank statement and bill for the same.
I will walk you through the whole situation which I am facing since last two weeks. I had decided to give treat to my colleagues on 4th of May. So I had ordered 16 pizzas from pizza hut hinjewadi, Pune outlet. I made online payment of Rs. 3256.84 and payment was successful .So until then everything was fine. I was waiting for the delivery guy to get the yummy pizzas. So finally he arrived downstairs of my office and called me to take delivery of my order. So I went to take the pizzas but to my surprise this guy had bought only 1 pair of pizza (i.e 2 pizzas). When I asked him about the other pizzas he said that order was for 1 pair only and handover me the bill, the bill was for one pair of pizza only they have deducted 471 rupees for that pair of pizzas and remaining amount I.e.2785.84 was under 'remaining amount' section on the bill. I have attached bill for your reference.
Hence I didn’t take the delivery of that single pair of pizza and send him back. And this is the reason I am writing this mail to enquire about my money, where is that remaining amount? Bill is showing the remaining amount but how can I get my money back? And its not like that your delivery guy bought 16 pizzas and then I refused to take order, instead he bought only 2 pizzas for the prize of 16 pizzas, how could I have accepted the delivery?
Now its been 22-23 days I am getting the false hope, same lame answers and I am tired of calling the customer support, here they are clearly fooling me (or can I say robbing me), its not the question of 50-10 rupees but my entire 3256.84 rupees are stuck and I am not getting any single reply from their side. Please do the needful and resolve the issue.

I have ordered pizza at 8:03 pm on 26.05.2016, and also before ordering got confirmation with the booking agent that delivery within 30 or free order. Also the same offers appears on pizzahut.Co.In

But at the time of delivery (As the delivery was made after 40 mins) the rider refused to provide the offer and collected full cash. When i call customer care they are not even bothered to listen to my complaint and they are asking me to speak with the rider. One of the worst experience i am facing with pizzahut. While taking the order your executives are cats, and after order delivery act like dogs. Pizza hut you can reach me on [protected]

Hi.. Myself rineeka.. I had filed a complaint against phd on 6th may 2016. To address the complaint, i got an unexpected call from your company on 10th may from[protected] by executive named shabana.

The solution provided to me was that i could order of any pizza. I asked her to call me sat (14.05.2016) since i wasn't consuming nonveg. Shabana had promised me a call back which she never did and then i got a call from the same number on 18th may 2016 twice in the evening at 5:02pm & 5:06pm respectively which i couldn't attend due to household work. Tried calling back on the nbr but it doesn't connects..

To check the status on the call back promise by phd delivery consumer service, i called your customer care number on 23rd june at 3:37pm (Call duration 2:46 minutes) and asked for shabana, the executive who picked my call said that shabana is on leave that particular day and will call back by tmrw that is on 24th may 2016, executive told me she will inform shabana to call me which never hpnd..

I called back again tday 26.05.2016 to check the status at 12:43pm (Call duration 2:14 minutes), and asked for shabana. Looked like that executive didn't know what he is supposed to do being a customer care executive and kept my call on hold without my permission... As usual disappointing and bad service.. I discntd the call from my end after few seconds since i don't have a tree of money to listen to your promotional ads and of a call which lands up no where.

Lets see if someone from ur company reads my complaint and gives a solution.. Or if shabana takes responsibility to call back her customer complaint.

I have had a very bad experience with ur staff member from Rt nagar branch, staff name Shakira.
She was very rude and had a very bad behaviour, attitude in addressing customers. I am was literally embarrassed in front of my family and other customers because o[censored]r staff member and had to cancel my order. Please take this matter seriously it is for the betterment o[censored]r company. One bad staff can loose many customers in future.

I hv visited pizza Hut outlet near m2k rohini and ordered meal for 2 @ 699rs. I ws forced to pay the amnt as 917rs. Without bill as the bill whch ws generated earlier ws wrong and due to non availability of branch manager Mr.sandeep I ws made to wait for 25 min and even thn bill ws nt provided ...as a policy if bill is nt got thn no payment bt I hv made the payment without bill as I ws forced for the same...nw hw it will b adjusted or redeem kindly confirm

I am a regular customer of Pizza hut who wishes to order a Pizza and get it on time with all the hygiene checks done. But lately I have had really bad experiences with one of their outlet in Prem nagar - Delhi. I ordered 2 pizza’s and while having my 4th or 5th bite I found something unusual on the pizza, on checking it closely I was shocked to see pieces of paper on it. I called up at the call center thrice and each time I narrated the incident and the agent put me on hold for 5 minutes then the call got disconnected. I had also taken up this issue on their Facebook page and your feedback site but till now (after 4 days) haven’t got any response.

I tried ordering a pizza from pizza hut app (Online) using my credit card on dated 08/05/2016 & 18/05/2016. I did payment through credit card no. [protected] where the whole transaction was successful and my amount of rs. 523.99 & rs. 426.56 got deducted from the bank. However the order did not get placed and now, all i can see in my credit card statement are those transaction being successful.
So please return the amount which was deducted as the order was not placed.

I placed an order today around 9.20 pm. And called up[protected]. It took me around 15 mins plus mins to place an order which could have been placed in 2 mins. My order was 1) tandoori paneer
2) triple chicken feast
3) garlic bread
Total cost: 735 (Approx.) guy confirmed on call after taking all string of details. (Address, contact no. Etc) though the guy was really stupid and asked me to confirm details multiple times. And said the pizza will be delivered in next 30 mins. I and my family kept on waiting for more than an hr and called back and there we come to know an another guy picked up call and confirmed that there was no order placed. This was the most embarrrasing and ridiculous experience for me ever. Where invited guest has to wait so long and come to know that they have yo return hungry. I need justice on this and will go to consumer forum if i would not be reverted with apology and compensation.
Most pathetic pizza delivery chain on earth.

Myself adarsh ray. Order number is[protected]. It has very unsatisfactory experience. The order placed at 9:30 p. M.. I didn't get any call within one hour. I have called six time to customer care number. They transferred the call 4 times to supervisor and i was waiting more then 10 mins but call was disconnected. Now its 11:40 pm. I called again for refunding the amount and dilip (Customer care) raised refund process under my id. He did not give me any other reference number but said within 11 days amount will be refunded. I am still hungry it is 11.45 p. M.

Please take action and escalate this. Also process the refund..

Hi respective team,

I like to have pizza from pizzahut but because very poor service from bommasandra branch i order very less from pizzahut as in my location this is the only branch.

But whenever i really like to eat pizza from pizzahut at night i order with lots of hesitations.
And whenever i do that i dont get pizza even after 1.5 hour - 2hour from the time of order. This happens for 95% of time. When i call frequently they will receive call with very difficulty and say as "mam it is almost closing time and even if you had ordered online, we had not received it. So can we give you tomorrow or can you cancel order from your side".
For the attached order they told after several follow up with center office, as their delivery guy met major accident and requested to cancel order from my end.

So i will only say bommasandra pizzahut branch sucks!!!

With this i am going to say i will never order pizza from pizzahut bommasandra. Its really a big pain to follow up with them and finally not getting pizza or getting pizza after 2 hours.

Ordered 199 pair pizza. The guy said it willl be deleivered in 30 mins but it took 45 mins to reach thats okay.
Ordered 10 pockets of tomato sauces and paid separately but the delivery guy simply saying i just forgot it. Do you guys think 10 rs doesnt matter at all??
The pizza is fully collapsed in shape when opened the pizza box. The chicken and topping all were in single piece of pizza. OMG really frustrated.
For the money shake tried tried to ear the pizza but really we were not able to eat even a single piece.
my 538 rs simply wen to garbage. Worst worst worst experience.
If you guys repear it in future you will loose your customers soon.

Last evening I visited with my friend at the Pizza Hut, Kapil Towers, Financial District and I requested for an order of pizza. The manager directly denied to process order before 20 minutes and he asked me to wait even for longer time. I was unable to wait there as it was about to rain and i had to reach my home then I asked him for home delivery, then he clearly told that it will take more that 1 hour to deliver at the address of around 5 kms. I asked for the confirmation as whether the pizza will get delivered within one hour, he was not sure of this even and he insisted me to wait there. Post that he didn't responded me anymore and then I came back feeling insulted.

If they have policy of delivering items within 30 minutes then how they can deny of delivering good service to their customer.

I orderd a pizza on 8th may 2016, at 8:25 Pm. I was not delivered pizza and not gave any update till 11:30pm. I called their customer care for at least 10 times. Each time they lied. At 11:30 pm some one from store called me(introduced himself as manager Ranjit ). So I had to cancel my pizza... After that I am supposed to get my money back in 11 days. It is 15 days since I cancelled my order. I still have to get my money.. I have been calling them since. They don't provide any info. And they put my call on hold by saying that the call was being transferred to higher manager. I have to wait for 10 minutes and then call gets disconnects automatically.. Please some one help me to get my money back. And take some action on marathahalli branch manager. Looks like he marked it as "CONFIRMED"...

Dear sir/madam,
I am ramesh. Ramkrishnan and am lakme lever hinjawadi and like you i have also rented this place and my place is just above yours in hinjawadi.
Everyday there is some problem ot the other with your delivery boys and they sit in the foot steps or have at times removed the wire to the water meter.
Today they parked nearly 8 bikes at the entrance of the premises and am not able to enter my premise, yesterday afternoon a customer parked his car at the entrance of the premises and when i requested him to park the car outside he refused and the owner had to intervene
Today the rsm told me that lakme salon 2 wheelers will not be allowed to park in the basement as there is audit.
Would request you to please help us.

Im very disappointed with the toilet. The washroom is soo dirty that u can even stand. Its stinking. When i coplaint to the pizza hut manager he said they dont hv sweaper. N its nt his duty to clean. N he said dont use. I request u to plzz take action against it. Otherwise i ll coplain to the police. They spoke soo badly with me. N im sending u the pics of tge toilet.

Pizza taste was so bad its no properly cooked, dough is taking air that's why and two manager and 1 team member was on counter after that no greeting stuff pocket was so worst not good in taste and so thick, no music n not a single staff was there for service and there is no water in washroom and so dirty floor was also so dirty like no cleaning till one month.
