Pizza Hut India — Order not received even after 1 hour | |||||
My reference number is [protected] .I placed an order around 10;04 pm and received the message of dispatch of my delivery at 10;07 .But sorry to inform you that even after 1 hour of placing order i did not receive my delivery.I am a regular customer of pizza hut karol bagh I have contacted your customer care service around 3 times but to no avail they put me on hold but even after such holding they did not respond to my comnplaint I am very diappointed with such a poor service and would not like to place an order in the near future .Even i faced a problem in my last delivery that too was 40 miniutes late I hope to receive your reply as soon as possible and also with some customary rights and benefits Was this information helpful? | |||||

The Pizza Hut delivery bastered came to my house at 11:30 PM and asking for full money. If they can delivery in 30 min and can not give even in 50% then they should remove this I have decided not to order pizza from them in future. I am trying to control the words i want to write here about these people.

Order was not delivered in 30 minutes. As per their offer, order would be given free of charge if not delivered in 30 minutes. It is getting into worst service provider company like Airtel, who were thinking that they are king of Mobile service in India and now they are begging to get the connections. Same is going to happen with Pizza Hut as well i believe in future, if they are not going to improve their service.
