Hi,

I am quite unhappy with the service by pizza hut.. My wife is unwell and placed order online for the kids however my first experience is pathetic. After placing the order and making payment - i got error message stating the transaction will be cancelled on pizza hut website.

However the payment of rs.1018.34 has been debited from my account.

When i call pizza hut they confirm order is not placed and the money debited will be returned in next 11-21 working days...

I am very unhappy with this as i was asked to make another order and pay again.. My expereince with you has been unpleasant and i strongly feel this is a fraud... If you have technical glitch you need to resolve instead putting us through the trouble.. I have to order something else for the kids now..

I would definetlely tell all my friends and colleagues to never visit pizza hut ever again...

    I have ordered cheese max vaggie pizza at pizza hut outlet at indirapuram habitate centre but they deliver me simple vaggie pizza which is cheaper than cheese max pizza. I choose take away choice when i opened it to eat it was different pizza which i ordered. My name is rahul kumar and my number is [protected]. Please look into the matter and take suitable action. After that they couldn't again cheat the customers.

    Yesterday evening at 8.20pm I placed order of 2 pizzas tru mobile app. The amount got debited but order was not placed. Received mail as trying again. Placed order again tru cash on delivery. Paid twice for single order.

      This is inform you that i have given order of pizza from pizza hut continuous three days 12, 13, 14 july 2017 with mobile number [protected] from different store. Two times i received the offer of 50% but the order which i have placed on 13/07/2017 from muzaffarpur (Bihar) where i got an information from the store manager that the offer was only valid on limited days, so you need to give full amount.

      But again when i have placed the order on 14/07/2017 from another store of pizza hut at bhagalpur where i got an information that such offer is continued from last one month (Approx) and will be continued till the notice received from the company. So i feel cheated that why two different store offer different prices one from muzaffarpur has not given any offer, how come bhagalpur has given the offer. We just want to say please do not think we rae fool. Just tell your muzaffarpur branch people to also behave in good manner, they think we are living in bihar thats why they may charge as much as they can. Please we request toy to see the bill which i attached where i donot get any offer...

      I've made payment through my Paytm cash wallet. The order was unsuccessful. An email came apologizing for unsuccessful order. The amount has been deducted and I have not yet received my money back.

        I had ordered online pizza through the pizza hut web site. After successful payment i received the order confirmation @ 8:26pm. After 40 minutes i received the confirmation my pizza was out for delivery. But after waiting for additional 1 hour when i called the store the manager informed me that the order was not executed & it will take another 30-40 minutes. After long wait of almost 2 hours such response is really frustrating. Finally i cancelled the order.

        Now after one and half month i am still awaiting the refund of my payment.

          I ordered pizza and not for the first time. The person who took the order was nice but the delivery person was not at all good and seemed drunk. He called me twice for confirming the address and but he was quite wired in his way of communication. Also when he came to deliver the pizza, he was more in the state of argument regarding everything like for the amount, the oregano etc. For the very first time this kind of attitude encountered from pizza hut!!

          I got e voucher from sbi cards but the validity was upto 30th june 2017 but i have not used the voucher can the validity be extended

            Hi my name is rajesh mahajan i already called pizza hut customer care 4 times and they told me that dombivali shop keeper call you within 3-4 min but nobody call me and when i visit web site and enter add= ganesh nagar dombivali west them they show that this area is cot cover but as per the terms pf home delivery can be possible location within 5 km from store and ganesh nagar dombivali is from approximate 2km so why it it not cover for home delivery... Very bad experience no one give proper feedback waste of time irritated...

              On the bill amount I have been charged
              SGST @9% and CGST @9% = Total @18%
              The slabs for GST are: NIL, 5%, 12%, 18% and 28%
              Where is the 9% GST, Also the tax is as GST and not as CGST & SGCT
              The restaurant seems to fall in the 5% GST Category. It is requested to explain the 9% + 9% (18%) and also refund me the balance amount (13%) at the earliest failing which the matter may have to be referred...

              I have ordered for a pizza on 24/6/2017 my order no is 8540338 and I had paid the money through the credit card . but I got call from pizza hut that the order has been routed to some other pizza hut location in Bangalore itself, though i order it through pizza hut app, the person told that he has cancelled the order and he has initiated for refund as its far away from my place . no even after 13 days i have not got the refund. kindly help.

                Hii, I yesterday had a very bad experience with pizza hut Surat . Firstly they did not deliver to the house even after committing delivery in less 30mins we waited for like 1 hr 30 min, also when we went to take the order it was all cold, so not consumable. Very disappointing the food and the behaviour of the delivery guys. It was a complete waste of time and money.

                  I am ordering pizza at their store sector 38 chandigarh but they are not updating their menu list. They are charging thier bill and taking tax on it SGST 9%& CGST 9%.
                  But according to our new tax system we have to pay the final amount directly... As the same tax is included in the price list.

                  As this is a big brand so this kind of service is not expected from you...

                    Yesterday i visited sector 15 pizza hut where i ordered two 299 rs 4 pan pizza packs and two appy and one Pepsi. The girl manager asked me to give rs 950 i gave it even though the total was 850. She didn't gave me bill i thoght she would give it in the end. When i asked her in the end she denied by saying she lost it somewhere. I asked to show me duplicate copy she said shw would mail me but still i haven't received the one and i don't know for what she charged me rs 100 extra as now after GST their should not be any service tax. It was pathetic and disgusting service from pizza hut. I will never visit pizza hut in my life. I would prefer domino's over it. Thanks.

                      I am Sai Prasad, my mobile no [protected], order was placed on 30th April, money got deducted order was cancelled by pizzahit due to may be some technical issues nut neither I received the pizza nor i received the refund amount till now, ... I called near by store many times, but couldn't receive response till now and contacted the people in Pizza hut by directly going to the store and provided by bank statement as the proof but no one is properly responding and no one helped me to get my refund... so I wanted file complaint on this issue, please look into this Matter asap..

                        I have ordered for 3 items out of one item shown in menu was priced at 45 ruppes but in bill it was charged at Rs 49.When I asked manager about the same he replied that invoice has been generated by system and this item has been discontinued. Left with no other option I have to drop the order . Kind of treatment given by PHD is really very heart hurting. No one is there for listening to customers.

                          I booked an order of Pizza online from your site on 27 june, 2017. I had placed the order by paying bill through canara internet banking but I didn't get any message or notification of order confirmation from your side. After waiting about 30 minutes when i called to pizza hut for inquire they told me that they did not received any order for me. The transaction reference no. is "BILLDSK-JCNB[protected]-BILLDSK".                             I placed order through online on 16 June '17 at 9 p.m. and paid money also. Neither Pizza was delivered nor they cancelled the order. We waited till 9:45 p.m. and then called the call center there they replied that it will be delivered within half an hour but till 11p.m. nothing happened . We kept on calling call center and they gave the same reply and after 11 they started telling that due to technical problem pizza is not delivered and money will be refunded within 7 working days .Till now I did not get my money. I called customer care n number of times, but every time they say, the money will be refunded in 24 hrs.

                              Hello, I had order pizza online on Pizza hut on Sunday 25th June 2017 and made a payment with my credit card of Rs 242 at 19:35. Payment was done and after sometime i received a call from Pizza Hut that we do not deliver to your locality. He mentioned that the amount would be refunded back within 3-4 days. However till now, i have not got back the amount. Request a refund asap.

                              P.S. I received a message from Pizza Hut mentioning the Order number also.

                                I placed an order for pizza on 31st may 2017. Order was not completed but the amount was deducted. Here is the email received on the same evening. Later after a week or so i called the pizza hut and was told amount will be credited back to my card soon, by 21st june. So far there's no refund. Likewise there are tons of complaints as i can see. Is this a scam since most o[censored]s don't have the time to pursue further than a call or two? I need a refund asap

                                  I have tried ordering pizza on website of pizzahut on 31st may 2017 through my registered mobile no. [protected]. Amount deducted is rs 1076.50. But unfortunately the transaction could not be completed due to technical errors in the website.

                                  In this regard i have called customer care of pizza hut on the same day and got the response of refund of money within 14 working days.

                                  On 27th june 2017 i again called pizzahut customer care but could not get the proper response.

                                  I request you to resolve this issue at earliest.

                                  Within few minutes after I lodged the compliant, a person called me for resolving the compliant with No. [protected]. During conversation he told me that Rs 10 will be charged for processing the refund but I objected for it and told him I will go to consumer court in case whole amount is not refunded. Then he started talking in unparliamentary language viz F...K etc.

                                  I had placed an order 8467248 on 14th june 2017 but it was cancelled due to some reasons. Was told that refund will be initiated. I tried calling them after few days but no one's answering. I want the refund asap. There were no mails regarding the refund and whatsoever.

But got a conformation from my sbi bank that the money has been transacted this is msg (Thank you for using state bank internet banking.
