On friday night around 10, i ordered a pizza and one cold drink. The person said it will take 30 min to deliver. After 40 minutes when they didn't deliver i again called and checked the status of my order. The person on the phone said the delivery person will call me in another 5 mins. I waited for another 10 mins. I didn't get any call from delivery person. By that time the time was around 11.15. Again i called, but nobody picked up my call to tell me the status of my order. After so many trails luckily my call got answered from other side and i got to know my order was never registered and initiated. I felt so disappointed and disgusted that how could they do this.in the end he said tomorrow morning i will get a feedback call. But i never got a call from phd regarding this. How an so called international chain can do this to people. How they can leave people to be hungry in night and no commitments. Shameless people. Didn't ever bother to call back and say sorry about the incident. This was my first home delivery order. I'm so much disappointed that i will never call them for any order. The called number was[protected].

Horrible service by the call centre[protected] in hyderabad, not only are they unprofessional and rude but also have no clue about anything! Couldn't take an order, couldn't connect the call to the store and they hung up on me twice promising a call back. Never got one though! Extremely disappointed.
Please look into the matter and mainly look into the people you hire for the job!

I want to say that pizza hut gaya, bihar is providing a very bad quality pizza. I ate pizzas in different states of india but pizza hut of gaya, bihar is delivering a very bad quality of pizza. I ordered pan pizza but the delivered pizza is very shocking and of very bad taste. Totally waste of money. Also they delivered very late. 45 min after ordered.

I have ordered a pizza from pizza hut kadubeesanahalli store on april 7th 2017 using foodpanda app. The order was made at 08:09 pm and the delivery was promised by 8:40 pm (Payment receipt from mobikwik & foodpanda order history available). Total payment amount : rs. 618.76.

At 8:35 pm i get a call from the store person who informed me that the pizza is ready, but since there are no delivery people available, it will be delayed and delivered 15 mins late. I asked him that if the pizza is already ready, wont it get cold by the time it is delivered and asked him why they did not prepare the pizza itself a bit late, once the delivery person is available. He promised me that it is not a problem and that the pizza itself will be delivered hot and fresh.

After waiting till 9:00 pm, i called the store again and they informed me that the pizza is already out for delivery. Waited 10 more mins and called again - 1 hour since making the order - really worried about the condition of the pizza when it is delivered. They informed again that the person is almost reached my place and it will reach soon and that it will be still hot.

Waited again till 9:30 pm and called the store, now really irritated. The person who attended the call was not at all helpful and kept repeating the same story. So i asked to be transferred to the store manager. He was a sensible person and understood my concerns regarding the pizza getting cold and promised to give me a 50% refund on the amount paid. I was really irritated, since my daughter wanted to have something before sleeping and i had to finally buy something else from another restaurant for her, after waiting so much. It was way past her bedtime already.

Finally the delivery person reached at 9:55 pm, and he told me the reason for the delay was because he had to wait somewhere else because another customer did not pay for the delivery. Which is an absurd reason, because i live less than 1 km from this store! Definitely it was pathetic planning from their end that they did not deliver the nearest order first and instead kept it for the end. Anyways, i collected the order and started to eat, only to find that the entire pizza was cold and damp. I kept it in the oven to heat it up and then it became so hard that it was completely inedible and i had to throw it out. There was also an order for garlic bread, which was so soggy that it was tasteless and i had to throw it away as well.

I called up the store manager and asked for a replacement order for the same items. He said it will not be possible to deliver on time again and instead promised me a full refund for the bill amount. The person was very nice to speak to, but apparently it is all a scam and they never initiated any refunds - 50% or 100%. After waiting 14 days as they had informed, i called them up and they asked me to wait another week and that the amount will be credited back. It has been 2 months now and nothing has happened yet. There is no direct number provided for the store and calling their number gets diverted to their call centre. I called up multiple times over the period of 2 months and they always inform me that the store manager will contact me back, but no progress yet - except my telephone bill getting bigger with every call.

Please avoid this pizza hut kadubeesanahalli store run by scammers!

Tried to order online but failed. Called Pizza Hut Delivery[protected] City Center, Durgapur. Phone rang but no one picking up. After 3 attempts someone picked up, took my phone no ([protected]) and informed mre of call back. Waiting for 10 minutes again I called. This time the fellow took my order and informed me that he will call back for confirmation. I got no call and again after 15 minutes I called back to confirm my order. The guy there picked up my call but continued talking with someone else and finally hang up. Frustrated I called Domino and received my PIZZAS well within time. Should I make any booking with Pizza Hut in Future?

Yesterday i have ordered pizza and expected delivery time was 07:19 pm.

But it did not get deliver. I have followed up multiple times with customer care team and nobody answer my question correctly what causing to not deliver the pizza.

I really had horrible experience with pizza hut services. I am sure in future i am not going to shop anything from here.

Please refund my rs 467.55 on my bank account.

Ref. Order #8401617, order was confirmed for delivery by 18:23... Its 21:05 now neither we have received the food not any call. It's a horrible experience. We would let people know on the pathetic service of phd. Can we have the complaint resolved? On enquiring, we were told that we would receive call that also in vain. How can a big chain like pizza hut be so irresponsible & horrible.

The worst experience ever with Pizza Hut. I made an online order on 3rd June, 8.21pm for which I got an instant confirmation. But I realized that the store mentioned is a Noida store while I live in Greater Noida. I instantly called up the call center to route my order to the correct store, but they reassured me that the order is confirmed and will be delivered. After 35min I got a call from the store that they can't deliver. I again called up the call center. After 1.5 hrs of calling, following-up they could only say that Pizza hut can't deliver here. My kids were hungry for that long.. the reason people order a pizza is that it's delivered quickly.. but pizza hut service is really going down the drains. Would ensure that I spread this word of mouth

My order no 8382461 for pizza was given online and it was given at 7. 00 pm and delivery time was 10. 30 and i received a cal from store at 10. 15 pm saying we won't be able to deliver the pizzas but they need to escalate the order to other outlet near to our location. But the manager sachin gurav in growels mall was very rude to speak and suggested me to complain anywhere i wish against him.

This is about pizza Hut, crystel court, malviya nagar, jaipur. I am a businessman yesterday I went to pizza Hut nd there was some problem in cooling so I decide to sit where cooling was good that time a guy came nd said this is waiting sheet nd u can't sit here if you want to eat pizza then u sit other side I told him that there is too hot so he said no if you want eat pizza then go there so we left pizza Hut...
If it's your service or manner than we will not go pizza Hut in whole life

Ordered 2 pizzas on Wednesday 24th may, order confirmed at 9.29pm with order number confirmation by SMS.
At 10.15 started calling pizza hut to find out how long delivery will take because the order was supposed to be delivered within 30 mins.
They kept cutting the call or keeping me on hold saying that they are checking. No pizza till 11.15pm after which they tell me that my order can't be serviced.
Very poor service and no communication. They have delivered to my address on multiple occasions we have pizza from them at least once a month

It was the delay almost 20 min. We people were waiting at the time of complaining of delay. They promise to refund amount as per the term n condition. I have done payment by net banking. Still waiting for refund.

The pizza was also not well at all.

Requesting you to taken action at the earliest. We people order pizza for taste and to save the time only.

I ordered pizza from pizza hut on 29 April 2017. But due to delay in delivery I refused to receive the order and asked store to cancelled it. Store cancelled the order and assured me that I will get my refund within 10 Business days. Till now I have not received any refund moreover I have called customer service more than 5 times and even emailed them regarding the same issue but no response is received.

Such a pathetic service for refund from pizza hut is not acceptable. I want my refund.

Pizza hut pizza is showing wrong prices/offers on there home page.

Cost for triple treat box on page is different from that of cart price.
On page, it shows 629, but in cart, it cost 755.

I placed an order on 7th may 2017 at 10:26 pm with online payment of rs.743.29, they cancelled my order, told me that i would get the refund of money within 11 days but its 12 days now, they are asking me to get your money from the store. Store people said to complain on contact [protected] to get your refund. They are simply blaming each other and not refunding my amount.
I have made a complain in consumer forum of pizza hut, complain number is 275108. Kindly help me out in getting my money back.

I have been visited to pizza hut GH 22 Sector 5 Mansa devi complex twice.

Today I ordered something to eat but my got cancelled by them. They asked me to visit store at 9:30PM which was very inconvenient for me. They also said that they can not delevered it at my home. Person was very unprofessional.

I asked him that i can come to IT Prak Infosys building to collect the order coz its very close to my home walking distance 1min only. Still he denied for that.

Very bad service. Below 1 Star i would say.

Hi ordered pizza in electronic. As I stay in electronic city I placed order from there. Luckily they cancelled and told to reorder from bommasandra store. But I did not receive refund. Store guy and customer care are not giving me answer.

What should I do to get my refund

Today i tried to make online order from www.pizzahut.co.in i get some error message with Order Reference #: 8255002, when i call on[protected] one of executive said your order has been processed and you will get this by 07:35 PM and after 7:35 PM when i call back they said your order has been cancelled, he arranged a call back for me with in 10 mins. when i received that call executive told we didn't received any order, so please call on same number[protected] they while help you.

Now please confirm me why customer care executives are giving wrong information and misguiding us.

Hi i am located at nanganallur in chennai city.. Few months back we used to have home delivery to our area. But past few months pizza hut says delivery unavailable to your locality. This s very disappointing despite having a dominos outlet just a street away from our home we have always preferred pizza hut. Please make sure that you cater to all delivery locations else atleast delivery centers.

Worst ever Experience with Pizza Hut (Phase-10, Mohali). I placed an online order (Order Reference No : 8252483), dated 14-May-2017 through Pizzahut Website. Entire order was badly crushed, Cheese & vegetables on Pizza's was badly scattered, seeing it was pathetic. Delivery Boy also got late and gave me excuse that he is the third Party delivery boy. I paid him the bill amount & was shocked while opening my order. I tried approaching Pizza Hut on there various numbers but of no use. Really very bad on such a leading chain part..! Spoiled my holiday & money. Never recommend Pizza hut to any one. Dominos is far better than it..!! Guys beware of Pizza Hut Mohali..!!
