"Hi Anjla/team,

Hope you are doing great.

I was an expecting an Reply by now, since it hasn't, i am sending the details again.

I wanted to bring the following under your kind attention:

1. I made the payment of 14584 from SBI bank(26th April at around 4 PM) using net bnaking for the following vehicle:

Tata Xenon : Pb 12 T 6511

2. The transaction was successful and still it was not reflecting on your end.

3. I shared the screenshot of the message and my statement as a proof on Mobile # [protected] and will be attached to this email as well.

4. The Policy of my car will expire tonight and Tharamender and Ashutosh(was intoruduced to me as a floor Supervisor) are saying that, we will refund for money in 7 days and you buy another policy.

5. I don't have sufficient funds to buy another and all of the senior executives involved are very rude and unprofessional, naming Tharamender, Inder and Ashutosh.

6. The current policy will expire tonight and would really appreciate your involvement on this matter.

7. I faced the similar issue in the past and wasted my 25-30 hours over the call to get the policy documents.

Kindly escalate this to the highest or else i will initiate a legal proceedings towards policybazaar.com and lodge complaint in the bureau.

My car is not insured and the payment got debited on 26th April and since then I have sent the payment details 4 times.

I hope this is the last time I am explaining this in detail and get the issue at hand addressed. Attached are the payment details, which includes the transaction ID as well. I have already sent these 4 times and do not wish to keep going like this.

I have paid for your services and I am getting nothing but stress back. I have been promised a call back and have received none. Bank details regarding transaction has been attached. So check this at your end and have this sorted. If that is not done, I shall be forced to approach the, IRDA, consumer redresal court for further proceedings and this email will be followed by the LEGAL NOTICE from my Lawyer.

I do not expect such a behaviour from a company like yours and moreover such a rude and insulting behavior from your seniors, naming Tharamender, Inder and Ashutosh.

My car is not insured at the moment and I will held "policybazaar" responsible, and as per the Motor Act, if anything happens . I have already spoken to the my bank and they have confirmed that the payment was successful."

    regarding deduction of charges after policy issued

    I have purchased term policy from policy bazaar. The consultant from policy bazaar informed me there will not be any charge (Even medical test) if you cancel this policy within one month when it get issued.

    But now i want to cancel my policy due to some reason (It issued on 7th april)
    Now they are telling that some stamp duty & medical test charges will get deducted from my premium.

    Hi, its regarding 2 policies taken from policy bazaar, 1st is for ulip and 2nd for 2 wheeler, in both the cases it is really a fraud website, wrong information provided every time, for the ulip, it was said that the full amount will be refunded if policy is cancelled within 30 days still 10% got deducted, for 2nd issues i. E. Bike policy it was given wrong information like by taking different information policy was issues on old owner name and more amount was asked to pay although the amount required was already paid, seriously it is 1 of the top fraud site

          Unneccesary sending mails and messages of policy renewal when my policy is expiring on 13th august 2018..
          Complained to customer care but issue not resolved. Talked to ms amrapali 3 times regarding this issue. That ur company is mentally harrasing customer. Then also issue not resolved.             Sir i done a policy on policy bazar on 12 th june which was done by mistake my relative offline on 8th june. So i inform to policy bazar to cancel my policy and refund my amount as soon as possible. I submit all the documents offline and online. From last 10 month they didn't refund amount. I want a strict action against policy bazar. And provide my refund as soon as possible

              I have taken insurance of my car hp-06b-0203 through policy no.[protected] from policy bazar.
              My car meet an accident in feb 2018 and send my car to repair to j. P. Motors, solan.

              J. P. Solan lodged insurance claim of my car on 26.02.2018.

              Whenever, i am trying to get status of my insurance claim from policy bazar, they are putting the phone on hold by telling their claim executives are busy or they will call back within 2 days. Till date i have not got any reply or know the status of my refund claim.

                I bought health insurance policy last month and medical test was done by me your executive informed me that i ll get 1450 refund for medical test.
                It's almost one month i m taking follow up with you but no one is resolving the issue. I have already created more than 15 tickets for same issue but still it's not get resolved. I have attached policy details in the attachment.

                  I have purchased policy no.[protected] on 17/2/18 from policy bazaar. I have declared that I am diabetic patient and for that, I have submitted all the proofs like my id proof and my family members' id proof as well as my medical report which suggests that I am a diabetic patient.
                  I don't know policy bazaar agent has committed some mistake and it hasn't been reflected in the policy, for this constantly I am trying to contact and tell them to resolve but they are not resolving. Even I have submitted all these documents thrice to them as per requirement, but still, it has not been resolved. They(Policy bazaar) are saying that from Aditya Birla side below mentioned documents are required;
                  1. new Proposal Form
                  2. GST Annexure
                  3. Id proof of proposer and all insured members.
                  4. cancel cheque of proposer's account

                  Kindly understand it's not my fault its a matter between you and policy bazaar, so resolve it. Because at the time of purchase only I have declared it. It was the fault of some agent. Now I am not free to download and fill all the detail in the form, then after the scan it and mail it. also, if I would have to do all this then I would not have preferred such intermediary to purchase the policy, rather I would have directly purchased.
                  From both side I have been harassed, I have already paid the money. At the time of payment, no one is bothered about the signature of the client even then why this thing has been stretched unnecessarily.
                  If the matter is not been solved, then definitely I will go to consumer court against both policy bazaar and Aditya Birla health insurance both as no one trying to resolve the issue.

                  Even you can activate online portal for me as at the time of purchase you have provided to fill the data. I can do that but to resolve the issue whatever been remedy been suggested to me that is just unacceptable as its the fault of the agent of Policy bazaar.

                    Hi, i am anchal gupta. Policy bazaar fooled me for purchasing me bajaj allianz policy.
                    Just after sending them money after 1 day i realized this is wrong policy i am going to take so without submitting any documents i contacted policy bazaar to refund my money back so they are saying that money had to be given back by bajaj whereas calling bajaj saying policy bazaar had to return money back.

                    They are fooling me from past 12 days throwing the ball to bajaj and bajaj throwing back to policy bazaar.

                      I had submitted bills and provided required information on 7th feb, 2018 but after that haven't received anything from claim dept of policy bazaar or insurance company. I took follow up many times by mail and by calling them but it was just waste of time as they were keeping call on hold for long time and then call was getting disconnected.

                          I had purchased zero dep insurance policy for my car on 22nd april 2017 from policy bazaar and car insurance policy was issued by oriental insurance karol bagh, new delhi. My vehicle met with minor accident as my car wash hit from behind at traffic lights in /chandigarh. I lodged claim intimation with policy bazaar, but did not get any support from any executive. I made hundreds of calls to policy bazaar regarding claim settlement and talked with mr amit kumar in claim settlement deptt at policy bazaar. He could not arrange and provide me dealer in chandigarh for my car repairs. Mr amit kumar kept me on toes for seven hours and made me to shuttle from one dealer to other in chandigarh, wasting my fuel and time. Shame on policy bazaar people for their pathetic service and making fool of people. Now i will file complaint with consumer court

                            I signed up for an online health insurance policy on 2nd april 2018. After making the payment, they send me an email about the next steps which included medical examination. Since i am outside india and not available for medical examination, i lodged a cancellation request and request for refund on the very same day.

                            Their customer care ignores my refund request (Which i lodged couple of times through their website) and instead sends me a reminder email for medical examination every day.

However, I dont think a discussion on call will help as medical examination is mandatory for the policy I paid for, and I am not available in India for this. Thats why I requested for cancellation and the reason was clearly provided in my request. Policy bazaar cannot hold back my cancellation request with this excuse of not being able to reach on phone.

                            Please cancel my order and the earliest and refund the amount.

                            As per policy bazaar statement I don’t have to pay extra EMI so my eMi per month should be 1002 but I’m getting 1348 for the past four months !!!

                            For 12032 im paying for 16400 INR, which is not in the policy . Kindly refund the deducted amount and Make sure this is not happening in future months

                              Hi team,

                              I'am raising this complaint out of frustration.
                              This is regarding policy number :[protected].

                              Subject:- false commitment made.

                              Firstly i was not very much interested in buying the plan and had also asked the agent to give me some time to think before proceeding. However the agent lured me saying that there was some offer for today wherein i would get additional opd facility of rs.5000 and insisted me to buy it. When i asked him that what in case i wish to modify or cancel the plan. The agent told me that i have a period of 15 days to cancel the plan and there wont be any charges deducted for cancellation. At the time of buying the policy the agent had clearly committed that there wouldn't be any cancellation fee and the full amount will be refunded to me in case of cancellation. Now when i raised a request for cancellation i was told that there would be some charges which would get deducted on prorata basis. I ain't sure if it was a knowledge gap from your end. What i' am bothered is all about the commitment which was done to me and why should i bear the cancellation fee.

                              From the date of policy issuance i have received more than 10-15 calls from different agents. However no one really came up with a solution. They were more eager to get a cancellation email from my end to proceed with the cancellation part. I was trying to explain them my issue but no one was least bothered.

                              Finally i thought that instead of cancelling the plan wherein i need to bear a loss of rs 300-500, i will just understand the plan once again and continue with the same. I had some doubts with the opd facility. Hence i had asked to arrange for a callback from the sales dept. As requested, yesterday i received a call from the sales dept. This guy started explaining me the policy. However i was only eager about the opd part since i wanted a clarification on the terms and conditions (For ex - how many times can the opd facility be availed, upto what amount, what all are covered and what not). When he started explaining i was really surprised. According to him the opd facility can be availed any number of times and there aren't any restrictions to avail the facility. Also it is fully reimbursable. Due to my previous interactions with the other agents who had called me earlier i had lost my faith and doubted this guy too. Instead of blindly believing the agent i just asked him to drop me an email with the policy documentation which he was just explaining. He assured me of sending the same on my email. However i'am still waiting for the email.

                              Not sure as how can you sell a insurance policy when your agents themselves aren't sure about the plan nor are they capable of explaining things.

                              Some agents just keep me on hold for so long that i get tired and end up the call while some agents themselves are in so hurry that they disconnect the call.

                              Didn't expect this kind of service from a reputed service provider.

                              I believe you too have all the recordings handy so i insist you to go through those once. I' am very much sure that you too will realize that it was a mistake from your end. After so many calls i' am not even sure that which plan was been exactly issued and what all the plan contains.

                              Request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest and come up with a resolution.

                                I bought a health insurance policy via the website policy bazar around 27th dec 2016 along with rs 6500 worth of vouchers (That could be used for buying medicine and/or paying consultation charges of medical practitioners).

                                It is 3 months that the website has done nothing to provide these to me and every complaint that i make to them is followed up with calls from their call center asking me about the issue, and a promise to get back with the vouchers shortly.

                                I have tried in vain and think that i have been taken for a ride by this online marketing company. Please help get me a resolution.

                                For people trying to buy policies, please be very careful with what is promised to you and i would suggest that you get a upfront discount rather than be at their mercy and redoubtable offers of vouchers.

                                Policy baazar executive told me counter offer of IHO for 1 year with my policy before inrolememt of policy but still not getting same after inrolememt .

                                No change in status. POLICY BAZAR executives called me multiple times to say it was fixed. I got a message in the website to contact a email id of a Sumit - who never responded and now the website is back to where I started. No resolution and a lot of misleading information by the website in the interim.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  My date of birth is 29/03/1993. I wanted to purchase term insurance so i called policy bazaar on 28th march 2018 as my premium would have been increased the next day. I had a talk with one of their sales executive named "shadat khan".
                                  I told him that i wanted max life insurance and subsequently he told me the premium as per my term period and other details of my choice..
                                  Then he told me that he is sending mail through which i need to pay the premium. I then paid the premium of rs. 10561/- through that payment link on my mail id.
                                  I paid the amount and got the transaction id and application no. Which are mentioned at the end of this complaint. After paying amount i was opened with the form in which my basic details were filled.
                                  In that form i found that the date of birth filled by your representative "shadat khan" was incorrect. I told him the same that you please correct the date of birth mentioned in the application form. After that he said it will be done in 2 days.
                                  After 28th march i have been trying to call shadat khan but he is not picking my call.. Neither whenever i am trying to call the policybazaar helpline, they say we are arranging your call back, but never i received any call..

                                  I received a call today from one of the another representative that you send us a mail to cancel the policy and we will initiate the refund.
                                  But i dont need my refund, i want my policy as now my age has increased by 1 year and so as my premium has also increased by rs 700. But i had already payed policy bazaar with 10561 rs on 28th itself.. And its now their head ache that how they issue me my policy.. Why shoud i bear this increased premium that too for 46 years of my policy term.

                                  Policy bazaar has cheated on me.

                                    1.The health app Activ Health of Aditya Birla is not working at all...even after communication with customer care number of service center...[protected]

I told Agent that I had hypertension in past years...although not taking medicine for it...and I wanted to mention this as pre existing disease...She said it can be modified during verification call and when I got call I was told that engineers will again call me to rectify the policy and mention hypertension as preexisting disease...I got no call afterwards.
                                    3. There is no network of Aditya birla in My home state H.P. and I got misguided by agent in this matter.She named avilability of one hospital in Mandi...
                                    4. The information given to me about by agent on no claim bonus was that Insurer will get 60% bonus in first year ...60% bonus in 2nd year and 10% each for 3rd ..4th and 5th year ...With total 50% bonus...This is also not written in document...

                                    5. WellNess Policy :
                                    I was told that wellness policy will be issued to me with in 15 day or on 15th day..I have got no information regarding this.
                                    Keeping in view of poor services (Non functional Activ Health app) of Aditya Birla Group ...and unsatisfactory services of Policy Bazar.com I want to want to surrender my policy today itself...
                                    Please refund my full amount of Rs. 13042/- as quick as possible...
                                    Otherwise I have to resort to higher alternatives...

                                    Without any DOB documents & Medical Tests and false information about aditya birla health insurance, this insurance was approved by policy bazar.com to me which shows they are concerned only with selling policies without any authenticity

                                    Otherwise I have to resort to higher alternatives...
