Hi i ordered realme 6 4gb 64gb mobile last[protected] i paid the total amount too.after 3days 23.01.2021 i got the call from executive and mobile is out of stock after that same day 23.01.2021 i get alert from poorvika mobiles and realme 6 mobile is available ordered now so then i called to poorvika customer care and confirm about that model realme 6 is available ? executive told me yes available order now and he sent a link nd he said following steps to order nd paid 2nd time but now they told today again stock is unavailable today is the last day for republic offer in all sites so i need my amount today or need same product otheriwse i will complaint in consumer act i have all proofs call records 4executives talked to me and ordered me to order a mobile

    I thought Poorvika was a big brand, I never expected this from you, so unethical and gimmick to get good traffic for your website during the offer period.

    I got a notification from your Poorvika official website about offers on oppo reno 2z phones then I enquired with your support system they gave the confirmation, following the same I ordered reno 2z phone by paying through credit card and waited for 3 days but I didn't receive my phone so today evening I enquired with customer care and they gave a very neglect answer that it's out of stock and we can't deliver it (Actually I order on Flipkart and later cancelled it only to order from your site) I fell for your foul play. Now in other online sites, they have increased the prices.

    You have completely lost the credibility, better I get my phone or else I am going to write negatively about your brand on every possible social media platform with evidence be it quora, FB, Twitter, Instagram, google review and in my blog. And even I go to consumer court and file a case against you.

    Note: Keep some ethics before you do the business and know the importance of customer

      We have purchased a power bank in 03rd March 2020 in poorvikamobiles, N.usman road.it was not working from the month of Dec 2020 itself. As it was 1 year warranty, we went to return it by 10th of Jan 2021.Being a sales executive, he just like blindly says that the box for that powerbank given will be required along with bill and powerbank while returning back, but nowhere it was written that cover is mandatory. Also, he is strongly arguing that it was 6 months warranty.He dint even listen to our words that we have seen it as 365 days warranty. Then we again went on 11th of Jan 2021 and returned it back. After showing the box with 1year warranty, he dint said any single word.

      He said us to come by wednesday or Thursday ie., 13th or 14th Jan 2021, we called him on 14th Jan 2021 for collecting the replaced one. He said that as it was a pongal festival, he asked us
      to come by after Monday I.e., on 18th of Jan.So, I called them by 23rd Jan for collecting it.Executive is saying that to come by Sunday morning as approval is pending.

      For replacement how could they take these much days. It's not at all fair.i am going to that place everytime from tambaram which is far from that place.

      Poorvika has providing the worst service and hospitality for the customers who are going for repair and replacement.
      We need a proper action.

        He is very bad character person. I am not expecting the gift.just take action on him

                Festival Greetings!
                I have visited your Nanganallur poorvika showroom on 16th Jan 21, to enquire about a Samsung S series phone. I have not been guided until I have called for some assistance. After a random visit I have called one of the salespeople to give some updates on the Samsung S series. He has given some tips and updated on the new series.
                Also, iam looking for an exchange offer with my Samsung galaxy note 5. I have also asked for some extra accessories for the new phone after purchase (A complimentary scratch proof) same was accepted by the sales person. And they offered me 3000 INR for my exchange phone of 2 old phones (Samsung & Sony). However, Iam not happy with the exchange price quoted. Since I have told them to consider my offer and left from there. And the sales person confirmed to me that he will call me with the update, Infact, apart from the exchange offer I would like to utilise the EMI option with no cost, since it will not be feasible for me to pay at one time.
                On the next day I received a call from the sales person, before finalising the deal I confirmed that you are okay with my requirements, he replied that it will be discussed in the showroom, and he asked me to urge at the earliest. And also assured some festival gifts on home appliances. I have visited the showroom again once I entered and I have not discussed what I have requested for. But I have been told to wait for 5 mins, unfortunately I have waited for almost half an hour. And also I was in a hurry for some functions with my two kids.
                The salesperson came with a new phone and asked me to pay for the balance amount apart from the exchange price. In prior he assured me with a 6 months EMI option with a debit card, he tried using my 2 debit cards for the EMI option.But later i came to know it will not be done by debit card, and this will be applicable for the credit card holders.
                Later, I have not been given any time to think and he ask me for the balance in my card to charge for the full cash. And he charged 24500 INR from my card. Since I was in a hurry I left the shop after the payment. I came in the evening and told him that my request was not considered. Moreover, he started arguing he did not assure any complimentary accessories. I was shocked and I left with no answer. Later I decided to cancel my exchange offer and paid 2500 additional as full and final payment. And the cashier was very rude after my payment was done. This is how you will treat your customer.
                I feel I was cheated with a fake promise and, I have been also told that there will be a cash back offer after 120 working days, and there was no proof given for that.I have lost INR 27000 wherein, i am not opted for in one shot.
                Why should I pay the full amount when I choose the EMI option?To increase your sales target Poorvika will go for any extent?How do you expect us to think again when we think of mobile?Don't deal with customers on fake promises!
                I may be the one customer but I don't recommend my kith and kins to buy from poorvika. This was my worst experience with Poorvika and I have been fleased for no fault of mine. Herewith, I would request you to educate your sales person with some proper civic and ethics senses. This will be my last visit with poorvika.
                Very worst and poor customer management.No priority for customer satisfaction.

                          I got a mobile on Saturday and it was not working when I went to return it they behaviour was very bad . Today I went to ask what happened and the billing guys language was abusive . I can deal this legally and make a big issue but I don’t want to . I want you to take necessary action and enquiry on that guy before I complaint . He got my bill he dint return my phone r bill .

                            I got karbon mobile at kuniyamuthur poorvika on 23 or 24 December. Within half an hour mobile gor very hot and i returned to shop. The said again if complain comes bring back. The next day i again went and showed them. They made me to walk for a week and got mobile from me and its 10 days that everyday they r telling its not ready.and service centre not working.. very worst treatment and experience. I request you to take action and replace new mobile or money and wil next visit poorvika once again. Worst experience

                                Hi, I did purchase a phone in one o[censored]r stores in Thiruvanmiyur, the phone wasn’t working well. I went there again to ask about the defect where the cashier at Thiruvanmiyur near Jayanthi theatre treated me like a ### which is offensive even against human right act. I do have the evidence of the incident. I really am wired about the incident. I promise I would go to any extent to raise the alarm!
                                I have not added the video below just for to see ur attention on problem that has no attached files!
                                I would not hesitate to publish them online!

                                    I have purchased a VivoY20 phone in Gopalan Mall, Bangalore showroom on Jan 1st 2021. They informed that free insurance service will be provided for 1 year as a new year offer and quoted the price of the phone to be 14, 350. However they have billed the phone only for Rs. 12, 990 and the insurance coverage has been billed for 1, 399.
                                    When I checked with the store to cancel the insurance it was refused which is unfair since this was not informed prior to billing. Kindly cancel the insurance coverage and refunded the amount and also I had requested for change in name and address of my Bill details which has also been rejected. I have attached the bill copy for reference.
                                    It is kindly requested to cancel the insurance since it was very unfair and requested to change my bill details as per the request submitted at the store.

                                      I had bought a vivo v20 mobile on the time of deepavali, and I had won a gift but they are not giving my gift, instead they are telling me to come next like this they had completed two months, this is how they treat the customers, till now they had not give the gift yet.😠😠
                                      Otherwise tell me if you are willing to give me a gift or not, if not I would never gone to ask a gift

                                        Dear Poorvika,

                                        I have purchased an iPhone 11 64gb Red variant from you (order ID 652750) through which I had made a huge loss.
                                        Once I decided to purchase iPhone 11 I found that poorvika offered the best rate in market and also in addition there was a cash back offer from HDFC.Since I had an HDFC credit card I thought poorvika would be the best place to buy the phone.

                                        I have contacted the poorvika store near me (Mall of Travancore, Trivandrum) and enquired about the stock.They have also offered to help me do the CCEMI online and claim the cash back, if I visit the store.

                                        Once I reached the store one guy from the counter, most probably a newbie came for my help.He directed me to do my EMI and finally he mislead me through a different path and I had lost my cash back offer and the no cost EMI

                                        I have already told the store staffs that I came to the store so that I can avail the HDFC offer but only after completing the offer the store manager had told me that i wouldn’t get the offer unless I went through PinePG option while doing the payment.

                                        Then I asked them to cancel my order so that I can place the order in the right way after 7 days when the amount is credited back.but they didn’t help me in this matter and insisted that I take the product home as cancellation is not permitted

                                        I didn’t have any choice than to take the product and go home as they were about to close the shop.Befre leaving they insisted on opening the packaging, saying that exchange or return is not available if the product is defective which I had to do.

                                        If I had been served what I asked for, I could have bought the phone at a no cost EMI and a cash back of 5000 which would cost me only 48400 Rs in total for the phone and that is the reason I approached the poorvika store.

                                        But now due to the absolute negligence of the counter guy and the ignorant store manager who assigned a new comer for a premium brand phone purchase dealing, I had to pay almost 58000rs (including EMI interest) for the phone

                                        I request the concerned department to take this matter seriously and give a satisfactory solution for the huge financial loss I had incurred.

                                        I herewith attach the copy of invoice along with this mail.
