I got karbon mobile at kuniyamuthur poorvika on 23 or 24 December. Within half an hour mobile gor very hot and i returned to shop. The said again if complain comes bring back. The next day i again went and showed them. They made me to walk for a week and got mobile from me and its 10 days that everyday they r telling its not ready.and service centre not working.. very worst treatment and experience. I request you to take action and replace...

Chennai..They told by night I will get bill copy through mail but till bow 11th Jan I have not received bill copy and not answering calls..very bad experience in treating customer and I will document everything to publish with my groups...I need response on this compliant asap...

I, customer ill treated by staff

Hi, I did purchase a phone in one o[censored]r stores in Thiruvanmiyur, the phone wasn’t working well. I went there again to ask about the defect where the cashier at Thiruvanmiyur near Jayanthi theatre treated me like a ### which is offensive even against human right act. I do have the evidence of the incident. I really am wired about the incident. I promise I would go to any extent to raise the alarm!

I have purchased a VivoY20 phone in Gopalan Mall, Bangalore showroom on Jan 1st 2021. They informed that free insurance service will be provided for 1 year as a new year offer and quoted the price of the phone to be 14, 350. However they have billed the phone only for Rs. 12, 990 and the insurance coverage has been billed for 1, 399.

IPhone 11 purchase

Dear Poorvika,

I have purchased an iPhone 11 64gb Red variant from you (order ID 652750) through which I had made a huge loss.
Once I decided to purchase iPhone 11 I found that poorvika offered the best rate in market and also in addition there was a cash back offer from HDFC.Since I had an HDFC credit card I thought poorvika would be the best place to buy the phone.

Mobile exchange

I purchased oppo reno 3 pro from poorvika (Electronic city phase 2 store) on[protected] and same day and same time i tried to exchange my mobile but they declined to do this. I already escalated this issue to poorvika and i am waiting for reply from them. If this will not resolved then i am ready to take legal action against Poorvika.

I told them that I need separate invoices (bills) for mobile phone and screen glass. That's why I made separate payments. For the mobile, I paid through CREDIT CARD and for the screen glass, I paid CASH.
