I have visited your Nanganallur poorvika showroom on 16th Jan 21, to enquire about a Samsung S series phone. I have not been guided until I have called for some assistance. After a random visit I have called one of the salespeople to give some updates on the Samsung S series. He has given some tips and updated on the new series.
Also, iam looking for an exchange offer with my Samsung galaxy note 5. I have also asked for some extra accessories for the new phone after purchase (A complimentary scratch proof) same was accepted by the sales person. And they offered me 3000 INR for my exchange phone of 2 old phones (Samsung & Sony). However, Iam not happy with the exchange price quoted. Since I have told them to consider my offer and left from there. And the sales person confirmed to me that he will call me with the update, Infact, apart from the exchange offer I would like to utilise the EMI option with no cost, since it will not be feasible for me to pay at one time.
On the next day I received a call from the sales person, before finalising the deal I confirmed that you are okay with my requirements, he replied that it will be discussed in the showroom, and he asked me to urge at the earliest. And also assured some festival gifts on home appliances. I have visited the showroom again once I entered and I have not discussed what I have requested for. But I have been told to wait for 5 mins, unfortunately I have waited for almost half an hour. And also I was in a hurry for some functions with my two kids.
The salesperson came with a new phone and asked me to pay for the balance amount apart from the exchange price. In prior he assured me with a 6 months EMI option with a debit card, he tried using my 2 debit cards for the EMI option.But later i came to know it will not be done by debit card, and this will be applicable for the credit card holders.
Later, I have not been given any time to think and he ask me for the balance in my card to charge for the full cash. And he charged 24500 INR from my card. Since I was in a hurry I left the shop after the payment. I came in the evening and told him that my request was not considered. Moreover, he started arguing he did not assure any complimentary accessories. I was shocked and I left with no answer. Later I decided to cancel my exchange offer and paid 2500 additional as full and final payment. And the cashier was very rude after my payment was done. This is how you will treat your customer.
I feel I was cheated with a fake promise and, I have been also told that there will be a cash back offer after 120 working days, and there was no proof given for that.I have lost INR 27000 wherein, i am not opted for in one shot.
Why should I pay the full amount when I choose the EMI option?To increase your sales target Poorvika will go for any extent?How do you expect us to think again when we think of mobile?Don't deal with customers on fake promises!
I may be the one customer but I don't recommend my kith and kins to buy from poorvika. This was my worst experience with Poorvika and I have been fleased for no fault of mine. Herewith, I would request you to educate your sales person with some proper civic and ethics senses. This will be my last visit with poorvika.
Very worst and poor customer management.No priority for customer satisfaction.
