We've bought nokia mobile for my wife with ADLD Insurance . Before 2 months in an accident the mobile screen got broken . We contacted nearby poorvika showroom and the done the procedure.
The phone was picked up at home and after 15-18 days it was returned in a parcel as it was sent WITHOUT BEEN REPAIRED....

I have brought FG antimicrobial film S/N [protected] from Bijapur unit, the product is worst I have ever seen and charged Rs.820 and service issue faced from all staff especially from employee Mr. Ravikumar Sunagar emp no 11302 and Miss.Shashista kudachi 17554 . While selling the products they have miscommunicated everything about the product and now they are telling not possible to exchange the product....

I ordered OnePlus Nord Phone from Poorvika Online Website on 13-aug-2022 and received the phone.
But cannot to see the invoice receipt from Poorvika website under my account after 6 months.
Poorvika never mentioned in their website that we are clearing old orders list from users account after 6 months. Ideally they should not do this without user consent.

This kind of behavior is not acceptable
From next time I won't recommend any to purchase from poorvika and neither will I....

Myself named Suresh have been complaining stating that I have received a refurbished product Realme 10 Pro 5G (Nebula Blue 68GB- 128GB) and it's not working at all on Online Order number 3040407.

I've been telling right from the beginning that the phone already had pre-installed apps before I could install but the Poorvika team checked the IMEI number and said no, it was activated only on Jan 12th.
