Overcharging and misbehaving

Hello,

I have a complaint against "poorvika mobiles private limited" store in triplicane, chennai. I bought a samsung c5212i mobile phone with a 2 gb memory card and with no guarantee for the phone on 21-oct-2011 for rs 4250 altogether.

Then just next day, i found the phone to be faulty since i was not able to hear the voice in the ear piece properly and so i decided to take it to poorvika to get it...

Hi this is Dr sabari J I have bought LG fridge 308L and after the delivery there is no proper communication even after 4 days for installation from neither Poorvika or LG. Also I have handed over old fridge that I am using as a scrap. Address bought is Poorvika Thoraipakkam appliances. Please take necessary action or else I will handover the product for refund. Attached is my bill copy

    Review:
    I purchased a Dell Inspiron 3520 laptop from Poorvika Simmakal, Madurai, on June 15, 2024. The laptop came with a free laptop bag as a promotional offer, which was promised to be delivered within two weeks. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have still not received the bag.
    I have visited the showroom twice and called several times, but the staff has been unresponsive and unhelpful. This is a clear breach of the terms of my purchase and a significant inconvenience.
    I am filing this complaint with the Indian Consumer Complaint Forum to seek redressal for this issue. I expect a timely resolution and the delivery of the promised laptop bag.

        Hi Team,

        I have purchased S23 (8GB+128GB) from Poorvika mobiles MR Nagar branch.
        I have bought this phone to gift my close relative. As soon i gave the phone to person he have asked me that i can claim this purchase from my office. So i requested Poorvika branch to make the changes in the invoice ( include company name and GST number). they promised that they will make the changes and will update you through call or email. But today, all of sudden they said this is not possible and denying it. This changes can be easily done in system. i don't know why Poorvika MR nagar branch not willing to do it.
        only thing they are going to do is change of name from individual to company name and GST number. However GST filing only happens only on month end. Can someone please look into it and help me to fix this issue ASAP, it would be greatly appreciated.

        Still the problem is not fixed and not resolved. Poorvika mobile MR nagar branch is not willing to accept my request and change the details. however this is very simple and easy request which can be done within same billing month. without providing solution how this can be changed to resloved ??? kindly reopen this complaint

          As we discussed on the phone, in response to your concern, the relevant showroom staffs sent your product to the Karaikudi branch, which is required to login to the corresponding service centre located in Karaikudi. However, you decided to buy another brand and needed to exchange the product in our store. And in our karaikudi branch that you exchanged your old Itel phone for a new Oppo phone, which you were also satisfied with. As per our request, kindly resolve the issue through the Indian consumer forum as agreed.

          Your feedback on the Sivaganga branch is very important to us; we will certainly look into it and ensure that it does not happen again.

              I have purchased vivo mobile From Poorvika frazer town on 15th November 2023 and the purchase was done through the my idfc Credit Card with 3 month emi options.

              The time of purchase, that models are having a cash back offer of Rs.[protected] Brand cash back & 491 emi cash back ) and they have mentioned in invoice cash back amount will be credited with in 90days.

              Almost 100 (3 months EMI paid) days crossed and till now I don’t have received any cash back amount for the phone.

              2 times i have visited the frazer town branch, 1 st day they said vivo promotor is not available today "come tomorrow" and second day i visited and the staff said after 12:00 o clock manager will come, i should come that time only.

              They dont give any value for my time, and cash back also not credited.

                Hi, worst experience I hv purchased so many items from ur shop
                And regarding this tawa …Annaagar shanti colony branch one sales Grl name Pavi she only coordinating
                I had informed this concern over phone call to Poorvika the next day itslef but no response got ..the later only I got this Grl and communicated ..I hv all voice records and chat she interacted with me
                She asked me to return the item to store since I m not well can’t travel due to health issue, I hv send it through donzo that tawa also she mentioned me particularly that if I hv that box and bill along with that means she wil get refund or option for getting other product that that amount …
                Aftr 2 weeks follow up that Grl Aftr that tawa got serviced by company it has come I can use the product …the image she send is from some home there is floor mat etc and she send me photo keeping on floor …I dnt kw wat is gng on here ..wat servise u can do in tawa ..I return it back Becoz its discolouration and worst item
                Here with I m attaching the product and bill I have send
                Also sharing the last 2 images that Grl Pavi she send me aftr saying it’s been serviced by servise ppl
                Plz go through
                I dnt want this item I need refund of this item or any other nonstick item for same prise or if I hv to pay extra amount for that also fine

                    According to the respective team, the product price is Rs.79990 only, but when you purchase the product, the respective apple brand provided cash back Rs.4499.40 and the brand's instant discount of Rs.5000 are applied, and the balance amount is Rs.70490.60, which the customer paid and purchased from us. As a result, we need to provide each customer with a bill copy showing the amount they paid for the mobile only. And we explicitly stated in the email the product price, as well as in the invoice bill copy, that the brand subvention cash back and instant discount, with the remaining balance amount of Rs.70490 paid only by the customer. And we have sent a copy of the invoice bill for the amount we collected from the customer and we clearly mentioned the amount details for your reference.

                        I have bought I phone from Poorvika- Vijayapur branch on 24th Nov 2023 by using my interstate GST, after payment of bills store manager told he will giving the GST (IGST) bills within a week. After 1 week he replied there will cyclone in chennai bill generating getting delayed. Again after 2 week I approached to store manager and clearly he denied and told us government has changed the rules on inter state GST and they will not issuing interstate GST bills (IGST) to anyone.

                        If Poorvika is not ready to give the IGST bills to customer means, why should poorvika collected my GST amount ??

                        Please take care of this and help me to get my ITC by filing GST.

                        If government has changed the GST rules means, can you please share the copy of amendment.

                            Note : Poorvika mobiles and apple service and Apple iPhone is completely very worst service. This is my hard earned money I happily bought new iPhone 14 but finally I felt very very bad. I need replacement.

                            I was used many mobiles but iPhone i felt very bad because of issues I am facing frequently I am not getting permanent solution for this if I bought new iPhone if anything happens or frequently I am facing lot of issues means need to replace my iPhone right ? they saying temporary solution I have Submitted all proofs but no proper permanent solution .I bought apple iPhone in Poorvika I have faced front camera issue and hanging issue I have faced this issue on 2nd day itself I have asked Poorvika not getting proper information I didn’t get replaced then frequently I have faced camera issue and hanging issue I follow up Poorvika they told me to visit apple service centre I have visited but they kept my mobile up to 3 days but they told me mobile is in observation state after 1 days I asked they told me no issue we observed but I have raised multiple case id i have submitted up to 7 to 8 videos proofs but still I didn’t get proper replacement and service I don’t need service this is my new mobile how can I accept service but In apple service centre they did diagnostic test and ios update software os update every thing they did but I am facing the same issue repeatedly. They apple service centre asked me to submit my new mobile up to 5 days they need to send my mobile to Bangalore I have given but they didn’t submit. In apple service centre is saying if you give means surely display or camera will be change how can I accept this without my permission. Apple how can they will do in new mobile Both apple service centre and Poorvika centre is very worst I didn’t get permanent proper response and service. I am completely worried about why I bought iPhone 14. Please anyone help me I need proper permanent solution or replacement.

                                  Purchased Nokia mobile from Poorvika Adyar.                                     Team Poorvika,
                                    I have purchased S23 ultra at Rs.134000/- from Poorvika in sholinganallur on 21 July 2023 thru Samsung finance. The sales team Ganesh and store manager were handling me on that day. I have been given a commitment that they can offer me the power adaptor 35w and the screen protector without cost of both and to take this phone (S23 ultra) and closed the sale. Since they don't have adaptor on 21 July 2023 they asked me collect the power adaptor & screen guard and also the invoice of the mobile phone by next day i.e 22 July 2023. Since I was on travel I cud not collect it and today 23 July 2023 I came to the shop all the way from Thiruvanmiyur to collet them. It was very unfortunate that they are asking money for the power adaptor against their own commitment that confirmed.. The sales person who commitment me absolutely denying the fact. Now I understand the basic intention of the sales personnel who cud commit and never honour. When I ask them they are not interested to support in any manner. when I ask for escalation matrix of contact no. they denied to share the same and given customer care no. who is not reachable today. Hence, I am writing this matter to you to look into this matter immediately and thot that I will not get any support from Poorvika team while understanding the behavior of the team in Sholinganallur by committing and not honoring to the customer and how cud I have good relationship. Or association with them going forward.

                                    I am not interested to move forward with any forum but the manner how the concern of mine is taken, will determine.

                                    None of the team from Support, Escalation and other could able to resolve my concern or issues till today.

                                    This is very unfortunate that you guys do not value the complaint from the customer. My complaint towards the issue is the same thing that the sales team or executive committed and agreed to give me temper glass and power adaptor 35 watss from samsung brand but after sales and bill.they denied to give me the same. This is my complaint. Now you are trying close this complaint saying that the they didn't give any committment. This is unfair justice from the Poorvika Mobile Team that too from the escalation team. This is not all fair resolution This is not acceptable.

                                    Not only sales executive and Branch Manager, the entire support team and escalation Team.is not fair to handle this situation.

                                    You guys lost the trust from the customer like us..

                                    Pls.share me the owner no. or General.manager no.
