I made a purchase of LG Wing mobile (IMEI Number 1: [protected]) from Poorvika store, Chennai in the month of December dated 26.12.2020 with an offer of 10% cashback using Hdfc debit card option.I have done the transaction using the same.

I had purchased a laptop - levovo ideapad S340 at the nearest store in davangere of 54999/- on 5th July 2021 at 12:00pm and i got an used laptop inside the box so I returned it. Need customer satisfaction

Good morning...
Yesterday(4/4/21) evening my mother had a call with me and told me her mobile was a problem. So you have to buy a new mobile when you get home.

Warranty replacement issue

Full description of the incident: We went and bought true beats bluetooth wireless headset. While purchasing the same, they told mobile stand is free. I particularly asked if it is free, then give it else I don't want. The amount of true beats in poorvika is 2299 including SGST abd CGST. frustrated to know that there is no return policy

My husband got me an iphone se 2020 from ekkatuthangal branch, chennai as a surprise wedding anniversary gift. As i am already using iphone series mobiles i wanted to exchange it to buy iphone xr but when i contacted the customer service and the branch i received such an irresponsible answers that once goods sold cannot be replaced. Even i told them i dint even open the mobile box, it’s perfectly sealed still it cannot be replaced itseems....

no cashback received

I have purchased a iphone xr on 14th of april 2019 with 5% poorvika cashback (Rs.2000) and 10% hdfc cash back in iyypanthangal showroom.
I was told by poorvika sales person that i will receive poorvika cashback in one month and hdfc cashback in 6 months.
I got poorvika cashback in one month but my hdfc cashback is not credited till date.

beware fraud company selling counterfeit and refurbished phones
