Dear sir / mam

I would like to share my experience when I visited poorvike show room - Tumkur - 572102

1. When I visited poorvika there is no proper guidance for customers

2 I planned to purchase MOTOg60 mobile, the actually price is 14999rs but in poorvika they informed us 16500rs, even I get same model mobile number for online price means why can't get same product for same price in poorvika show room..?? So I need clarity on this..

3. Well even we purchased same model mobile ( moto G60 ) as discussed with staff and they informed us to do online transaction for payment

4. As per discussion with center incharge Basvaraju we did online payment using poorvika website at 2.08pm and amount is deducted from my account and we clear the payment as per ur staff guide lines

5. Once payment done we asked bill and product but Basavaraj and there staff informed us payment is not yet credited so wait for some time

6. we wait till 4pm but we didn't found any solution, instead of solution they started arruging and rude behivlour with us

7. whole day we didn't get product and as well refund also, so asked plz refund the amount or else provide the product but again they started arraignments and wait some more time really I am feel so worst with behivours of Basvaraj and staff

8. The whole day I wasted for this reason, I hope Time is more precious then any thing

As of today I didn't get product or didn't get amount refund, based on trust we make the payment using poorvika website, but really I loose hope and trust on poorvika

So kindly suggest, whom I have to ask here, whose fault here.? I need clarity on this or else I will intiate the same mail to higher authority

    Hi Sir,
    (Invoice No-GSI/KAKU/3252)
    I Purchased a Samsung phone from Poorvika on 02/09/2022, during the conversation they promote me to buy a “ Beard trimmer ( MI – Xiami )” which they intent to give me at 50% discount, so I agreed and bought it, but that trimmer not working on my first use, so I went to the showroom, show them the faulty machine and complaint about that …
    They simply blame me that, I have damaged that Trimmer, even I have explained everything, the salesman just ignore me,
    The salesman not even took me to his higher level staff, even though all the staffs hearing my conversation with the sales man ( no crowd in the shop, it was 11 AM ) no one approach me to hear,
    It was a bad experience with poorvika, Please check it out with your staffs,
    I hope, you will reply me after your investigation on this issue .

    Please don’t promote the buyers to buy the scraps which you could not take responsibility on that product.

      Purchased one plus mobile in April
      And phone is not working properly on 2nd September during purchase they had committed to get the phone serviced if any issues and now they are telling not in our scope u only have to visit

        I am siva, I have purchased a basic handset in nokia 105 for my father in vinayakar chathurthi with my wife and children.

        Nobody interested to sell the phone. I am shocked . people like this trained or not I don't know.

        One thousand is a money, even one rupee also a money, you have not interested to sell the phone, why do you keep for shopping.

        After ending every sale they appreciated vide claps. But after my purchase no one should claps. This incident I know what you are.

        This way is not good for your business.

          Dear sir

          I have purchased a iphone 12 and also a protect mobile insurance in singaperumal koil poorvika branch on march 05th 2022 through bajaj finserv in zero downpayment and zero interest. But they have charged 5000 from me as a downpayment from me. I am unaware of this system. I bought this mobile to gift my husband. Once i gifted this to my hubby, he checked the bill and then we came to know that we were wrongly charged. So we came to the branch and asked about this. Initially they havent accepted their mistake. Then after showing all the proofs, they tried to convince us that, the headset and charger were adjusted in that amount. But during the mobile selling the salesman said, please put a mobile protect plan and ill make the protect plan in bajaj emi and pay just 1000 we will give headset and charger as complementary. After checking all the bills we came to know that we were charged 5000 extra. After that branch manager said we wont provide anything as complementary, the sales man given wrong commitment to you. Even after[protected] was shortage. But as a customer no mistake was in our part. Then we decided to given online complaint, after that the manager said us, we can give the cash back so that please get some gifts for adjusting this amount, so we accepted and havent given online complaint. But till today we have nit received anything from poorvika. For the past 10years my family is a poorvika customer. Kindly consider the truth and investigate this matter and provide us a proper solution)

            Dear sir.
            I have purchased a smart watch on you Haveri karnataka branch poorvika store on 17th aug 22 evening 8.30 invoice number GSI/HAVE/2969. I found next day morning that watch screen guming was slightly open went showroom and given back the watch but still nw i have not received replacement i have visited 4time to showroom manager will tell same item is not plz bye another brand watch for that i have to pay extra that is not possible for me please if possible refund me back my billing amount or do the need full also store customer follow up is worst thay have keept that follow up book for show i thing evey time i viaited they told will call you back when we receive that product from 20 days single call has not come to me this is how thay do customer support plz do the need full ASAP watting for replay

                I purchased Samsung A53 Mobile on Poorvika at Chidambaram Show room on 23-Aug-2022, the mobile price was 32, 999 RS and Charger price was 1, 248 RS on Poorvika Online website, but Chidambaram Poorvika Sales executive charged me 36, 742 RS for mobile and charger. So I asked them reason for overpriced, they said that we are providing gifts so that we are charging 36, 742 RS, but i didn't ask them to provide gift.. even though if it is gift, price should be within the mobile price. should not exceed from the mobile price. then i raised complaint in poorvika customer care executive, but there is no action on my complaint and they said that show room will charge only extra 500 from the Poorvika online website. I have the audio conversation with Chidambaram Sales executive and customer executive. I request you to kindly take proper action on this. i can submit relevant bill for mobile purchase.

                      I had bought a new One plusBluetooth head phone from their Poorvika mobile show room at Palavinayakar Kovil Street, Thoothukudi, as the head phone was repaired, I have given it to be replaced under warranty.
                      It's been 10 days today.
                      But till today they did not give the headphone.
                      They reply that it will take another 15 days.
                      Please intervene and end it quickly.

                        I have lost my Invoice i need Duplicate invoice. If any details required to getting the invoice please let me know.
                        I hope I'll be getting the invoice i could seen in the dashboard most of the issues are resolved and most of the customers are satisfied.

                        Actually i was lost my mobile on 22nd so I need to register the complainant and file FIR against Missing so please take it as high priority so that I can register the FIR asap.

                                I have purchased Zeb fit6220CH (with calling) -bamlack:zebronics: G-smart watch, IMEI NO 1: [protected] from poorvika mobiles shop at Dharapuaram Road in Tiruppur.on 06/02/2022 vide invoice number GSI/TRP4/7503.I KINDLY NOTICE YOU THAT THE ABOVE SAID WATCH BATTERY FAILED.I HAVE RIGHT TO CLAIM THE WARRANTY OF THE SAID BATTERY OF THE WATCH FROM SERVICE CENTRE OF POORVIKA AND THE REFUSED SO I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO CHANGE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OF WATCH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                      Hi Team, I am from Trichy and I bought a new phone (Samsung Galaxy A33 5g )in the month of May, I was using this mobile for past 2 months and facing issues while calling and speaking. I have informed in the initial stage (first week) to the employee of this Poorvika branch ( No 19/Bharathidasan Salai, Trichy -620001) that I am facing some issues over this new phone while speaking .The issues was that receiver end is hearing some noise while talking. They informed me that it may be a network issue, But recently I am facing the issue that nobody can hear while speaking, so I was going to Samsung Authorized Service Center and they clearly mentioned that We cannot exchange the product, we can exchange the part and we can rectify the problem. So I reach back Poorvika showroom for this Same issue, why Should I pick this phone with this defect, they informed me its 2 months so we cant replace, Then what's the matter of buying a new phone?? Everyone can repair their old phone and they can keep as such right. Poorvika cant even help the customer by replacing the product why the hell they are selling the product while talking to the customer they may fall under their words, still they cant even help with replacement, why they are selling phones? If you cant help the customers what is usage of having showroom and Big authorized name, If customer care Or the mobile showroom cant help, If not give me the number of Poorvika's CEO or General manager- Better will reach him and I can explain the problem which I am facing. I can go the higher officials and I can raise the complaint. You guys are not selling the mobile for free. Better Help us If not please shut your Poorvika showroom . Why the hell you people are running a company, If you cant do a favour or help.
