I bought a dongle in Poorvika Appliances, Chrompet, on 10/12/2022, around 9:00 pm ..while buying the product an employee 'Divya' from the same branch informed me that the product will work at upto 150 Mbps and they gave a guarantee that it will do so to a minimum of 30mbps..after i reached home and tried the product the maximum speed attained was 2 mbps..This is complete injustice and fraudulent..when I went for a replacement they not only was not helpful but instead insulted us and started shouting.. unfortunately my friend informed that she has had similar experience from the same branch..the product cost was 2200rs..this is unfair and they are just looting us ..their behaviour was nice till we bought the product..when I went to return/exchange it they just shouted at us ..kindly take a strict action against this injustice

      I am leena gyanwani, I purchased my mobile from poorvika mobiles in mandya karnataka in exchange. And they did not gave me proper price for my Old mobile instead they said we will give u 3 set good quality trolley bag after 2 days. But till now they have not given me and I have gone to shop for 3 times and they just did fraud with me. Now I want my whole money refund 29000 from poorvika mobile. I will file complaint in govt. Consumer care.

          On date 5th November 2022, I purchased a Vivo Y75 mobile phone from Poorvika Mobile Private Limited, P J Extension, Main road Davangere, PIN:577002, Karnataka. They shown me mobile box which was Glowing Galaxy coloured. They assured me the mobile phone was the same picture printed on top of the box. After bill paid, I opened it at my home, but colour of the mobile phone was starlight block. But I need Glowing Galaxy colour, and I demanded at first my wishing colour. I contacted the shopkeeper and told what happened in shop. The event was recorded in their CCTV camera. They straightly rejected my request. I request you solve the problem and ordering them to provide me my wishing colour mobile phone.

            I have Purchased Galaxy S8 ULTRA on 25oct2022. Poorvika executive has offered me saying u vl b getting keyboard for this model in offer price till now the offer has not been updated in the samsung shop to avail it.               On 19th Oct 2022, my son along with my wife went to Poorvika Mobiles, West Tambaram Branch with an intention to purchase an Apple I Phone 14 Pro . The plan was to purchase on one year monthly EMI. the cost of the mobile was Rs.140000/- (approx) . Hence, after viewing the specifications etc., at the time of payment, it was decided to take the payment in two parts. For a payment of Rs.50900/-, my HDFC credit card details were obtained and after entering OTP the amount was debited from my account. Further it was not possible to collect the balance amount on that day as the credit was not reflecting with the representative Paytm A/c. Then on 23.10.2022, I went with family and paid the balance amount of Rs.86900/- from my card and that amount was converted to 12 months EMI. Now the problem I faced is
              (1) I am not able to convert the transaction of Rs.50900/- in 12 months EMI and the rate of interest is showing as 21.84% for One Year.
              (2) Since the payment was made in two strokes, I was not given the benefit of cash back of Rs.4000/- ( only Rs.2000/- was given to us as cash back ).

              Hence, it is requested to see the same and arrange to convert the amount of Rs.50900/- in 12 months EMI with the rate of interest of HDFC applicable during the festival times i.e 8.85%.

              One more query : how come poorvika is allowing its employee to accept amount in their Paytm account ? As this had resulted a heavy loss for me.

                  On January 1, 2022, I purchased a Nokia basic mobile phone. At the time, they offered a one-year warranty. In September, I had a problem with my phone. The voice was unclear. So I went to the same store and shot my problem. They asked me to hand over the phone and they will send it to the Poorvika Head Office in Chennai with my NEW BSNL SIM. I waited a week after that. They did not respond. So I went to the store and asked what had happened. Again they told the same story.

                  After that, I waited another week. They stated that everything is now operational. Come and gather. I went to the store to get my items. It was not working once more. They responded, "BSNL SIM will not work on Nokia phones." What makes it possible? They must provide the customer with a solution. They are still not responding. Nearly 25 days have passed. Please do not defraud your customers in this manner.

                  The final conclusion is Nokia's basic mobiles didn't support government-operated networks.
                  But nobody explained this to me when I bought the phone.Additionally, there was nothing reported about this from the Nokia side in Mobile Box.My BSNL 4G SIM card is functioning flawlessly on other basic mobile phones, such as the Nokia 110.(Same SIM Card and same model phone were verified in various stores. It was completely functional.)

                  I, therefore, require a replacement as per the policy stated in the bill.

                  On August 29, 2022. I purchased a Nokia 150 DS 2020 (Red) basic mobile phone. At the time, they offered a one-year warranty. In February 2023, I had a problem with my phone. That not switched on due to some technical reason. So I went to Poorviga at Pondicherry, they said it must be replace and it cannot be repaired and I went to the same store at rr nagar, Bangalore and shot my problem. They asked me to hand over the phone and they will send it to the Poorvika Head Office. I waited a month and I went & asked they said it takes still more days. They are not responsive properly and I went again to the store and asked what had happened...said again it takes few days.
                  Customers are invited for purchase but if problem come no one providing best service.

                    I syed zaid, i visted your store at hassan, they had promised to deliver an iphone 14 pro toady, they calld me up stataing the phone is in stock and askd to buy it ., i visted the store at 8 pm today, the staf and the manager forced me to buy apple care plus or askd me to get out of the store (exact words ) as they have a lot of customers in pending list ., i have made a video of the entire incident, before making video online i decided to email you guys for such things ... they treated in a very absurd way tht words cant describe it, , i askd them to give me in writing that they cant provide the phone without apple care plus so the manager got outrageous and askd me to get out of the store . I have made a video of the person also, the way he treated me, he refused to show me his id card, , i am going to formally lodge a complain against poorvika at consumer court also .m, i need you guys to contact me immediately

                        On 9th of September my sister bought a new Oppo mobile in medavakkam poorvika store the sales executive person name is Mr.M.Gunasekaran.On that time I didn't went at the store I'm in out of station.. The sales person was explained two types of models and my mother called me to confirm the mobile model and I asked him about mobile features on audio calling that time I clearly mentioned to Mr.Gunasekaran(sales executive) I need 5g mobile only he said yes this is 5g mobile only, but they given 4g mobile to my sister on that time she doesn't open the box..After 2weeks I came to Chennai I was opened the box and i really shocked about that product that mobile phone features are different then I went to poorvika I asked him but what he is saying just apply the mobile in exchange, exchange worth is rs.9000/-..When I bought that mobile the mobile price is rs.18000/- even I didn't used that mobile also but they are saying to exchange your mobile like that why should I exchange my new mobile I just opened that mobile in 2days back only they given fake commitment when I was asking to them they are arguing with me again and again forcing to give exchange I told them I'm ready to pay the excess of money to buy a new 5g mobile but they simply given me the option is exchange only very very bad experience on this...This is not a my first mobile experience i bought a 7 mobiles in same store this is second time repeated I'm fully disappointed hereafter i never purchase anything in poorvika and I'll inform this to my friends and relatives also such a worst experience in medavakkam branch.kindly give me the solution for this as soon as possible

                                Hi this is Raj kumar I have purchased three products in kodambakkam poorvika home appliances a mobile and two Bluetooth earbuds. I have a issue in one Bluetooth earbuds that was gifted to my friend it was not working and I take it to the store the worst response from the manager when I have asked for replacement. I have bought on 5/9/22 not even a month have passed. In the store sales people's told electronic products will be like this so we can't replace the product it is such a irresponsible answer from a sales person I ever heard in my life really I haven't expected poorvika service will be like this... So please consider my request and replacement as earlier possible...

                                    I am Basavaraj V Marathe bought a new OPPO A96 (8GB+128GB) on[protected] in Gadag Branch and that Mobile has covered Damage Protection
                                    but now that Mobile stolen in Gadag in 2weeks so am requesting to cancel the Damage protection Policy. am requesting to concern branch but they didn't response me
                                    That Mobile have taken in EMI bases now i am ready to pay EMIS but i don't want to pay the Damage Protection amount so please cancel the policy
