I bought a Nokia 110 model with exchanged my old samsung guru music 2 model.
In few hours I went to the shop to get the exchanged mobile with same cost.
But they said we can not return the exchanged mobile. we don't have the policy.
This is not acceptable. the mobile is with them, i was ready to pay the same exchange amount even though they are giving. worst policy.

      Dear Sir,

      We bought new Redmi Mi 11 Pro mobile got failure Camera so returned with the Shop almost 15 days completed not giving proper responses to us. We asked for new products but they were just tried to postponed always giving with mental torcharing and arguments with ladies so needs to share with medea through police complaints for take legal actions against Poorvika mobile, Edappadi Branch, Salem (dt), Tamilnadu, India.

          One assist protect warranty. Damaged mobile was brought back again to my home bcoz employee said it would take one week to replace the display. Im a delivery executive I asked him if any replacement mobile will be given to me Employee said no. I continued work with the damaged mobile. Today poorvika employee called me n said warranty would not be given to you n speaking rude he cut the call while I was in conversation with him. Which is a rude behaviour.

                I had purchased Samsung Bluetooth. Due to some problem I had complained. Later they provided me new one. 2nd one also had same problem. They took 1 and half month nearly to look at the query. Till today the problem has not been resolved. Customer service is not good in Haveri poorvika mobiles

                      I have werst experiance in your show room RBI Layout JP Nagar I have purchased Nokia CO1 Plus wide Bill number GSI/JPN/85 & OA/JPN/10 While testing it self it took 30 munuts to start and sales person konws that it is deffective but said for first time starting will take time and sold to me for 6900.00 this price itself is 2000.00 more compared to price for same products online

                      This phone has been gifted to my relative birthday same night and today recived call saying it is not working and he returned to me today moring 04.04.2022 Some how I managed to get him new phone by bokking online in Sangeetha Show room website It was embaressing for me

                      since i have to go for office today I will bring back the the Mobile phone to your showroom for returning and refund my money by cash or by refunding to my original mode of payment

                        Very very worst behaviour n very poor customer services..in Trichy thillai nagar lakshmi arcade showroom...ppl working don't have any knowledge abt phone features..not explaning the imp features...instead they themself taking our mobile and grading Stars n MAKING REVIEWS All the reviews here are like this only ...so ppl aware of it...
                        Initialy gave me a default mobile and for replacement took 1 MONTH tht also after complaining...gave me another one that also not the same colour...Then initially while purchasing n at returning time they never told about the SIM details and wen went again due to default at tht time only saying those details and saying ALL Customer coming to poorvika showroom have to ask then only they say the defaults otherwise they wont explain in harsh Attitude n irresponsible way of answering...
                        Its totally waste of time n money in purchasing poorvika products in this particular showroom...Before making REVIEWS BY URSELF spend time to explain abt mobile features ...

                            I bought Airtel dongle from karaikal poorvika mobiles on March 27th to do office work where am a IT professionalist and need data for all time to continue my work. This dongle data is not even working eventhough It showing green color tower(means tower is excellent) when I open the dongle interface, it shows only 2 lines of tower.
                            We went to poorvika mobiles but they route us to nearby Airtel mart where they told they done a boost up to the sim but all in vain. Still data is not working.
                            Again we are speaking with poorvika mobiles for refund or exchange of jio dongle which is not available in their shop.
                            Because of this I am not able to complete my work on time and it's extending to night.
                            I bought this dongle for Rs.2200/-. Hoping a refund from poorvika mobiles for the Airtel dongle I bought.

                              I bought a lenovo tab on 24 mar 2021 at Trichy poorvika mobiles. During the warranty period my tab is not working due to display issues. So I approached them for service but I lost my bill. I went to same poorvika mobiles on 20 March 2022. They said they want bill for free service and I told them I don't have it. They said they wil get me the duplicate bill copy through head office.. I approached them again on 24 March 2022 that is the same day I bought a tab last year. Again they asked me come on next day for getting duplicate copy of bill . On 25 March I visited the shop but they said on 24 March ( previous day) the mobile warranty period got over so they won't do free service.. even I approached them before due date they didn't accept to do free service..their voice tone was rude and they said they even okay with file complaint against them.. this is not the right word to use with their customers.. when I bought tab I purchased 2 sims.. they only activated one sim as the sales girl want to go home she asked me to come next day for another sim activation.. now I spent rs 5500 for my tab to service..eventhough I approached before the warranty period got over they denied to give free service. Such a ridiculous services Poorvika providing to their customers

                                I recently purchased a new Ipad 9th generation at Poorvika Mobiles Shastrinagar, Adyar Chennai 6000 20 Store on March 23, 2022. Mr. Gopi, the store manager, revealed my personal information to a third party who inquired about my purchase details, and he shared the information with them without my consent. I got myself into a lot of problems because of these facts. He is unconcerned with cross-verifying with the consumer. When I contacted and told him I had been receiving calls nonstop, he asked for the invoiced pricing data under my name, so I provided him the information. I received the following response from him. As a store manager, he made no mistake in providing the customer's purchase information.
                                So, due to the shop manager's reckless behaviour, I'd want to return the merchandise and have all of my information removed from your database. I'd want to know the procedures for returning a product.

                                    Recently I brought Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra Mobile RBI Layout (JP Nagar) Store. Before buying a phone, I visited the store to know the offers and discounts for the Mobile The store manager Mis Mangala told me that they will provide a 45 W Power adapter free with Mobile and a Rs 8000 discount on the Samsung Upgrade offer and nowhere Mis Mangala said on Gift coupon. After a few days, I got a WhatsUp message from Poorvika Mobile stating you got surprise Gift vouchers of Rs 2000. and claim it at our offline store.
                                    So, I visited the store to claim a Gift voucher, Mis magala told me that this discount we give at the time of purchase now Coupon is invalid. if they would have told me at the time of purchase I would not purchase a mobile. this manager misleads me and canceled my coupon also.
                                    Now I need to file a complaint on this store for misleading the customer for buying mobiles and penalties for wasting my time.

                                      I went to poorvika mobile on[protected]:30pm to buy fire boltt. The saleman forced us to buy the zebronics smart watch saying it one of best sellers in our store no complaints in it, we provide service for zebronics and it better than fireboltt and fire boltt does not have service in India we well also not willing providing service .
                                      it near closing time he said can't open the box .
                                      So bought it, when i checked in home it was worst product and worst quality.
                                      The sensor where not properly working.
                                      I went to return on 18-03-22 they said there no return. They taken it for service and came tomorrow .
                                      When went next day they say come after 3 days, when went after 3 days now they say come after 2 days.

                                      When i complaint to customer service,
                                      They connect to showroom.
                                      They say we did not force you, it your fault, we can't do anything, when i asked you said there is no service for fire boltt, they said no its online service .i asked you should have inform me that . they sir sale boy was new, so sorry . its billed we can't do anything

                                      So i gone file case against poorvika mobiles.
                                      There are many costumer like me.

                                        We have purchased LED TV from poorvika showroom on January. we were offered a gift box with the purchase as Pongal offer. On the time of the purchase the sales executive told like we are short of gift right now, once we received the gift box we will intimate you, but it's being 2months we have not received any information regarding this, we tried to connect with that sales executive several times, no response from them. This is really a disappointing experience with you.
