I recently purchased a new Ipad 9th generation at Poorvika Mobiles Shastrinagar, Adyar Chennai 6000 20 Store on March 23, 2022. Mr. Gopi, the store manager, revealed my personal information to a third party who inquired about my purchase details, and he shared the information with them without my consent. I got myself into a lot of problems because of these facts. He is unconcerned with cross-verifying with the consumer. When I contacted and told him I had been receiving calls nonstop, he asked for the invoiced pricing data under my name, so I provided him the information. I received the following response from him. As a store manager, he made no mistake in providing the customer's purchase information.
So, due to the shop manager's reckless behaviour, I'd want to return the merchandise and have all of my information removed from your database. I'd want to know the procedures for returning a product.
