I have purchased I Phone 13 256gb Mobile on 18th March 2022 and the purchase was done through the SBI Credit Card with 6 month EMI options.

The time of purchase, I phone models are having a cash back offer of Rs. 6000 and they have mentioned cash back amount will be credited with in 90days.

Almost 120 (4 months EMI paid) days crossed and till now I don’t have received any cash back amount for the phone.

Same has been escalated to the Poorvika through phone as well as email escalation, Still I don’t have received any information from their end.

Request you to kindly help me to get that cash back amount asap.

    I bought Inbase Urban Life Z smartwatch in Poorvika Mobiles website on February 15 2022. I used the watch hardly one month, then the watch display started blinking, I give it to the Poorvika Mobiles kelambakkam showroom as advised by the Poorvika customer support. After 2 weeks they replaced the old watch and gave me new watch. I used it 2 weeks, then the watch started auto touching problem again I given to poorvika mobiles showroom kelambakkam, they make me wait for 1 month, Then they said you can come and get new watch as a replacement, I went to the showroom, this time they giving some other model. I gave Inbase urban lyf Z but they giving Inbase Urban lyf M, I refuse to take this because the display is smaller. I asked them same model as replacement but they are saying same model is not available and forcing me to take Lyf M watch. I asked them Give the same model which I had bought otherwise refund, they telling no refund will be given, take the model which is available or wait 2months, we will arrange the same model for you, but till now no response from them, Please help me what can I do now, The smartwatch cost Rs 2999/-

        I purchased iphone on Nov 2021, but i did not get cashback till now.

        Now after asking several times to poorvika customer care, they said I'm not eligible, but when I checked with hdfc bank, they said merchant(poorvika) not provided the proper file..

        wanted to ask you one question, if I'm eligible for 5000 cashback then why would I need that instant discount worth 1000..
        Then why would your staff give us the false promise..
        I could not recollect the name of the store person..may be Mani or Guna..in Ranganathan street, T.nagar.
        I'm not going to take this lightly. I will escalate it.

        Logically speaking i[censored] r a customer and I am asking u, do you need 5000 or 1000, what would you say ?

        I already sent email to [protected]@poorvika but no proper response..

          I purchased samsung A23 from poorvika mobile from chennai sembium perambur showroom on 18/07/2022.by 5 pm . after back home i completly checked and found mobile cpu board heavy heating 62 degree i feel like shock and nevers and palm paining, i found camera quality poor lot of shaking waves and grains. wifi receiver very weak and its keep on buffering.. i approached showroom with in two hours for exchange they are not ready to accept my complaint . upto cash received 20000 sales managermble kind sweet later make us mental stress. they simply avoide my complaint and inform us to go service center. with in two hours we need to go for service center after three month or one month usage we can visit service center or clain warranty. only two hours we used and found its defective. kindly exchange or refund .take action immeditely joseph [protected]

          Lot of struggle after only they hav exchanged. Nearly one. Month to and fro to shop. Shop manger in perambur not even turn up to my complaints. Once money received they are treating like slaves. No proper customer support. Its very risk for a customer to trust proovika.

          Mr.rajesh higher official took action immediatly and told to manager to return. But manger says no stock what model i prefer. They charged 3000/ more. They have given backup in offer once i exchange they cancelled offer money and demanded to pay balance. More 3750 paid in order to return defective within in two hour we returned the defective mobile to shop. More than 20 days manger and sales person treated very badly. After a month only i ordered another Mobil as another customer. And went to shop and got the Mobil. They got shocked hence another customer ordered the mobile. Finally out of great struggle, stress, tension my wife got the mobile. Bad experience. Bad customer service. Any how mr.rajesh works great because of him. Proovika getting escaped. Sales person and manager need to learn customer support. Humble. Hospitality. Otherwise day by day year by year u will loose all the customers. Now a days online purchased r very supportive to customers. ..if mobile working fine no issue if any issues poorvika will make i mental stress. Thanks for mr.rajesh.hatsoff.kind and humbl person. Business skilled man...

          Even i sent mail to owners of poorvika. No reply no responses ..never ever buy from your shop.

                  Showroom manager in Poorvika mobiles Hongasandra has offered a 6months no cost emi and when the first month bill generated in my HDFC credit card shows interest which will be 3000 rs extra has to pay now.

                  Already raised complaint via their customer care phone number and gmail mail I’d. However no updates yet. More than one week over now

                    I had buyed a flash guard . At u r showroom which is located at ramanagar. For which I had paid 300 .which is 3times more.the salesman refused to give me the bill. I had purchased the flash guard on 27July2022 . Hence the flash guard broked and it damaged my SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 8 display. And I am appealing you to exchange my display.

                      Am Ehanthalingam.I bought a samsung A73 5G mobile for Rs.42000 from poorvika mobiles phoenix mall velachery branch with Debit card EMI.I waited more than 45 minutes for bill and executive said delay in process.so they said will send the bill to my mail I'd and mobile no.till now no response.I called executive today morning and till now bill not received.Really frustrated that how a reputed brand deliver the products to the customer without bill.

                      I would like to share my experience when I visited poorvike show room - Tumkur - 572102

                      1. When I visited poorvika there is no proper guidance for customers

                      2 I planned to purchase MOTOg60 mobile, the actually price is 14999rs but in poorvika they informed us 16500rs, even I get same model in offline shop why can't get same product for same price in poorvika show room..?? So I need clarity on this..

                      3. Well even we purchased same model mobile ( moto G60 ) as discussed with staff and they informed us to do online transaction for payment

                      4. As per discussion with center incharge Basvaraju we did online payment using poorvika website at 2.08pm and amount is deducted from my account and we clear the payment as per ur staff guide lines

                      5. Once payment done we asked bill and product but Basavaraj and there staff informed us payment is not yet credited so wait for some time

                      6. we wait till 4pm but we didn't found any solution, instead of solution they started arruging and rude behivlour with us

                      7. whole day we didn't get product and as well refund also, so asked plz refund the amount or else provide the product but again they started arraignments and wait some more time really I am feel so worst with behivours of Basvaraj and staff

                      8. The whole day I wasted for this reason, I hope Time is more precious then any thing

                      As of today I didn't get product or didn't get amount refund, based on trust we make the payment using poorvika website, but really I loose hope and trust on poorvika

                      So kindly suggest, whom I have to ask here, whose fault here.? I need clarity on this or else I will intiate the same mail to higher authority

                        OPPO Temper Glass from Poorvika Mobiles Ambattur showroom has been purchased by us on 02/07/2022, along with OPPO A96 phone. the BIll copy has been attached for your reference. The similar Temper glass in open market available for Rs.45.00, however the sales man at show room convinced me that this is glass is from OPPO itself ( OEM ) so it will not break any event of fall and scratch proof. On his assurance i paid 12 time more than its outside price and bought. However with in one month Temper glass was broken. When is visited and complaint about this they denied any replacement or refund. I state this is clear method of cheating public by giving false commitment. I request to this forum to take appropriate action against Poorvika Mobiles and stop this kind of immoral business practice.

                          Today i went to Poorvika store in KR Puram Bangalore and asked mobile which NFC and they told Oppo F21 Pro 5G and they told this option is available, so i bought the mobile.
                          When i install all applications and check there is no NFC option and it is important for office purpose and i bought for that only.
                          They gave false information and telling to go to Customer Care and they will resolve the issue.
                          Very bad service and they even doesn't have information.
                          I need replacement or home service to get NFC option in mobile.

                            I buyed the watch on January 24th I had an software issue .I gave my watch at thiruvallur poorvika on May 8th after they told we will call back you on 3 to 4 days but they didn't reach me after I am keep on calling from also there is no response.i vist on June 26 at poorvika as there is no resolve in my watch and not proper response. If any problem there they should response 3 or 4 days but when iam going ask only there are response some issue so they are cheating customer and worst response after buying the product.so I want my watch with replacement.

                                I have purchased i phone 13 on 13th Feb 2022 with EMI option with cash back of INR 6000 after 90 days.

                                Almost 5 months over there is no proper response from the store manager. He asked me to visit phoenix mall poorvikha which i have visited on 2nd July 2022 There is no proper response from them

                                      I have purchased a phone One plus nord CE 2 5G on 10.06.2022 at Poorvika mobiles trichy. But after two days, there was a problem with the display, though we didn't put the phone down. Since we are going outstation, we are not able to handover the phone on that day. After arriving trichy, we complained about this issue to poorvika mobiles trichy, but they insisted us to contact service centre. The peoples are not readily support for the issue i have faced. I have very much disappointed for the service you are given. Within a week i have
