Poorivika mobile showroom kaikondanahalli worst service

Im very very disappointed about ur worst service, i thought if i purchase mobile i ll get information and if anything happens also we can visit mobile CENTER but u people proved me wrong, see i purchased 19th March 2023 redme 12pro mobile 25.500, the other next day only, it's got some issues i went to poorvika and i informed the same, they said mam here without checking issues we can't change the mobile, so visit REDME SERVICING CENTER, taking 2nd day only, i went servicing CENTER on 21st in HSR layout they said it ll take 2 days but they took 4 to 5 days to, each and everything i informing to that poorvika employees, he said u ll get mam wait, at last day they said collect the mobile today i collected on 1st April, i went to mobile shop with new unboxing mobile and letter now they started drama, mam servicing CENTER people given mobile so we can't exchange if it's only letter i can give but those poorvika ### only said, their u ll get mobile i[censored] bring unboxing mobile we ll give u exchange, and now store manager is telling mam for exchanging mobile 8 to 9 thousand ll deduct i[censored] want to u can exchange, what the bloody service yaar 😡and after all drama that manager is telling one option is their i[censored] given ur pancard and adhaar card and i[censored] given written confirmation that anything happens to new unboxing mobile i should take the responsibility, y i should take ? Is this correct way to sell ur product or is this trick to fool the people I'm not understanding, really dissatisfied with ur service, u people only said now u people only changing their words, and i bought unboxing mobile only but now they are asking for signed written confirmation .that too she ll take the approval with servicing manager naveen, he is the one bad manager not ready to speak with CUSTOMERs, is this the way to handle CUSTOMERs, he is telling i can't talk, are poorivika people playing ?is this same service is providing in each store ? can u pls HELP me or can take any other decision, now I'm not at all ok with redme brand give me solution for this .

Hi team, i have got the new phone mani murali, but bad experience i have gone through, & request to sales persons customers if they are facing any issues kindly help them, if u people behaving like this we can purchase the phone in online its better right, why we should come to your shop . yesterday also in poorvika showroom they said still we didt get any approval from the back end team so wait for 2 days but mani murali mam reacted and inform to them close today itself only, finally sathish from store person spoke nicely not screemed like others, one big thanks to that escalation team, u people have done fantastic job, if same type sales persons works means u people wont lose any customers . Thank u so much for ur support escalation team happy now, specially thanks to Mani murali mam.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the used Echo Dot product I purchased from your store, Poorvika Mobiles, perundurai.

    Firstly, The Echo Dot, and it was clear that it had been used extensively. Additionally, the product did not connect with internet.

    As verified amazon customer care that they said the product already linked with another account in the name of Murali.

    I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and believe that I should be entitled exchange.

    I have attached a copy of my receipt as proof of purchase, and I would appreciate it if you could take immediate action to rectify this situation.

    I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding this matter.

          I ordered OnePlus Nord Phone from Poorvika Online Website on 13-aug-2022 and received the phone.
          But cannot to see the invoice receipt from Poorvika website under my account after 6 months.
          Poorvika never mentioned in their website that we are clearing old orders list from users account after 6 months. Ideally they should not do this without user consent.
          eCommerce sites like Amazon, Flipkart are still having all orders list on their account which can be older than 1 year.

            I purchased a laptop 06/02/2023 on Monday...porur poorvika branch..i purchased in finance emi...my laptop amount is 45500...this is my first laptop in my life I decided to purchase in poorvika...my laptop have many problems screen black line issue app freeze issues speaker not proper working sometimes app is not opening laggy all the time...i call a poorvika customer care help line he is just not bothering a customer complaint just go and see a HP service centre but I just 3days i purchased this is new laptop y I want to go service centre..I want replacement or refund my amount.. please help me poorvika...i trust u poorvika...

                    Refurbished Phone sold stating it as a new Mobile Phone

                    Myself named Suresh have been complaining stating that I have received a refurbished product Realme 10 Pro 5G (Nebula Blue 68GB- 128GB) and it's not working at all on Online Order number 3040407.

                    I've been telling right from the beginning that the phone already had pre-installed apps before I could install but the Poorvika team checked the IMEI number and said no, it was activated only on Jan 12th.

                    I purchased Nokia 105 SS from poorvika appliances from kodambakkam on Oct 29 2022. But it got display issue on Jan 08 2023, I went the same branch and ask about warrenty. But I have bill not mobile box. IMEI number mentioned in the bill. But due to no mobile box they dont consider the warrenty and informed that's the physical damage. And they informed me to visit the local service centers to change the display.br...

                    I bought Nokia 105 SS mobile on 29Oct2022 from Poorvika appliances, kodambakkam. which was get some display issue on 08Jan2023. I approached the poorvika mobiles but they not responded properly and ask me to reach local service centers.

                    But we have 1 year warranty for this mobile. Unfortunately I lost the mobile box but I have bill and that has IMEI number.

                        1st January 2023 I purchased VIVO Y75 mobile in Perambur Branch. They're told mobile rate Rs.21, 000/- (EMI registration fee Rs.1500/- you have to pay Rs.2, 500 X 6 month) Am paid down payment Rs.7500/- but bill giving mobile price Rs.20, 000/- Next day again am going and ask, Why u giving Rs.20, 000 bill What's mobile cost? and Amazon, Flipkart I checked this mobile model price Rs.20, 000/- only, You also giving same price bill, then how much EMI? You're staff's told, Yes mam it's was correct You paid balance Rs.14, 000/- dividend 6 month.. I said okay..again today they're calling me asked Pan card, am asking reconfirm EMI amount again telling Rs.2500 X 6 month.
                        I can't understand why there's not giving proper response? Proper support 😠 last month Am visit Poorvika in shanthi colony beach very good supporting in customer. That's why am choose Poorvika but I didn't expect like this type of customer service. I want clarity of this Bill cost and EMI details.please never speak changing word's.

                                Poorvika they have weird no return policy that you can't return or exchange mobile even if you brought 1hourse before.even online seller are Flipkart and amazon have nice return policy .
                                Don't buy phone from poorvika.its better to choose online shopping like Flipkart . Beware before purchasing mobile from poorvika. ( Please return my phone or exchange)...

                                My name is devi from pallavaram, 29.12.2022.iam.purchasd airtel wifi dongle. In pallavaram poorvika shop.this shop staff told after 4hrs activates wifi but iam waking after 12 hrs wifi not working ..then I go to shop and checking tha products the staff told some issues in wifi and rectify the problem the I Reach my home iam checking wifi again not working again I go to shop they people sim problem replace the sim...but iam not satisfied..I spoke continuesly they are try to compromise me...but iam not interested..and satisfy I have to return this product...they are not accepting...so concern my situation...and please take action quickly
