"As per your request the product has returned without repair, Kindly resolve the issue from the forum."
Now clearly clarified you want to resolve the forum only not a product...
First i will ask why u r not making a call from ur side...
what you said on last call " sir please resolve the complaint we would resolve the product"
But now you are making a false statement that I have requested to return product without resolving and directly asking us to close the issue from fourm.
