      I have purchased amazefit pop2 smart watch at sivagangai poorvika mobiles on 06.03.2023. Suddenly that watch shutdown on 02.08.2023 next day morning am I am visited showroom the store person ask to need to replaced the watch and handed over. Then I visited the showroom morethan 3 times on that period no one has clear response. Pls do any action

              Good Day, I'm Thilagaraj S.

              I've brought new Dell Inspiron 15 3520, 11th Gen Intel Core i3-1115G4 Laptop in your store today around 2-3pm. Which cost 41000/- we brought it under EMI. for my wife who is professionally Advocate presently working as a Research Law Assistant to the Hon'ble Judges of in High Court of Madras for her research. We have opened it in the shop itself with the help of customer associate. Then I came home and opened it at 5.50 pm. (Have unboxing video also) as per the instructions of the customer associate we have charged it for 1 hour and tried to use it in the plain surface, within 10-20 mins it started overheating. Then we shut it down and used it after 1 hour again it started overheating within 10-20 mins. Hence I'm raising this issue as a complaint now (within 24 hrs). I'll come to the shop by tomorrow morning. Since I lost the trust in Dell Laptop due to its shocking performance, I do not want this. Kindly replace it with a new laptop in different brand.

                It's not most trusted it's full of fake .I bought a redmi note 12 mobile from the shop after 6th day the mobile become hanging and automatically switch off and the next day I went to the shop and give that mobile for replacement but they still don't give the replacement of that phone .

                  I purchased A14 mobile from ekathuthangal store on 19th for 15000 price, but in poorvika website the amount is 14000, the store keeper had increased the price and given, with one complementary iron box, so they charged for gift and giving the mobile

                      As I have purchased Iphone 14 plus on 06 th of Jun at Poorvika which is located in Prozone mall - coimbatore. I faced issues on the front camera. The camera quality is not good, after taking the photos it's showing in black shades. So I raised this complaint to poorvika at that week itself. They told me to visit the service center and collect reports. I proceeded to the service center.also. They took 4 days to complete the diagnosis. They requested for the camera replacement but I haven't accepted that, since it's a new phone. I don't want to go for that. So they delivered notes for replacement. And also I have provided that report to poorvika. They need permission with you for the replacement. Kindly please do the needful. As I have been requesting for the past 2 weeks. Day by day I am just roaming for this. As I am living very far away. It's really hurting a lot. Kindly please help me with the replacement. I will attach all the documents which have been provided with the apple service center. I am requesting this. Please do the needful for the replacement. I will also attach one photo which has been taken on the phone. Please help me with this. And understand the situation and provide the replacement. And I will wait for your reply.

                            I gave my phone service at poorvika servixe centre at simmakal madurai on 5.6.23 for display change. After 2 days on 7.6.23 they gave the mobile back without proper finish. Next day morning when mobile screen is on the lcd screen started burning inside and display startwd to break.. And I took to the same service centre and they said that they can't change the display and ask for more money.. And after 2 hours they are not responding calls.. my phone number [protected]

                              Hello Poorvika, This is to bring to your notice, I have visited Poorvika Mobile, Medavakkam branch Chennai to service mobile, after checking the hardware Poorvika Mobile representative Mr. Raj Kumar informed us that Display has got faulty due to water logged in, so i have requested to clear the said issue, he took couple of days to cleared the issue & charged Rs.4200, but after 2 weeks again Phone stopped responding, This time i have visited Poorvika Mobiles Coimbatore branch, After Verifying they have informed us, Mother board faulty due to fungus ( Why bcoz the Poorvika Mobile Medavakkam Branch has not done job correctly & haven't drain out the hardware before replacing Display) Now my Mobile has become useless due to unprofessional & lack of knowledge work which has cost my Mobile. looking at the condition of my mobile handset i fear that some of the internal parts has been replaced without our knowledge
                              Highlight of the issue is, My Phone is Useless. Because of Mother Board Fungus. And bill generated OPPO A17-K 5G but not with OPPO A78 5G, See how lack of knowledge.

                              According to the showroom staff, Mr.Rajkumar indicated that he explained about the device not coming under warranty servicing when you visited the store, As we discussed over the same call. Only the product has been serviced in non-warranty service after your complete acceptance. And you have mentioned in the call that you only want to service the product at our store, which is agreed upon by the staff. According to Mr. Rajkumar, I am requesting you to please wait till he receives the product in our store, after which he will check and notify you as soon as possible.

                                  I was told that this is a no cost emi, i would get the processing fees paid to the credit card issuer and interest paid to credit cash issuer along with gst, by way of a cashback from poorvika; however am yet to get any cash back from poorvika

                                    My had bought a new phone in poorvika mobiles, which had 2 years replacement guarantee and after 1 yaer the phone had some battery issue, I have given it for replacement but after 1 month in the name of replacement they have given the same phone without any changes or replacement

                                      My brother and myself went to enquire about iphone 14 plus in poorvika mobiles in salem tamilnadu, there was no proper explaination about the emi scheme the executives were only interested in selling the product. They got my card and swiped it saying that you hvae to pay 30k without any discussion or explaination about the emi. And they told after three days that we are cancelling your order please approach the HDFC bank for the cancellation. Now HDFC has debited the emi where i did not buy the mobile phone. Such an irresponsible attitute from poorvika mobiles. When a customers walks in it is their responsibility to tell the customers all the formalities there was zero clarity. I wish to get back my debited amount and request HDFC bank to cancel the emi and take actions on poorvika mobiles for their ignorance

                                        This is to bring to your attention with regard to the cash sale transactions that had happened with my minor aged son R.Sanjit [Age 17 years] on 22/04/2023 at Poorvika Mobiles Private Ltd showroom no 37 MG Road Chennai 41.

                                        Refer Poorvika Mobiles Private Ltd tax invoices

                                        Tax Invoices - GSI/ADY/10121 22.04.2023 Saleperson - 18607 - Lavanya P - Rs 1500.00

                                        Tax Invoices - OA/ADY/103 22.04.2023 Saleperson - 18608 - Bakkiyalakshmi - Rs 1999.00

                                        Tax Invoices - GSI/ADY/593 22.04.2023 Saleperson - 18608 - Bakkiyalakshmi - Rs 19863.00

                                        Spoke to Gopinath BM Adyar Poorvika showroom, Customer Care team and Escalation Team of Poorvika Mobiles Pvt Ltd on 25th and 26th April 2023. Gopinath asked me to speak with customer care team as product return shall be decided by them and spoke to customer care team and escalation team for product and cash return or product exchanges. It was denied by the escalation team member with pre-emptive statements without hearing customer concerns as there exists no company policy for product returns. A Female member of Escalation team told this issue being discussed by backend team with the Poorvika Mobiles management asked me to send email to [protected]@poorvika.com hence this mail is being sent.

                                        Would like to raise queries and seek replies on the following in these cash sale transactions/product sale by Poorvika Mobiles:

                                        Can a minor child be allowed to transact with cash above Rs 20000/- in a Poorvika Mobiles showroom? With no other family members/ relatives accompanying him? No verification/ID /Age proof was sought for SIM sale which is clear violation of law.

                                        Is Poorvika Mobiles allowed to do cash transactions above Rs 20000/- from a single person in a day? Is it allowed or permitted as per law of land?

                                        How does Poorvika Mobiles raise tax invoice bills in the name of a person who was not present during these sales transactions and not being given a call to the person ascertaining her acceptance?

                                        Will Poorvika Mobiles generate bills in any person’s name without verification? Bill had been generated in a person’s name who was not present during these sales transactions. Why didn’t Poorvika Mobiles generate bill in the name of the buyer? is it to promote illicit trade or deny repair services? Or knowing that the buyer being a minor who can't negotiate or can be easily cheated?

                                        Is it ethical to answer that we do sales to anyone who pays for the same and that too to a minor child? Poorvika Mobiles sells/services mobiles of many MNC’s and national companies do these companies / trade regulatory bodies know these unethical sales / trade practices?

                                        Customer Care/ Escalation team/ Back-end team of Poorvika Mobiles shall realise that they exist for customer service rather sales promo The team can’t blame the customer for a minor child unknowingly sending for these sales transactions and denying outright and asking customer to shut up.
