I have purchased lg g7 thinq mobile from poorvika mobile store, mathikere on 1st nov 2018. I used my axis bank credit card as the store manager told me i'll get a cash back of rs 3500 within 3 months, but till now i have not received the cash back. I have visited the store 3 times, but my issue is still not resolved, i have not received the cashback. Axis bank told that it was merchant offer, so they have no information about this offer.
Registered complaint in "www.consumercomplaints.in". After that, i got a call from poorvika cuatomer service, they told me to mail 3 months bank details, already shared the details, but no response from their side. Called several times to their customer service, but they have no idea, simply harassing customer.

Updated by AyanMsrim why did the store manager tells me there is a cashback offer? I could have purchased another handset, only because of cashback I have purchased that particular handset. I visited multiple times to the store for cashback, they told wait for few days, it will come. Such a fraud company.
