I have purchased lg g7 thinq mobile from poorvika mobile store, mathikere on 1st nov 2018. I used my axis bank credit card as the store manager told me i'll get a cash back of rs 3500 within 3 months, but till now i have not received the cash back. I have visited the store 3 times, but my issue is still not resolved, i have not received the cashback. Axis bank told that it was merchant offer, so they have no information about this offer....

misbehaviour of staff

I thought to buy mobile in MR Nagar branch poorvika Chennai. The staff was so rude and want to take complaint against him. He don't know how to behave with customers. jio mobile activation issue urgently

Hi poorvika,
Two months back i have purchased jio phone in tindivanam poorvika (P) branch.

At the time of purchase, pstaff get id proof (Driving license) from me and started the activation process for jio sim.

I have waited around half an hour and there is no activation completion.

After that they told, it will take time you can wait 1 or 2 days then it will activate.
