I have purchased iphone xr 64 gb phone from poorvika store, elements mall, bangalore on may 20th, 2019. It been hanging ever since i have purchased from the store. I have escalated from apple support team too and the number is[protected]. I need a return policy of new phone replacing the what currently i'm using.

    I got new mobile nokia3. 1 at keelkatalai poorvika shop.
    Faced a software installation problem i return it immediately and then they asked me to wait for a day, bcz they need to check with the service center.
    After checking with service center they replaced the mobile. I immediately check the issue, the same happened again, i return it. Again, they check with the service center, simply saying it problem with google company not from our side, can't do anything. He simply said for nokia 3.1 and nokia 3.1+, need to check with google company and also he spoke not in good manner.
    Hear what i need to do?
    Plan to file a case in consumer court.

    Thanks a lot Deepa.
    I have got new mobile after filling a complaint here.
    I got a call from customer care person Deepa and she support me to resolve my problems. Even I called 3 times on Saturday, she communicate with me in good and gave updates. End of Saturday I got new mobile because of good support.

    Still I feel the showroom is not good because they not picking up any calls and etc...
    I have sent invoice copy to those mail id's.

      I took the headphone of jbl on 5 dec 2018. Today i went n 28th may 2019 for not working the headphone. They said 6 month warranty period.. I have time till 5 jun for 6 month. But they said already 6 month is done. How that is possible... I need to complaint to social media. Twitter and to head office and even consumer court for this. For 5 month why should i take this head phone. I will complaint for there improper explanation and behavior to customer like me... The showroom is in vignana nagar main road vibhuthipura next to malleshpalaya bus stop bengaliru 560037. I will make this big issue if necessary action is not taken... Fraud people cheater culprit.

        Dear sir i have taken samsung a 7 mobile on 25.12.2018 from poorvika mobile at phoneix velacherry. At time of purchase they informed cash back of rs. 500 and 5 % cash back on emi convertion. I recevied rs. 500 in month of march 2019 and so far 5 % cash back have not credited despite sa many call at branch no proper reply and despite complaint no feed back recevied from poorvika from 15 days.

          I bought one oppo mobile they said rupees 12000 for rupees 11000 mobile and gave some cheap accessories and prepared some fake bills and cheated and and when i saw in online poorvika mobiles the rate of the cell phone was 11000 but they have collected rupees 12000 from me for the cellphone and they have cheated me they gave some accessories of 400 rupees and have cheated me. I don't need any business with poorvika mobiles. And i need my amount to be refunded as soon as possible. Store people behaviour is very rude and bad they don't know how to converse with the people. The store persons are telling lot of lies they are building a web of lies take the the action as soon as possible. They are not sticked on to their decision. And they are keep on changing their words.

          I need a quick response for this complaint gem which which i i am writing registering

            I took my new samsung s10 plus phone today to get a tempered glass on my phone.

            I was told that there's is no tempered glass but a scratch proof cover for the phone which i agreed to put.

            The guy placed it in the most horrible manner with multiple marks and bubbles inside. Inspite of raising an objection to the quality of work... I was asked to pay. The manager present was shantha kumar who said that the bubbles would go in sometime. It has been a day and the bubbles are still there.

            The man who applied the cover was so cunning that the moment he saw me getting restless... He said that there is no more scratch resistant protection in stock, so that i leave with no option.

            I am feeling cheated. I paid 1000 rs for a shabby job which killed my faith in poorvika as a brand.

            I either need a refund or a replacement of the scree guard asap.

              I own a gionee a1 plus and after a week i came to know that device has some display issue and it's hanging and overeating... Really disappointed with the device and i felt like my whole money was wasted... I contacted the nearby service center and they are very careless and not even responding to my issue and moreover they are just trying to loot my money and time... I don't know what to do with this device... I want poorvika to get this device back and refund the money i paid... I want a immediate response from the poorvika... I can't able to get this sorted by service centre...

                I have purchased lg g7 thinq mobile from poorvika mobile store, mathikere on 1st nov 2018. I used my axis bank credit card as the store manager told me i'll get a cash back of rs 3500 within 3 months, but till now i have not received the cash back. I have visited the store 3 times, but my issue is still not resolved, i have not received the cashback. Axis bank told that it was merchant offer, so they have no information about this offer.
                Registered complaint in "www.consumercomplaints.in". After that, i got a call from poorvika cuatomer service, they told me to mail 3 months bank details, already shared the details, but no response from their side. Called several times to their customer service, but they have no idea, simply harassing customer.

                why did the store manager tells me there is a cashback offer? I could have purchased another handset, only because of cashback I have purchased that particular handset. I visited multiple times to the store for cashback, they told wait for few days, it will come. Such a fraud company.

                      I have only OTP for purchase recipet is missed

                      My aunt went to poorvika mobile chennai @ parrys and asked for damsung mobile but was given micromax for 7k WITHOUT an invloce copy. She is not well educated so been cheated and wanted an answer for dis. Now she is not able to access as due to old age and we need a resolution.

                          Purchased vivo v15 mobile on emi with zero down payment scheme on[protected].
                          The information given by the executive was zero emi scheme and 2600 rupees should be paid as advance emi for one month. After generating the invoice for mobile the executive told the amount paid is against insurance. Now 2600 rupees is charges extra by giving wrong information of product.
                          Total cost to be charges for mobile was 29400. (28999 for mobile and 400 processing fees). But they have charges 2600/- extra as (2400 insurance and 400 processing fees) when asked about this they told the bill is generated and cannot be cancelled, hence they gave a mi fitness band which was not required. The main thing they did is gave wrong information so that 2400/- can be charges extra and later denied to refund the amount.

                            I have bought vivo v15 pro in poorvika mobiles, kodambakkam, near meemakshi college. Staff from same showroom installed protection pro on both the sides of my new mobile. I was told that within 4 hours gel will be dried and display will be clear. Even after 14 hours gel didnot dried, i visited same store for assistance, staff told it will take 2 to 3 days for gel to dry. Now its been 2 weeks i am using this mobile but still display is unclear. At the back side i could see patches, as if water spilled between mobile and back cover. Fact is gel didnot dry on both the sides of mobile, i am highly disappointed with the service.

                              Dear sir / madam, i bought one philips headphone 06.04.2019 at poorvika mobile valasaravakkam branch rs.399/-. That same day i checked while after reaching my home i am not satisfy with that headphone mic. That same day i went and asking i need change the piece i will buy other brand with more than high rate instead off that headphone. The showroom sales person said, once we billed we cant able to change. I am realy unhappy with this poorvika terms. Its if i am agree next day or after two days i try to change another. But same day its cant change they said. Suddenly i give that headphone to showroom sales person, i no need this piece u keep your self. From the 2008 i am the customer of poorvika. I buy there more than 35 mobiles untill. For this small think i get fully upset above poorvika. I will sure here in after i never suggest my friends and closest poorivika.

Still got a mail that, they did not received the documents. Sent the documents 6 times. Called customer care several times for the update, they told, "we will call back you", but did not update. Worst Service.

                                When we make a call to know the availability of a particular mobile model they are hanging off the call and when we try to make a call for second time they are not answering. Very bad response from poorvika selers.

                                  Service boys very bad... Few days back buying skullcandy headset.. That original cost rs 2990/- but they deceived...

I'm never expecte from u... Pls correct this problems...in tiruvottiyur branch... Near theradi bus stand... Strongly recommend all people don't go nd buy poorvika mobiles... Product

                                      I have purchased mi a2 mobile on dec 31 2018 continuously i got issues like vibration not working, hanging issue, keep on showing ui is not responding, sim slot is not working, screen flickering, apps not downloading from play store by connecting wifi and mobile data both, sudden black screen while receiving calls i visited 4 time to mi service centre they reinstalled my os and service my phone 4times still my problem is not solving and finally mi service technician told me they gave swaping device that is the device is came for replacement i'm really frustated they dont do their responsibility properly they cheated people.

                                        I thought to buy mobile in MR Nagar branch poorvika Chennai. The staff was so rude and want to take complaint against him. He don't know how to behave with customers. His behavior is like rowdy because of him I didn't buy mobile in tat shop went to nearby reliance digital and bought Samsung A50 mobile. Very worst and ### behavior I think the person don't have sense.
