I went to pallavakkam poorvika two weeks before and shown my display issue samsung s8 for exchange, they verified and said it can be taken as exchange for rs.11000 + rs.6000 samsung upgrade offer, so i have done the prebook by advance rs.2000. When the s10 launch i went and gave the same phone in the same condition they say we will take it for rs.6000 + 6000 upgrade offer. After 6 years i believed poorvika and made the payment but at last, they showed their real face we are still in the same condition. They are aim is to cheat and made the customer prebook, really they don't know to handle the customer and their requirement. I really say i won't recommend anyone to poorvika. Finally, they had my rs.2000 and giving it back as usual.

    I have approached the nearest poorvika mobiles in bangalore for providing me duplicate bill copy since i have lost the original bill, but they are refusing to provide the duplicate bill.

      Hi,
      I purchased a charger in poorvika kandanchawadi. While I purchased I told the store person it is for Sony xperia and that I did not bring my phone. The store person (elumalai) wanted to know if its type C charger and I said I dont know. He said take a Samsung charger and If it doesn't fit then he will accept return. I found that my xperia needed a type C charger and went and returned the charger I bought within 48 hrs but later when he replaced he said he needed to charge me for the type C charger and would not refund money.. i approached the store manager and he was rude too. Finally i had to pay additional 100rs on top of 920rs to get a type C charge

      I dont understand why they forced me to take a Samsung charger if they dont accept returns

      As discussed, please educate your store manager to talk politely to customers and understand their point of view. Also, at the time of sales if the customer does not know what exactly he is looking for then the sales person should clearly specify that replacement of product, if purchased, is only if the product has defects and exchange with another product is not applicable

        I'm sudharsan from erode city, tamil nadu state. I'm the regular customer of erode brough road branch poorvika showroom. I & my friends circle purchase 7 moniles till now in that store. These are all possible by me only. That store manager name is kalayarasan. Now my frnd mobile (Samsung a7) was display broken. And went 2 store they r telling 'there is no insurance so we can't able 2 claim" when we purchange a7 they are no one can dont speak about insurance. It's is a emi finance person mistake. That finance is bajaj he is name was naveen. This is too much of careless on customer care. I'm not ready 2 spend of money for service. Now need proper details and do the needful.             I have purchased iphone 8 plus mobile from poorvika arakkonam on 17/07/2018. When i purchased mobile poorvika arakkonam informed about hdfc cashback offer for 5% cashback. I have paid amount by hdfc debit card. As per offer i must receive cashback within 90 days of purchase of an amount of approx 2500 rupees on or before 17/10/2018. When i did not receive cashback till 17/10/2018. I visited to poorvika arakkonam and told them they told me to wait for 1 month. But then also i did not receive any cashback. I visited many times there and submitted my purchase proof and bill paid slip of my bank. They are always telling that you will get cashback in 24 hours but still i did not receive any amount. I have called poorvika chennai also too many times. Please look into the matter. My bill details are given below: bill no. - gsi/ark/4090 dated 17 jul 2018.

              Hi.
              On 5th march my name is saravanan. I have approached poorvika in sai nagar. For samsung a50 4 gb model. And i have applied through my bajaj emi card. And sales man. Siva sankar. And manager kali raja. Have started the process and deducted my bajaj emi cash. And not delivered the product. And ask me to come next day. And 6th march by evening. Again your salesman called and ask me to come to showroom. And they ask me to buy product. I went there and asked explanation for my bajaj cash deductions. And i have waited 2 hours so they arrange and give me the product. And by 9pm. Manager kali raja. Told me please come tomorrow. And i will give definitely give product. And i have visited 7th march today evening 7pm. And kali raja said product is on the way to showroom. So please come by 8pm. And i have reached showroom by 8.10. And they showed me the phone. And i have waited 40 min so they could finish their transaction. And finally they said. It is a 6 gb model. And no 4 gb model available. And from the day 1 i have enquired for 4 gb model. And they deduct the cash from my bajaj card for 19900. And your manager behave so harsh with me. And by 9.20 pm. They said they will revoke the bajaj deducted amount. And i have wasted 7 hours for the past 3 days. And i have all the recordings.in my phone. And all the conversation between your showroom manager, salesman. And between us
              Trust me poorvika showroom has hurt me and wasted lots of time. And they dint even said a sorry.
              I need a proper apology from them. Or i will definitely file a civil case.. And will upload those in social media.

                Hi poorvika,
                Two months back i have purchased jio phone in tindivanam poorvika (P) branch.

                At the time of purchase, pstaff get id proof (Driving license) from me and started the activation process for jio sim.

                I have waited around half an hour and there is no activation completion.

                After that they told, it will take time you can wait 1 or 2 days then it will activate.
                Even that time also not activated the jio sim.

                After that i visited three times in tindivanam poorvika there is no proper response from them.

                Finally i visited mar 2nd 2019, i went poorvika and they redirected to jio office.

                In jio office i have waited 2hrs.
                Jio team said: jio sim rejected, need to reactivate again. And mobile alsk having issue we will replace that also. But this will be done by 4th mar 2019. You can go now and come on 4th mar.

                I totally disappointed. This is not correct way of handling customer.

                Very very poor service from tindivanam poorvika.

                They are not giving proper response to the customers.

                Hereafter i will not go to purchase any products from poorvika showroom.

                  I'm working as territory sales officer in vodafone idea ltd.

                  I visited today dated 3/3/2019 2.15pm to 2.30pm time to poorvika mobiles bhadravathi. And i asked lenovo k8 executives show me other mobiles for no stock. And i asked redmi 6 pro 4gb ram 64gb inbuilt mobile then again they show me 3gb ram and 32gb inbuilt.
                  I am disappointed with their execution. And i stay in cash counter the incharge of poorvika mobiles bhadravathi said his colligues we have no stock of lenovo send him out..
                  He shouting and finger up when i talking.

                  Is this type customer handling i never see in any mobile show rooms...

                    Me and my husband went to poorvika showroom. The guy forced us to buy vivo.. Even when we were not interested. He also showed some high end vivo phone and then made us to buy a phone low graded vivo phone forcefully. When we checked the camera in showroom, we came to know we were completely cheated by them. There only we asked for other model phone to exchange. But they rejected. Please refund our money or give us change the phone.

                    Today i visited poorviks ie 4.3.2019.They promised to change the handset within 2 days.
                    I'm awaiting for their service.
                    I have bought mobile in palladam Road tirupur poorvika mobiles near old busstand. After sales service is worst from the manager and the mobile I bought from poorvika became trouble in 5 days because of old stock so please say them to provide better after see service. Their only motive is to sell mobile at the spot not A better service 8
                    You have put illegal advertisement on my door without my permission if don't remove it i will lodge on line complaint to police under different provisions of IPC

                        Note --- In Two years I have purchased near by 3 Lakh rs in same shop, they are giving false satement it's third time they are doing business to me and in verbally they are telling all but after that they are liers, nice business man's for Poorvika.
                        You want the bill copy for one or more than 12 I have in two years I have purchased u may check it by phone numbers [protected] this my number.
                        I need the boom head set and power bank immediately and it should be devlevied to my address because I have visited more than 6 times.

                            On dated 18.2.2019 i bought bluetooth headset mg 920 from poorvika mobile pvt ltd. Aadress is: 796/2 plot no 4, pb road, 6th cross road. Rannebaennur. At the time of purchase i told them to check the headset whether it is properly working. But the staff told that after billing we can check only. They said i cant open seal without billing. After billed they open it and checked. When they opened i told them to listen the music from bluetooth. Then they said this bluetooth is not compatible for music. If they told them before billing i will not buy that product but they not provide relevant information to me. Even the headset piece not worked. They charged it 20 minutes but not worked. Then they said after fully charged it will work. I took the bluetooth headst at home and charged 5-6 hour. But it not worked. Next day i went to. Poorvika showroom and complained about it. They tried but in vain. Then the took it to samsung sevice center. Next day when i went to showroom they given that repaird piece. Why should i take repaired piece. I told them to replace it with new but they refuse to do this. Even manager of poorvika not take attention on my query. Even today the bluetooth headset is usless to me because it not worked on my iphone. I can not take my query to poorvika because i know thay they do not solve it because their motto to sell the product is complete. And please dont cheat by giving defective product to customer. One advice to you that you should trained your staff so that they provide relevant information to customer. This is my first and last experience with poorvika. After today i will never go to poorvika and suggest to everyone not to buy products from them because poorvika motto is only to sell the product.

                            I submit a complaint to poorvika on dated 22 feb 2019 regarding defective bluetooth headset handover to me. After 30 minutes i received a call and they said our executive will reach and collect that piece and they also demanding my account so that they transfer the money of Bluetooth because i paid thru card. I gave him my BHIM upi no. They sent a link and told me to click on this. When i did the same my account debited by rs 20000. Instead of Bluetooth refund they fraud with this. I complaint a lodge in cyber cell.
                            It is unbelievable how could my phone no and email id go to someone else.
                            I bear a big loss after buy a bluetooth from poorvika.

And worst manager and staff and behaves rudely with customer... And we need the problem resolved and it is the black mark for poorvika mobiles.                                 I have ordered a mobile named karbonn a40 on 5th of january 2019. Due to some reasons i have cancelled on 6/01/2019 by taking confirmation from their representatives. The order has been cancelled at that time. But they are now procrastinating day or another day & are not providing refund. Even after lot of time has elapsed they are still procrastinating.

                                Even after I have provided them my account no & also registered my complain at [protected]@poorvika.in. their representative are procrastinating by giving false information as by saying we have initiated refund second time & their another representative is denying the fact.

                                  I have a network problem on my mobile. Last month i am give services for display was not working after service i have a network problem before that i don't have problem like that. Now i am give mobile to udumalpet, poorvika mobile there are told me as a network problem not cover on warranty. Mobile purchased on 20/02/2018 handover to udumalpet poorivaka showroom on 4/2/2019.

                                      I had bought a mobile on 15 aug 2018, from inorbit poorvika store for that i was supposed to get cashback till november end, but now its almost feb 2019 still i have not received casback

                                      I had contacted store persons also they told me to wait till december, now i want the resason of delay and i need compensation for all these harassment.

                                      I can not go all the time to store just only because of this cashback.

                                        Got blue tooth on 29th of sep in poorvika valsaravakam showroom. One side speker is not working. Went to samsung service centre. They asked orgimal bill. Actual color of product is blue. But in porvika bill they mentioned as black. So samung hesitate to replace the product. Still now i not recived actual product. Given the hole kit and orginal billl to poorvika valasaravkam branch this monday. But still no replacement.
