We bought a micromax tab few days back from poorvika mobiles, no. 2393/2, roopa complex, kammanahalli main road, bangalore 560084. As this was bought for gifting, came to know about the defect only after a week. The tab was taken to the shop to get it checked.

After checking, we were told that the camera has issue and since the same is on warranty, can be rectified in two days.

The tab was taken on 15th aug at 7.30 p. M. Waited for a call from the service guys for 2 days and visited the shop only to know that they need two more days as sunday was holiday..

Again the story repeats, today afternoon when we visited the guys are not even sure where they have taken the tab for servicing.. Also, when we spoke to the manager, he is totally unaware of the full incident till this afternoon.

Annoyed with their irresponsible response, told them to get the tab or replace the same by today evening.

To our surprise, we just get a call back saying the back camera has an issue and they need 2 more days to rectify the same.

We understand now that we have been cheated by giving a defective piece and the same cannot be fixed.

We would need the refund as we lost trust to get the new piece or replace with any other item from poorvika.

    I have ordered a grey color mobile nokia 3310 online at poorvika website (Order id:295644) on 14/08/2019. Got call from courier company to collect on 17/08/2019.
    My cousin personally went to collect the parcel.
    He got a surprise there. The box was opened and the mobile was not even packed with a proper branded nokia box. Attached the photo of parcel.
    The red color mobile (Ordered color was grey) was pretty visible to him without opening the box because the parcel got tampered already.
    Then, he didn't accept the parcel and ask them to send back.

    I have called customer care [protected] no one was picking up.
    Believe me, i tried for 4days in random times. No one picked up the call.
    Then, i contacted live chat support on poorvika website. Response was to backtosquare to contact customer care [protected]. Meantime, i was following up the email. My emails are never responded so far.

    Then, again contacted live chat support, responded that they will contact to my india number. No one called.
    Again, contacted whatsapp chat support, they're asking excuse and promised to call back. No one called. After certain point of time, that chat was no responding to me.

    Now, i'm a situation where my payment is done, mobile hasn't delivered yet and most the beauty is that, no responses from the customer care via email, chat and mobile.

    This is one of the worst experience in ordering online. Amazon would have delivered the mobile with 3days with my expectations.

    Nevertheless, poorvika really should their online service delivery and at least educate their customer care just to answer the phone calls

    Will poorvika deliver my mobile? Or remit the amount?

So i need an duplicate bill copy. So i asked that bill copy in that branch but they are not providing. So plz give that duplicate bill copy. Thank you.

          Hi,
          I purchased a vivo y15 mobile on 31.07.19 for my spouse at poorvika showroom moulivakkam branch chennai. I went to purchase samsung model but the sales person misguided me to purchase vivo mobile stating it's good. I also sailed through the words and purchased vivo y15 mobile. From last week observed that the video call quality and charging is not up to the mark. Yesterday (11.07.19) around 9pm i went to the showroom and complaint the same. At the time of purchasing sales person told that any issues with the mobile within a month will be replaced. But yesterday the behavior of staff and supervisor is totally arrogant and they started abusing me that i'm behaving cheap. They further added me to visit service center.
          I doubt that the revenue they earn more in vivo mobiles than others and hence misguiding the customers to purchase it. Complaints thereon should be dealt by customer directly.
          Please assist me to take an action.

                Bought a vivo y19 phone from poorvika at ananth nagar layout, electronic city phase 2. They convinced to buy an airtel sim saying that 2000 rupees cash back into the airtel wallet, without explaining the entire concept of that.in the mean time, when the sim got activated, we got to know that the sim is used by some other person and we receive many calls at night which are not known to us. When i complained this to the poorvika store, they carelessly answer we ll check and let u know. Its almost 3 days, thy never get back. Am fed up with them.

                  I have bought one plus 7 in arakonam poorvika and they gave me one headset which doesn't work i have spoke with that branch manager they are telling they don't have any stock.. Wt i should do.. My mobile no [protected]. And i ordered 3 phones one week before i buy but they made me to wait many hours and give headset like this.. Such a worst branch i have ever seen.. No proper response to customer. I need good working headset now.. And i am coming from little far away from that branch for that one plus 7 mobile they have made me to visit that arakonam poorvika 2 times again they are telling they will give ltr itseems... I have ordered two more mobiles in next month and i am sure that m not gonna buy in poorvika and i am gonna tell this to all my friends through social media wtsapp and fb

                    Purchased the Samsung J6 model mobile from Poorviks mobiles, 100 feet road on 14.01.2019. 10% cash back offered while swiping credit card, Citibank and it will be credited within 90 days. The cash back amount around Rs. 1200 is not received in my account even after 150 days. Approached the show room but there is no firm response till date.

Compared poorvika means platform moblie accessories also best... Because plot from accessories mobloe temper glass aprox rs 100.. But poorvika branded company mobile temper glass 700... But that temper glass broken... I will saw after returning my home only.. Just 30 mnts... But suddenly i came back poorvika showroom... I explained my issues... But staff told "any problem means poorvika not responsibility.. Because poorvika out of the door means it's your problem. Not poorvika problem.""... This is not correct way of customer service... Moblie accessories k... Moblie also same answer... I got motorola one power moblie in poorvika,,, temper glass also purchased in poorvika.. But hearafter i never come back poorvika... And i told my work place and neighbor. And relation also... Poorvika very worst... Then separately brach manager shiva very worst handling customer service... Poonamalle poorvika.. Near poonamalle bridge and also near sangeetha moblie... I will make case definitely that branch.. I don't care about lawyer fees also... I spend temper glass amount only rs 500... But that staffs irritated me...

                            Good evening. Today I bought a new Nokia 2.1 phone from Poorvika mobiles old no 49/2 new no 44, north usman road, tnagar, chennai-17. I am so dissapointed with the phone because it is not even more than 5hrs from buying the phone. The wallpaper apps or not working. The phone when charged became so hot that I stopped charging it when it reached 43%. The phone is so hot and the charger is even more hot. I feel that this might be a refurbished phone or a old phone. I am afraid to charge it more because it might even burst out anytime. Around 9.00 pm I called the customer care and raised a complaint they asked me to contact this number [protected]. I have tried more than 4 times and till no one has picked the call or called me back regarding the issue. I feel dejected because of this issue. I have great hopes on Poorvika due to their customer friendly access so I am hoping for a positive response from you guys.

                              I'm veeresh ks, my complete regading staff miss behaviour with customer and product was not good and working as sales person explained, what she explained about conket power bank that device was totally waste I have been came told the problem what I'm facing with device and they said to me to give 24 hrs and again I have called the poorkiva sarjapura main road branch where u have took the power bank the staff who took the phone and said me too wait for few minutes and he will call back regarding and he had not called me and I only called him back and he his saying oders to me and he talked with rudely and he his saying me took comer near shop and too talk with in front of him, even I'm an CSD MANAGR customer service desk management even I know too Handel with customer but it poorvika sarjapura roda branch staffs were totally bad in serviceing I'm saying frankly he talked with me too rude as local person even I have a call recored of the call duration but I'm totally disappointed with the full service I can show u people I an regular customer I have took so many things with finace and I can show u full photocopies of till now I byed but the lady who sales me her name is parmeswari m, she said that it will be easy of returning exchangeable and service but she miss commnicated me to this., soory for the saying this even I know the proses but the way they have attended the customer is too bad, so plz concern this, poorvika has such a huge name I don't want to make it ### name of those inproper staffs,

                                Reference to the above complaint,
                                I really appreciate your customer care executive were called me and respond my complaint, i ask them to cancel mobile insurance policy they promised me if possible we will try to cancel, if possible please do it...if not forget it, Other wise at least ask your team to explain me how insurance works. And please make sure it should not happen to other customer like this.Because blindly charging it makes many doubts in customer mind and even 1 rupee also very important,

                                  Sir i purchased my phone last year from poorvika mobiles. I lost that bill copy. Now my phone is in some problem and i need bill copy to submit it to service centre. So i request you to provide me as early as possible. I'm trying to get bill copy from past few days but not getting. Please help me to get it. If you tell me the proper address i will provide you all the necessary details.

                                    Hi,
                                    I bought a honor 8x mobileast month in poorvika and when I asked for temper glass they stated there is no temper glass available but rather have a protection pro which is similar to temper glass and will protect display from damages. It costs Rs. 1000. But now my mobile display is broken after falling just from a feet above even with the protection pro. I cannot tolerate this at any cost and I need a replacement for my mobile.

                                      I bought lg q stylus+ phone in poorvika showroom chrompet. The staff working there said that the phone consists of a heliop70 processor and camera quality is equal to dslr.And they also mentioned that this phone is best for gaming.EVERYTHING THEY SAID IS FALSE.when i started to play pubg phone kept lagging.then when i checked in internet the phone consists of a normal octacore processor and not heliop70 processor.when i reached the customer care they said its my fault of buying that phone and not theirs.I kept on insisting that i have been cheated by your staff but she still says its my fault to buy that phone.what the hell is this poorvika?is this what they do customers. Cheating customers is a crime.kindly replace my mobile as soon as possible.i am really fed up with poorvika mobiles and their customer service is very worst..

                                        I had purchased OPPO mobile phone on 14th October from Poorvika Mobiles, located at Kengeri Satellite Town, Bangalrore 560060 on 10% cashback though ICICI during pooja festival offer was given to all the other outlets for Ayudha Pooja. at the time of purchase they had informed me that we will get back the 10% cash back within 90 days from the date of purchase as well as extra Rs.150 per month for 9 months they have charged and informed me that by mistake they swiped the amount and will get back the money. When i am following continusously there is no response from the showroom manager. Please check and arrange to refund otherwise we will take up this issue .

                                        I bought the iPhone XS Max gripp case from poorvika showroom present in Marina mall, OMR. But within a week of buy, I noticed a small breakage on the case near the volume down and it spoiled the entire look of iPhone. I need a replacement for this product, hope I’ll get one.
