I have bought j600gg galaxy j6 - samsung mobile from poorvika mobiles pvt. Ltd (Door no.:164, north veli street, madurai, salesperson: sa209-patchai kumar s) on 26.10.2018. I went to the shop actually to buy mi a2 mobile. But the salesperson insisted me that mi a2 is not a good mobile phone and to buy samsung. Based on his advise, i exchanged my samsung galaxy on 5, which had heating problem, and bought j6. But, this one is not up to the mark as recommended by the salesperson. I feel my old on 5 was much better than this one. This also has heating problem and battery charge does not last long. I went to the store last week and told about this. But, the manger or shop in-charge (I don't know who is he) was rude and did not hear what i told. Instead he told he cannot hear anything the customer says and he asked me to get out and let me to do anything i can do. I feel cheated by the salesperson to get more profit / commission for samsung j6. This was more frustrating than the shopping. I expect an appropriate reply.
