Purchased aqua lionesx1 intex m mobile on 5/9/2018 from porur poorvika. Within two months battery found bulge out. Gave for repair in poorvika on1/12/2018. It is more than two weeks and have not got back my mobile. Every time from service centre waiting for battery is answer. Iam wondering why poorvika is selling such company mobile when service is so bad. Replacing battery takes so long. Service person telling waiting for original battery. Does it means that battery with the mobile was duplicate? Will advice never to buy any intex mobile.

    I bought a vivo mobile at simmakal poorvika showroom north believe street opposite to alagendra automobiles . I pay the bill amount RS. 8500/- by swiping by SBI ATM card. A message delivered at once but the bill is not generated. The salesman Mr. Ravikumar said that bill amount is not credited in our account. So pay the bill as cash and your amount is in server. So the bill amount will be credited in your account within 24hours. So we pay the bill amount and took the phone. But till now the bill amount is not credited in my account. Today I went to the showroom and asked about it. But they didn't answer properly. The bank officials said that bill amount RS.8500/- credited in poorvikas account. Please do the needful for my repayment of my amount. Thank you

      We bought a mobile mi a2 - blue 4gb/64gb on 13th sept 2018 and we experienced phone not turning on a couple of days before and gave it to the mi service centre and they say there is water in the battery and it fails to turn on and it requires to replace some items and it costs around 11, 000inr.

      Its been 90 days that the new product failing externally to the company.

      Kindly helps us in replacing it as we have the warranty for 1 year.

      Please find the attached images of the bill and service bill.

      Mobile was bought in poorvika stores and they said that we also have free service till 1 year and they have charged cash for looking into the issue in the mobile. They were not even ready to give the mobile without the payment. Poor customer hospitality manners and language.

        I have bought j600gg galaxy j6 - samsung mobile from poorvika mobiles pvt. Ltd (Door no.:164, north veli street, madurai, salesperson: sa209-patchai kumar s) on 26.10.2018. I went to the shop actually to buy mi a2 mobile. But the salesperson insisted me that mi a2 is not a good mobile phone and to buy samsung. Based on his advise, i exchanged my samsung galaxy on 5, which had heating problem, and bought j6. But, this one is not up to the mark as recommended by the salesperson. I feel my old on 5 was much better than this one. This also has heating problem and battery charge does not last long. I went to the store last week and told about this. But, the manger or shop in-charge (I don't know who is he) was rude and did not hear what i told. Instead he told he cannot hear anything the customer says and he asked me to get out and let me to do anything i can do. I feel cheated by the salesperson to get more profit / commission for samsung j6. This was more frustrating than the shopping. I expect an appropriate reply.

          We bought a sony headphone mdr-ex155ap for 1200 rupees actually we were forced to buy it. We requested the seller for not to bill but he refused and made to pay the bill. Also he didn't allow us to choose the headset himself took this headset and made us to buy it. We are very sad that even the price which he said was not correct, same headset in online it is only 970 but we paid 1200. Very dissapointed with their relation with customers. I don't want to blame everybody there coz i nearly bought 2 phones over there and 2 sims with a very good experience. But this time it's not the same... Please take immediate action on it

                I bought a mobile phone on 27/6/2018 in Poorvika virugambakkam showroom with the 90days cash back offer. However, I didn't get the cash back on the specified 90 days period. I went to poorvika showroom and they have requested my 3 months bank statement along with the invoice copy. However, the bank statement is not required for there verification. After a long argument, I have submitted all the documents on 20/11/2018, which they have promised to give the cash back offer by 5/12/2018. But till the date I haven't received the cash back and there is no proper communication from Poorvika. I have call back for further details in which they have not communicate the details property and there is no deadline for the cash back as well.

                  The so called poorvika store who sold the tempered glass as best one among all is damaged. I did pay 1000 bucks for a local quality. I did use apple tempered glass for 6 months and nothing happened but this in hardly a week is damaged. Shame on poorvika who claim to sell these products for fake prices. Worst is not the word indeed. Will ensure no one walks up to the kammanahalli store. Have good contacts to get this published. Very pathetic service and product. Fake fake fake

                    I recently walked in to poorvika chromepet to buy a smartphone for 15000 budget. First of all they dont have display handset of many models and also they told to buy lg brand q6 model.                               Today morning - 30th Nov'18, i walked into Bangalore - kammanahalli Poorvika stores to by tempered glass for my iPhone 7. the rate on that was 1499 but was asked to pay 1000. I didnt get bill so later walked to Simtel stored and sangeetha stores who told me that the tempered glass is only 300 -500 only and not more how much ever the brand or quality is. This is fraud case and in am cheated. I need my money back. People in the store dont know how to talk to the customer.

                                        Hello myself sachin when you people need sales u will just praise us
                                        I bought i phone 8 plus and there was a scratch in it,, it is a manufacturing defect even poorvika people accepted it. It was not even 3 hrs i bought the phone but poorvika people wants to go according to there rules for them customer is not important for them rules is important i appreciate you poorvika, if itr was my mistake i was ready to pay 10000 extra now its almoat 3 days they
                                        Have given phone to i care they need still 5 days are u people playing with us poorvika i just asked a new because its not an hour i bought it one thing remember if i dont get a new one am never turn my head to poorvika
