      My name is maharaja, i am from kovilpatti, yeasterday i have visted your branch in kovilpatti. Near old bus stand. I have purchased a mobile vivo y71i. Its price is 9000. The branch maneger had offered me 8200, he had gone out, i have paid the amount by my dibet card. The amount has been apporved. The manger has asked how can do in such a amount. I have asked the amount but it has billed.
      As your manger had return. And he have behaved rudely to me... He says that if you shout inside the shop means u did not comeback to shop. As your workers behave like this to a coustmer. If you did not take any action on the manger. Youwill loss a valuable coustmer. Because i have purchached more than 5 high priced mobiles in your branch only.. If nessary of checking i give my number you can verfiy it and check that how my i have purchased

          IPhone replacement .. persons change IPhone issues with poorvika company..i have experience .. One of the waste services providing in chrompet showrooms..waste service.. Don't no how to handle customer..they always commit wrong things to the customer.. I don't believe to the poorvika company..
          Very worst it was only for 2 week then in the edge it was showing a gap in the mobile but the cost of the tempory glass is RS 450 but it is very worst temporary glass

            Recently i purchased nokia 8110 4g from poorvika mobiles saradha college salem, india, to my surprise there is no kaios store instead it has jio store and jio apps, basically everything jio, when i took it back the shoowroom staff told me the phone need software updates so you will have to visit nokia care, so i went to nokia care and they told me we cannot update and there are 2 version 1 jio and 1 unlocked, now i am having a phone for which i spent 6000 and your people are not co-operating, to be frank i am not asking for refund just replace it with the unlocked version, when i purchased i asked the staff whether the phone has whatsapp they said yes, but now there are no whatsapp and no kaios store. I am really dissappointed, i always tell people close to me to visit poorvika mobiles for purchasing and today i myself am facing this situtatuin because of the showroom staff.

              I purchased hauwai honor holly 4 plus mobile in poorvika at coimbatore gandhi puram branch 2017 december 13th... Now my display was broken...in warrenty card they mentioned as one year warranty for handsets. So can u replace my display screen of mobile handset? It covers with one year warranty period.. I need to change my display of my mobile.. Please take it my complaint and do needful for me.

                I bought oppo f9 pro in poorvika mosque road. It's been only 2weeks and already the phone is heating up, no proper battery backup. They told us to visit the service centre and still I'm facing the same problem. And also they don't treat the customers properly. We told them it's a defect piece and he tells us we can't do anything about it.

                  I bought my vivo v7+ handset from poorvika mobile stores, tirupur. Accidentally my handset just slipped off from my pocket while riding a motorcycle and now my handset screen is in worst condition.
                  I need to claim one time screen replacement offer before my warranty period ends, so i request you to provide me with a duplicate copy of my handset bill as soon as possible. Please help me in this issue.

                        Hi,

                        Thursday, i have bought this mobile. I asked the store member to give me a mobile for 5k and he gave this mobile. Once i set up the phone it was frozen and it was very slow. Immediately i called the store manager and told the issue.

                        Today (Oct 20) i went to store and spoke to the manager gave that mobile to him and he told that he will speak to someone and update. But he is not ready to understand my issue.

                        I am ready to pay the extra money and get other better mobile from poorvika. If i could have ordered from online without a question i could have returned and bought another mobile phone. There is no customer oriented business from your side. Poor experience.

                        I am expecting some solution.

                        Sir my mobile name is red mi note4. I will give to repair in poorvika showroom in sankarankovil. Service is not good.my mobile is totally wasted. Am was not satisfied in our service. Because not properly and not clearly worked. I was losses my money 4000(service charge) and my mobile. Total my amount 10, 000+4000=14000 I will loss.

                              I wanted to purchase redmi note 6 pro but the sales guy at poorvika besant nagar showroom sold me redmi 6 pro saying which is having lesser specs.
                              Now he is not taking return as well.
                              I was returning the mobile which i bought on the same day on 18-oct-18.
                              I find the specs of redmi 6 pro are less than redmi note 5 pro.

                                I bought vivo Y81 with 3GB and 32 GB from Vijaya FORUM mall branch which is Opp to Kamla theatre. The salesman his name is Jaya Prakash said the price of the mobile which is 12999 and I asked him for discount he said discount will be 990 Nd he asked me to pay Only 12000 and as complementary they gave 16gb memory card. I checked online the price of the mobile is 11990. The sales man clearly lied to me to sell the mobile and now they are threatening me that they will beat me and slap me and kill me . I’m going to give a police complaint if anything happened to me the sales person and manager will be responsible . Using profanity against me is not welcome . Kindly help me . They are using words like ### . Mother ###er . Etc

                                I’m sorry to say I’m going to consumer court on Monday and going to file a case against poorvika as they were again rude in call . The sales guy called and said I’ll be getting a cooler as a gift from them . What am I going to do with the cooker . I’ll be waiting until
                                Sunday if they don’t compensate me . I’ll approach court and get it done and that will be a huge one

                                Try to stop calling for consoling me . I need a resolution . I got a call from Rita she said she is in backend team. I’m not happy with the solution she provided . Are they thinking I’m a fool and illetrate. The promoter lied to me on 18/10/18 that the mobile price is 12999 but actually it was 11999 . If he had told the price of the mobile is 11999 I would asked to reduce 999 and would have payed only 11k . This is fraudulent sales . I need a proper resolution if not I def approach consumer court

                                  I went to buy basic mobile at adambakkam showrooms and sales man gave me a memory card told offer then i rejected that offer. Then he say mobile price 2k then i payed for ye cash they give bill inside cover. When i saw the bill mobile rate is 1.4k plus 500 rs memory card at last they billed for rejected offer.
                                  Then cheat the customer with offer which is rejected.

                                    Staffs are telling lies to buy a mobile and we feel that mobile is nice by their words. If we have complaint in mobile then the staffs don't even answer and poor response, don't buy mobile from poorvika showroom instead buy in online, staffs telling lies to customers and when we ask about the sales person who sold mobile to us, the other staffs will tell that the guy resigned his job, all are fraud poor poor service

                                    I bought a mobile from your branch TNagar.
                                    Night I bought the mobile, put in charge for 8hours next day was taken to use but camera was not working. I asked a mobile but your staff promoted this mobile with lies saying it has dedicated memory card slot, 3500mah battery etc butnothing was in it. Verymuch disappointed. That mrng time itself i reached the shop 19.11.2018 they got back the mobile asking me wait for 2days still no solution came. I wanted the money back highly escalating this issue. Resolve as soon as possible.

                                      I purchased iphone 8 for 58, 000 in poorvika showroom, vellore on 14.04.2018. They informed me a cash back for rs: 8, 000 if purchased with hdfc credit card. After continuous follow up for 4 months i got a mail stating my cash back is 2, 146 so my mobile cost would be 55, 854. And emi cost would be 2, 137. So again the total cost is 58, 000/-. How come the cash back changed to rs: 2, 146/- instead of rs: 8, 000/- and the total cash back and mobile interest is been equalised to 58, 000/-. Even i contacted the showroom people they still saying that the cash back is rs: 8, 000/- only. I top up mails asking them this queries but still there is no proper response for my cash back. I am residing in chennai i bought this mobile at vellore. So i need to travel every time when i didn’t get reply for this mail. My total cash back amount of rs: 5, 863/- (8, 000 - 2, 137 emi cost i accept) has not been returned yet. I feel that they were completely cheated on me to buy mobiles at poorvika mobiles. Really felt bad and really had a worst experience in buying mobile here. Really felt annoyed in this issue. I would recommend people to be carefull with these kind of cash backs announced by these kind of companies.
