Thursday, i have bought this mobile. I asked the store member to give me a mobile for 5k and he gave this mobile. Once i set up the phone it was frozen and it was very slow. Immediately i called the store manager and told the issue.

Today (Oct 20) i went to store and spoke to the manager gave that mobile to him and he told that he will speak to someone and update. But he is not ready to understand my issue....

I have purchased a mobile at poorvika, at the time of purchase store guys have taken my email id and said that he will email the invoice, but i didn't receive. Even i have not followed-up with the same. But now mobile screen got a crack and i have taken external mobile insurance and they require invoice of claim insurance.

I wanted to purchase redmi note 6 pro but the sales guy at poorvika besant nagar showroom sold me redmi 6 pro saying which is having lesser specs.
Now he is not taking return as well.
I was returning the mobile which i bought on the same day on 18-oct-18.
I find the specs of redmi 6 pro are less than redmi note 5 pro.
I want to replace it for redmi note 5 pro....

I bought vivo Y81 with 3GB and 32 GB from Vijaya FORUM mall branch which is Opp to Kamla theatre. The salesman his name is Jaya Prakash said the price of the mobile which is 12999 and I asked him for discount he said discount will be 990 Nd he asked me to pay Only 12000 and as complementary they gave 16gb memory card. I checked online the price of the mobile is 11990. The sales man clearly lied to me to sell the mobile and now they are threatening...

I went to buy basic mobile at adambakkam showrooms and sales man gave me a memory card told offer then i rejected that offer. Then he say mobile price 2k then i payed for ye cash they give bill inside cover. When i saw the bill mobile rate is 1.4k plus 500 rs memory card at last they billed for rejected offer.
Then cheat the customer with offer which is rejected....

Staffs are telling lies to buy a mobile and we feel that mobile is nice by their words. If we have complaint in mobile then the staffs don't even answer and poor response, don't buy mobile from poorvika showroom instead buy in online, staffs telling lies to customers and when we ask about the sales person who sold mobile to us, the other staffs will tell that the guy resigned his job, all are fraud poor poor service...

I purchased iphone 8 for 58, 000 in poorvika showroom, vellore on 14.04.2018. They informed me a cash back for rs: 8, 000 if purchased with hdfc credit card. After continuous follow up for 4 months i got a mail stating my cash back is 2, 146 so my mobile cost would be 55, 854. And emi cost would be 2, 137. So again the total cost is 58, 000/-. How come the cash back changed to rs: 2, 146/- instead of rs: 8, 000/- and the total cash back and...

My galaxy j7 max display was blank when i tried starting it. It is manucaturing defect when made contact to poorvika for bill copy. They advised to seek bill copy online by providing details and hence below are the details of the phone kindly send the invoice copy so i can claim the warranty.

I bought a mobile from poorvika ramamurthynagar branch on 9/7/2018.
Where they has to give boom head set along with mobile. But they said its not in stock, they said they will give in aweeks time, days gone still they havent given me that boomset, their response to customers is bad, manager is also in experience and waste, not given me the proper response. I have bought a earphone from poorvika dharmapuri on january 21st 2018 as that eaephone has 6 months warranty it got fault within 3 months so i returned it to poorvika shop with a bill they gave me replaced earphone without any bill after 1 month and the same problem occured in that replaced earphone also so i again returned it with the box to them but they are not responding as they didnt give any bill to me so they wont replace my product.....

I've purchased samsung a6+ on 18t of this month. After the usage for one week i seen some abnormalities like slow loading, hang during call, lag in opening multiple apps. This is shabeer i note samsung note9 from poorvika iyyapanthangal showroom 2weeks back. The manager of showroom committed me to provide temper glass front and back for the note9 but that time stock was not available. He promised me to provide once the stock comes and now he is asking me to pay 200rs for that. At the time of commitment he doesn't speak about any amount to paid and now he is skipping from his commitment....
