Recently i purchased nokia 8110 4g from poorvika mobiles saradha college salem, india, to my surprise there is no kaios store instead it has jio store and jio apps, basically everything jio, when i took it back the shoowroom staff told me the phone need software updates so you will have to visit nokia care, so i went to nokia care and they told me we cannot update and there are 2 version 1 jio and 1 unlocked, now i am having a phone for which i spent 6000 and your people are not co-operating, to be frank i am not asking for refund just replace it with the unlocked version, when i purchased i asked the staff whether the phone has whatsapp they said yes, but now there are no whatsapp and no kaios store. I am really dissappointed, i always tell people close to me to visit poorvika mobiles for purchasing and today i myself am facing this situtatuin because of the showroom staff.
