I bought the gionee phone in the poorvika and the phone was battery expiry date is finished and i ask gionee phone battery not responsible for asking question and he said battery had not have tell and telling address only i asking contact no means searching in browser tell. I bought the phone that time softly speaking and ask phone accessories means talk hardly i have never bought phone in poorvika

    Self bought a new phone in m. R nagar poorvika showroom on yesterday 08.10.2018 (10.00 pm)

    Brand : oppo a5

    My sim card is not at all reading in this new mobile phone but the same sim card is reading in all the phone.

    Today 09.10.2010 (10.00 am) we approached same showroom and we placed the complaint. Mr. Suresh also checked and confirmed that it is not working. Immediately they informed us they will take this to oppo service centre.

    Today 09.10.2018 afternoon again your team called and informed me that phone is okay now only your sim card is the issue..

    Ms. Manimozhi from your head office also confirmed me that pls go to showroom and prove that your sim card is readable at another oppo phone then they we will check.

    Today evening i went to the showroom and proved them that my sim card is readable for all the mobiles expect the new mobile which i bought. Finally your showroom person confirmed that if ms. Manimozhi from your head office confirms only they can replace the mobile.

    Still my mobile is with your showroom only.

    My humble request here is to replace the mobile and give us a new phone.

      I am harish based out of villivakkam, chennai and i've purchased a nokia 7 plus phone for rs.26, 000/- from poorvika with 10% icici cashback offer on 6th may 2018. As per the cashback offer terms and condition, i should have received the cashback on or before 31st august 2018. Unfortunately, i have not received the same yet. Hence, i escalated to poorvika store and co-coordinating with mr. Karthik (Sales person) of anna nagar east store for more than 2 weeks to resolve this issue. And then escalated it to customer support to get it resolved, after another 2 weeks of conversation they have routed it to branch incharge.. Finally, branch manager called me after one month of follow up, continous emails to poorvika team and they gave me a reply that it was their sales person mistake and wants me to electric stove as gift instead of cashback. I need a resolution for this!!!

      Thanks for calling me and also co-ordinating with branch head for the issue. The Branch people has accepted to refund the amount. But Unfortunately again they are dragging to pay the refund amount back since last 20days. Pls Assist!

        I have never experienced such a worse response anywhere!!If the mobile display is damaged they are not willing to exchange it within 1 year...and i hv not even got the boom set when i took this vivo v7+ they told they would give and till now there is no response in this matter!!May b I hope it's waste of purchasing her...if this is the condition

          Where they has to give boom head set along with mobile. But they said its not in stock, they said they will give in aweeks time, days gone still they havent given me that boomset, their response to customers is bad, manager is also in experience and waste, not given me the proper response.             I have bought a earphone from poorvika dharmapuri on january 21st 2018 as that eaephone has 6 months warranty it got fault within 3 months so i returned it to poorvika shop with a bill they gave me replaced earphone without any bill after 1 month and the same problem occured in that replaced earphone also so i again returned it with the box to them but they are not responding as they didnt give any bill to me so they wont replace my product.. Not giving bill for that replaced product is your mistake not mine so i want my money back or new earphone or else i will file a case on consumer court.. Such an irresponsible service...

              I've purchased samsung a6+ on 18t of this month. After the usage for one week i seen some abnormalities like slow loading, hang during call, lag in opening multiple apps. Face detection also not working properly, getting while charging. Also as per the specification and price this mobile is not up to the mark. I wish to go for replacement. Kindly revert back.

                Last September 16 2018 i was buy a new nokia 5 mobile in poorvika pudukkottai showroom. In home my mom not satisfied with the mobile because overheating issues. Just one half an hour usage it becomes over hot. So i want to return my mobile. But in poorvika returnpolicy they can't take sold product . What's this ???

                  Hi,

                  This is shabeer i note samsung note9 from poorvika iyyapanthangal showroom 2weeks back. The manager of showroom committed me to provide temper glass front and back for the note9 but that time stock was not available. He promised me to provide once the stock comes and now he is asking me to pay 200rs for that. At the time of commitment he doesn't speak about any amount to paid and now he is skipping from his commitment. Hence if i didn't get it done am gonna file a complaint against poorvika for cheating customers.

                    Service 1
                    I am using honor9i device. About 2 months ago my device fell down and gave my mobile to poorvika-karaikudi for replacement of my device's touch and display but it well worked while i gave my device but due to cracks it's not really good to. Technician ajith called after 3 days and said that if i service your movie there may raise some problem so am sending your mobile to chennai and i said ok for that. Then my mobile couriered to chennai for service. After 14 days my mobile came after the service. Then i received my mobile but some issue raised while i received my device. It was a touch issue (Touch was not worked properly). At the same day i received my device i called technician and i said about the issue by night he told me to come tomorrow. I went to poorvika by next day morning but at last i had come to know that technician resigned his job.

                    Service 2
                    After the resignation of karaikudi technician i have no other choice to do the service in karaikudi. They diverted me to check some other poorvika service centre near by me. I contacted pudukottai but there also no technician in both two service centre in pudukottai. Again pudukottai service centre diverted me to check for trichy. Then i called trichy service centre they said ok sir come here we will solve the issue. I went to trichy for the service issue. The first service centre in trichy again diverted me to another service centre to thillai nagar. I went for the solution and i met the technician - mohan. He too again said that i can't service your mobile and he sent my mobile to chennai again. After the service again after some days. But the issue not yet solved. I told that 'issue not solved sir' to the technician but he said no sir it's solved. I came back to karaikudi and i called the head office and told all the story happened. They again told me to give my mobile to poorvika. But absence of the technician in karaikudi again i had to go to trichy to handle my mobile for another time for service. Due to my lag of attendance, my college didn't allow me to take leave. Then again called the head office to say this, the did me a favour that they told me to give your mobile to karaikudi and they will courier your mobile to trichy and they will send your mobile to chennai. Atlast again i gave my mobile to karaikudi and they conveyed to trichy there they again conveyed to chennai.

                    Service 3
                    After the completion of 3rd service again i received my mobile from karaikudi poorvika show room. But the issue never solved and i complained to the manager and the trichy technician. Karaikudi poorvika manager-'mohamed ismail' didn't respond me well. At last he said "i think ur device have no problem and you are doing this to waste our time"to me. I left the show room by his words after that i called mohan, thillai nagar and asked for the chennai technician 'ganesh' phone number to communicate about the problem detailed andd directly. I got his phone number and again he told me to give your phone to karaikudi show room. Again it couriered to chennai. I sent my mobile with video of the issue that i took from another phone. I told that there is a video sir see that and analyze the problem and resolve it. He said ok sir i will take care of it.

                    Service 4
                    He called me to ask where the proof video is and i told him the location of the video. He saw that and said ok sir now i know the issue and i will solve it. After some day he called me sir i am gonna change your touch and display for the 3rd time. I replied 'sir there is no use of changing the display u had changed that already but am facing the same issue so please search for any other fault and rectify that'. Again he called me next day and told that i never seen any other faults it may be some software issue i[censored] allow me to install new software i will install it but your data will be erased. I replied with no sir i need my datas at least back up datas and then install the software, he said ok. Then by next day he called me and said that "sir ur mobile is not backing up any datas to the system"what can i do now or i will send your mobile to by replacing another touch and when you get the phone reboot ur devices by yourself he said. Its ok sir give me my mobile and i do it by my own. But now i received my mobile but there is no data in my phone all got erased while i received my device and the touch issue not yet solved. I called chennai technician for the issue and told about this all my data was erased by you and why did you do that, he replied sir i didn't do anything i gave it with all the datas and i didn't erased it.

                    Now current day i lose all my datas and my 4400. Rs for the display and touch, also the issue not yet solved.

                    Is this your service skill? If you don't know how to rectify and service a mobile, why are you doing the mobile services? Now i am still facing the issue for touch. Are the technicians selected giving the proper training? I lost my patience to give my mobile to u for the another time.

                    Can you refund my money and time that i had lost?

                    I went to the karaikudi showroom to exchange this mobile. They fixed a rate of 3500 to 4000. Rs for the exchange. This is sooo funny i gave 4400. Rs for the display and touch but not yet the issue solved. For the exchange of new mobile the rate of exchange is[protected]. Rs.

                    The worst service i have ever seen in my life.

                                One of the worst experience i have in poorvika shop at tirunelveli. I visit shop and show my old phone and asked mi note 5 pro. They offered 3 thousand for my phone exchange. I accepted, they confirmed me to pay. I paid balance amount. After paid they saying that exchange amount will be 2000 only. It's a worst attitude with poorvika and i hate the the name and services. I never recommend anyone.. Good bye

I returned to mobile showroom for battery problem on[protected]. They gave to service center and they told the mobile is ready. But i faced the same problem. I told to replace the mobile. Mobile showroom refused to replace. They still saying it will be ready. Baja finserve deducted first emi from my account. Please do the needful

                                      Hi.. I've purchased a vivo y71i mobile five days back due to my emergency need in near by poorvika... This fraud poorvika people gave me a software issue phone which is very slow, getting stucked in the middle and no apps are working in it..And customer care people tell me to raise a complaint on them directly if I ask for a replacement, please don't encourage this type of fraud poorvika store

                                        My friend had been visit to your Poorvika showroom, Chitra Complex, Chathram Bus Stand, Karur Bypass Road, Tiruchirappalli, 620002 on 26th Aug 2018 around 2 O clock. He wanted to purchase a Samsung Note 9 mobile phone with the financial help of Bajaj Finserve. He had also informed the counter sales man that he wanted to purchase the mobile phone as a gift for his fiancée.After checking the prices he found himself short of money and hence sought my help. I came to your showroom around 3 O clock to help him out with the required money. Due to unreasonable delay on the part of Poorvika and Bajaj Finserve staff, we were able complete the transaction by around 6 p.m. only. We made the payment and took delivery of mobile phone. Even after this, they still insisted on cheque leaf and payslip from my friend. My friend submitted the required documents without any questions.After all these, your show room staff along with Bajaj Finserve staff declined the transaction. They took back mobile phone from us and returned our money. We felt extremely insulted. Yet we did not make any issue out of it. We returned back to home forgetting the whole incident. The next day morning I got shocked on seeing a WhatsApp message from my friend. In that message my photo along with my friend’s appeared. It marked both o[censored]s as mobile thieves or brokers and warned all the concerned showrooms not to admit us to their premises. This is purely baseless illegal rumour spread with criminal intent of assassinating our characters. We do not question your right to decide on your sale transactions within your domain. But you do not have any right to spread baseless rumours affecting our characters. We strongly condemn this attitude and insist that severe actions be taken against the concerned staff of Poorvika / Bajaj Finserve. Further as you have caused serious damage already, the concerned staff should tender us unconditional written apology.

                                        The management of Poorvika/Bajaj Finserve should take deterrent actions against their staff who spread rumours (calling them “thieves or brokers” ) about genuine customers like us.
