I bought a lg q6+ mobile at your mylapore store (Next to adyar anand bhavan) with the suggestion from the sales executive there. I cleared my doubt that by asking if there are any heating issues with the lg q6+ and the executive had said it has no heating issues. But i am facing heating issues and went to store and they suggested a software update with the lg customer service center. The lg customer service employee confirmed these phones have heating issues.

So i kindly require for an exchange for another mobile at a similar price range from your side as a mistake made by the sales executive.

I think you should update your policies to make your customers to comeback to your store. Bad experience
I went and made a software update. And no improvements yet. And i don't think servicing the mobile would be resolution for this. So only i mentioned my requirement as a replacement

    Two weeks earlier, i had given my phone for repair in your showroom located in chitoor bus stand, vellore. The display had to be completely replaced for which they charged me 6000 rupees. Now, two weeks late i am still facing issues with the screen. As the touch pad does not work erratically with the entire phone freezing sometimes. The service which i received either way was extremely disappointing. The attendants were lackadaisical as well. This was an extremely poor experience.

      I have bought philips bass+ she4305 earphone from gandhi road branch, kanchipuram on 27 oct 2017. The earphone has a warranty for 6 months. The earphone is malfunctioning. Therefore i contacted the branch and gave the bill and earphone for claiming warranty. The attender have thoroughly checked the earphone and said that it is perfect for claiming the warranty. But a week he said it was damaged therefore warranty cannot be claimed. I don't know what heck is happening. He checked it right when i gave. Then the damage is not made by me. It's been a month since i gave. He continues to said to come next week. And i have been going for the shop for a month. Today he said that the shop won't take the responsibility for that therefore he needs to spend his own money for giving me a new one. I want a new one this weekend otherwise i will file a complaint in the consumer court

        I purchased vivo v7 mobile 3months ago in banaglore poorivaka madiwala barnch. As manger said that time zero processing fee and zero emi after 15 day bill has genertaed and it show13% interest. I went the shop and showed the bill they said we're offering 900 cash back offer it will criedt to 60days so it covered that interested charge. Till now i not recived any cash back.

Then they said our swiping machine fault and they asked me to pay again 3500 by cash and said that debited amount will be credited to my account within 24hrs..             On 27th dec 2017, purchased a vivo y69 mobile from poorvika mobile showroom, phoenix market city, bangalore. On 24th april 2018, lost the same near sambalpur, orissa, while travelling in bokaro exp. The theirf snatched from my wife's hand, through the window and ran away.
            So did not want to buy another vivo (Sentimental reason).

            However, when we went to poorvika mobile on 10th may, closer to our location, inorbit mall, bangalore, the sales executive mr. Javed, convinced us to buy vivo y71, saying it is better than y69 (Wife had complaints regarding picture quality etc) and assured that we will not regret the decision. Even though y71 comes with 16gb rom, we still purchased the mobile and 32gb sd card for rs.11400. Mr. Javed installed the machine and the sd card.
            As we were using, we realised that the apps cannot be moved to sd card at all. We went back to the shop the next day. Javed too checked and promised to give a solution. After that day, he was not present for few days (Domestic urgency).
            We kept visitng the showroom and no one knows anything.
            Today (16-may-2018) mr. Javed returned. He tried again, nothing happened. Now he is saying go to vivo showroom and get it repaired.
            We felt cheated. Firstly, we were not interested in buying vivo. This guy made all the promises and after that he is shunting us..
            As you know, the showroom will not take back the piece nor will replace.
            We are stuck with a mobile, in which we cannot install many apps and so limiting the usability.
            These guys cheat the customers by making false promises and sell their useless items at exorbitant prices.

            I request you all to be very careful with poorvika mobiles showroom. You too
            Will get cheated easily. I also saw many complaints in this forum itself regarding them. Please be aware and avoid purchaing at poorvika mobile showroom..

                  I have approach your ooty showroom today for fixing a tempered glass to my phone which i have bought from amazon. The reason why i went to porivika is last month i have brought a 7+ from the same showroom and i thought they will help me to fix the tempered glass which i have not purchased from your showroom. Unfortunately the behaviour and approch of your salesman towards me was a insult. They said they are not aware of fixing of tempered glass. Are they working in a reputed mobile showroom? Or this the way they will behave with the clients. Hereafter i will never come to your showroom and will not refer anyone. Pls advice your salesman the importance of customer.

                  Sir I purchased LG k7i mobile today. But am not satisfied with this phone. My idea was I want to purchase MI 5A but your sales executive told this phone is better than MI. I asked him to show demo for MI 5A but didn't show. But he showed only LG K7i so kindly solve this issue.
                  I brought the mobile like before 4 days and now my mobile is getting hanged and while making calls my receiver ear piece is not working properly kindly get back to me as soon as possible

                    We brought a new mobile two months back reliance lyf which the sales person told is a nice phone for 4500 rs/-. My mother is using it till last 1 month. Now there is a problem with the phone not recharging and getting hot in charging. My mother doesn't have knowledge about smart phones. I asked her to go and check on poorvika store where we brought the mobile.

                    My mother complained to me that they are not ready to listen what the problem and how we can solve. They just told these phones are not a good phones and they tend to get repair quickly. (Not sure why they are selling those kind of mobile phones first) they were not ready to listen to my mother. They are eager to sell only new phones and listening to those who are coming to buy new phones. No one listening my mother, she started back to home and gave at a local store for repair without knowledge. Really bad experience with poorvika.

                      Redmi y1 mobile was bought in dec 2017 from poorvika, the touch mechanism not working since 1.5.2018, while still under warranty. Taken to service center, they refused to repair it or replace without paying additional rs. 4, 700/- stating that water entered mobile short circuiting the board. We are elderly people at home, retired and no small children causing such accidents. Need help

                        I bought lenovo k8 plus today. The sales man had explained about the featues of what i required and there is no product display to check it live. We completely depended upon the sales man what he suggests. After i purchased, i tested my new handset in my home and not even satisfied with the product and the salesman motivated by keep saying all inspiring words. Please be genuine and guide us properly..                           Vadapalani poorivika mobile worst, service i ask redmi note 5 they provide gionee a1 lite mobile to me, phone is not good compare to redmi note 5, brain washing the customer so don't buy any mobile in poorivika mbl showroom opposite to vadapalani.. Mbl, really worst performance in that phone, so i got a new mbl again, lost amt for, who will provide that amt to me i publish to facebook, news channel, social media regarding this issue by adithya i need refund amt or else i will make a issue...                             I purchased a screen guard for iphone 6s for 850 rs. From poorvika showroom, peravallur during february.in the 2 weeks of purchase itself, it started breaking in the sides and now it its breaking in the center. I never drop my phone down. Also, i initially wanted to buy a cheap one for around 200, but the salesperson forced me to purchase the one of 850 bucks claiming it is of supreme quality. This is the worst service and i would never recommend poorvika mobiles to my peers, and i would request atleast half the amount as refund.

                                        Myself a. Subramani, on 27th march 2018, i went to your above showroom to purchase new mobile, your executive hari prasad purposively suggested sony xperia xa1 ultra, on his word i have taken the same mobile by using my bajaj card, i start using that mobile almost a week later, with in two days of after start using that mobile start giving problems of charging and discharging, then i went to your showroom back to enquire about this problem, they told me to handover that handset, as per that i handed over that mobile and charger to mr. Maharaja, i took seal and sign from that invoice backside for surrendered that mobile for servicing, thereafter i never got any calls or response from your executive, i used to call frequently to that hari prasad, but end of the day zero result, mentally i upset a lot, i don't want to take that mobile back after these many problems, i told my bank to stop my emi for this mobile, i forwarded my request to bajaj finance also, so i am looking immediate and severe action for this issue on an urgent basis...
