Hi,

I was told that Gionee A1 lite one of the best mobiles and you would get everything what ever you want from everywhere in the market but i was cheated.

Because i didnt do the market analysis and now the mobile price is dropped drastically ok cant help on that but am not able to get any accessories for that mobile now.

I bought it for 16k and now the mobile price in the market is 8k this people have cheated dont buy any products from there

    I bought a new Lava handset from Poorvika Gandhipuram showroom. After inserting the sim card also the mobile was not showing the network and the displayed msg was Insert Sim. The same day, i took back the phone to the poorvika showroom, they said once sold its non of their business to handle this issue. They asked me to contact the service centre. I went to service centre and said the complaint then the person said its 2017 model I will update the software to 2018 then you will not have the issue, but the issue was not solved. again I took it the service centre again they are trying to rectify the problem but not willing to replace the phone. I am not willing to buy the faulty product. Even when i reached poorvika customer support, I did not get any solution for this. Fraud People and fraud company and fake products.. they sell refurbished products only... worst ever experience from poorvika... I never recommend to anybody even if the products for free... Waste of time and money...

    The products are really fake especially coimbatore branches are worse than any where... I can same complaint faced by many customers frequently but the customer support team not taking action or poorvika owner should try selling quality products...

      I purchase samsung z4 from poorvika tirupur branch.sales person said it is tizen mobile. During that time my question "it is support all anroid apps? Because now all movements have with android app.my office also wil launch app for management my office said all staffs want to have android with above 4.4 so i ask you . Sales person answer "ok all supported " i ask this question again & again 4 times .he answered same words.if he answer me with atleast 1 persent doubt or ngative i try another model or another shop .but he not do it. I try some android apps but its not supporting. Now he & incharge said its supporting only basic apps with tizen not android!! During the purchase he said that words i try another brand or shop but he not say that. Now this mobile not usable for me. My experience with poorvika very bad.

        I had purchased the tempered glass for my Redmi Note5 Pro on 26th Jun 18 from your Pallavaram Cantonment branch. Before placing the glass, they are cleaning the display with the cleaning gel. They are not clean properly using the cleaning cloth. They have placed the glass on display with cleaning gel. Still, the gel is in center of the display. I have complained to the attendee regarding this issue. But they do not consider my issue. I have also complained to the branch in charge and request to the new replacement. He also not responding properly.

        To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could replace the new one.

          Yesterday I go to Poorvika showroom near kalaimagal school, Erode. for buying Redmi note 5 pro but the salesman cheated to give 8500rs worth Gionee A1 lite mobile phone as 13600rs. I didn't ask memory card, tempered glass and back case .. That sales guy told it's all free of cost.but in the bill the memory card price was 1000 and tempered glass and back case are 500rs.but he lies to sell the unworthy product for completing his target. . After that I identified it was not worth of that money and again I went to branch at the same day evening but that sales guy spoke oppostily..

          Yesterday I went to Erode Brough road Poorvika show room for buying Redmi note 5 pro with my family . Mr.K.Boopathy (LA230) Sales person was attended. He convince alot more to pitch another brand mobile phones. Finally he said Gionee A1 lite is fast moving brand with all more specifications in ₹13500 price range. Immediately I checked it with my mobile in online but the rate of this mobile was only ₹8500 suddenly I said to Mr.K.Boopathy but he told that is one GB don't check in your mobile I'll show it in my mobile. Then he showed the picture of the mobile to my parents but he didn't show the price range . And he didn't unpack the mobile because he said if you are buying means then I will open it . . So we didn't see any mobile untill we paying the bill. . And that time he said he give free for this mobile like 32gb memory card, tempered glass and back case .. it's all free he said.. then he gave a bill but bill shows mobile phone price was ₹11, 160 and memory card price ₹932 and tempered glass screen guard price ₹423 and back case price was ₹296 .. but he said ₹13600 all are covered.. only mobile pricing was ₹13600 these items are free of cost he said.. After I had some works and I went for my work. During my travel I checked the mobile in online this mobile price was only ₹8000 range .. He cheated me . Suddenly I went back to the showroom and ask please change my mobile this was not worth of that money with my mom.All sales guy were fighting with us and because I show the price of the mobile phone to them.I need my money back or change my mobile . . I given to the branch and went home. .This was happened yesterday night. .They all make me a fool . .Mr.K.Boopathy cheated me.. please concern my problem immediately .. because ₹13500 is my one month salary. . Don't cheat like these customers..

              My gionee x1s is in poor condition. The problems are heating problem, battery problem, sometimes fingerprint doesn't work properly, and last but not the least phone is running very slow. So please take any actions for this and make a good exchange of this phone

I contacted poorvika customer care simmakkal madurai and they denied to replace the device and informed me to contact skull candy customer care. There is no response on phone and no response on mail.                         I purchased celkon 4g u feel in december for my official purpose. That mobile had lot of complaints for which i gave for service on 2nd of this month. They told it will take nearly 15 - 20 days to resolve the issue. But still i didn't get mobile.. When i ask about it at showroom, they telling that it will take one more week to resolve.. I really upset with the service given by you people.. Nearly it took one month to resolve an issue.. It's too late.. Very much slow in service which cannot accepted by a common man

                            I purchased redmi note5 yesterday. The information provided regarding the phone by employees was incomplete and wrong. Even after complaing at the head office no action is being taken for the mistake. The information regarding camera was conveyed wrongly. There's no exchange policy. Consumers right to information is been exploited. Consumers court will be the final option if matter is not been solved for the unprofessional behaviour by the employees and my right to information been exploited. I would request for exchange of this phone.

                              I went to poorvika mobiles store thoothukudi branch (Near vvd signal) 9/6/2018.
                              I asked to show mobiles under my rs.5000 budget. Sales person showed me only one mobile (Celkon ufeel 4g).. I asked for more mobiles but he told no more mobiles under 5000. He forced and sold me that celkon mobile.

                              This mobile is defective:
                              1) battery draining very fastly (Only lasts for 4 hours)
                              2) front speaker sound is very low when call (Cant hear)
                              3) and sales person sold this phone for rs.4800 with a waste charging stand. Actual price of that phone is rs.4599 (Mentioned in their website)
                              4) he did not show me mobiles under 5000 such as nokia 1, micromax bharat 4, etc

                                to get a lost bill

                                Sir i purchsed my phone last year from poorvika mobiles. I lost that bill copy. Now my phone is in some problem and i need bill copy to submit it to service centre.                                 I had purchased sumsang galaxy mobile on 24/01/2017 in poorvika mobile store room in sankarankovil.. By my debit card reference number is /439175/[protected]/. I missed my phone on 04/06/2017. But i forgot which name i was purchased... I searched whenever i know my places but still now didn't find out... So i want to rise police complaint now... So i need some details urgently.. Please help me..
                                1) whish name i purchased
                                2) which model number i purchased
                                3) what is ime code number i purchased hand set number?
                                4) which number i give reference mobile number.

                                  Yesterday i buy a mobile from thiruvarur poorvika mobiles that shop sales man was told me a mobile cast is rs. 2500. I have paid the money and finally i seen the bill he indirectly selling the memory card and ask me it's our shop compliment but originally mobile cast was rs. 1830. Its very cheap business method and customer was affected indirectly.

                                    Very disappointing with the ppl from kelambakkam branch
                                    I have given my iphone to boost the battery and those ppl asked for the charger too and when i asked for the charger they gave me a different one which was not mine
                                    Very cheap behaviour
                                    I’m sure that they have took mine and replaced with old one
                                    Wat kind off service u guys give
                                    I didn’t expect this from poorvika people
                                    Very disappointing and when i asked they talk so rude

                                      I purchased my gionee a7 max for rs 2500 more than the price on flipkart. Sales rep pushed this phone to me and i believed the fraudulent sales rep instead of doing my own research.

                                      Gionee a7 max is sold for rs 7290 on flipkart. Poorvika sold it to me for 10k rs.

                                      You are supposed to not overcharge me and have an obligation to not rip me off. If ripping off customers who haven't done their research is your policy, then you won't stay in business for long.
