worst headset sold and service deny for replacement

I had purchased a 💀 candy headset on 09 th may and it's got defective from past one week. I contacted poorvika customer care simmakkal madurai and they denied to replace the device and informed me to contact skull candy customer care. There is no response on phone and no response on mail. Both the companies cheated me 1000 rs.

On that day there's is no stock with us and will intimate you once by stock availability and am following for that give more than 60 days still they are delivering the same response as stock not available...

purchased gionee a7 max for 2500 more than the price on flip kart

pathetic customer service

I had been to store in phoenix market city bengaluru i purchased at same place but the staff (Shrikanth) is very rude. When we buying sumthing from there they treat us very well b'coz they need sale but when we go for same product for service they treat us like begger!!! Two weeks earlier, i had given my phone for repair in your showroom located in chitoor bus stand, vellore. The display had to be completely replaced for which they charged me 6000 rupees.
