Hi I bought this product for My Aunt, I bought this Product from
Valasaravakkam poorvika and its hardly not even a month, I had also
purchased a tempered glass and for which I asked them the tempered glass
doesn& #39;t fit to the mobile they said they have been getting
only this from the market, my aunt dropped her mobile lately and the
YOUR SO CALLED HARD "gorilla corning glass" broke in a corner but the
touch works fine, when I took this issue to poorvika they were to
lethargic and asked us to go to service center, I have been using an
IPHONE and I have dropped it couple of times but never had this issue,
IS THIS THE BUILD QUALITY OF SAMSUNG, won& #39;t I get a
replacement!! ?????

Dear sir,

This is regret to inform that, i purchased the honor 9i : huawei : m mobile from poorvika mobiles private limited, door no.: 105, evn road, erode – 600 011 on 11.01.2018 via bill no.: gsi/3ero/11775 through sales person mr. Mohammed shahil m (Hu034). Initially i was select samsung and honor. But my target to buy honor 9i only and demand the special offer, then the sales person told the special offer available i[censored]se hdfc card you will get rs.900 as cash back within 40days, i accepted the offer and purchase the same brand as per the above mentioned bill no. But even after lapse of more than 80 days the amount was not credited in our account and the same was communicated to mr. Ravi varma (Store manager) two days back but all are vain.

Kindly resolve my issues.

Hi Team,

I understand how poorvika works in selling unsold samsung mobiles, but it sounds so cheap of poorvika of having cheated us with a very poor quality unsold mobile to us!!!

I will make sure I take this to samsung India headquarters.

Your associate convinced me in buying the pathetic samsung mobile otherwise I was about to purchase Red MI mobile, so you hold the responsibility, I have been using Iphone and I have dropped it a couple of times but this mobile is so worse!!! You give a glass on top of the display and when it breaks you cheat the customer to change the whole display which would cost 4000 INR. POORVIKA WE NEED A RESOLUTION!!!

    I bought mi mix 2 from poorvika few months ago for 31k unfortunately my bill was misplaced, can please help me in getting a duplicate bill it will be really helpful for because its little expensive mobile for me, if any thing goes wrong with the phone i can't claim warranty,

    Booked redmi note 5 pro on march 10 its gonna be a month still the mobile haven't received . The information given by Poorvika (Thiruvika nagar branch) was i will be receiving the mobile by march 16 then changed to march 20 then changed to march 23 and to march 30 .

      Brought samsung galaxy s9 plus and 64 gb scan disk memory card from poorvika mobiles, phoenix mall, bangalore (Biggest mistake), they committed saying we will provide free rs 2000 worth accessories (3d tampered glasses and a head phone) but these are not available now so you can collect it tomorrow.
      But next day when we tried to call them before going to store they said we can't give anything now as we gave you memory card.

      But i was never told this at the time of buying phone and also i paid money of memory card also.. Now they are saying we gave you memory card for less price as on mrp, so now we can't give you anything now.
      I told them to take back the memory card but they refused saying its already billed but i never received any bill on the first place. The only bill that i got is from paytm (Through which i did payment).

      They will say and commit anything to say the product and once the product is sold, they will pretend they don't know you or what are you saying.
      Worse experience ever, will never recommend anyone to even get inside poorvika mobiles.

      HI,
      As mentioned below also that i didn't receive any invoice from Poorvika mobiles.
      things I received is a Phone, memory card, and a receipt of by credit card payment for memory card and nothing else.

      what a wonderful investigation you did by asking the same guys and giving above comment, who did commitment and later on backed off,
      nice way of handing unsatisfied customers complaint.

      You just should understand that there are 5-6 mobile stores in same store line then why would i choose Poorvika mobiles if they haven't offered or committed something, why anyone would prefer any other store not Samsung store unless they are offered something extra in same prize.

        Sir this is praveen kumar from perungudi.
        Last month i bought a new iphone 8 plus in poorvika kandanchavdi branch.
        After i purchase that mobile full day the charge is not getting an then i return to that showroom but they said to contact the direct iphone center so i went over their then they replaced a new iphone again after getting that new one it's getting problem like automatically switch off again i did the same process what i did for my first iphone mobile.. Then again they replaced a new mobile but now also i am facing different problem in that iphone 8 plus. Past a month i am roaming here an their i need a proper solution on monday eve before otherwise i raise complaint an i go legal action i can't wait more here after so better give a proper response i don't want this iphone mobile give me a cancel slip then only i can block the loan regarding iphone in hdfc bank.. Because the bank manager is asking the cancel slip from poorvika and also iphone center also asking that slip from poorvika sir.. If you not able to give means i go legal i complaint a case against poorvika.. I am sure surely monday afternoon i come with advocate..

            My card was double swiped while i purchased mobile on 10.032018 and got declined twice and only half of the amount was replaced and the other half amount got debited from my account though it was declined. I have been visiting the showroom in mahalakshmi nagar, tambaram for the past two weeks i am not getting proper response from their side (Poorvika mobiles) and i am not sure whether i will get my amount. At least they can provide me with necessary details so that i can approach my bank for further process for the retrieval of my amount.

                1. Representatives assured a cashback of 1500 on mobile purchase
                2. Later after 5 months, they told on purchase date hdfc offer is not applicable
                3. After 2 months of follow up on mobile & email, showroom manager promises accesories for the same
                4. When u visit the showroom he will tell u iphone original products (Headset/charger) cant be purchased. Only third party accessories can be done
                5. You end up in buying that non-apple product at showroom price. But it will be available in online for 50% discount.

                Ex: for 1500rs promised cashback, they give you an headset of 1700rs (After u pay 200rs cash) which is 850rs in online websites.

When i contacted service center they said that board should be changed. Phone seems to be defective and already used one. I went to showroom they said the same and declined to exchange. So i request you to get my phone back and give me an another phone with good quality.

                      Hai today i have went to your ekkaduthangal branch and enquired about the basic handset and they suggested me to get lava spark i8 and said original price is rs. 1900, you can get for rs. 1800 i said okay for the same.

                      Further, he said you can buy memory card for rs, 500 its offer i said no required he said okay and went later again he said sir phone price is rs. 1800 and you give me just rs. 200 additionally so that you can get phone + memory card i said okay and asked him pack.

                      Later when i say the bill i found i have been cheated in bill phone price has been mentioned as rs. 1370 something and memory card price as 400 etc along with tax etc 2050.

                      So its proves that he has cheated me to buy memory card by saying different phone price.

                      I need refund of the amount which has been cheated from my end and take the memory card back.

                        When u email to customer care, they gonna tell u showroom staff promises to be dealt with showroom manager only which in turn of no use.

                          I purchased a samsung galaxy j7 pro from poorvika, and it is located near tamabaram sanatorium (Landmark: apollo dental white). It has been nine months since i purchased the product, but poorvika failed to deliver me a boom headset which was promised at the time of purchase.

                          I went to the shop almost three times to enquire about the headset but still they have not come up with something to convince me.in the interim they have changed the manager of the store and created a fuss while explaining about the latter issue.

                            Poorvika db road rs puram branch cheating customer. I came this shop to buy lenovo k8 note. Sales girl told me the final price 12000/- inclusive of everything. Even finance login time also not clarified any thing tome. After all verification they asked me cheque. Which i have not brought that day. So yesterday i have send cheque through my relative. That time they have told down payment rs.4788 need to pay. So asked my relative to swipe her card. After swipe the have raised bill 13500/-. Immediately she called me and informed instead of 12k poorvika made 13500 bill. I have asked split up the ha told 4788/ down payment and 1500*6 emi. Total 13788/- i surprised and asked the sale deal freezed 12k as per commitment after down payment balance amount should divided x 6 but the haven't did. I asked clarification that time only you show room manager involved and explaining me the rs 500 increasing and finance charges etc.. I have asked why the same has not explained before. No answer. Today (4th march) they have asked me to come shop. So i came 10.15 am. Till the time manager not came. I am waiting. Such a poor customer i have not expected from poorvika.

                            Just i met manager so bitter experience not listening customer voc. I am keep on telling staffs not explained me extra charges of emi scheme. Sales girl convinced me for 12000 inclusive of all. I need to pay only 12000k after down payment balance amount divided in to 6. But now they have changed. Your manager also supporting them not to customer. For verification you can validate friday afternoon between 3 to 5 pm security camera footage.
                            I need management intervention to get proper resolution. My money 4788 taken. Also note i haven't signed any finance documents not even provide my cheque leaf.

                            Manager threatening me instead of providing solution.
                            After escalation now he is telling, he will arrange freebie worth 1000/- and forcing me to accept.

                            I have escalated to poorvika and capital finance escalation team waiting for resolution.

                              My sister bought an oppo a71 phone from new bel road branch. After taking home found that there was an instant jio offer of rs 1200 +, which was not explained by sales person. Later on asking again on my visit they said, sir you didn’t ask so we dint explain about that. How can a sales person say this? Actually themselves don't know about the offer and was told to come next day. Again on my visit next day it was the same irresponsible reply saying go to jio. How can you sell the phone without minimum knowledge on the product benefits? I really had very bad response from poorvika. I went to jio about the offer, they said those things need to be addressed by the company which sold the phone. How can this branch be so irresponsible?. Still i haven’t came to know about the offer. The way they behaved with me was too arrogant and very rude. I will further take this compliant to next level if this is not clearly addressed. Because i had an very rude experience from sales goons from poorvika. Because of few irresponsible people don’t spoil your brand name.

                              I am extremely sorry to say these there is one person who will interrupt in middle and will speak in such an provoking manner saying just go to jio and ask we are just sellers we sell the phone, we are least concerned about jio. I think this is not the way to address the customer complaints.

                              Received call from head office and resolved the problem, Happy with that. But still can't agree poorvika claiming customer friendly until these types of sales people are thought the well behaved manner. I say yes to Poorvika and hope I shop in Poorvika in near future as well, but not in NEW BEL ROAD branch. Hope these message explains the quality of shopping experience I had in Poorvika. 5 STARS to Poorvika complaint team. Thank You.

                                I brought a temper glass for one thousand rupees and it is been replaced back within two weeks, that the dusts are getting inside the temper and they changed it even though the problem has not been solved. The sales person said to put case and thus the dust won't get inside the temper glass and so i brought a google case for it which cost two thousand five hundred and even after with it also i face problem like the dust are getting inside the temper glass and while i make calls the sensor which is used to switch off the screen when we take our mobile phone near our ears are covered with dust so i couldn't see the display while calling some one

                                  I'm verymuch affected due to this bad mobile. So please help to us for replace this mobile.

                                      Hi, am writing this email to notify the peoemployee behavior in poornima chennai villivakkam branch..
                                      Have went to poovika on friday and booked redmi 5a mobile. They said they will book for it i can get in on sunday.
                                      Today i went they are saying they will not take any booking for redmi 5a and now mo stock.. Is this an correct behavior because of there comments only we went.
                                      One person is telling i will check the stock and the other person is telling no ask them to wait for one week. This kind of a very bad behavior they have. There was no politeness wile talking. They are behaving like they are selling the mobile for free of cost.. Am going to escalate this in social media.

                                        I would like to share my experience with the product nokia-2 which i have purchased from poorvika - chromepet branch.

                                        I just brought nokia -2 on[protected] at around 9:30pm since it is an urgent need with the budjet of rs.7000 /-
                                        The showroom executive suggested couple of mobiles which comes my budjet (Mi & nokia) so i selected nokia since it is an branded and familiar one.
                                        I started using the phone on the next day after full charging. But from the beginning itself the phone has working very slow and hangs sometimes.
                                        So i was wondered about this worst product (Nokia_2). Since we have multiple options from other brands with more specifications, i was purchased this.
                                        Now very much disappointed with this product and went to the showroom and met the showroom manager mr. Arun. He is diverted me to call to the customer care number and i spoken with gayatri & sowmiya and explained my concerns.
                                        But they also denied to replace the mobile.

                                        Now i have an only hope with you and need your intervention on this to support me with positive solution with my satisfactory.

                                        Thanks for your support.

                                        But there is no use to raise my complaint in this forum.
                                        Finally the service people simply told that there is no problem with the mobile by telling un acceptable reasons. After given my phone to service center, this is the 3rd day I got a call from service team and asked me to come & collect the handset.

                                        From the next day of my mobile purchase I told there is a screen flickering and hanging issue, but my 1st visit they updated the software but there is no use. On the next day again I went to the service center the same was done. On the same day As per your instructions I handed over the phone, on the 3rd day they replied like that there is no issue.

                                        If there is no issue why they Updated the software TWISE and now they told 'no issue with the phone".

                                        They simply planned to expire my replacement warranty period.

                                        Don't know why poorvika not support their customers for these kind of cases by stating the terms & conditions.

                                        Even we can return the product in online purchase of we don't like the product.

                                        Definitely we will try to escalate this issue to the top level as much I can.
