Myself a. Subramani, on 27th march 2018, i went to your above showroom to purchase new mobile, your executive hari prasad purposively suggested sony xperia xa1 ultra, on his word i have taken the same mobile by using my bajaj card, i start using that mobile almost a week later, with in two days of after start using that mobile start giving problems of charging and discharging, then i went to your showroom back to enquire about this problem, they told me to handover that handset, as per that i handed over that mobile and charger to mr. Maharaja, i took seal and sign from that invoice backside for surrendered that mobile for servicing, thereafter i never got any calls or response from your executive, i used to call frequently to that hari prasad, but end of the day zero result, mentally i upset a lot, i don't want to take that mobile back after these many problems, i told my bank to stop my emi for this mobile, i forwarded my request to bajaj finance also, so i am looking immediate and severe action for this issue on an urgent basis...

Your associate convinced me in buying the pathetic samsung mobile otherwise I was about to purchase Red MI mobile, so you hold the responsibility, I have been using Iphone and I have dropped it a couple of times but this mobile is so worse!!! You give a glass on top of the display and when it breaks you cheat the customer to change the whole display which would cost 4000 INR. POORVIKA WE NEED A RESOLUTION!!!
