      Dear directors,

      This is phlip narayanan from the above address; i purchased a p7 max – gray gionee mobile from your show room at moolakkadai on 30.09.2017 for an amount of rs.12100.00 as recommended by your representative. I could not swipe and enter in to mobile functions due to continue display of various kinds of screen savers and notifications automatically. Once i got the chance to enter in to mobile operation and tried /changed the screen saver and put on the youtube and whatsapp. A few mobile number were stored and called for a test. Afterwards; many number of screen savers have occupied and disturbing me and not able to enter in to mobile. Secondly, some messages are down loaded continuously and a sound has come out every 5 minutes from the mobile and threatening us. As this is defective and working on its own without my operations/consent; it is not reliable and could not be used anymore.

      As we are senior citizens; we are afraid o[censored]nnatural things happening in the mobile and we found that it is dangerous to use and hence we are returning to you. Further please arrange to change a reputed/ other brand mobile phone or return the money immediately.

          I purchased apple iphone 5s on 13th august 2016 from poorvika, nagercoil. Beginning of july 2017, i faced a problem in the phone, while using the screen becomes blue then it restarts by itself, i approached the poorvika stores and i requested them to check if there's is any software problem. They told that there is no service for apple. I continued using it, and i approached another poorvika store's in nagercoil couple of days back. They tried to restore the mobile and they found error in it. Later on the phone was taken to apple service centre in trivandram, technician in the service centre says that there's a hardware issue in the phone, i paid 23400 inr, when i purchased it. When i approached them when the phone is within the warranty period i didn't get any response. I need a replacement for the phone which i bought. Am not at fault. Hope you understand the problem am going through.

            Dear sir
            I am p. N. Vijeyendrakumar, i had a bad experience in the poorvika showroom, velachery phenix mall, velachery, chennai, tamilnadu, at the time of buying samsung galaxy 8.

            I visit the about said show room on september 17th, i met the salesman and he attend me and when i willing to purchase the phone my debit card credit limit exceed that’s y i am unable to buy the phone on that day, but he ask me to book today to get some offers, so booked by paying rs. 500 as an advance. I got a receipt for that.
            Next sunday 24th september again i visit the show room with cash to purchase the same phone along with my friend, that time a salesman from samsung his name is mr. Azarudeen (He wear a shirt with galaxy 7 embalm). At that time my friend is asking without any intense to that salesman about galaxy 7 was stopped and y wearing this shirt. And he replied rudely and aragantly. That incident disturb me and stopped the purchase and i bout i phone 7. I didn’t argue anything with that salesman, his words are hurting like anyting.
            This type of salesman’s are not get proper punishment, that’s y they handle the customer like this.

Ltd and gst number was not mentioned in invoice. I called your head office and asked about the incorporation of gst and they denied to do that. We need invoice with gst number.                             Hello team,
                            I had a very bad experience purchasing micromax q424 from poorvika mobile. Initial quote for the product was rs 5500 later when i checked online it got reduced to rs 5000 with my old phone taken at rs 1000. However in my invoice he charged rs 4k for new phone rs 750 for exchange moreover he sold 16gb pen drive which i never asked for. Ridiculous service ever seen.

                                    I purchased two samsung j7 max mobiles today (27-aug-2017) at poorvika mobiles pvt ltd, 95, arcot road, virugambakkam, chennai - 600092. The showrooms product catalogue for j7 max mentioned the processor as "octacore 2.4ghz", and sales person mr. Murugan confirmed it is 2.4ghz and influenced my decision to choose j7 max over other comparable choices. As i was convinced with 2.4ghz i bought two mobiles from this showroom today (Invoice is attached).in the mobile box the processor is just mentioned as "64 bit octacore" and no mention in ghz, but sales person reiterated it is 2.4ghz. However, later an internet search revealed that the processor speed is only 1.6ghz (Not 2.4ghz). I went back to the showroom to enquire about this cheating. The showroom salesperson admitted their mistake (After browsing in internet in front of me) but has denied replacing the phones with a diferent model (Samsung or other brand) having specifications (Processor speed) quoted to me at the time of purchase. The salesperson later modified the catalogue with a pen. He even challenged me to raise this as a complaint saying he cannot replace or refund. I am totally disappointed with this cheating sales and i would request poorvika to arrange for refund or replacement with a model (Samsung or other brand) having 2+ ghz processor.

                                    Check the above Samsung website which clearly says the processor is 1.6GHZ (as against 2.4GHZ told by your sales guy at your Virugambakkam branch.

                                    I also visited sangeetha mobiles, priyadharshini mobiles and Akshaya mobile showrooms (all are adjacently located in Munuswamy Salai of KK NAGAR) and all 3 showrooms confirmed it is 1.6Ghz.
                                    So, It's very evident that I got cheated by Poorvika Virugambakkam showroom.
                                    It's better you guys either REFUND or replace with other brands having 2+Ghz specification.
                                    Or else I'm very certain to take legal action for cheating and Mis-Selling. I never mind spending legal costs but I cannot tolerate any cheating for sure. You can verywell verify this wuth your sales guy that i bought two mobiles just because thd processor speed was mentioned by him and the showrooms catalogue as 2.4GHZ). I have photo evidence as a proof which was also attached with my original complaint here.

                                      Sir i bought the phone just 2 months in that lots of complaints are there.. Imei number is wrong and it's sound are not hearing for 2 hours and automatically switch off lots of problems and seller says there is offer speaker but speaker was no yet come for me... So please change my phone... Or i will go further step... Complaints... I am from pondicherry my contact no [protected]

                                        I bought a samsung guru 1200 from poorvika mobiles, mogappair west.
                                        I asked for a basic samsung mobile that can be used for college.
                                        The salesperson suggested samsung guru 1200 with one sim and another with dual sim.
                                        I did not need dual sim and opted for samsung guru 1200.
                                        I asked him about ear phone and he said it did not come with ear phone as it did not have fm.
                                        As i was planning to listen to only saved music, i didn't bother.
                                        Only after opening the package, i saw that i cannot use any regular ear phone as the port is a unique flat pin port and such an earphone is not even available in the market.
                                        I went back to the store to exchange it for the dual sim phone, but the shop people refused to exchange as the bill cannot be changed.

                                        The sales person has the moral duty to inform the customer that the mobile is not compatible with regular ear phones and you cannot listen to music at all with this phone as the ear phone compatible with this mobile is not available in the market at all.

                                        So please make arrangements to exchange this phone with the dual sim samsung and i will pay the extra
