I am p. N. Vijeyendrakumar, i had a bad experience in the poorvika showroom, velachery phenix mall, velachery, chennai, tamilnadu, at the time of buying samsung galaxy 8.
I visit the about said show room on september 17th, i met the salesman and he attend me and when i willing to purchase the phone my debit card credit limit exceed that’s y i am unable to buy the phone on that day, but he ask me to book today to get some offers, so booked by paying rs. 500 as an advance. I got a receipt for that.
Next sunday 24th september again i visit the show room with cash to purchase the same phone along with my friend, that time a salesman from samsung his name is mr. Azarudeen (He wear a shirt with galaxy 7 embalm). At that time my friend is asking without any intense to that salesman about galaxy 7 was stopped and y wearing this shirt. And he replied rudely and aragantly. That incident disturb me and stopped the purchase and i bout i phone 7. I didn’t argue anything with that salesman, his words are hurting like anyting.
This type of salesman’s are not get proper punishment, that’s y they handle the customer like this.
I am attaching the advance receipt from your show room and the purchase bill from other show room.
