So i need an duplicate bill copy. So i asked that bill copy in that branch but they are not providing. So plz give that duplicate bill copy or otherwise give me any other idea. Thank you.

        Hi have ordered redmi 4a mobile on 28th july and before ordering i have asked your customer support agents that by when i'll be receiving the product they told that i'll be getting in 6 days at max and from then i am calling your support agents and they are not providing the correct information regarding the delivery of the product they are saying everytime that i'll be delivered this was the worst experience i have experienced in online ordering till now no one are giving me a correct information and i didn't even got a tracking mail from you agents and also no update in online website it's still showing processing this is the worst service...

          Hi, i have raised an issue stating that i need an duplicate invoice copy for the samsung galaxy s7 edge which was purchased on march 2016. After more than 16 emails i was given to understand that they will not be having the copy in their data base as it has exceeded more than a year. I need the invoice copy to raise my damage claim so that it can be resolved. I have been told to reach out to jeevitha from poorvika but i have been trying to reach out and there is no response from them. Requesting you to kindly check and provide assistance to get an duplicate invoice copy at the earliest. Thank you!

            You executives have given me a circuitous treatment and meaningless response as follows:

            My first flustration regarding the wrong info provided by your executive regarding the phone cost..

            Even small outlets gives d accurate info y can't poorvika..

            I been to univercell, sangeetha and spice hotspot but the dp was high so at last i visited to poorvika and lady gave me a option of bajaj finance so i was very happy with the lowest dp comparing to other outlets..

            Thereafter on the next day, i had
            Only 1900rs but it took me 2550, coz of wrong info,

            What if i don't have extra 500 bucks and if i come from 50miles..??

            Later i sold my old phone in d near by outlet and got 500 for buying a new phone look at the situation..

            We are deeply sickened by the way your agents threated me if this practices you cannot achieve ethical standards, and you gonna loose your position.

            Poorvika should take this seroisly and respond asap..

            My second flustration is a regarding the bajaj finance..

            How can you add the insurance without
            Any notice..??

            I brought a phone which is costing me 15300 so i payed 2550 as a dp and d remaining amount for 5 monthes.

            12750 for remaining 5monthes..

            So as promised by yur exe i approved the
            For d deal and brought the phone..

            Here is the main problem as promised by yur exe only 2550 has to be debited from my account as first emi but you know the amount debited is 2850...

            Don't you think this is crazy.

            What if i have 2600rs in my account and d cheque gets bounced..

            And now i visited your outlet the agents and d bajaj exe gave me silly response which is gonna make others laugh..

            I have many more issues and i demand a call from your support team. Or else i gonna take this some where else.

                  I bought 1 mobile 12.07.2017 & its accessories & for mobile they have given bill. But temper glass & mob cover they are not given any bill, they taken 600 rs but 13.07.2017 morning mobile cover is damaged. I went & i asked but they are not ready to accept. Later 1 hour discussion i have given 100 rs extra without any receipt & exchange same mobile cover. Its too bad.

                    This selling website is the most # up seller. No after sales service 6 days ago i paid but till now hasnt shipped im following up every day.

                    I dare all indian customers to not get fooled by this website.

                    No service ethics.
                    Lines always busy need to wait for 3 minutes atleast (Still ethical).
                    Associates dont know how to handle customers (Truly unethical).
                    Stupid reasons for mobile not shipped (No words).
                    No information if the product has shipped or whatever (Even the office guys dont know about this-lol).

                    Exclusive line for the owner of this website & mobile center : burn your business emipre & get lost.

                    I ordered redmi 4 3/32gb for inr9499/- but these guys shipped me redmi4 2/16gb that costs 7k.

                                    As i had purchased iphone 5s tempered glass on 15/06/17 for the price rs. 500/- (Bill copy available) and while purchasing found a very tiny bit broken on the tempered and i didnt mind and the very next day air bubbles on the phone starts developing and when i claim this poorvika porur showroom to customer care, they lethargically saying that because of the physical damage (Which was happened while purchasing) was the cause for developing air bubbles (Pls look at the image and tell me the correlation)..
                                    Kindly look at the pics attached to it. Note: esp: physical damage (Tiny damage - cause of poor quality & air bubbles within 24 hours of time).
                                    The quality of the tempered glass also not worth for the money and the one who fix tempered glass on my phone also not fix it properly.
                                    Its not about matter of rs.500/- (Anyhow its money spent on a prduct which is not even had a life for 24 hours of time) but the quality and very short life span and lethargic and giving foolish answer and making me to believe such answers.

                                      Hi have ordered redmi 4a mobile on 9th june and before ordering i have asked your customer support agents that by when i'll be receiving the product they told that i'll be getting in 6 days at max and from then i am calling your support agents since 4days they are not providing the correct information regarding the delivery of the product they are saying everytimr that i'll be receiving it tomorrow this was the worst experience i have experienced in online ordering till now no one are giving me a correct information and i didn't even got a tracking mail from you agents this is the worst service i have ever experienced day by day they are telling different reasons i need refund of my money or else i should get the product by tomorrow my order number is 147028

                                      I have bought iPhone 6s on march 19 2017 with offer of 8000 cash back in 90days
                                      It's over 90days and not received cash back yet . When I called customer and Chromepet branch where I bought the mobile the response was very bad

                                        I am a regular customer of poorvika mobiles, tirunelveli for the past 5 years.
                                        I ve purchased one celkon mobile from poorvika. The charger slot in mobile has been broken. For servicing i ve contacted poorvika, town branch. The person who attended me asked me to go to junction branch or some where else. Being a customer of that branch i m expecting full service at that same branch. Please help in this regard. Expecting reply.
