I purchased two samsung j7 max mobiles today (27-aug-2017) at poorvika mobiles pvt ltd, 95, arcot road, virugambakkam, chennai - 600092. The showrooms product catalogue for j7 max mentioned the processor as "octacore 2.4ghz", and sales person mr. Murugan confirmed it is 2.4ghz and influenced my decision to choose j7 max over other comparable choices. As i was convinced with 2.4ghz i bought two mobiles from this showroom today (Invoice is attached).in the mobile box the processor is just mentioned as "64 bit octacore" and no mention in ghz, but sales person reiterated it is 2.4ghz. However, later an internet search revealed that the processor speed is only 1.6ghz (Not 2.4ghz). I went back to the showroom to enquire about this cheating. The showroom salesperson admitted their mistake (After browsing in internet in front of me) but has denied replacing the phones with a diferent model (Samsung or other brand) having specifications (Processor speed) quoted to me at the time of purchase. The salesperson later modified the catalogue with a pen. He even challenged me to raise this as a complaint saying he cannot replace or refund. I am totally disappointed with this cheating sales and i would request poorvika to arrange for refund or replacement with a model (Samsung or other brand) having 2+ ghz processor.

Check the above Samsung website which clearly says the processor is 1.6GHZ (as against 2.4GHZ told by your sales guy at your Virugambakkam branch.

I also visited sangeetha mobiles, priyadharshini mobiles and Akshaya mobile showrooms (all are adjacently located in Munuswamy Salai of KK NAGAR) and all 3 showrooms confirmed it is 1.6Ghz.
So, It's very evident that I got cheated by Poorvika Virugambakkam showroom.
It's better you guys either REFUND or replace with other brands having 2+Ghz specification.
Or else I'm very certain to take legal action for cheating and Mis-Selling. I never mind spending legal costs but I cannot tolerate any cheating for sure. You can verywell verify this wuth your sales guy that i bought two mobiles just because thd processor speed was mentioned by him and the showrooms catalogue as 2.4GHZ). I have photo evidence as a proof which was also attached with my original complaint here.

Imei number is wrong and it's sound are not hearing for 2 hours and automatically switch off lots of problems and seller says there is offer speaker but speaker was no yet come for me...       I bought a samsung guru 1200 from poorvika mobiles, mogappair west.
      I asked for a basic samsung mobile that can be used for college.
      The salesperson suggested samsung guru 1200 with one sim and another with dual sim.
      I did not need dual sim and opted for samsung guru 1200.
      I asked him about ear phone and he said it did not come with ear phone as it did not have fm.
      As i was planning to listen to only saved music, i didn't bother.
      Only after opening the package, i saw that i cannot use any regular ear phone as the port is a unique flat pin port and such an earphone is not even available in the market.
      I went back to the store to exchange it for the dual sim phone, but the shop people refused to exchange as the bill cannot be changed.

      The sales person has the moral duty to inform the customer that the mobile is not compatible with regular ear phones and you cannot listen to music at all with this phone as the ear phone compatible with this mobile is not available in the market at all.

      So please make arrangements to exchange this phone with the dual sim samsung and i will pay the extra

              Hi have ordered redmi 4a mobile on 28th july and before ordering i have asked your customer support agents that by when i'll be receiving the product they told that i'll be getting in 6 days at max and from then i am calling your support agents and they are not providing the correct information regarding the delivery of the product they are saying everytime that i'll be delivered this was the worst experience i have experienced in online ordering till now no one are giving me a correct information and i didn't even got a tracking mail from you agents and also no update in online website it's still showing processing this is the worst service...

                Hi, i have raised an issue stating that i need an duplicate invoice copy for the samsung galaxy s7 edge which was purchased on march 2016. After more than 16 emails i was given to understand that they will not be having the copy in their data base as it has exceeded more than a year. I need the invoice copy to raise my damage claim so that it can be resolved. I have been told to reach out to jeevitha from poorvika but i have been trying to reach out and there is no response from them. Requesting you to kindly check and provide assistance to get an duplicate invoice copy at the earliest. Thank you!

                  You executives have given me a circuitous treatment and meaningless response as follows:

                  My first flustration regarding the wrong info provided by your executive regarding the phone cost..

                  Even small outlets gives d accurate info y can't poorvika..

                  I been to univercell, sangeetha and spice hotspot but the dp was high so at last i visited to poorvika and lady gave me a option of bajaj finance so i was very happy with the lowest dp comparing to other outlets..

                  Thereafter on the next day, i had
                  Only 1900rs but it took me 2550, coz of wrong info,

                  What if i don't have extra 500 bucks and if i come from 50miles..??

                  Later i sold my old phone in d near by outlet and got 500 for buying a new phone look at the situation..

                  We are deeply sickened by the way your agents threated me if this practices you cannot achieve ethical standards, and you gonna loose your position.

                  Poorvika should take this seroisly and respond asap..

                  My second flustration is a regarding the bajaj finance..

                  How can you add the insurance without

                  I brought a phone which is costing me 15300 so i payed 2550 as a dp and d remaining amount for 5 monthes.

                  12750 for remaining 5monthes..

                  So as promised by yur exe i approved the
                  For d deal and brought the phone..

                  Here is the main problem as promised by yur exe only 2550 has to be debited from my account as first emi but you know the amount debited is 2850...

                  Don't you think this is crazy.

                  What if i have 2600rs in my account and d cheque gets bounced..

                  And now i visited your outlet the agents and d bajaj exe gave me silly response which is gonna make others laugh..

                  I have many more issues and i demand a call from your support team. Or else i gonna take this some where else.

                        I bought 1 mobile 12.07.2017 & its accessories & for mobile they have given bill. But temper glass & mob cover they are not given any bill, they taken 600 rs but 13.07.2017 morning mobile cover is damaged. I went & i asked but they are not ready to accept. Later 1 hour discussion i have given 100 rs extra without any receipt & exchange same mobile cover. Its too bad.

                          This selling website is the most # up seller. No after sales service 6 days ago i paid but till now hasnt shipped im following up every day.

                          I dare all indian customers to not get fooled by this website.

                          No service ethics.
                          Lines always busy need to wait for 3 minutes atleast (Still ethical).
                          Associates dont know how to handle customers (Truly unethical).
                          Stupid reasons for mobile not shipped (No words).
                          No information if the product has shipped or whatever (Even the office guys dont know about this-lol).

                          Exclusive line for the owner of this website & mobile center : burn your business emipre & get lost.

                          I ordered redmi 4 3/32gb for inr9499/- but these guys shipped me redmi4 2/16gb that costs 7k.

                            I had purchased a Redmi 4 mobile & tempered glass at 29.06.2117 in medavakkam Poorvika mobile showroom. The tempered glass price₹350.They had applied it.Next day the tempered glass automatically come out my mobile.i have try to applied. But not stickly. Poor quality tempered glass. I asked from medavakkam Poorvika showroom they said no warranty in tempered glass. So not exchange it. They said answered not properly. Very poor sales person and manager. So kindly issue a new tempered glass. I have issued my old tempered glass in medavakkam Poorvika showroom. Kindly solved ASAP

                                I have purchased 3 mobile phone and temper galss 4nos. & back cover also purchased 4 nos. From db road poorvika showroom, now 1temper glass has been come out and asked from showroom, they said no stock now, they saying this saveral times. Inv. No. Si/2rsp/5033, dt.9.6.2017. I did not understand, the poorvika is big show room in india but they saying like this, very very poor working people. The customer also saying fraud guys in poorvika works, must change this issue

                                  I have bought Samsung C9 Pro from poorvika showroom at avadi on 23/06/2017. The phone is heating so badly, I am afraid that the phone would blast and the service of the showroom executive is so bad. There is no other better phone in the showroom of my choice. So I want my refund.

                                      I had bought mi not 4' tempered glass guard satarday morning at mangalore fot ₹500. They had applied it gently n then i went. After some hours while am using keyboard to type, it has moving up and down and side to side. Now it becum waste product. I am not sure about weathr it hs problem of product of wrong apply.
                                      N i want to fix it anyhow. Please do needful. Thankyou
