I went to buy a new phone 3 days back. Gionee m7 power is the new phone in market and it seems the sale persons are not properly aware of the product. They sold me the product by saying "full aluminium body" and "full hd" which is actually not. Now after buying the phone, same day within 2 hours i did my research and got to know that this is neither full hd nor aluminium body. I have not used that phone yet. I went to the store, the very next day morning. The sales person told me "manager is not there. Come in the evening". I went in the evening. Manager was not there. They refused to return/exchange the product. I called customer care number as well. They said only the responsible store can do something. Until now i have not used the phone and i am not able to get any help from the store.

If i would have bought the phone from online (Flipkart, amazon or paytm), this tragedy would not have happened to me. I would have got my money back after returing the product. I dont understand what is the benefit of getting the mobile from store. This is pure cheating and some action has to be taken.

Can you please help in understand how Gionee can help?? I believe, this happened because of Poorvika salesperson’s lack of knowledge about product as he sold the product by highlighting some feature that is not there in the product and customer exclusively asked for that feature.

So technically customer should be facilitated a return of money here. But if that is beyond your ability atleast provide a exchange facility where customer will get the product as per his requirements.

Your necessary actions and quick resolution would be highly appreciated.

Gionee m7 power is a very good phone.
But there is no option for RECENT KEY in suspend button option. If dis options is there then dis phone is 5star

        Hi,
        I had taken a flip cover for samsung j2 pro. And the device also i had taken in poorvika rajajinagar 6th block. The flip cover is not compatible with the device even though the cover is for j2 pro. They confirmed then i came to exchange in vijay nagar poorvika, but here they did not allowed me to take other product. Because if i take cover for j2 pro it is of no use. I was ready to buy any other product. It did not work there. I left the flip cover in vijay nagar poorvika and came off. I am so unhappy with the response there.

              Sir, i purchased a gionee mobile on 20.11.2017 in your vadapalani (Forum mall) branch, yesterday evening i note the second sim slot is damaged. Today morning i visit the branch at 10.30 - 10.45am that time shop cleaning (Housekeeping) works also under process.

              Am asked mr. Mani (5453) salesperson, he is not listen and not checked a mobile, but he asked "no no this is damaged from your side" and he is not response to me and speaking very hard.
              He said your do any thing

              Sir the damaged is your / our side is not a problem, your salesperson to talk too much of words and he is not listen my words.

              I attached my bill copy and damaged photo copy also, please co-operate

                    I bought the above mentioned model from poorvika mobiles at perambur on 18/10/2017, venus theatre. The very second day the mobile started rebooting and the battery takes ages to charge. Poorvika mobiles customer support is the worst. The dealers take no responsibility for anything.

                        I bought a new sony mobile for 23k at pallavaram. During purchase, they promised that we will provide good gifts for your purchase. Since on that day none was available due to diwali, they asked to collect next week. When went and asked they are just giving a bag which was almost damaged. I wanted something else and they said no stock currently get it next week and gave the manager number. When i'm calling them today, no response.

                        Why do they need to provide false promises when they can't fulfill them??

                        I'll be waiting till evening and directly demand for a proper gift fr purchasing for 23k.

                          Poorvika .. Annanagar branch not acting as per commitments... I bought note 8 last Sunday on assurance that accessories would be billed for Rs.4000.00 which they are not honouring on revisit today... Should have taken written quote..nice customer retention programme

                            i got call from Poorvika team and enquired about the problem and they were GUILTY on their sales executives at MMDA branch. they asked my option for changing mobile, since i have opened the case i said not needed also i have purchased a new mobile in the mean time. so i have asked them to take action against MMDA branch sales persons, , and closed my complaint.                             ask your staff to be professional and suggest correct product and not to CHEAT the customer
                            Dear Poorvika team,

                            I wont accept your statement, device was billed only by customer choice -- here customer was cheated with wrong device which doesnot matches my need and its by your sales executive

                            Either-way i raised this concern just to inform the fault of your sales team at MMDA showroom..so that you raise action against your executive and other customer will not be cheated like this...

                            And FYI - I already purchase a new device from Sangeetha mobiles ..

                              I had bought sony xperia xa1 on 6months before after its 2weeks o[censored]sage there are many malfunctions in mobile. So requested for new one. After 2months of arguement i received a mobile in same model. But unfortunetly again after 2months o[censored]sage the same fault occurs. Now when i am approaching poorvika showroom, customer care (Chennai) and service centre (Madurai). They are not responding well and if this repeat same then i will take further step by filing a compliant against then under the law. Now i need replacement in another brand (Samsung).

                                  I bought mobile from poorvika today and I am regular customer from 2012.Near Hilton hotel ekkattuthangal poorvika showroom Manager behavior is very worst with customer. Kindly suggest him to speak well with customer.

                                    14.10.2017 i buy a new mobile (Samsung galaxy j7 max) from poorvika mobiles (Attur branch. Salem district) 15 th morning 7am i kept it for charging. It got 100 % at 1:40 pm afternafternoon. It takes 6.40 hours to fill. And it gives backup upto 16th evening 5:30 pm. (That is approximately more than 25 hours). Again i kept it for charging it takes 2hours for reaching 18 % charge. I ask poorvika sales person about this charging issue, they forwarded me to samsung service centre attur. They said after 5 or 6 times full charging only this issue will clear. I am not satisfied with their reply. I need help... My contact number [protected]

                                      Recently i took a mobile from poorvika jaydeva branch in bangalore. The manager was polite while selling the product and now when i saw its damaged one, once i returned home, i went next day to show this, they behaved as if its not possible to exchange.
                                      And i took a screen guard which is such a low quality, within 8 days its broken, its like with bit force i kept my mobile on table, tempered glass is broken, i had spend 600 for this, in normal shop i would have received upto 300.

                                      Please solve the issue or train your employees how to behave with customer.

                                        Job number gjs east 02, dt 3/10/2017. My samsung galaxy mobile note 4 purchased on 12/5/2017 was given to your east tambaram branch for service. One mr bala has attended to my mobile after properly investigating my mobile he gave serce cost estimate for repair of rs. 1200/=. My mobile is only one year old. Now he made condemn of mobie and asking me to take back my mobile without any repairg. Please investigate the matter properly. I am not going to take delivery of the condemn mobile and i am going to file a litigation in consumer court. Why your service engineer want to return my mobie without repairing and made condemn of my mobile if you are not providing proper solution. Please investigate the matter. Please call me [protected]

                                        As mentioned in job sheet, the device has fully liquid damage and it was received in dead condition.

                                        Branch will be providing specified estimation slip to customer for every Out Warranty Service, after complete Examination of the device they would confirm the actual cost of repair.

                                        Here after inspection the device was found as board issue, so please collect the device from branch.
